Ladies and gentlemen welcome back my name is Ferenike and this is a channel

for people who don't want to die with regrets and they want to put out the

best version of themselves. I am really excited about this week last week I had

a wedding in the Netherlands my best friend got married yay congratulations

to her and yeah that's why I didn't put any content out. This week on Monday

I started a new role with WGSN some of you already know about it and I had an

incredible week. I've learned so much and I'm just really excited about what's

coming up. Now of course you know when I create those videos I'm always inspired

for my day to day life but I'm always trying to make it relevant for you guys

so we have common experiences and how can we essentially make the most

high-value responses into our day to day life and how to showcase self-respect

self-worth and be confident. What I realised is when you go to a new place in

your working environment, a club, a new community that you don't know many

people you have two feelings and I definitely had those on Monday. The

first feeling is you feel like this nervousness of the unknown what you

don't know that is there like because you have an idea on what to expect but

you don't know exactly what to expect right so you have that nervousness or I

definitely had that nervousness. Then on the other side I felt like

this productive new me or like the news clean slate

new things and the excitement of the opportunity somehow. Does it make sense?

That is healthy so far right! Sometimes though I have realised that we

tend to put more pressure on ourselves that we actually have based on thinking

about other people's opinions and how we appeal to them or

don't appeal to them on whether they like us or not like us or all of those

stuff and it just is human nature. I've been guilty myself when I was younger to be

doing that but now I feel like it's really fundamentally wrong and

irrelevant to try to to be liked - I would rather be respected every day

of the week rather than being like because think about it

when you step in a new environment some people will

automatically be drawn to you and like you and some people will not some people

being indifferent of course. And that is absolutely fine because we shouldn't

place any sort of energy or focus into going out of our way to try to please

anybody because there's no point really there's no point. It is important

to showcase why we're here our skillset our character what we bring to the table

yes and not so much with words rather with actions our vision what we're here

to achieve these things are very important and and that's how you build

respect but to be liked it just irrelevant.

It really is I'd rather spend all of that energy and focus into

building myself my skillset and work hard on what I want to achieve so

yeah I feel like there's nothing to gain from that and I know that traditionally

women have the tendency to be people's pleasers and I just think

it's just a waste of time and we shouldn't go down that

route at all it is important though to be kind of course and be have manners

and and be considerate and be yeah just kind and a nice person of course that is

very important not only when you go to a new place for the first time but

every day any day every day of the week right

just be nice and have manners. However I feel like that lots of

people put lots of weight into other people's opinions and it's very freeing

when you realise that is nothing I can do there's nothing I can do about it

some people will like me in some people will not and when you like yourself that

is more than enough so being authentic being yourself being

who you are unapologetically and also you know

accept those weird things that you have as a person that would help other people

to accept you as well and to you know be comfortable with you if you like

yourself and you're comfortable with who you are people are more likely to be

that way as well. One thing that is weird about me according to other people

and I've heard that before is and some people may know that some

people may notice is that I don't watch any movies at home I don't watch any

series I don't watch any movies. I only watch movies if I go to the movie

theater and that's that specific movie I want to watch I don't do that because I

feel is a waste of time for me I know that how addictive can be I know how

many hours people spend into watching series and movies and all that stuff and

I feel that's nothing for me to gain from that I'd rather spend my free time

doing other things that I love I like watching documentaries YouTube videos so

I can learn from other youtubers or a self-development material I'm reading

lots of books as well so I'm doing things with my time but it's just not

watching movies some people see that as very like they don't understand that

right some people find a watching movies and and series very entertaining and I

hundred percent understand that I understand that it's just a personal

preference. It's like eating meat or being vegetarian you know or

being pescetarian it's just a choice just a preference.

it's just how you're gonna live your life and I yeah I have my own choices

and preferences and I hundred percent approve those and I'm

not so concerned about whether other people approve them or not. I hope

that gives you a different perspective and I hope that make you own your choices and

going right so how can you make things right for yourself how can you get out

of this slump and today there are three sets of cards to choose from you can

choose from the number or the crystal in front I'll give you a few moments to

decide which cards will answer you for self-care when things just

aren't going the right way for you if you choose this set of cards here is your

answer your ideas to get out of the slump that you are in at the moment when things

aren't going quite right excuse me and a theme being distracted

and failing to see a magical opportunity taking someone or something for granted

discontentment with life but I'm seeing that you are in a bit of a slump something is

going on that I don't think even you know what it is but it's certainly

distracting you from what's around you the opportunities that are there

feeling of depression perhaps just apathy just can't be bothered this

little cherub down here saying please just notice me I've got the ideas that

you need and someone is someone's knocking at the door someone's leaving

you messages left right and center but you're not picking them up so if you can

get out of the slump and see what's going on there's some brilliant

ideas available to you let's have a look at another action card that you can take

