Hello everyone! This is my self introduction video for

italki!

My name is Arturo, I am Italian and I come from

a wonderful place in Calabria, Southern Italy.

Well, let me go straight to the point: languages are my passion!

My native tongue is – of course – Italian but,

ever since I was a child, I've been studying and learning

many different languages from all around the world.

I'm both a language learner

as well as a language teacher.

On one hand, I hold a master degree in Japanese,

I'm an enthusiastic language learner

and I love linguistics, which is

let's say, the science behind languages.

On the other hand, I'm a certified language teacher

and I feel strongly committed to

conveying my passion to all my students.

I'm finally back to italki after a long pause

that I took in order to perform research into

a very important topic, which is

how to learn a language efficiently!

Thanks to this research, I was able to establish that

the most common misconception about language learning is

thinking that you have to learn

– either by yourself, using a textbook, or with a teacher –

the so called "grammar rules"

and some neverending wordlists

with a cold and abstact approach,

hoping that this would magically lead to

fluency in the new language!

Well, I think that nothing could be further from the truth!

Based on my experience, I would rather suggest

you to get as much exposure as possible

to the language you want to learn.

How?

Interacting with a native speaker

in a particular context

that (1) allows you to

figure out what you are being told

without necessarily understanding every single word you hear,

and (2) that does not make you feel weird or self-conscious

when you try to use the new language.

In fact, it was in a similar context that

I learned Spanish,

during the year that I spent as a visiting student

neither in Spain not in Latin America

but in Paris, France

because I would speak Spanish all the time

with my friends, who were mostly from

Spain or Latin America.

I've never took a single Spanish class in my whole life,

I've never bought a single Spanish textbook in my whole life,

I learned Spanish by speaking it!

The only trick is that I wasn't afraid of speaking it.

I mean that, even if I made a mistake,

I simply didn't care.

Think about it: what happens if someone makes a mistake? Would you kill 'em?

Nothing happens!

I learned Spanish speaking with people

from Galicia, Northern Spain,

from Madrid, from Southern Spain, from the Caribbean,

from Chile, from Latin America, from everywhere,

and that's why Spanish accent sounds a bit "mixed"

and one can't really tell where or from whom I learned Spanish.

Go figure!

Well, when I lived in Paris,

I only spoke Italian and Spanish at first,

with all my friends.

But then I had to learn French

because I needed it in my everyday life

to talk with French people and

– above all – in order to talk with my teacher of Wolof,

in fact, I took some classes of the Wolof language,

which is a language spoken in Senegal and in The Gambia.

There are many languages in Senegal: Wolof, Peul,

Sérère, Mandinka,

Bambara, and many other languages.

There even is the language of "white people": French!

But Wolof is the Senegalese language that I preferred,

and that's the reason why I only studied Wolof.

To tell you the truth, the foreign langugage

that I like the most ever since I was I child

is neither Wolof, nor English, not even Spanish,

it's Japanese!

Studying Japanese allowed me to realize

a very important thing:

learning a language doesn't necessarily

have to be difficult or troublesome!

This is a very important point.

For example, let's talk about

Japanese intonation patterns.

I wasn't taught Japanese "intonation" at univerisity,

I had to study it by myself.

To make a long story short,

when I studied in Japan

I got obsessed with subway announcements

and eveyday I would...

when I got on the train,

everyday I would listen to them,

imitate them and repeat them,

and, as a result,

I learned the intonational patterns of Japanese

in a very funny way!

I wasn't really studying!

Nor was it a difficult thing to do!

So...

in 2015 I challenged myself

to learn German from scratch.

I studied German eveyday for 3 months.

And after 3 months I passed the German B1 exam!

I couldn't believe that I managed to do that

in such a short time!

Well, the truth is anyone can learn a new language,

and the whole process doesn't have to be difficult,

doesn't have to be boring,

doesn't have to be stressful,

actually, it can be very very funny.

In my Italian classes, I use some special techniques

designed to let you absorb the language

while using it from day one.

