deserve kindness you deserve the utmost care and respect you deserve love and

attention try as they might the people around you don't always show you that

kind of love the world itself with its random acts of pain and violence and

general stress won't always show you that kind of love but you can you can do

as author Peter Pouncy writes be to your own sad self hereafter kind you can be

kind to yourself kindness is self-care kindness is

recognizing when you need to back off a bit it's allowing your pain to exist

without judgment in trusting yourself and in saying yes to what helps and no -

what does not kindness means not letting your own mind beat you up and self

kindness is seriously difficult we can talk all day about how other people

deserve kindness but when it comes to ourselves forget it we know too much

about our own shortcomings the ways we've messed things up just how badly

we're doing everything we treat ourselves far more harshly than we would

ever allow anyone else to treat us everyone struggles with this it's not

just you for many people being kind to others is far far easier what if we loop

back to that fourth form of compassion, upekkha. Equanimity, that calm quiet

attention to what cannot be changed well that describes kindness grief requires

kindness self-kindness for all you have had to

live kindness for self might be allowing yourself to sleep as much as you need to

without yelling at yourself for it it might be saying no to a social

engagement it might be turning the car around right after you arrived in the

parking lot having decided that getting groceries is just too much for you to

bear right now it might mean cutting yourself some slack backing off of the

demands you place on yourself it might also mean pushing yourself sometimes

taking yourself out of the softer nest of distraction into the bigger landscape

of pain what kindness looks like will change but

your commitment to it that's where your safety is that's where stability exists

inside this wholly bizarre and shaken world knowing that you won't leave

yourself kindness won't change anything but it will make things easier on your

heart and your mind so today if even just for a little while

can you offer yourself kindness can you take a moment to ask what being kind to

yourself might mean turn toward it even if you can't make it all the way there

turn yourself in the direction of kindness hold on to it you might write

your response to this question what would kindness to myself look like today

in this moment

Venezuela's self-declared interim leader Juan Guaido has called on the military to desert President Nicolas Maduro and urged his supporters to 'extend a hand of friendship' to defecting soldiers

Addressing a crowd of thousands on Friday, Guaido hinted at the inevitability of a changeover of power, calling for further 'mass demonstrations' until a transitional government is formed

'They can cut a flower, but they will never keep spring from coming,' he said, alluding to a similar phrase from the Chilean poet Pablo Neruda

'They think this movement will deflate, that we will grow tired. But nobody here will tire, nobody will give in

In a televised speech, defence minister Vladimir Padrino Lopez, a general, accused Guaido of attempting a 'coup d'etat' and said Maduro, 56, is 'the legitimate president

    Padrino also offered a warning to the US not to intervene in what he called an assault 'against our democracy'

 Representatives from both the dueling Presidents will face-off today at a United Nations Security Council Meeting

The council will meet in open session in New York at 9am (1400 GMT), Saturday.The U

S, which orchestrated the meeting, has offered Guaido its full support, but its motion to focus the discussion on Venezuela has been strongly opposed by Russia

  Russia wants the discussion generalized to threats to international peace and security, amid reports that it has sent military contractors to Venezuela to bolster Maduro's security

     Well-informed council diplomats, speaking on condition of anonymity because discussions have been private, said there is expected to be a procedural vote called for by Russia

 But they said the U.S. is expected to win the vote and go ahead with the meeting focused on Venezuela

  Ahead of the public meeting, the United States circulated a draft Security Council statement

The draft, seen by Reuters, said: 'As conditions in the Republic of Venezuela continue to deteriorate, the Security Council expresses its full support for the National Assembly as Venezuela's only democratically elected institution

'If the council backed the statement, it would effectively recognize Guaido as Venezuela's head of state

 However, Russia's U.N. Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia said on Friday that Moscow would oppose the move

Council statements must be agreed by consensus. Before Washington circulated the draft statement to council members late on Friday, Nebenzia told Reuters: 'That will not pass

For us nothing changes.'The draft statement also 'calls for the immediate start of a political process that leads to free, fair and credible elections with international electoral observation in the shortest possible time

'  Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza is on the speakers list, and U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is also expected to address the 15-strong meeting

 Pompeo has appointed Elliot Abrams, a hawkish former Republican official, to handle American policy toward Venezuela

