because he often tried

earn money with the first customer and

for me that 's not always correct

because in the end I that the story as a

cost of acquiring a customer said

although this client on their first visit

to me do not let me money but much more

easy at the end convince a client and

show how good we are

personally digitally then

uses digital technology to bring it to my

POS ie your clinic and

once you are there to see everything just as

you hooked for that next

Services I started to take money from

that user

[Music]

with me

[Music]

really until you put it in the

market you're not going to know the cost of

Conversion normal is that initially

conversion costs are you

high and then you go as optimizing

the you go down when I said

hire someone I tell a

for one simple reason the issue is that

you have to know these guys

and that's important because if you are not going

to deceive ie treated him badly but

that's the first and that I am

tanto dinero vale pues podemos invertir

ayudando a educar a mis perros contenido

vender collar te va a costar dinero y

decía lo mejor estás vendiendo imaginar

a cinco euros no te preocupes si vendes

a cinco euros

aterrizaje perfectamente documentada

te ayude a generar esa estrategia

digital completa con un marco a 12 24

meses de tiempo ver qué recursos tienes

y en función de esos recursos económicos

y materiales decir oye vale pues vamos a

no vale pues entonces y cuánto tienes y

y tangibles

Hi everyone, I am back with another video in this video. I'm gonna try to create a manga character of my best friend and

I'm doing this on Photoshop

I'm really not that good when it comes to drawing cartoons and all because I prefer drawing realistic sketches

but I just decided to give it a try

basically

I made a rough sketch of the character and then I took the picture of it and placed it on

Photoshop and then by using pen toolI have made this entire digital art and I have used this picture as the reference

Now I'm going to show this picture to my best friend and let's see how she reacts

So this is my friend by me and say hi to my friends ...

Uzma Bozai: Digital Marketing Future Focus Lab - Duration: 3:17.

Hi Uzma, from Uzma Bozai and I'm here today and at the Future Focus Lab

to talk about how I started my brand and our brand positioning & marketing.

My business produces hand-embellished, hand-embroidered artisan sweatshirts.

So we started off as mainly a wholesale business, although still a core part of

what we do, over the past few years

certain platforms and social media especially Instagram have become a vital

part of our business so we do do direct sales through our own

website and but we work a lot with other online platforms, a lot of ethical

retailers and social media, but Instagram specifically has really enabled us

to reach out to so many of those customers certainly and they would never

know about us otherwise. We do try to target our messages across multiple

platforms, we have done quite a bit of research and found that most of our

target demographic is on Instagram, so we will tailor the message for other

platforms like Facebook or Twitter. We, for instance, recently launched

account for Pussy Power campaign on Women's Day this year and actually that

was a lot more political than we've ever been and so Twitter was a really good

platform for that because there were a lot of the discussions about the issues

at hand were being discussed on Twitter and whereas instagrams obviously much

more visual and has those benefits for us.

"La Guía" Estrella Damm - Case Study - Zoom :: Agencia creativa digital - Duration: 2:13.

In 2017, Estrella Damm became the beer brand with the most Instagram interactions

on a global level. We were the top-ranking brand,

both in terms of total interactions and interactions per post. And this was not by chance.

We could have taken the conventional route: copying content from other platforms,

ensuring product placement in the foreground or simply uploading

beautiful photos. But we decided to go further. And so the "Mediterranean Spots Guide" was created

this editorial concept was perfectly suited to the brand's territory

and turned our account into an international project, featuring stunning photos,

which our audience would find useful and appealing outside of the platform. The first step was to define

the concept of the Mediterranean spot. Because a spot is not just a cove

or a village. More than just a place, it is a moment and a space which conveys something of the soul of the Mediterranean.

A place which excites us for some reason, a place worth visiting.

This is why we map these places with geolocation, so that anyone who wants to can go

and discover them for themselves. This is a more exciting way for us

to connect with our audience. We soon saw that users were sharing these spots with each other,

talking about their memories, suggesting weekend getaways or simply

as inspiration. The feedback couldn't have been more positive.

But we didn't stop there. We decided to make the project

as big as possible. And so we crossed the borders in search of new spots

around the Mediterranean and decided to open our profile to photographers

and influencers around the world to enhance the Guide with rich and relevant content.

We also turned our Stories into behind-the-scenes footage, which broadened

the experience for our audience by letting them see our photo shoots, and we incorporated

new formats into the strategy, such as polls or paid content.

And, of course, we launched our own hashtag, #MediterraneanVibes,

which immediately went beyond the boundaries of our own brand and was used by the public,

the community, everyone! This has been much more than just a numbers game...we can raise a toast to this project

as a genuine success story.