For further information, please read the description down below,

send me a private message or book a trial lesson!

See you on italki!

Women in Business | Self-Limiting Beliefs | Saturday Slowdown - Duration: 12:02.

hey it's patti scharf CPA and co-founder of catching clouds the leader in e-commerce

accounting and welcome back to another Saturday slow down where I like to

remind everybody to work on their business and not just in their business

all right today's video is going to be on women in business and particularly

self-limiting beliefs now I know that self-limiting beliefs is not unique to

women but I do think that it runs rampant through the female populations

so I'm giving a shout out to all my women folk today and I just want to talk

about that so when I was a kid just like most little kids do they just blurt out

whatever stupid thing runs through their mind I was the same I would just say

whatever came to mind and I had this really strong sense of justice or

injustice so I had a brother who was three days short of I still have a

brother but he's three days short of being a year older than me and he you

know he got to run around with all the other boys in the neighborhood with

their shirts off in the summer and why couldn't I do that which I figured out

some son but or they would they got to be altar boys and I didn't get to be an

altar boy or they got to be in Boy Scouts and I didn't get to be in Boy

Scouts which is super unfair because Boy Scouts is totally achievement based

whereas Girl Scouts basically you would go up a level every time you went to a

new grade and in elementary school it was it was just really annoying anyway

so I was super vocal about all these sin justices and things my parents would say

Patti one of these days you know your mouth is gonna get you into trouble and

I I guess from the time I was like six till I don't know like 39 I really kind

of took that to heart and I learned how to assimilate and I learned how to not

raise my hand in class too often I learned that I always had more to learn

than I had to offer other people and I learned how other people's opinions and

suggestions were almost always more valid than my own especially if it came

with strong conviction from a man

and although I think a lot of people Thais self-limiting beliefs - maybe a

lack of self-esteem I really don't think that's it my parents instilled a really

good strong sense of self-esteem in me so I kind of know how badass I just

purposely fly under the radar I make myself just small enough to still be

good but not really embrace all the greatness I can be because you know

that's just a little bit too flamboyant or it's - it's just not acceptable in

society and I I think that's wrong I think it I think it's just wrong I think

a lot of women have this problem where we're purposely making ourselves small

we're purposely not doing the things that are going to get us noticed because

we don't want to be noticed because that is uncomfortable because we were taught

to not draw attention to ourselves when we were young so so I did that for

decades I kept myself kind of just good but just kind of flying under the radar

so right as I was approaching 40 I had had a couple of back-to-back like

massive failures and I was starting to just kind of reassess everything in my

life and I was questioning things and trying to look at things from a

different angle and just you know what just kind of take stock of where I was

at and it was a couple of years after that that I read lean in by Sheryl

Sandberg which I highly recommend if you have not read and I was just blown away

by how many different ways I had been hiding myself or leaning back and

pushing myself away from the table instead of really fully embracing it and

so so then I started swinging the total other way where you know Scott was like

hey I think we should go to Red Robin for dinner and I'm like no I do not want

to go to Red Robin for dinner and he was like

okay somewhere else and I was just practicing

yeah reclaiming my voice and stuff like that but seriously I found it kind of a

daily challenge where I was crushing myself and and thinking you know am i

getting into these situations because I'm not using my voice in the proper way

and now I've got a story for you so in the I think was the summer of 2014

Xero had just opened up their office in Denver which is not too far from where

we live and they invited Scott me over to the office because they they were

kind of new there we could we got a little tour and they I think it was the

marketing department really wanted to talk to us and say hey you guys have

been using Xero for a few years and you're you know power users like how do

we get other accountants to like learn about Xero because I think once people

learn about it then they love it and embrace it and all that stuff and so

they actually asked this question of Scott me and Scott spoke up and he's

like well you just have to tell them that about all the advantages and you

have to tell them why it's secure and everything else and I was like I love

you but no that is not what accountants want to hear accountants are naturally

averse to change their naturally averse to scary new technology and stuff they

don't want to be on the cutting edge they want to make sure that everything

is safe everything is going to go find that it's gonna take care of what they

need they're gonna be like they're gonna adopt it like two years after mainstream

