Hi~

*Snuper came to Tokyo for their Japan promotions*

I am

in Tokyo, Japan

Guys, be careful not to catch a cold

I caught a cold..

*Taewoong got sick during the Japan promotions*

In Snuper I am the only one who..

got vaccinated but really this sickness..

*He tried not to get sick, but..*

I took all actions

*(the wold is so unjust)*

but I caught a cold.

Swings, don't get sick

Today

We wrapped up the Japan promotions and are going to go back to Korea

I'm glad we safely finished the "You In My Eyes" promotions this time as well

And.. next time...

we're going to have a concert in Japan

so we're preparing lots

and we're also preparing for the AAA (Asian Artist Awards) lots

*Taewoong came on again after the high touch*

We finished the high touch

*Sangil appearing out of nowhere*

Wiping sweat~

Pat pat pat

*(dumbfounded)*

*Sangil is so excited about wiping sweat*

*(laughing)*

- 5 seconds! *(securing the 5 second appearance)*

Thank you Sangil!

*Sangils answer, full of pride*

I'll be there when I can help

Help me! *Taewoong requesting help right away*

Right now..?

Help me right now!

*Sangil appearing again*

You can only see our necks so..

We promoted like this since the 20th

*(putting his feelings about the Japan promotions into words)*

During that time we really made a lot of

joyful memories with the fans~

Yes, a lot!

and we are keeping them right here~

Yes, like this!

*BAM!!*

Is it in?

*(cursing with his eyes)*

I feel good~

He feels good~

Please express how good you feel.

Right here

*Sangil feels like..?*

This muuuch~

*(imitating)*

- Is that all? - You too.

*And Taewoong feels like..?*

*(speechless)*

2,3 Thank you!

*Snuper are all done with the promotions*

That was really long

Yes our very long Japan promotions are now over

Looking back on it, during the promotions

We totally forgot

filming these videos..

We totally forgot

- So in order to make fill it.. *These two are trying to fill the quota*

- So I came here to fill the quota *What are they going to do to fill it?*

Woosung, during the time..

during the time in Japan, what was the most delicious food?

For me, it was what we ate yesterday. Oyakodon (Chicken and egg rice)

Oyakodon is a thing with chicken and egg all together

poured over rice like this

*(This was a very soulful explanation)*

And you Taewoong? (What food did you like the best?

I.. the CEO bought us..

Sashimi?

Sashimi too but not that,

The sea urchin sushi was really..

the most delicious food in my opinion

I never saw an oyster that big before

*(you're only seeing gestures, but it's an oyster)*

Like my hand

It was as big as your hand right?

It was bigger than my hand

Look at this. Bigger than this.

I didn't know how to eat it. It was so big...

So like this..

*These two are getting so excited talking about food*

I had to suck it in like pudding.

*(remembering)*

When you come to Japan, the seafood is good too but

a culture around meat was really formed, right?

I hope (you come here) and eat some of it

Ah right, I went and ate Udon with Sebin yesterday

- Yeokjeon Udon! - Yeokjeon is really..

so delicious!

It really is.

When you eat it, your insides get warm

*Your insides get warm and Suhyun appears*

Suhyun appears..

He appears and tells us what the most delicious food was

Woah.. seriously.. this time the kyukatsu (beef cutlet)...

Was it really good this time?

The kyukatsu restaurant was restructured

The owner changed

*The Kyukatsu restaurant had a new owner*

- It was really good. *A sunflower appeared*

How much was it again? 2000 yen?

No no, like 1500 yen.. *(Debating over the price of the kyukatsu)*

or like 1800...

Did you add anything?

*(Who .. are you talking to..?)* - What did you add?

Green lettuce katsu?

One or two?

*(calculating)*

Then it was 1820 yen.

It was seriously good

So Suhyun spent almost around 18000 won alone.

Right.

There is 18000 won in there right now

There isn't?

It definitely is

Guys! Good job on the release event!

Yes, good job!

Are you a sunflower today?

- I didnt have a hat so.. the shape is weird *Sebin is sad because he didn't have a hat and had to become a sunflower*

If I take the hat off it'll look even more weird...

Anyways, you worked hard today

I think you look weirder like this

It's cute, it's cute

Is it?

Alright so!

How much time until we're back in Korea..

- Ah yes the time until our flight.. *(Woosung.. you don't have a watch..?)*

We're being called right now?