The Boss: I Launched a Hugely Successful Digital Media Company With No Business Plan - Duration: 10:13.

When I speak to other business owners, one glaring difference that stands out between our companies is how we got started

I've heard tons of stories of people crafting business ideas with colleagues and launching their companies with funding or fully-developed business plans

None of these experiences are similar to my own. I started Coveteur, a luxury digital media company, with Jake Rosenberg and Erin Kleinberg as a passion project in our apartment kitchens in Toronto

There was no business plan, no seed money and no savings. The only thing we had was an idea that we really believed in and the desire to start our own company in what was then a new digital age

But when the site launched with six closet profiles — featuring notable individuals in the fashion world such as Mona Sharf, Eugene Tong, and Joanna Hillman — on January 21, 2011, it crashed due to the traffic

Instantly, our side hustle was transformed into a full-time job overnight. Along the way, we've had a crash course in business, media, fund raising and management

There have definitely been many bumps and bruises in our journey, but there's no course or class that can better prepare you for owning a business than actually just going out and doing it

I wouldn't trade the lessons I've learned, or the hardships I've endured, for anything

The idea for Coveteur came about one afternoon at a diner in Toronto. I had just moved back there from a stint in New York, and was looking for a creative project to fill my extra time as the job I had was unfulfilling

The topic of starting a digital business came up and seemed like a great idea, as there were no huge overhead costs to consider

At the time, street style looks were huge on fashion sites, so we decided to take that trend one step further and focus on where those enviable street style looks came from: people's closets

Coveteur's new office, which was remodeled by Z Gallerie. Jake Rosenberg / Coveteur / Courtesy of Coveteur  The first few months after the site went live, we scrambled to shoot as many closets as we could across America

This meant three people sharing a hotel room in New York and renting Airbnbs for weeks at a time in Los Angeles

Digital was a new frontier and we were learning everything on the go. To be honest, I think it was our authenticity and passion that made Coveteur something people wanted to read and be a part of from the beginning

I truly believe that if we had set out with a firm business plan for the site, it might not have taken off the way it did

Around six months in, we decided to hire our first intern, but the majority of the work was still being executed by the three of us

The site also took us places we had never even imagined visiting. We were flown to Paris by Chanel to attend their couture show; we spent a day at the Playboy Mansion shooting Hugh Hefner; and we collaborated with iconic publications such as Elle and Vogue

About a year after we launched, we were approached by investors. After finalizing a group of investors that included Drake and the Toronto-based Brand Project, we took on a seed round of $450,000 and started to expand the business

We were able to hire our first few employees on the editorial side, and grow our advertising efforts, which was the main source of our revenue at the time

We wouldn't be where we are today — a company of 25 employees that is now based in New York City — without that infusion of cash, but I strongly suggest that any new business considering outside funding do their homework

Reach out to other people in your field who have taken on outside funding and listen to their advice

It's easy to get swept up in the allure of raising money, but there are real and important issues to be aware of such as your valuation and board of directors

Hearing other people's experiences with this can help inform yours. Most importantly, stick to your guns for your vision of the company and find people who believe in that, and of course, in you

Three years ago, we made the decision to relocate our headquarters from Toronto to New York

It was time to expand the business again, and being in the same city as all of our advertising clients and other media brands was essential to this

Moving to New York also meant that we were able to hire from New York's amazing pool of creative talent

Warren Webster, a veteran of AOL and GOOP, quickly joined our team as the CEO. From there, we went on to scale the company even more by assembling sales and editorial teams, run by industry experts

Living Newsletter Get the latest career, relationship and wellness advice to enrich your life

View Sample Sign Up Now  In Toronto, the there three of us handled almost all of the tasks from editorial to photography and hiring

In New York, we were able to hire experienced professionals to help us grow and innovate

Having a company with 25 people is exciting, but also overwhelming at times. It may not seem like a big number to some, but learning how to manage everyone's expectations and create an environment that people are proud to work in takes an insane amount of hard work, coaching and dedication

Currently, we're in the process of making our next big change. As the media landscape shifts from print to digital and social, we're focusing not only on our site, but on building Coveteur into a full-scale brand

This means engaging more with our audience on social and offline, producing more video content and developing Coveteur-branded products, such as candles and home goods which just launched last week

If you had asked me in high school if I ever thought I would own my own business, the answer would have been no

I truly believe the main reason I am here today with Coveteur is because I just got to work and started doing it

If I had been concerned with going to business school or learning how to set up accounting, I would have stopped myself from moving forward and achieving my goals

Quaderno Demo: How to automate your digital taxes - Duration: 8:19.

Hi there!