a lot of them well because it's just the nature of accountants we're risk-averse

so one of the people there at zero was like Patti you you know since you're an

accountant I would really love to have you speak to some other accountants and

tell them about your experiences and things like that because I think that

people would really love to hear from you

and I was like no no no no Scott is the speaker I'm the writer I'm not gonna do

that and we took a break and I was like what am i doing like if I want there to

be more female leaders in the world when I am presented with an opportunity

I need to take that regardless of whether it's comfortable for me or not

like what am I like is it true that I'm not a speaker I don't know I've never

spoken before and um maybe I maybe that's something that's really suited to

me so we came back from the break and I was like you know what I was thinking

about it you know I need to be a role model for my daughter I need to when

presented with an opportunity I need to be the change I want to see in the world

so yes I will I will speak at some point if you want me to so soon thereafter

they sent me to the accounting and financial women's alliance conference in

New Orleans and I had my first speaking gig and I'm I'll tell you like I tripped

over my own name like my introduction I was like blah but then it was fine after

that and I found that actually I'm a really good speaker who knew and I've

had quite a few more speaking engagements since then I'm not sure I

really want to do the whole speaking circuit thing but that's not the point

the point is I had to step out of my comfort zone I had to not just believe

in my head whatever narrative I had come up with which is I'm not a speaker and

go decide for myself you know go try it and find out if I really am a speaker

and I think that that's a big problem with a lot of women where they've kind

of gotten used to whatever narrative they've come up with along the way and

they haven't taken time to take a step back and reassess who they are what

their values are you know try something new and things like that so I think one

of the big challenges for for raising up women in this day and age and having

them become leaders is to give them the opportunity and kind of nudge them along

give them a little bit of you can do this you know you even if you haven't

done it before think about it try it you know you might like it

here's the other more important things the more I speak the more people listen

and the more people listen the more comfortable I am speaking up and with

each passing year I'm more and more comfortable in my skin I'm more

comfortable saying what's on my mind and I think that that's the change that kind

of needs to happen in the United States for sure but probably worldwide

particularly when it comes to women it's like when we are comfortable being

ourselves and being out there and showing people who we are it's gonna

become more acceptable to everybody that everybody is just saying what they think

and and getting more comfortable with being who they are and everybody's

voices are going to be easier to rise to the top I guess so I want to circle back

to the topic of women in business and why there aren't as many women in

leadership roles I think one of the big reasons is that women are simply

limiting themselves that they're not putting themselves out there now I don't

think it's the only reason and that's why I have another video coming next

week I want you to subscribe if you haven't already and click the bell it's

gonna be notifying you when my next video comes out but um I I think that

you can argue that you know women you know it societally imposed that women

aren't in these positions or it's self-imposed but I think that both are

true I think there are a lot of different dynamics going on and you

can't simplify this into just one point issue it's not the men aren't keeping us

down women it's just something that we need to be aware of because when we're

aware of then we can take action and and make change

I do think it doesn't really matter what what it is that's been limiting knows us

to this point I think that we have the power to take action and make the world

whatever it is we want it to be for ourselves so that is my soapbox for

today hopefully this story resonated with you if it did or if you have your

own story please leave it down below I'd love to hear it this like I said before

this is one of my like my most heartfelt issues I

I'm really passionate about this topic so I hope you like this video if you did

please like comment and share if you haven't already please subscribe and

I'll catch you later

DARVO | How blame shifting becomes self blame through abuse - Duration: 7:44.