No no no

Ah, we really have to wrap this up quickly..

Since it's a private plane...

Quiet!

Sh, quiet..

Be quiet when (...)

It's going to be a mess (?)

We are going back to Korea now and we're going to show you some cool sides of us so look forward to that!

Thank you for having us in Japan!

Until then. Higher than super! This was Snuper. Thank you.

Senior S. Korean navy official cancels Japan visit amid naval disputes - Duration: 0:44.

The recent military disputes between South Korea and Japan are taking a toll on their

cooperation in defense.

Now, officials in Seoul say Rear Admiral Kim Myung-soo, commander of the first fleet, has

canceled a planned trip to Japan next month as part of a regular exchange program.

No reason was given for the cancellation, but it would appear to be the result of the

dispute over Japanese planes conducting several low-altitude flybys near South Korean ships

since last month.

South Korea has demanded an end to the flybys and has promised to respond sternly if they

happen again.

On Saturday, reports said Japan was looking at canceling a planned port call in Busan

by one of its ships set for April.

現実と仮想現実の旅 富山編 Japan in Motion S15#11 "Toyama" - Duration: 13:18.

Manami-No-Risa experieced virtual reality in Tokyo

In rural Japan, there is a place where they can enjoy an unusual space realistically

They headed to Toyama prefecture that is about two hours' trip from JR Tokyo station by Shinkansen

We came here !

Toyama prefecture !

Please have a look at this scenery !

I feel time goes by slowly here

Here is totally difference in the atmosphere from Tokyo

The great gap between here and Tokyo is also very nice

Following Tokyo, we'd like to approach to the charm of Toyama

We'll introduce you the place with a superb view later, where they came

In Toyama, there are a lot of the places where you can experience the culture and techonology filled with the wisdom of ancestors

When you come to Toyama, the place you should visit at first is

Inami, Nanto city

It's a beautiful city, isn't it ? Thank you very much !

Look ! Such sculptures

I can see the wood-carvings of animal on top of the name plate over there

This carving shows the father's zodiac of this shop

They are for grandfather and father

A dog and wild boar, respectively

The zodiac of the head in this family

It's wonderful, isn't it ? Yes, they are

I saw it for the first time

Inami is called "the village of wood carving"

The complex and three-dimensonal sculptures

are dedicated to famous temples and shrines

and furthermore, they are decorated in "Ranma (transom) of Japanese style room in Japan

So, this is Japanese traditional art !

If you come to Inami, you can see the traditional craftmanship close up

Hello !

Are you carving plum or something ?

I'm now carving the part of plum and bamboo in the drawing pattern of "Sho-Chiku-Bai (Pine tree-Bomboo-Plum)

Great !

How long have you taken for this so far ?

It will be completed after a little

It took two months or so

Wow ! Only two months ? Yes !

Mr. Maekawa is a great master of wood-carving with 50 years of experience in this field

He is one of the artists representing famous Inami's wood carvings and has also raised many disciples so far

The most important thing regarding Ranma,

First of all, when I make a preliminary sketch

I have to exactly image in my head what's shaping up to be as a scrupture

I have to draw a picture in my head

Please look at this ! You can understand it easily,

This part is placed at the highest position, and then, here is the next, and so forth

The components of this scrupture are sterically placed at five steps in height,

You have fixed all the steric layout of the components in the mind, right ?

Of course. Otherwise, I can't carve it

Wow, you are great !

There is the building that became the origin of complex and delicate sculpture in Inami

It's Zuisenji (Zuisenji Temple) built in Meitoku first year (1390 A.D.)

Wonderful !

All of these are Inami sculpture, right ?

In particular, the sculpture of the door is very delicate workmanship

The beginning of Inami sculpture is as follows:

When the Zuisenji was burnt out in Houreki 12th year (1762),

A lot of carpenters came by chance from Kyoto

They taught the carpenters of Inami

the carving and various techniques

This is the beginning of the carving of Inami

Really ?

Well, before burning it out, what was the situation ?

There were nothing such carvings at all

It's a great honor for craftmen to engage in the decoration of temples

The works of craftmen competing their skills with one another, are vividly alive even now

It seems that the active craftmen often visit this temple to get useful ideas

Well, from now, I'll take you the place where you can experience wood curving of Inami

Hooray ! I want to do that !

Please do you best for that !

