I hope you're having an awesome day because today is an awesome day my goal is to

inspire you and become the greatest version of yourself I believe is that if

we all become the greatest versions of ourselves that is how we can make the

world a better place today's video is how to raise

self-esteem I know me personally growing up I wasn't in the most loving situation

or most nurturing family so a lot of that has resulted to me having a low

self-esteem that's something that I've been kind of working with battling if

you will try to increase that I realized when my self-esteem is high everything

my life just seems they come together them likes easy peasy so in this video

I'm gonna give you some tips on how to raise your self-esteem but first the

videos quote to be beautiful means to be yourself you don't need to be accepted

by others you need to be you need to accept yourself and that quote is by

his quotes I even have his calendar hanging up on my wall couple videos ago

you actually saw the calendar in the video but he's just like a huge

inspiration of my life so let's get with the first point and that is self praised

whatever you need to hear say it to yourself every day a lot of us expect

are waiting for someone else to praise us but the chances that happening is

running literally slim to none we just don't really live in a society that that

really works on praise and other people but

we all expect to be praised ourselves so the best thing I found it is your

affirmations maybe I am statements stuff like that just sing yourself whatever

you need to hear every day maybe like I'm a strong worthy person or I am

awesome I am healthy some other ideas like um I

am health I am well I am abundance whatever you need to hear whatever you

want to hear from somebody else in your life make sure you say it yourself every

day and number two of how to raise your self-esteem is exercise

nothing boosts your confidence your self-esteem like exercising it's it's

just an amazing thing it just once you're done you have all there's no for

me he's another endorphins pumping he's feeling really amazing about yourself

really amazing about your life and it just makes you feel like a million times

better I know at least when I exercise that's how I feel um way number three of

how to raise your self-esteem missed it pursue a passion

we each have a fire in our hearts and if you haven't found your passion yet play

around with different things if you have a hobby here I don't have a hobby we're

really passionate about dive really deep in that a hobby not as much about as we

can and then and then eventually you can work towards finding way to make money

off that hobby like one of my biggest hobbies my life has been

self-development self-improvement and it's just something I've been learning

reading books watching lots videos learning as much as I can about

self-improvement that I possibly can and now I'm creating content to kind of

share with with the world what I'm learning

maybe I'm with hopefully these videos will help other people out

how come for their lives in some way shape or form and help make a world a

better place that's what I think we really need to do is help each other

improve our lives any way we can but I also realize that you can't help someone

that doesn't want to be helped they have to want to help themselves before they

can be helped so take the time if you know your

passion dive into it you don't have to know everything about your passion you

can learn about your value as you going on make self improvement I'm gonna

constantly learning that for the rest of my life I'll never completely know

everything like honestly the more I learn the more I realize that I know

nothing and that's just something that's hit me there on my life pretty hard

actually and I'll never claim to know everything

I might know a little bit about everything but I'll never know

everything and wait number four kind of raise your self-esteem is to take care

of your appearance I know days where I'm specifically down I have trouble taking

care of my parents sometimes I want me to get out of my pajamas or take a

shower in my cat but if you take care of your parents out helping me make you

feel so much better about yourself can we work it out if you like what you see

in the mirror every day it just helps boost your self-confidence your

self-esteem how its boost everything because you know that hey I worked hard

at the body I'll have metal as opposed to not work on yourself everything not

exercising it kind of has the opposite effect because the more your work you do

on yourself typically the better you feel about yourself that's one thing

I've owned and you take care of your pair your appearance

whatever that means to you like curb your hair me I like being clean shaven

I'd like wearing nice clothes and I need to do all that to keep myself going and

keep my self-esteem up it's away number five how to accept compliments I

rephrase your self-esteem it's learn to accept compliments if

somebody gives you a compliment to say thank you even though you might be

fighting inside and you might want to reject their compliment skin the process

of saying at least saying thank you for the compliment and throughout time

you'll get used to get better at receiving compliments and eventually

they'll do more to boost your self-esteem than anything they learn how

to accept the countenance from other people and learn how to give compliments

as well as just like a confident might help make your day you might help make a

stranger's day even in that complan it's just giving them a genuine smile

point number six how to raise your self-esteem is oh the ants now I don't

mean the ants crawling on the ground the scavengers crawling on the ground that

all I ask those guys I mean - automatic negative thoughts we all have them

unless you've done a lot of work like not in meditation work not to work on

her mind chances are you have the automatic negative thoughts and the

problem isn't the thoughts themselves problem is actually being attached to

the thoughts though your meditation may be working out could be your meditation

you can learn to detach from your thoughts and not take them so seriously

because the mind it's like a river it does what at once like a clown this

goddess floats and the thoughts are just gonna float there's no control no

controlling in with it one thing I found you can do though is like the book love

yourself like your life depends on it one the lessons he has in there is to

create your own good doll just part is to create your own memory too because

the mind goes off of past loops that happened in the past so I love myself I

like myself I'm worthy I'm enough whatever you have to tie yourself to

turn that into memory that they can think over and over again that's another

way in killing ants and wait number seven of how to raise your self-esteem

is stop comparing yourself with other people jeordy compare yourself because

you have to remember we're all at different places in our life we all have

different experiences and it we're all at the point our life and we came

through different paths to get to where we're at so if you prepare yourself to

someone you feel like isn't quite where you're at or isn't as good as you at

something or something I get sure here make yourself feel good but that's gonna

be that's extremely shadow and at the same time you can't comparing yourself

you know you'll compare yourself people above you that

better than you at a certain thing or higher than wearing at or got farther

than in young life and all that's gonna do is make you feel bad about yourself

and know yourselves to know just make sure the only person you should ever

compare yourself to it's the person you were interested in and the other

comparison is in my opinion told me me Houston's not not worth it and way

number eight of how to raise your self-esteem is to be coming in generous

be kind generous to other people maybe government compliment a smile something

like that or if someone's being particularly mean to you just kind of

smile and walk away that'll be the way they are and not only should you be kind

generous to other people you sauce to be kind generous to yourself Donald us the

thoughts we think in our head whether we know it or not

chances are we wouldn't go up to a random stranger and say to them what we

think about ourselves we need to stop putting ourselves down with their

thoughts and hitting the thoughts that lift us up and make us better

it's we're not gonna be able to do anything if we're miserable and that

unhappy that's not how we help ourselves and that's not how we help the world I

believe that we all raise our self esteems I've become more positive that

will definitely definitely definitely sending ripples out in the world in out

gratitude practice is super super powerful I recently just started

journaling again and started putting that into my journals things I'm

grateful about in my life and I would say whether you journal not every

morning and every night you three things are grateful about in your personal life

great things are grateful about in your businessman and most importantly great

things you're grateful about yourself it could be anything it could be yeah I

talked to that person I thought I was attractive today or could be I got this

done or it could be it's just been a really good day or it could be I did my

meditation practice again today it could be anything that if it makes you feel

good about yourself and just remember nobody is perfect we all have good days

and bad days we all make mistakes just remember that day not to kick yourself

for your mistakes cuz you're not really doing anyone any good doing that

I know I've made a lot of mistakes on my day I didn't even make mistakes in the

calling this video today but it's all fun and games

it's just just keep on keep on keep going when you make your mistakes and I

Check both breasts each month feeling for any lump, thickening, or hardened knot.

Visually inspect your breasts with your arms at your sides. Next, raise your arms high overhead

Look for any changes in the contour, any swelling, or dimpling of the skin, or changes in the nipples

look for any dimpling, puckering, or changes, particularly on one side.