Hey everybody its Meredith Miller with Inner Integration today the topic I have

for you is about DARVO: how blame-shifting becomes self-blame

through abuse this is kind of a follow up to the previous video that I did on

the victim narcissist I'm gonna put the link in one of these upper corners

you'll see the little I dot if you haven't seen that video yet check it out

someone suggested that I do video on this they sent me a link which I'm also

gonna post in the description below the video if you want to check it out

so what is DARVO? DARVO was coined by Jennifer Freyd a psychology professor at

the University of Oregon. DARVO stands for deny, attack, reverse victim and

offender. So what does DARVO look like in real life? What happens is the

first step is you call out a manipulative or disrespectful behavior

or you say no to sexual advances or some kind of abuse or you flat-out make an

allegation of abuse step two is the abuser, the offender, denies it they're

going to use gaslighting and minimization techniques like "it didn't

happen" "I didn't say that" "I didn't do that" or "if it did happen it really

wasn't that bad" or "you know, he didn't really put his penis inside of you so it

couldn't have been sexual assault" the third stage is when the abuser or the

offender attacks you or your credibility for confronting them they will say

things like you're crazy, your memory doesn't work right, you're

confrontational, you're negative, you're looking for a fight, you like drama you

were wearing a short skirt and step 4 is the abuser or the offender reverses the

roles of victim and offender so this is when they play the victim and they

make you be the bad guy they're going to change history, rewrite history

so now it's your fault that they did something wrong or you're an unfit

parent because you had suicidal ideations when actually those suicidal

thoughts were a direct result of their abuse. They accuse you of making it all

up, they will accuse you of being cruel, they will even accuse you of being

aggressive so this is the typical predictable pattern that abusers do when

you confront them you know we talked about not confronting them why because

this is what happens usually it's good to confront them at least once so you

find out who they are just be very careful some of the ways that they can

aggressively deny this could get very scary for you could be putting your life

in danger so the objective is always to discredit the victim in order to

discredit the allegation this happens in interpersonal relationships this happens

in families as well as institutions and organizations it even happens on the

larger scale in society through the news so the same thing will happen with

whistleblowers and investigative journalists who report things that the

powers that be and the mainstream media they're gaslighting instrument don't

want people to know so look what what happened with Edward Snowden look at

what happened with Julian Assange first comes the character assassination and

discrediting and then comes the false accusations so what I do abusers use

DARVO what purpose does this serve well it's a way of evading responsibility and

diverting the attention away from the facts and the accusations and their

guilt while creating uncertainty in both the victim and the bystanders most

importantly the victim starts to self doubt and then self blame and what they

found in this article that again you can find below in the video description what

they found in these studies was that the stronger the d'arco reaction the greater

the self blame of the victim it causes you to feel crazy it causes you to feel

stupid guilty responsible this is one of the reasons why

you took on too much responsibility for what went wrong in that relationship

because you were always being blamed therefore you blamed yourself DARVO is

also a way of imposing the mandate of silence abusers will groom their targets

to be quiet and not speak up about the abuse so if

they tell you that you're crazy and you start to think that you're crazy you're

not gonna speak up about the abuse because you're afraid everybody else is

gonna call you crazy when it's used on a societal and institutional level it's

also used to silence or shame the opposition and to cause people to

disbelieve the victim the bottom line is this gets really confusing for everyone

you can see hundreds of these examples in the 800 page Pennsylvania Grand Jury

report about the sexual abuse scandals in the Catholic Church you'll see how

they use this tactic over and over again to deny the suffering and reality of the