 But he added that he was still willing to talk with the country's opposition even if he 'had to go naked

' This proposition was rejected by Guaido, who said he was not interested in 'fake dialogue' and would instead consider offering the man he calls 'El Usurpador' (The Usurper) amnesty and a safe passage out of the country

 Both sides attempted dialogue last year, but it fell apart as Maduro pushed forward with an early election that the country's most popular opposition leaders were barred from running in

 Many in the international community condemned that vote and now consider the National Assembly - which is led by Guaido and which Maduro has stripped of its power - the only legitimate institution

 As tensions continue to bubble, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights said it was granting precautionary measures to protect Guaido and his family

 The organisation said his life, personal integrity and personal freedom are at 'urgent and grave risk

' The situation in the south American country reached boiling point this week when National Assembly leader Guaido declared himself the country's leader at a protest in the capital Caracas on Wednesday

 His leadership was swiftly recognized by the United States and about a dozen regional governments, including those of Brazil, Argentina and Colombia

  But anger had long since been building as a deep depression marked by hyperinflation and shortages of food and medicine triggered an exodus of Venezuelans to surrounding countries

  Guaido's move is the most direct challenge to Maduro's rule despite years of protests at home and international efforts to isolate the regime amid a growing humanitarian crisis fueled by falling oil prices and government mismanagement

 Both Guaido and Maduro remain determined to defend their claims to the presidency no matter what, with Guaido telling supporters that if he is arrested they should 'stay the course' and peacefully protest

  But the standoff could set the scene for more violence and has plunged troubled Venezuela into a new chapter of political turmoil that rights groups say has already left more than two dozen dead

U.N. human rights chief Michelle Bachelet's office said Friday it has credible reports that security forces or members of pro-government armed groups have shot at least 20 people during protests on Tuesday and Wednesday and is calling for an investigation

 The total figure is likely higher: The Venezuelan Observatory of Social Conflict says 21 people were killed by gunfire in protests and looting on Wednesday and Thursday, on top of five deaths authorities confirmed Tuesday

The Penal Forum human rights group says that 369 people have been detained since Monday

'The international community is watching more closely than ever before, so Venezuelan security forces - and those commanding them - should know they will be held to account for any abuses,' Jose Miguel Vivanco, the Americas director for Human Rights Watch, wrote on Twitter

    Guaido has said he'd be willing to talk with any party willing to discuss restoring democracy, but short of that, he said there would be more protests

'There will be people on the street,' Guaido clamored, 'until we get freedom'. help people expand their consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be sharing