with you see the synchronicity and today's lesson you can journal it or

just take whatever you think is relevant to you today's lesson take note of all

the synchronistic happenings and coincidences that occur on this day I

know that nothing happens by accident your goal to appreciate the divine

details that are woven into every moment of your life so when you can today just

think about what's going on around you just take the note

although even if it's just the color of a flower or to say somebody hey a

really nice day you know they might be the person that's trying to give you

this message that you're just not seeing see what happens and an affirmation

this one first I am welcomed with the joy wherever I am

people love working and being with me as I express my thoughts feelings and ideas

they are welcomed and easily comprehended by others we have lots of

brilliant ideas just need to get out of that slump that you're in that

maybe things are getting boring you just want to put in a bit of oomph a bit of excitement

to your day you know just take lunch outside if you can take a walk instead

of having lunch take your lunch with you you know just do something different

this day and see what occurs

just take a chance do something different and exciting just to get you

out of this slump

happy changes that bring relief from challenging times so there's a lot in

your future maybe these things not going right are just testing times perhaps it's

at what you do and what you are and who you are and make it part of your routine

skills you are the right one for this particular job this particular set of

skills are the ones that you have and an affirmation to take with you I create

wonderful new beliefs for myself and my consciousness is now being filled with

positive thought patterns that contribute to my health wealth and

loving relationships

so go for it whatever it is waiting for you you are the right person for it

there's no doubt about it take a chance and if you chose this one

this is your reading and the energy around you at the moment release let go

of the past an ending that makes way for new opportunities time to move on

sometimes disappointments from the past especially if it's a disappointment that

has hurt us or discourage us in some way hang around for

I hope you're having an awesome day because today is an awesome day my goal is to

inspire you and become the greatest version of yourself I believe is that if

we all become the greatest versions of ourselves that is how we can make the

world a better place today's video is how to raise

self-esteem I know me personally growing up I wasn't in the most loving situation

or most nurturing family so a lot of that has resulted to me having a low

self-esteem that's something that I've been kind of working with battling if

you will try to increase that I realized when my self-esteem is high everything

my life just seems they come together them likes easy peasy so in this video

I'm gonna give you some tips on how to raise your self-esteem but first the

videos quote to be beautiful means to be yourself you don't need to be accepted

by others you need to be you need to accept yourself and that quote is by

Thich Nhat Hanh Thich Nhat Hanh is someone that really inspires me like his ideas

his quotes I even have his calendar hanging up on my wall couple videos ago

you actually saw the calendar in the video but he's just like a huge

inspiration of my life so let's get with the first point and that is self praised