victims to deny and minimize the severity of what happened and of course

and most importantly to protect the image of the institution so I would love

it if you would share some examples of those for d'argo steps from your

experiences in the comments below so other people can read through those and

see different examples of how this might apply to their own life I also want to

remind you guys every other week we have new videos on YouTube and on the other

weeks on the other every other other weeks you'll see that we have new

episodes of the Inner Integration Podcast so it's not exactly the same as

what's coming out on the videos I highly recommend you check that out just go to

iTunes or you'll see the links below to check out the Inner Integration Podcast

there's loads of content in there for you I also want to remind you that on

Facebook and on Instagram we have daily content I have a virtual assistant who

helps me make all those memes, hi Honey! She's amazing she is who's the

person responsible for bringing all that that quality content to you she'll

take the content from my weekly video or the throwback video that we do on the

off weeks and she makes a bunch of those daily posts

for you guys to check out also on Instagram on Wednesdays I usually do a

one-minute Instagram special it could be related to the video topic of that week

or it just might be something else like maybe I read in the comments and

somebody was asking me about something or it just like spurred an idea so I

made a little video on that so you'll find that content as well and also an

Instagram and Facebook I'll sometimes just share other things other links that

I find or I'll share somebody else's post and then I'll add my own commentary

on that and I really do try to check in on those comments at least several times

a week if not every day sometimes I can't get to it every day but I like to

add some things into those comments so that you can read those that get value

from there as well I'm sending you all a big hug

Freedom from Self-Doubt | Sadhguru At IIT - Duration: 12:05.

Two major problems we all face our identity crisis and self-doubt and

self-doubt especially legs as women so what advice can you give us doubt is a

very good thing only a fool is dead sure of everything

only idiots are dead sure of what they're doing either you must be an

idiot or you must be a fanatic then you're dead sure otherwise every moment

there is a doubt about everything it's a good way to live

confidence see we'll come to that doubt means you have an active intelligence

constantly looking at everything of all possibilities because there is nothing

here in the world which is 100% yes or 100% no you are always looking for

pluses and minuses and seeing how to gather more pluses and act is there a

hundred percent plus in the world or is there a hundred percent minus in the

world there is no such thing is there anybody here who is 100 percent + 100 %

- absolutely wonderful and absolutely nasty no they're like that so this is

always there only thing is doubt is good you must encourage doubt within yourself

otherwise you will either become a fanatic for a fool thinking you have

attained to certain 80 no doubt is good but you must be joyfully confused okay

if you get confused you make yourself miserable that's the problem

if you joyfully confuse like me you have no issue because you constantly nurtured

confusion now out of that after much doubt and considering considering

everything in the universe slowly clarity arises now you talked

about confidence confidence is a terrible thing because confidence means

without clarity you have attained to certainty

confidence is the first step towards fanaticism

you will see nobody's or as confident as a fanatic isn't it because you become a

one-track mind you never questioned yourself you never questioned your

actions you never questioned your thoughts and emotions you just become

certain so this kind of certainty is of no use this will come because you

believe something you simply believe something believing something gives you

confidence but not clarity but you will walk through the world negotiate this

world well only when there is clarity not when there is confidence confidence

is a way of blundering through life see right now if you want to walk through

let's say one of the rows between two rows let's say your vision is not clear

but you have confidence what will you do hello please tell her if somebody whose

vision is not clear walk through one of these two between these two rows what

will they do they will step on everybody's feet but they're confident

right now this is what is happening people who believe in absolutism about

everything they are confident they know they're doing the right thing and going

to heaven it doesn't matter what horrendous things they create yes or no

they are dead sure I'm sorry they are not dead unfortunately they are so sure

that they are going straight to heaven they know in which direction heaven is

you know yeah yeah but the planet is round you are sitting approximately at

probably 12 degrees latitude and it's spinning so if you look up inevitably

you looking up in the wrong direction that is not something that they will

consider they know this is the way to heaven but the earth is spinning always

pointing in the wrong direction isn't it but they are dead sure because they

believe this is it so confidence is a very bad thing that's been nurtured in

people what you need is clarity clarity needs work

upon yourself it will not come simply like that that you expressed doubt about

everything and consider and consider and consider constantly slowly CAC clarity

will rise out of that because you see clearly you have clarity confidence you

don't have to see clearly just like that you believe you're right then you're

confident confidence is a terrible substitute for clarity

please bring clarity into your lives if you are a confident or you're not

engineering engineering manager if you're a confident manager without

clarity you will be a blundering fool with people yes but if you have clarity

you don't have to claim you're a manager everybody will line up behind you to ask