At this traditional Japanese style house,

With shaving a hinoki (Japaneses cypress) by a chisel,

you can make a vessel for drinking Japanese Sake, called "Guinomi"

Mr. Ishimura, a craftman with 25 years' carrier will teach them

All the three are struggling hard with a chisel that they have never used so far

I've carved it excessively

My carving is off the point very much

One hour has passed from starting their works

The very unique "Guinomis" are completed

Mr. Ishimura, which is the best "Guinomi" of the three, reagarding the artistic sense

It's very difficult to decide. Because each of the three is different from the other two

If the view point is different, each one has the biggest reason to become No.1

It's very difficult to decide though, if I'm forced to say,

I think this one is slightly better than others, because it's decisive !

Hooray !

In Toyama, there are more towns where the traditional techniques have been alive

The three came to Takaoka City

Speaking of things that are made in Takaoka City

Takaoka copper wares were exibited at the Paris World Exposition, after that,

they became known throughout the world

About 400 years ago, the founders were invited for the prosperity of the city, since then

Takaoka copper wares symbolized by bronze colored Big Buddha have been supported by many excellent technical groups

for example, the experts who are good at various metalworking

The skilled craftmen who engrave on various cast products such as vases and Buddhist altar fittings etc.,

have come flocking to the Takaoka City

And they came to, in the end

A house !

I feel as if we took back in time

It looks like we were back to the old days

There remains such a thing !

Here, Historic Village of Gokayama Gassho-zukuri-concentrated-area

was registered as an UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995

The Village is surrounded by 1,500 meters' class mountains

and it's an area of heavy snowfall where 2-3 meters' snow covers the whole village in winter

So, a lot of wisdom of our ancestors is closely packed in this small house of a thatched roof

Excuse me !

This house is high-ceiled

They were allowed to have a look at the inside of the house

Very large !

This house

was built 300 years ago

It's a five-story house

Five stories ?

You can climb up to the fourth floor with this ladder

Immediately, they had him show the upper floor, too

Wow, it's wonderful !

Large. Extremely large !

Larger than I expected

There is something here

Something awesome. What's this ?

What ! What is this ?

Shelves of silkworms. Oh, silkworms

They were raising silkworms here !

In fact, the upper half of this house isn't residence, but

at most houses in this village, the upper half was used for the place to raise silkworms

that produced the raw material of silk

Furthermore, they climbed up the ladder

Look ! Oh, I can see outside

Yes, we can see outside. I can see Gassho-zukuri (the thatched roof house)

It's true !

Superb ! Gassho-zukuri is amazing when we look in this way

The roof is so big !

A little while ago, he said that Gassho-zukuri was constructed without using even one nail

In fact, even one nail is used in this house

Instead of nails, the pillars are held together by lashings

They can construct the house very strongly in this way. Wonderful !

To maintain this Gassho-zukuri house,

They have to replace the cogon grass used for the thatched roof about every 20 years

If you are lucky enough, you can watch the work of re-thatching, too

Gokayama is famous for Washi (Japanese paper) of Gokayama that is tough and difficult to break

You can experience to make the Washi here

Now, please rock it

Oh, it's heavy !

Please rock it lengthwisely as well as crosswisely

It has become increasingly hard

The raw material of Gokayama paper is Mulberry

that is made from Mitsumata plant (paper birch) and/or Ganpi (Diplomorha sikokiana)

The characteristics of the mulberry available here is long fiber compared to those of other places

By using those in large quantities, the fiber can be densely tangled each other,

as a result, extra-tough Washi is made. It's unbreakable !

Amazing !

Even if an extra-strong power is added, it's unbreakable !

The trial sessen for making Washi was over in about 20 minutes

We've made them !

The momory of the journey has become postcards of lovely Washi

In addition, in Gokayama, you can stay

at the Japanese house with old-fashioned thatched roof

We can stay at the house of World Heritage. We are very happy

No green inside the house, and also it's hot outside though,

It's very comfortable here. You are right because of good ventilation !

Thanks to natural wind

Curiously enough, there is no leak in the roof and

In summer, they feel cool enough without an air conditioner

We can also enjoy the cuisine made with local ingredients

This is slices of carp meat washed in cold water

Wow, a carp meat is very beautiful !

Wow ! I'll try a carp meat for the first time !

Dip it in here !

I feel it's a little crunchy !

