It's 2AM at Noi Bai Airport, there are still many catering orders

Nonetheless, all the high-lift trucks are ready as always

Then people ask "Is it really easy to deliver the meal onto the Air?"

Then we would reply "No It isn't, let me show you!"

Ingredients must be fresh, then we checkup the foreign object

Hello I'm Gord McEachen, Chief of Toronto Paramedic Services and I would like to tell

you a little bit of Toronto's fine women and men.

I proud to lead an organization of such a broad diverse group of expert professionals.

From our Emergency Medical Dispatchers, paramedics, equipment repair technicians, mechanics, schedulers,

Today's paramedics are experts in pre-hospital care.

With a minimum of two years post-secondary education, advanced skill training and best

Of course we have a large group of hidden heroes.

Emergency Medical Dispatchers who answer your 911 medical emergency call and provide expert

life-saving instructions until the paramedics arrive.

Our education staff who dedicate themselves to ensuring that staff training is second

to none.

Our mechanics and equipment repair technicians who keep our vehicles and patient-care equipment

in top working order.

Our logistics staff who ensure that the ambulance stations and that vehicles are fully stocked

with medical supplies and our schedulers who ensure that staffed ambulances are available

to respond to emergency calls each and every day.

We are truly fortunate to have expert professionals many of whom are not seen in the public eye

but who are critical to ensuring Toronto Paramedic Services continues to provide the best patient

care possible.

I would like to thank the entire Toronto Paramedic Services team for the work that they do in

serving our community each and every day.

I would also like to thank our Council and Mayor for their continued support, trust and

The Turnbull Government has cut the budget and cut health services for Tasmania's North-West. - Duration: 1:02.

OK, What did what this reduction mean for outreach services on the northwest of

Tasmania? I'll have to take that on notice - it did it did cease almost two

years ago now Senator, so it's not something that I've got detailed

information with me on. OK, I just refer to the West Coast Council Mayor, Phil Vickers,

who said, 'The loss of these services places more stress on unwell

residents and will also place more pressure on these services in other

regions as West Coasters will now have to travel to attend appointments.' So, it's

clearly reported by the Mayor that it's certainly the reduction

in the funding of this program has had an impact in the region - but you're not

aware of that you're saying? Well, it certainly would have led to a reduction

in services - outreach services - delivered in that region. Oh, you confirm that? Ok.

Yep, but I don't have the detail on what those would have been. What services

were previously offered by Tazreach that are no longer available?

Customer Service Representatives Career Video - Duration: 1:24.

People with strong listening

and problem-solving skills…

who can patiently explain

product details and handle complaints…

have the key qualities needed

to be a customer service representative.

Customer service representatives

—or CSRs—

work in nearly every industry

to process orders,

provide information about products

and services,

and resolve complaints… usually by phone,

although some work with customers

face-to-face, by email, or live chat.

Customer service representative duties

vary by industry:

they may answer banking account questions,

track utility service outage reports,

process returns and refunds in a store,

or help customers find a product

they're looking for online.

Many CSR positions

are in telephone call centers,

credit and insurance agencies,

banks, and retail stores.

Representatives often answer calls in a large,

shared work area,

which can be crowded and noisy.

Some CSRs are required to take

a certain number of calls during their shift,

and all CSRs deal with at least

the occasional dissatisfied customer.

Most representatives work full time…

schedules may include nights, early mornings,

weekends, or holidays.

Customer service representatives

typically need a high school diploma

and are trained on the job.

Good communication skills

and experience using computers

are helpful for candidates.

What is Service Design / Desborah Szebeko - Duration: 0:47.

Deborah easy question what is service design well I think this is a

couple of different types of service design and so the first one is around a

way to co-create and improve existing services and then the second is I guess

service design as a way of connecting and creating new services things

that never existed before so there's two different types

so this video is just one piece of the puzzle make sure you

check out some of the other videos to get the full picture and if you're

interested in learning how to explain service design without confusing people

check out the link that I've got for you here or in the description of this episode