whatever you need to hear say it to yourself every day a lot of us expect

are waiting for someone else to praise us but the chances that happening is

running literally slim to none we just don't really live in a society that that

really works on praise and other people but

we all expect to be praised ourselves so the best thing I found it is your

affirmations maybe I am statements stuff like that just sing yourself whatever

you need to hear every day maybe like I'm a strong worthy person or I am

awesome I am healthy some other ideas like um I

am health I am well I am abundance whatever you need to hear whatever you

want to hear from somebody else in your life make sure you say it yourself every

day and number two of how to raise your self-esteem is exercise

nothing boosts your confidence your self-esteem like exercising it's it's

just an amazing thing it just once you're done you have all there's no for

me he's another endorphins pumping he's feeling really amazing about yourself

really amazing about your life and it just makes you feel like a million times

better I know at least when I exercise that's how I feel um way number three of

how to raise your self-esteem missed it pursue a passion

we each have a fire in our hearts and if you haven't found your passion yet play

around with different things if you have a hobby here I don't have a hobby we're

really passionate about dive really deep in that a hobby not as much about as we

can and then and then eventually you can work towards finding way to make money

off that hobby like one of my biggest hobbies my life has been

self-development self-improvement and it's just something I've been learning

reading books watching lots videos learning as much as I can about

self-improvement that I possibly can and now I'm creating content to kind of

share with with the world what I'm learning

maybe I'm with hopefully these videos will help other people out

how come for their lives in some way shape or form and help make a world a

better place that's what I think we really need to do is help each other

improve our lives any way we can but I also realize that you can't help someone

that doesn't want to be helped they have to want to help themselves before they

can be helped so take the time if you know your

passion dive into it you don't have to know everything about your passion you

can learn about your value as you going on make self improvement I'm gonna

constantly learning that for the rest of my life I'll never completely know

everything like honestly the more I learn the more I realize that I know

nothing and that's just something that's hit me there on my life pretty hard

actually and I'll never claim to know everything

I might know a little bit about everything but I'll never know

everything and wait number four kind of raise your self-esteem is to take care

of your appearance I know days where I'm specifically down I have trouble taking

care of my parents sometimes I want me to get out of my pajamas or take a

shower in my cat but if you take care of your parents out helping me make you

feel so much better about yourself can we work it out if you like what you see

in the mirror every day it just helps boost your self-confidence your

self-esteem how its boost everything because you know that hey I worked hard

at the body I'll have metal as opposed to not work on yourself everything not

exercising it kind of has the opposite effect because the more your work you do

on yourself typically the better you feel about yourself that's one thing

I've owned and you take care of your pair your appearance

whatever that means to you like curb your hair me I like being clean shaven

I'd like wearing nice clothes and I need to do all that to keep myself going and

keep my self-esteem up it's away number five how to accept compliments I

rephrase your self-esteem it's learn to accept compliments if

somebody gives you a compliment to say thank you even though you might be

fighting inside and you might want to reject their compliment skin the process

of saying at least saying thank you for the compliment and throughout time

you'll get used to get better at receiving compliments and eventually

they'll do more to boost your self-esteem than anything they learn how

to accept the countenance from other people and learn how to give compliments

as well as just like a confident might help make your day you might help make a

stranger's day even in that complan it's just giving them a genuine smile

point number six how to raise your self-esteem is oh the ants now I don't

mean the ants crawling on the ground the scavengers crawling on the ground that

all I ask those guys I mean - automatic negative thoughts we all have them

unless you've done a lot of work like not in meditation work not to work on

her mind chances are you have the automatic negative thoughts and the

problem isn't the thoughts themselves problem is actually being attached to

the thoughts though your meditation may be working out could be your meditation

you can learn to detach from your thoughts and not take them so seriously

because the mind it's like a river it does what at once like a clown this

goddess floats and the thoughts are just gonna float there's no control no

controlling in with it one thing I found you can do though is like the book love

yourself like your life depends on it one the lessons he has in there is to

create your own good doll just part is to create your own memory too because

the mind goes off of past loops that happened in the past so I love myself I

like myself I'm worthy I'm enough whatever you have to tie yourself to

turn that into memory that they can think over and over again that's another

way in killing ants and wait number seven of how to raise your self-esteem

is stop comparing yourself with other people jeordy compare yourself because

you have to remember we're all at different places in our life we all have

different experiences and it we're all at the point our life and we came

through different paths to get to where we're at so if you prepare yourself to

someone you feel like isn't quite where you're at or isn't as good as you at

something or something I get sure here make yourself feel good but that's gonna

be that's extremely shadow and at the same time you can't comparing yourself

you know you'll compare yourself people above you that

better than you at a certain thing or higher than wearing at or got farther

than in young life and all that's gonna do is make you feel bad about yourself

and know yourselves to know just make sure the only person you should ever

compare yourself to it's the person you were interested in and the other

comparison is in my opinion told me me Houston's not not worth it and way

number eight of how to raise your self-esteem is to be coming in generous

be kind generous to other people maybe government compliment a smile something

like that or if someone's being particularly mean to you just kind of

smile and walk away that'll be the way they are and not only should you be kind

chances are we wouldn't go up to a random stranger and say to them what we

think about ourselves we need to stop putting ourselves down with their

thoughts and hitting the thoughts that lift us up and make us better

it's we're not gonna be able to do anything if we're miserable and that

unhappy that's not how we help ourselves and that's not how we help the world I

believe that we all raise our self esteems I've become more positive that

will definitely definitely definitely sending ripples out in the world in out

gratitude practice is super super powerful I recently just started

journaling again and started putting that into my journals things I'm

grateful about in my life and I would say whether you journal not every

morning and every night you three things are grateful about in your personal life

great things are grateful about in your businessman and most importantly great

things you're grateful about yourself it could be anything it could be yeah I

talked to that person I thought I was attractive today or could be I got this

done or it could be it's just been a really good day or it could be I did my

meditation practice again today it could be anything that if it makes you feel

good about yourself and just remember nobody is perfect we all have good days

and bad days we all make mistakes just remember that day not to kick yourself

for your mistakes cuz you're not really doing anyone any good doing that

I know I've made a lot of mistakes on my day I didn't even make mistakes in the

calling this video today but it's all fun and games

When i in junior high school, I've started doing business in creating accecories.

In the university i began to start new business with sell tofu crispy.

Yeah.. you know it's just tofu,but i give spicy and crispy flour outside.

So.. For the first time, all goes well, but day after day i got failure.

I'm so sad. Cause yeah.. you know, failure is never fun.

Yeah.. I need money to support my study and i don't want to troblesome my parents about my study

I want to be independent woman by entrepreneurship.

So, i don't want to give up.

I have to keep my spirit to get success with enterprenour.

Cause i think that enterprenour is the best way to prosper ourselves and others.

So i try to create a new bussniess that is a fast food that the basic ingridient is fish.

Why i chose fish? Because i'm from fisherman village and there are so many fish there.

And this is my product. This abon ikan or shredded fish.

I began to focus on shredded fish because I thought it would be better.

I want to empower the potential sociaty that exists in my area that are not utilized to its full potential.

So I invite other fishing families, for example, the wife of the fishermen to work produce the product.

So who earn not only the fisherman, but also the families are able to contribute to achieving their well-being together.

Now, shredded fish currently has had a lot of interest in this, so I hope this business could have been something useful for many people.

And i have a business idea that is humanist social business.

Humanist social concept is concept which we can empower people around us to work in our business.

So that we can give them a job so they can get an income for their survival.

I want to help people who don't have the job by giving them a workshop or training so they could have the skill to be able to work together in the field we want to invite them.