However it has no unique flavor at all

So, it's really easy to eat

This is a fried Tochi-mochi (rice cake made from Japanese horse-chestnuta)

It's crunchy !

It is fried, so I felt crispy on the surface

but its inside is sweet. It's easy to eat and very delicious !

Thus, the three had a luxurious time in the middle of World Heritage Sites

According to the season, its superb view will change

It's possible to spend a totally different time from Tokyo

We have been to Tokyo and Toyama,

How was it ? Let me see

In Tokyo, we've experienced Virtual Reality (VR) by using the latest technology

we could enter the unusual space materialized by VR technology

I was very excited and had a wonderful time !

In Toyama, we could listen to a variety of stories of the great senior of life

We were very happy !

We actually could go to Gokayama, but as if we had been time-slipped to there

We had very good time

We hope you can experience

By all means, please have a try ! We are waiting for you

In Toyama, there is still a lot of pleasant places and beautiful scenery

If you follow the schedule shown here, you can go around without difficulty

Japanese Sumo Food: Eating Chankonabe Stew (ちゃんこ鍋) | Tokyo, Japan - Duration: 16:23.

alright guys good morning so today we are having a sumo themed day here in

Tokyo we are planning to take part in a few different sumo themed activities so

we've come to Rio Goku station and in this area they have a lot of restaurants

where you can have a sumo meal this is like hearty heavy stew that sumo

wrestlers eat to put on weight so we're going to a Sumo restaurant we're gonna

have Chankonabe (ちゃんこ鍋) that hearty stew apparently the restaurant we're going to

also puts on sumo wrestling performances so hopefully the timing works out so

that we can see sumo wrestlers in action and then after that we're going to be

visiting the sumo Museum which isn't too far from the station also this morning

we tried going to one of the sumo stables where supposedly you can see the

sumo wrestlers in action doing their practice in the morning they typically

train from 7:30 to 10:30 but we got there and it was closed there were no

even had to shut it they had the shutters closed sad but I mean there's

still a chance that we'll see wrestlers with lunch let's go okay so we found the

restaurant that specializes in sumo food it is called Hananomai Ryokoku and

it's right outside the train station it's actually underneath me rocks so you

can hear a line and the first time Sam was like yeah actually oh you can hear

right now I don't know if you can hear that guys

but we can feel it right I heard I can feel the table vibrating so fine we've

actually experienced what to earthquake since we've been until

- yeah mild ones said it was alright and also we're sitting in a pretty cool spot

like you've got the the sumo ring right here let me show you guys right there I

don't think there's gonna be a performance we don't know like we're

very lost in translation at the moment yeah there's very little information

like no timings listed so I mean we came here as soon as the restaurant opened at

11:30 I'm hoping maybe there will be a permanence maybe not enough and behind

you this hopeful yeah behind you this is really cool artwork

as well yeah I mean even if there is no sumo wrestling like worst-case scenario

it's still a really cool restaurant yeah the cool vibe and it's gonna be our

first time to try this food as well yeah

so the food arrived super quickly I know look shockingly quick they're ready for

us yes so we order two separate sets yeah went

for the chanko nabe yes is the the sumo stew to put on weight and we got the

chicken one and if you comes with like chicken skin oh yeah so yeah that's the

protein heavy meal because then got an egg there what else do you have

there's some tofu yeah yeah Wow always a really cool surprise yeah I feel like

this is for rice like you're probably gonna or maybe it's for your soup

where's your rice oh the rice isn't here yeah lift that up yeah I will lift it up