with you the three hidden levels of self three levels of self of parts of you

that when you integrate changes the whole entire game because when you

identify with just one of these levels a lot of times it can cause pain when you

neglect some of these levels or you don't listen to these levels of you then

a lot of times they'll go on these tangents you'll find that things just

aren't working for you and when you heal them and integrate them your life will

feel like you're in alignment you'll feel like you're in a high vibrational

state you'll feel like you're connected to who you're really meant to be in your

life and your whole life will change and these are things that I became aware of

as I started meditating for example back in 2012 I started to connect to one of

these levels and this level allowed me to really understand my purpose in life

to understand why I'm here and what I could be doing to help other people and

that eventually caused a cascade to where then I am doing what I do now

which I make videos and I'm able to travel the world doing what I love and a

lot of it has to do with passion as well understanding that but in general let's

understand first off the level that mostly everyone will understand or at

least identify with somewhat and that is understanding the limited ego self the

limited ego self is what most people identify solely as because this is the

part of us that's like I experience reality through the five senses and this

is what is real and we identify with this part of us because this is what we

quote know quote know as we are growing up because we are told that this is who

you are this is obviously how you experience your reality so we then

develop an identity around our ego our an identity around the limited self and

we do everything we can to remain consistent to it now the thing is is

this isn't really just who we are this is a very small percentage of

we are at a greater level we are immortal spiritual beings live in a

temporary human experience and when we're born into this reality the thing

is is we forget who we are we forget that that's actually who we are that we

are so much more than we can imagine because then we're only identified with

the limit itself so we go through life experiences where we continue to

identify to continue to protect that self-image as we grow up we adopt the

beliefs of our parents the adoptive beliefs are in via our environment and

then we live out that life as the ego and as the limited self now something

very powerful happens when you begin to meditate because when you begin to

meditate you begin to observe your thoughts and when you observe your

thoughts you start to detach from that of things that are normally triggering

you you start to detach from things that have a energetic pull on you and you're

also able to observe your thoughts to realize that you may think thoughts but

you are not your thoughts so the thing is is we just grow up identifying with

our environment identifying with things that happen to us and because of that we

continue to experience that over and over again so that's the ego limit

itself that most people identify with and it's the self that is only capable

of a certain amount of of growth of success because when we identify with

the ego we then keep ourselves in this little metaphorical box now the next

level is a level that I experienced when I began meditating because I realized

that I am not just my ego self I'm so much more than that and in meditation as

I was observing my thoughts I saw I have these thoughts

I have these beliefs and I think that these beliefs are who I am but then I

became aware that those beliefs were just a small part of who I am they

weren't really who I was and as I was able to observe them I began to detach

for them and I allowed this higher energy to come through now this higher

energy is what we call the higher self so we have that of the ego limited self

then we have that as the higher self now the higher self is the part of us that

right now is connected to us but the degree to which we feel this

connection will depend on our alignment and our openness to it so your higher

self and who you really are is in higher dimensional states of consciousness you

are right now dreaming that this is who you are in this life you are projecting

yourself here thinking this is who you are when in actuality you are so much

more than you can even imagine now your higher self is constantly guiding you my

higher self was guiding me I've always known I wanted to be on YouTube and it

kept giving me these hints it kept giving me these signs and eventually

what I did is I decided that I'm gonna go down this route because I know and I

feel I've always felt like my my passion in my life or what I was gonna be doing

is we speaking in front of people so because I thought that that's what my

life was gonna be about and I had this feeling about it

it was then certain seeds were planted to where then I started going to my

spiritual awakening and then I kept getting science confirmation and then

eventually I ended up making videos on YouTube which eventually started to

where I am now so that was a guidance of my Higher Self that was a feeling that I

had an understanding and I then went through a period as well

when I began to observe my thoughts with the limited self I went through a period

as well where I was doing a lot of research I was listening to seminars I

was listening to speakers I was reading books and I was digesting this

information however what happened is I had my Higher Self to help guide me

through the information to know what is legit what is not legit what resonates

with doesn't resonate what may take parts of something that I felt was true

but it was able to help me decipher the information to understand it and

understand your Higher Self will help you to understand and when you connect

to your higher self you will get exactly what you need when you need it

and you will start to trust the process more you see a lot of times the best

case scenario that your ego can imagine the best case scenario that your ego can

imagine is the floor of the higher mind of the higher self the higher self may

be able to bring you even more amazing things in your life but you're limiting

yourself by being attached to this one little perspective so the key is to

trust the higher self to trust this version of you that's in a higher state

of consciousness right now and as you begin to put more attention on it and

you begin to intend it to connect to that version of you more you will bring

more of it into your life you know there's a lot of power in our thinking

and our thoughts and our emotions and when we align with that higher self

that's when everything begins to change now one of the best mechanisms we have

for connecting to that of our higher self is the emotion or the feeling of

passion because when you're in a passionate state you're doing what

you're truly passionate about that feeling that emotion is telling you that

that is who you are that is the thing of it like you are here your higher self is