what to do next because they see clarity in you

Thank You Satoru my next question is on courage or bravery as a child I was I've

always heard that three important aspects of life are education will and

courage in some way we say Calvi Selvam theorem so as students of IIT Madras the

education aspect is taken care we also believe that the wealth part will be

taken care once we graduate from IIT Madras courage becomes a question mark

could you give me some insights on courage see when you do something beyond

a little bit of reason you call it courageous but when somebody else does

does the same thing we think he's stupid he's risking his life okay when we step

back from something we call it caution when somebody else step back we say is a

coward so this courage business is a very relative thing what is courage what

is not courage the question is just this

if you there are some people who are capable of walking into situations

without knowing a thing about it okay but whether they can walk out of it

or not is a big question mark again I'm going back to the same thing if you had

absolute clarity about everything you would know how to act in that situation

or whatever that is and you would largely know the consequence of that

action if it is a calculated effort and you took the action it may succeed it

may not succeed because there are many factors that you could have overlooked

but if you had enough clarity the chances of success are much much better

but if you just have this veeram in you too much okay

and you took steps because you're courageous when things don't work others

will see that it was the stupidest thing to do so you must understand you will be

attributed with all kinds of qualities positive qualities as long as you're

successful the moment you fail people will see the same things that they said

was courageous they will say after five years he is an utter fool what a thing

he has done to himself and to everybody so the important thing is the purpose of

human action is success it doesn't matter whether it's a big thing or a

small thing that you do if you don't talk to the children if you

if you take any kind of action which produces positive result then people say

you're intelligent alright maybe you're not maybe it was just chance but they

will say you're intelligent because most of the world is not able to recognize

anything other than success it is not the best way to live but that is the

reality this is what we have done to lie that we are too much result oriented not

process oriented if our processes are right results will come but because

we're in such a hurry for results we are too result-oriented

because of that we build this kind of cities which no process only I built you

out I built my house you built your house everybody appreciated clapped

their hands and said oh he has got his own house

it's a it's a disaster for the city but I got my own house all right so this

excessively success oriented society he's dangerous because we will miss all

the processes will bypass processes and do things

ad hoc it may succeed see anything will succeed 50% of the time even if you

don't know what the hell you're doing yes if you're playing cricket with your

eyes closed also if you swing the bat you may hit it alright

so 50% of the time lot of things may happen by chance but that is not what

young people should depend on you must build a process within yourself which is

reliable it doesn't matter somebody approves it disapproves it whether the

world approves it or disapproves it whether it appreciates or depreciates it

doesn't matter you built a solid process for yourself that it's always always

reliable for you if you do this if there's an opportunity in the world

maybe it'll become a big success otherwise maybe it will be something

like that but you will have the beauty of always standing and firm ground

within yourself never struggling with anything that happens to you in your

life this is what you must build success in the world

come depending upon what the world is ready for I was the same person 40 years

ago but at that time everybody thought I'm no good but today they think I'm a

great mystic yogi nonsense whatever okay because not because they experience Who

I am because everywhere is recognized they are also clapping their hands

that's all so what the flock says it doesn't matter have you built an

appropriate process which has absolute integrity within itself and clarity is

the basis of your process if you have done this it doesn't matter whether the

world accepts you or not you are successful because as a human being

you're successful you are successful in the world or not depends on what the

world is ready for right now

Who you really are - self realisation - Duration: 2:55.

it was always there one life energy source that empowers everything that is

with life the ways of consciousness are many and the consciousness connection

was always there there is no way to stop or break that line between the light

that we are and the one source to understand is to transform what is if

if you did not yet discover what was undercover, stop running for a while and

the universe will automatically open its ancient knowledge to you. It's all one

and you are it all every form and being you see all the light lays within you

HOW TO STOP SELF DOUBT & WORRY | Build A Bulletproof Mindset For Success - Duration: 7:42.

Oh yes! I'm gonna build my own business! Shoot! What was I thinking. I figured it

all out! Oh no I totally messed up! I think I'm

going bankrupt!!! Wait a second, I'm doing great, this is

awesome! Can you relate to the entrepreneurial

rollercoaster? I met so many other entrepreneurs who felt exactly like that,

and me included. We took the leap and went for it to build our own business.