if I can't I can't get a grip on it like suction yeah oh here we go

yeah so the whole idea is that you eat the stew with rice and beer so that

you're getting lots of calories into your system yeah so it looks really good

for you cook for a high calorie meal and it's most a little very high protein

meal as well yes and the couple of those boxes I got the tempura set yes with

sashimi right I have some tofu with a bit of

ginger this looks like a pickled radish I have sashimi this is my my miso soup

oh you got me so yeah a little salad here Wow umm yeah this is looking really

good but I'm obviously I'll seem to be trying Sam's yep as soon as that cooks

but this is fun this is fun like I don't know what's gonna happen with the

wrestling are we gonna see sumo or not who knows we've got a good-looking meal

irregardless yes and that's what we came for Alice okay let's dig in I can dig

into mine you're gonna have to wait for yours event I'm starting with the

tempura so we're just wait we're still bidding for this just to cook over here

so we know how is the wondering like what the sauce was for and I finally

clued in like da tempura yeah what else make sure you save me half of that I was

so sweet oh that's wonderful yeah yeah we've got like these big

little shrimp ease yeah we have mushroom mushroom we hum and went yeah I think

this one's fish yeah so a little bit of everything we've everything here we've

got sesame so I'm gonna grab this piece let's do you got tuna salmon what sabi

oh yeah sake it's a nice addition I'm glad that we both have it others yes we

both got sashimi with our set sure did how's that it's just like a very smooth

fish that's good we've got some pickled radish oh yes

yeah well sweet mommy so how this struggle opening this it creates suction

and then you can't lift the lid off so yeah let me show you here I'm gonna grab

my little chopsticks and just swirl it around so will that around there we go

yeah we've got some seaweed going on in there looks good let's try it and we've

got tofu it's just a little hint of ginger we've actually been eating this

as a breakfast item it usually shows up with rice and salmon as a set meal and

quite like it sounds good and of course a big bowl of rice because the whole

idea of these meals is up you're trying to maximize calories put on some weight

also I read that a lot of the restaurants in this area are run by ex

sumo wrestlers yes that's right mm-hmm so then they open restaurants to help

the new generation of sumo wrestlers eat well and you know add a few kilos is

your mouth watering just thinking about that chanko nabe over their eyes

she's just been cooking right in front of her eyes and one thing that I didn't

do until I should have done a little bit sooner was was move around the chicken a