here the way that your higher self communicates with your ego self is

through the feeling of passion it says hey go in this direction come in this

direction so what happens is it gets you that's kind of like the carrot on a

stick and sometimes it may not logically make sense think of your higher self as

well as on top of a mountaintop looking down at that of your lower self or at

the looking down at that of your ego self and your ego self is in the valley

you can't see very far but your higher self can see the whole entire way you

can make up the mountain and maybe the higher self says hey go in this

direction you say logically that doesn't make sense there's a river over there

there's no way I can get over but then if you simply trust the process your

higher self brings you over there and then you see that there's logs that can

get you over the river and you cut a whole bunch of time in half or there's

something over there that you end up learning that changes your life so with

this process it's about trust it's about understanding that you are a high

vibrational beam naturally the only thing that keeps the ego self limited is

the identification you see in the higher self version of you your natural state

is unconditional love bliss joy peace that is who you are

if you feel lower vibrational emotions is because there's some level of

identity with past experiences with future projections and that sense of

identity keeps us entrained into those lower states of consciousness so the key

to connect you to the higher self is actually just to let go and to

understand that you are not that's of your ego you may you may have your ego

as a vehicle you may use this body this body is a vehicle that we use for a

certain period of time but it is not just who we are now the ID

is understanding that that level of identification will keep us and trained

into that of the ego so once again I'm not saying to completely neglect to the

ego I'm not saying to completely just live in the airiness of the higher self

I'm saying to combine the two I'm saying to have an intention of maybe what you

want to experience in your life and have the intention of connecting it with your

higher self so that you have this dual type energy towards very powerful so

when you when you begin to tap into this connection you'll find that a lot in

your life begins to change because then you're aligning with a higher

vibrational energy you know a lot of people come to me for the law of

attraction and they're asking about how to manifest what they want but they're

doing it from a paradigm of things that their soul really doesn't want how can I

win the lottery it may not be in your best interest in win the lottery because

you may have some type of passion that if you won the lottery you wouldn't even

go for that passion if I would have won the lottery five six years ago I may not

making YouTube videos I may not be doing my passion for a living you know so I

might have a hundred million dollars or whatever but I probably wouldn't be

happy because this is what makes me happy but we go for the thing that our

ego thinks it wants now the idea is to to look at the emotion that we want from

that the emotion that we want from that of the lottery is the freedom to do what

we want so a said let's go for the freedom you see that someone will begin

to marry these two things together the higher self and the limited ego self so

the ego also isn't bad sometimes we get into this this thing where we're like oh

the egos bad that he goes the enemy the egos the enemy the ego something we're

using the ego is isn't is something that you don't want to develop a negative

relationship with because then you create resistance with yourself not that

you are the ego but it creates inner resistance when we're when we're down

talking the ego or when we're in that way be aware of it observe it don't

identify with it it's more of a neutral thing than anything else many things in

life are neutral everything in life is neutral but it's

about being aware of the meaning we give it because the meaning we give it is

going to be what we get out of it now the third part of yourself that maybe

you haven't heard of before maybe you've heard of these two before the third part