But then we realized how many ups and downs entrepreneurship really has to

offer. Well, maybe we're just crazy enough to

keep riding, but there's actually one factor that can slow down that

rollercoaster, so you head stay in the game. And that's why I'm sharing with you

today how to create a bulletproof mindset for success, even if you plaqued

self doubt and worry. Make sure that you watch this video till the end, because I

have something very special for you.

Having been through a pretty dark face of self doubt myself I know how

frustrating and lonely it can be. But I want to tell you: you are not alone! Even

highly successful people like Oprah Winfrey and Queen B, Beyonce

herself used to doubt and criticize themselves. But they've found a way to overcome it.

And the key to overcome those negative habits of doubt and worry is this:

You have to work on your mindset and make it bulletproof against any

negativity! Especially your own. And I'm sure you know how important mindset really is

for you and your business. It allows you to stay inspired by your work

consistently put yourself out there and confidently share your message and your

offer with the world. And in return? Clients are drawn to your high energy

and the strong belief that you are the right person that can help them.

But what do you do when you don't know where your next client is coming from,

when you're afraid that other people wouldn't like what you say and no one of your audience and

followers wants to buy your coaching offer. This video is not about where we're

simply saying "you just have to believe in yourself"

or "just do the mindset work", because I know that is so much easier said than done.

And I'm a very detailed person and I've always wondered what do people actually

mean when they say "just do the mindset work". So even though that's the exact

message I'm sharing with you today, I'm going to show you my simple process on

how it actually looks like to work on your minds in a way that allows you to

make "just believing in yourself" simple. So I want you to grab a pen and a piece

of paper and get ready to dive deep and it's time to be completely honest with

yourself. The very first question you have to ask yourself is this what are

the benefits of doubting myself and my business.

I know, I know you're now probably wondering "how does this question will actually help me?" Well,

I know the best always a reason for our behavior and this is where you have to

be super honest with yourself so when I ask myself this question I dig deep and

I realized Wow doubting <myself allows me to not put that

much work and effort in what I do I can actually be kind of sorry for myself

instead of getting uncomfortable. And I also realized I would get some

attention from my close friends and my family because they want to spend some

time with me to make me feel better. Be you really

honest with yourself and find your benefits of your self doubt. Now ask

yourself the second question which is this: What would I do if I knew I

couldn't fail? sS this tells you your action steps on what you can focus on

think about that successful version of yourself and what she's doing is she

posting consistently content on social media or is she doing a weekly live

stream is she investing in someone who she knows can help her again be

completely open and honest with yourself question number three is what do I need

to believe in order to be that successful version of myself so get

clear on the version that knew she couldn't fail maybe this version would

believe that I am enough I am capable I am a smart and I'm amazing

I'm amazing in what I do my work is of high value sharing my message is

important I believe that I can do it these are your new beliefs and I want

you to write the most full powerful ones down and stick them somewhere where you

can see and say them daily and the last questions where I want you to write a

list with hundreds reasons off how does believing in myself gets me even more

off and fill in the blank with the answer of question number one so for

example how does believing myself gets me even more time to stay

comfortable or don't need to do that much work or in my case

how does believing in myself gets me even more attention and time for my

friends and family well the truth is I realize that believing in myself I can

get even more attention for my friends and I can spend even more time with them

because now they do because they enjoy hanging out with me and not because they

feel like they have to because they felt sorry for me so by answering all four

questions you now have a lot more clarity around your behavior the reason

why you're dogging yourself and how you can create a bulletproof mindset for

success by consistently repeating your new beliefs and I have a bonus tip for

you this is a super powerful step which is make a decision to kill yourself DUP

once and for all and I leave you with this powerful quote I read in the book

Think and Grow Rich which changed everything for me and it says this: "kill

the habit of worry in all its forms by reaching a general Blanque decision and

noting which life has to offer it's worth the price of worrying." So decide

today every time a thought of worry or doubt pops into your head re-directed it into

your new belief that you are enough that you can do this. This will truly change your

life! I hope you got some amazing value out of this video and if you want to get

even more clarity around yourself and your business release your limiting