bit cuz only part of it was cooking now I've got a deeply submerged fully cover

so yeah they should almost be done but in the meantime I'm gonna try everything

I have here as well yeah but might important enough with your tempura mmm a

little bit of sauce here yeah

mm-hmm that's a really good time for us mm-hmm

like I have to admit we've been you know a lot of temper if I'm like the grocery

store yeah oh it's nothing compared oh my gosh is so much better yeah and just

look at how much how much shrimp you get in there versus matter the ratio of

ingredients that's inside the batter is just perfect oh my god let's taste it

moving on yeah everything else you have it's like quite similar to my side video

all right you've got that little salad but that solid is pretty nondescript

yeah no but I find it refreshing like a summer salad I'll give it that

and over here a tofu I think is it JIT I wonder if it's a ginger tofu yeah mine

had a little bit of ginger it's not a whole lot subtle hint of that yeah it's

a you tried this you tried the salmon one yeah I tried both already good good

see my favorite between the two um you know the two is quite nice smooth to

melt in your mouth yeah one of the chewy good and what do you think about the

music here it's it's fascinating how long that I

loved it was very atmospheric it does feel very atmospheric it really sets the

sets the mood as to us us us eating here I love yeah we have like these like

wooden seats with purple cushion I got so comfortable that I've just taken my

shoes right yeah I've sitting cross-legged for a while to do that but

I was getting pretty cozy in here so and it goes we are dropping the raw egg in

the chunk Onaga dropped it like it's a boss in there drop it like it's hot drop

it like it's hot right in there yeah and we're just gonna let it cook in there

let it cook I think it's almost ready yeah what do you say okay so the flame

has gone out on family little pots so we figure it's gotta be rent yet exciting

times my friends say we have the the town coat is ready got some cool notes

let's take a bit of a tour before I end up putting on the place you can see some

of what is in there so check out some of the vegetables you have floating on top

of looks like cabbage yeah then over here this looks like

we've got mushrooms we've got underneath that egg we built different kind of

mushrooms as well we have the chicken yeah here so I'm

gonna try to grab some chicken okay dish it up here little bowl with a wooden

spoon there's about a nice sound shams I love those measurements make sure you

get lots of broth - the broth smells so good guys wish we had smell-o-vision

enable mmm okay it's a chicken broth somehow he's thinking it might be more

miso paste I think it does have a little bit of soy soybean paste but

predominantly you really tasted that it's a chicken broth let's try that

mushroom mushroom oh yeah it's nice and spongy a bit chewy mmm stop

I also read online that in some restaurants like with the leftover bra

they add noodles into it and they cook it again so you kind of get like a

second meal round two kind of reminds me of what they do with shabu shabu

yeah I'm Korea yeah if you look here the chicken has got the skin on its dull

yes give you the extra calories some are you gonna eat it with skin oh man that

looks like really great yeah oh my gosh okay oh I intended to

cover you like that a rubber layer of fat Jimmy's tender are so good this is

awesome Oh some more chicken you know that's quite adventurous chicken chicken

skin is delicious guys yeah don't be nervous dry it so it is my turn trying

this and I'm kind of aiming for the leaner pieces of chicken under stone I

don't really like eating fatty meat very much and this one like definitely has

like the skin and just it's not bad I feel like this is a dish that I would

probably eat during the cooler months like maybe an autumn or winter it's not

something that I would crave in summer especially with the heat and humidity

outside I'm just like sprayed myself which is right now but hey it's

air-conditioned in here so is there condition which makes a big difference

it does it makes a huge difference oh yeah this isn't like my favorite

Japanese dish that we've had since we've been here

yeah I'm glad we're trying it I feel like it's an experience getting to try

what the sumo wrestlers eat to put on me yeah

but it's not my personal favorite yeah yeah it's when you think about what's in

it it's it's a functional meal it's like you're you're eating for health and and

protein and vegetables and like vitamins and so on but yeah it rocks locks a bit

of the spice or the requirements of some other other dishes you find yeah yeah

like a chicken broth would you like shot some chicken I'm a whole bunch of

ingredients basically yeah yeah so it's been interesting and I really like the

restaurant like I love setting the decoration yeah that's great I wish the

sumo wrestlers would show up but like I'm starting to lose yeah

you know what else is really cool is this place seems like like Decatur

towards good everyday like office work I've got four see on seeing men coming

in in the business suits and eating here and and other people it doesn't it's not

a parade of tourists coming like yeah so yeah I'm going to enjoy the rest of this

meal finish the food in front of us and then continue our adventure in this

neighborhood indeed all right guys so we finished lunch and we were able to

figure out that there is no more wrestling show today yeah but they

couldn't tell us what days the show takes place or what time so that still

remains a mystery to us we just know it's not today no one today but anyways

the price was about two thousand seven hundred yen yeah so I would say just

under like 25 us two people 1250 per person yeah very filling cool

ambiance I can see photos of the restaurant the beautiful restaurant

inside it really is yeah it's just disappointing not yes I also found the

service to be really good yes and like it was starting to get very busy in

there by the time we left yeah big lunch promise of the tables were taken over

yeah no there was no show people are coming for the food yeah so that's

always a good sign and from here we're gonna head over to the sumo museum so

that's coming up next

alright Superman Sam tell us your impressions of the sumo Museum so it was

pretty small yeah we walked inside and the first thing we noticed was very

clear signs saying you couldn't take photos yeah we also assumed that we

couldn't take any videos so we didn't but what's inside is you find some

interesting traditional artwork there's some fans there's paintings and on the

other side of the wall there's it looks like a list of like champions over the

years yeah there's like photographs and philosophers wrestlers so yeah it's

worth checking out but honestly it's something that you can probably be in

and out of it within five minutes yeah so I would say it's worth visiting if

you're already coming all the way out to the Edo Tokyo Museum yeah or for or for

lunch in this area yeah or if you're coming to see an actual sumo wrestling

match yeah here at the theater you can also pop in to the museum as a

standalone attraction it's it's not amazing yeah yeah and then on the other

side we found a shock saw the shop is cool tell us what was in that so in the

shop it was all things sumo and there are lots of really cool t-shirts there's

special food items some of them were actually like things that symbols would

eat other things were more just like gifts ideas

there's just anything you could think of they had it in there it's pretty

interesting

City Nara in Japan * Dani Travel TV - Duration: 2:54.

In this episode, we visited the city Nara in Japan.

We looked at the shopping street, the Kofukuji temple complex and the deer in Nara Park.

From Osaka, we took the train to Kintetsu-Nara Station.

From there we went through the shopping street to Sarusawa pond.

We walked up the stairs to the temple complex Kofukuji, where we visited the national treasure hall.

The temple features several buildings of great historic value, including a five-storied pagoda, a three-storied pagoda,

Central Golden Hall, Eastern Golden Hall and Kofukuji's National Treasure Museum.

At 50 meters the five-storied pagoda is Japan's second tallest, just seven meters shorter than the five-storied pagoda at Kyoto's Toji Temple.

Nara Park is a large park in central Nara.

Established in 1880, it is the location of many of Nara's main attractions including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji and the Nara National Museum.

The park is home to hundreds of freely roaming deer.

They beg for food and when you give them, they become very violent and you have to run away.
