The UNC Charlotte Rugby club has been around since 1989.
The last spring, the club won its first ever national championship in sevens up in Glendale Colorado.
And the women's team has been around since the early nineties.
And the past year we placed top eight in the nation.
So this season we're crowdfunding for a new scrum machine.
A scrum sled is used to practice our body position and weight training and this leads
to an effective and safe scrum in a game.
Our current sled was purchased in the nineties, and is in shambles right now so this is a
vital piece of equipment that we desperately need.