of yourself is what is called your lower self now your lower self is the part of

you that is connected to the planet because understand microcosm macrocosm

we're all connected on this planet this planet is a

spiritual entity within herself we are the cells on the planet of gaia

and because we are the cells on the planet of gaia it's about being aware

that we all have a connection have you heard of the hundredth monkey effect

where there are certain type of monkeys in a certain country or island and the

monkeys learned that if you were to get these fruits and you were to watch the

fruit off in the ocean you could then eat it versus having sand all over it

well at the same time that one part of the monkeys found out about this around

the whole entire planet monkeys began to find out about this in

different countries divisions islands everywhere else it's called the

hundredth monkey effect and the reason being is because we're all connected to

this collective consciousness within this collective consciousness we have

this information to where we can pick up on it to give it almost like an energy

field there's an energy field around our body that is full of our emotions our

thoughts patterns and when we walk around into the world we are linking up

with other people's bodies of emotions and we're linking up with other people

subconsciously whether we're aware of it or not and what happens is that we

continue to bring in experiences that are equal to that vibration within that

energy field and people can pick up on that energy field as well so where

people can pick up on things people have going on emotions all these different

things now the same way the planets herself has an energy field around her

body and we are all connected to it so this is when we are connected to the

collective consciousness and we realize that we are connected to everything now

the lower self what we call earth the earth part of us this is where we tap

into the collective consciousness now in general on the collective consciousness

right now are in the planet on the planet there is this powerful

transformation that's happening because as we individually transform our own

lives that is going into the pattern of the grid and that is transforming the

collective consciousness as well because there's a certain level of social

conditioning that's there there's social conditioning around that's why the news

is all negative stuff it keeps us in that lower limited self and there are

people that know this and it's not something to be afraid of I'm not

telling you to be afraid of it I'm just saying they're people that know

this that's why every single thing you turn on the news is negative and keeps

you in the lower vibrational states of consciousness now the key is is right

now on the planet we have the internet things are less controlled as they can

because a lot of people don't even watch the news anymore they're starting to

watch alternative media they're starting to watch YouTube and things where they

have more ability to see more neutral perspectives you could say and because

of that people are starting to detach from the old charged-up grid and into a

new level a new paradigm a new way for being so you see this is about being

aware that we are all connected so when we think that our thoughts are always

our own sometimes our thoughts may be actually thoughts of this collective

conditioning you may go to that of a football game maybe go to the Super Bowl

and go to the Super Bowl for football and you are thinking and feeling

emotions of like whoever's winning or what's going on however you are also

maybe picking up on other people's thoughts of millions of other people

looking at this game people that are there and the energy of the location all

of these different things come into play and it influences our vibration whether

we're aware of it or not but you see this part of us is you can also think of

as the unconscious mind now there's an unconscious mind that we

have and there's an unconscious mind of social conditioning now the thing is is

when we came into this reality we realized that this is gonna be a time of

is with free will and we have to make the change within ourself it's not very

empowering for someone just to give it to you just as much as we like someone

to give us money give us some 100 million dollars because how convenient

would that be we wouldn't learn anything from it and it wouldn't actually be

conductive or conducive to us however we are going through this transformation

together we had to incarnate into the system we had to forget who we are we

had to become a part of the social collective grid which is the lower earth

self and then we connect to our limited ego self which you identify with growing

up we begin to detach from it and eventually we then connect to our higher

self through a spiritual awakening and we start to bring through a higher

vibrational energy which then bridges these two worlds the higher divine

states of being because if you didn't know you are a divine being you come

from love and light you exist in higher states of consciousness and when you

begin to connect this higher self version of you to the limited ego

version of you you begin to transform your life in a very powerful way that

gets grounded in through this social conditioning the collective

consciousness and to begin to transform the world from the inside out these are

three aspects of you you may have never known about but the more you're aware of

them the more you can see how can i integrate them the way that you

integrate them is by following your passion trusting your inner guidance

system going into meditation observing your thoughts detach them from the old

perspectives of the limit itself being aware of where you're engaging with the

lower self when it comes to social conditioning the things that are holding

you back as you become aware of all these things you'll begin to transform

your life in a powerful way you are so much more than you know and the more you

tap into this awareness is the more that you begin to bring this higher

vibrational energy into your life and the more everything begins to change so

Throughout this guided relaxation,

we will be focusing on relaxing tension in your body and

calming your mind with positive thoughts.

First, begin by making your body comfortable.

Dim or turn off the lights.

Lie down or sit down somewhere where you can relax without being disturbed.

Allow your hands to rest quietly by your side. Or they can rest gently on your thigh.

If you want to, close your eyes.

Or if you prefer, you can watch the relaxing images in this video.

Become aware of your breathing. Is it fast?

Is it slow?

Feel the air as you breathe in and out. Is it cool? Is it warm?

Just let yourself be aware of it.

Each time you breathe out, you'll start to notice that you feel a little calmer

as the tension begins to leave your body.

And each time you breathe in, you'll notice

a warm relaxation starting to spread throughout you.

It starts in your toes with a little warm tingle.

It spreads to your feet and up your legs.

Your legs may be starting to feel a little heavy. That's okay.

Just let them rest.

Feel the relaxation travel across your hips to your stomach.

And from your stomach to your chest.

Feel the warmth spread to your shoulders.

Today I wanted to make a sum-up video on

how to treat social anxiety, at least how to see how social anxiety...

...arises and...

...becomes a problem. And if you can see this

You'll know what to explore and how to find the solution, and heal from it

When you come to this earth, or when you get born...

...whether we're coming from somewhere else or whether we're coming from nothing...

...we are born on this earth. And if you have seen a baby or a kid...

...up until a certain age, they have a certain

lightness in their face

they

Capture the whole room often. They get attention real easily.

Because they have this light in their eyes and this fresh smile.

They're basically

Pure.

So we're coming from wherever to here

We know we are enough as...

We are.

We don't have...

that same self judgment.

We don't even know what self judgment is or even what a self is, or a separate self.

If you've been in a

Scenario before where you just feel felt very connected with people, and with nature

You feel like you are...

a somewhat connected piece of the puzzle... to the whole puzzle.

