flaws deficiencies or weaknesses these are traits you possess that potential
employers want to know but when posed this question in an
interview setting who said a clue how to answer you may find yourself admitting
your drinking problem or your inclination to steal workplace supplies
rather than providing a reasonable answer therefore in this video I will on
the perfect way to respond when asked what is your greatest weakness in a job
interview before we dive into how to respond it is important to understand
why the interviewer is asking you this in the first place this question is
primarily used to assess your level of self-awareness honesty and desire for
self-improvement when it comes to self-awareness the interviewer wants to
get an idea of how well you can pick yourself apart and highlight a few areas
you can improve on the last thing an employer wants is someone who thinks
they are King shit I'm so bold I wish to be entertained where's my troupe of
actors and have nothing to improve on secondly you have honesty the employer
wants to know if you're full of shit or can be trusted to admit a kink in your

admit you suck at something but if you aren't even trying to fix this fault
then you will come across as unmotivated or resistant to change therefore

your response with how you are turning it out weakness into a strength all

how to ace this question nailing this question comes down to preparation if
you try and pick a weakness on a whim you will probably shoot yourself in the
foot and have no improvement plan to support your answer so before your
interview drop the list of all your weaknesses and lengths each weakness to