We feel that way when we're kids

and...

then there's a day...

or a course of several...

Events.

Where you get this sense that

You are not good enough as you are.

Okay, so you came from this place where you like you your reality is...

"I'm good enough as I am and that's why I'm so happy"

And you don't even know the other side of the coin

Because we're coming to this place where... I mean I shouldn't point at this but maybe...

the society

where you got to use your brain and your judgment to make things better to navigate in the world and it's a...

difficult game...

all right...

...In comparison to the soul just...

...FLOATING... it's a difficult game.

So we're using our minds to judge...

How we can make... how we can survive.

And...

How we can also thrive.

You meet people

early in your life...

Through your parents, because your parents will have these tendencies...

To judge... of course because they've been in this place for a long time

They love you

But they've been in this place for a long time

I should say the society, not point out the nature because the nature is kind of natural, and these laws in the world...

They function in a way that is...

it's a challenge for..

...you, who came from a place... or a non place...

where

Everything was sort of just the way it was

The nature doesn't argue...

...with anything. Our minds do. And...

We have this gift of thinking. And you...

Get born into this amazing gift of thinking. You start judging that tree...

There's a tree. This is a trailer. This is a person. This is another person than you.

You know, what's good and what's bad, you know your parents teach you that.

So you start judging, having opinions and you see a notion that says...

"You know the way you were when, you were not here, or when when you came here..."

"when you came here, and you were pure... yes, you were happy, but..."

"You didn't know that..."

"You're not you're not that amazing, all right"

"Bill Gates is amazing. Not you. Nelson Mandela was amazing and..."

You're kind of...

Not there.

and

There are so many ways you can face this...

Notion here

Millions and billions types of different traumas and

situations, but if you have social anxiety today, or

if you're struggling with

a

mental illness or you're not really happy, you're not what you know, you could be. Then there's a...

lesser or higher degree of trauma there, of this...

confrontation when it came to this world

That you are not good enough. And this was so scary...

Your nervous system...

overloaded.

You created...

an emotional

attachment to this new...

delf-defensive mechanism, that this is never gonna happen to you again. You're never going to feel that way...

again. You're not gonna be hurt like that again.

So you create the self defense mechanism, or an ego...

to

Control that this is not gonna happen to you again. And this is how...

We live, in this world. And we use our minds to control to find out how we can control...

I'm freezing. That's why I'm speaking so shakingly.

So this was so hard for us to deal with and whether or not we lived before or whether or not we were somewhere else

We were pure when we came here and when we were fresh. We were enough.

And it was not even interesting whether we were enough. But one day we felt that we were not enough.

that's

Crazy. That's a crazy belief to have.

Absolute terror, to come from a place where...

just everything is

joyous, and loving and there's connection, fun and curiosity

and presence

and suddenly one day you're like

"Oh, It's not the way... the way I experience nature was just natural"

"It felt natural"

"Now I guess reality is not like that"

This is scary. And...

It can overload the system and if you don't have

The guidance, or if you don't have the words to express how you feel about that, and go through it, and maybe in some

cases... in some...

environments there might be people who don't see that in you, that you're going through something

it's hard for you to explain it in words

and you can't go through the feeling and the process, that this is a...

mistaken belief

and maybe everyone around you or most people see the world the same way

so there's no way to...

You're alone about it and you just accept it, "okay, everyone else is criticizing and telling me that I'm not enough"

"They act that way"

That is I think the beginning of social anxiety and there's a lot of emotions

connected to this belief and it's also looking for

looking for opportunities to realize that...

you're not good enough, in situations, in people that you're attracting, relationships.... because...

Its in the subconscious mind

it doesn't make sense here, but

It's in the subconscious

so I have I have two ways of dealing to pathways of

becoming free and I call the one the emotional path and the other one the

Mental Path. And you will probably use both

The emotional path will be - you know every time you get your social anxiety triggered

You look for...

...the feeling. You you don't run away. You don't distract yourself. We're distracting ourselves from our...

emotional baggage...

Trauma. We get on our phones. And that's how to keep the trauma and the ego and this self defensive

mechanism...

alive.

It feeds off this. Do your best to to face the feeling and stay present with it, because the feeling needs attention

Okay. So every time you're getting triggered the emotion comes up to the consciousness...

to get healed and be "in motion". So we should be grateful when the emotion comes

and not stuff it down, as something bad. Because we use the situation that triggered the...

feeling. And we blame the situation. We rationalize, "that person is so bad for me. And that's such a...

horrible political opinion to have and....

I'm offended, in that person's presence"

This person or this is a source probably have issues themselves

but your problem with it.. your emotionalism behind the resistance comes from...

your "trauma" (subconscious resistance)

That's the way, that's the pattern, that I see. So every time you get triggered with social anxiety

You interpret the situation in a way to fulfill

the belief that you are not enough. Or you get reminded in some way that you're not enough, and you get hurt.

If you can see this process, it's gonna make it easier for you to navigate

out of social anxiety. Just see that every time your social anxiety

comes up

there's a source.

Okay, and it's not gonna seem like this

You're not gonna instantly see the trauma that happened to you in childhood necessarily

But the belief you're not good enough and those

Believes that "I'm not important", "I'm not equal to others". There are many ways

You can formulate these beliefs actually, in different sentences

But it's sort of similar

It's in the core that something is wrong with you. And this is a wrong belief

It's a crazy belief. And that's why...

A lot of us are crazy

...in the society.

However, we're in a process of integration

of integrating our souls

We're stepping into a vehicle

where we have

a mind

And we are powerful, as human species. We have "evolutionized" the gift of thinking

We also have to deal with

not overthinking ourselves and judging ourselves. This is a process of integration.

it got a little cold there and I didn't get to the part where I was gonna explain the

mental path, because I went through the emotional path

but it is pretty simple. The emotional path, in summary, is

taking responsibility for your feelings

Not blaming it and pointing outwards. That's the challenge of life

You know when somebody cuts you off in traffic... the more angry you get at that person, the more

feelings you have

unprocessed in you. Okay. So yes, he might be a jerk or he might be...

acting

inappropriately.

But your emotional resistance to that

that belongs to you. That's you. So the trick here is to go through that process

And really take ownership for all your feelings. All of them. All your resistance.

That's the emotional path. And the mental path...

Is about beliefs and thoughts and seeing that they are not true, or looking through them

Exploring the falseness of them. When you have a dark feeling or you get a social anxiety

attack

Then it would help to ask yourself. What does this feeling

what does this part of me believe about the world?

Maybe you will come to a few phrases or maybe

some kind of thought, belief or a view.

And you just ask yourself, "Is that true?"

"Is it really true?" Have a sincere approach to this. Don't just assume that it's not true

Really see if it's not true. Or, IF it's true.

So that's both the paths and how they integrate. And you will go through both. Some people are more

emotional, and some are more mental-based

but you will use both of these components in your journey. And I will finish with a quote by

 Social media giants have been told by the Health Secretary to purge their sites of self-harm and suicide material, or face legislation

 Matt Hancock, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, has this weekend written to social media bosses warning them that action is "urgently" needed to ensure they do not breach the policies of internet providers

 In the letter, Mr Hancock expresses his growing concern over harmful content online, and states it is "appalling" how easy it is to access content that "leads to self harm and promotes suicide"

 The letter, sent to corporate leaders at Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google and Apple, comes just days after father Ian Russell spoke out about how Instagram "helped" to kill his 14-year-old daughter, Molly

 In 2017, Molly was found dead in her bedroom after showing "no obvious signs" of mental health issues, but her family later found she had been looking at material on social media linked to anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicide

 Mr Hancock wrote in his letter: "Like any parent, I was horrified to learn of 14-year-old Molly Russell, who tragically took her own life

 "The grief Molly's parents feel is something no-one should have to experience. Every suicide is a preventable death, including Molly's

"  He continued: "It is appalling how easy it still is to access this content online and I am in no doubt about the harm this material can cause, especially for young people

    "It is time for internet and social media providers to step up and purge this content once and for all

 "I want to work with internet and social media providers to ensure the action is as effective as possible

   "However, let me be clear that we will introduce new legislation where needed."  Mr Hancock ends his letter writing: "I look forward to working with you with the urgency this agenda needs