In this demo I'll explain why Quaderno is the easiest way to solve your tax compliance and invoicing needs

First I'll explain a bit about tax laws and how Quaderno helps you comply with taxes all over the world

Then I´ll go into how the application automates everything regarding tax receipts

Afterwards I'll talk about tax reports

and how the app can give you all the numbers you need to file your taxes in no-time

Last I'll explain how you can get started

It's an easy set-up process. In most cases, you'll be done in less than 10 minutes!

But first, international taxes

If you sell products or services

you have to comply with the local tax laws wherever you sell

This gets complicated pretty fast

Most countries and regions expect your business to charge every customer at the local tax rate

Some expect you to register with their local tax system

Some, like the EU

only want you to charge private citizens but not local businesses

Some, like Australia

have an annual sales threshold

which means you only charge tax if your sales pass a certain total

Note that these are *laws*, so you have to comply with them

But how can you keep up with so many variations of laws

in every country where you have customers?

Staying on top of changes

plus ensuring that you apply the right tax rate on each sale

is a huge burden for small business owners

You could do it yourself

but then you'd have a new full-time job

and my guess is that you prefer to spend time on your actual business

To give you a better understanding of how international tax laws work

I'll explain what you have to do if you sell digital goods to customers in Europe

Imagine you're selling ebooks

SaaS software

or access to a membership site

to someone in the EU

In this case you must charge the VAT rate of the country your customer is in

When someone in Germany buys your product, you have to apply the German VAT

When the customer is in Spain, the Spanish VAT, and so on

This gets quite cumbersome, because each rate is different

Quaderno solves this problem for you, in Europe and anywhere else in the world

The app will automatically detect the location of the buyer and charge the right amount of VAT on each sale

So German VAT if the customer is in Germany, Spanish VAT if the customer is in Spain and so on

I've been talking about digital goods

but if you sell physical goods,or a combination of the two

Quaderno can handle the taxes for these sales, as well!

To know which tax to apply, you have to determine a buyer's location.

Legally speaking you need two pieces of matching information that confirm where they are

Quaderno automatically collects this information for you

verifies the customer's location

and then applies the right tax rate to the transaction

If the transaction is B2B, Quaderno also checks the customer's business number

If it's valid, then no tax will be added to the sale

One other thing about this so-called location evidence

you have to keep a record of it for ten years

This is in case you're ever audited, so you can always prove that you applied the right taxes

We also take care of this! Quaderno will store the location evidence for you

The app can handle any tax

be it sales tax in the US or GST in Canada or anywhere else in the world

This can be easily configured in the app

We also alert you when you need to start collecting tax in a certain country

so your business is always on the ball

For example, if you pass a tax threshold in Australia

you'll get a notification

Or if a new country introduces a brand new digital tax

we'll let you know

Then you can configure it in Quaderno in just a few seconds

So this concludes the tax part

now let's take a look at the tax receipts

Your customers have probably asked for these on occasion

How do you create those documents now?

Maybe you spend time researching what info should be included,

and then more time to get all the data you need from your customers

With Quaderno you can completely automate this

The app generates tax receipts every time you make a sale

And if you want, these receipts can be emailed to your customers automatically

Customers can update the information on receipts themselves

as well as access their payment history and download past documents

This self-service aspect eliminates any unnecessary back and forth with your customer support team

saving everyone time and hassle

All receipts will have the look & feel of your business

You can easily customize receipts to include your company's logo and color scheme

They can even be issued in your customer's language!

And what happens if you refund a customer?

If you issue a refund, the app will automatically issue a credit note

This way your revenue and other financial data are always up to date

Now you've seen how Quaderno can apply the right tax rate ontransactions and handle the receipts

But what happens when it's time to file your taxes?

Do you always dread this moment?

You might have data in different systems and platforms and spreadsheets

and then you have to pull it all together to calculate all the taxes you have to pay

Quaderno enables you to fill out your tax returns in minutes, not hours

You'll have all the information you need right at your fingertips

All you have to do is select the report you need

and you´ll see exactly how many taxes you withheld for each country and region

Just copy this information to your tax form and you're DONE!

Now the final part of this demo

Implementations

You´re probably asking yourself how long it will take to set up Quaderno?

You might not be technical at all. And the good news is: you don't have to be

It's really simple

We've built integrations with payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal

as well as eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify

Easy Digital Downloads and many more

To give you a feel for what it's like to set up Quaderno

I'll show you how to connect Stripe

Go to the integrations section in the app

select Stripe and authorize access

That's it

Quaderno will now start keeping track of taxes and generate receipts

Every time a payment is processed, it doesn't matter if it's a one-off charge or a subscription renewal

Stripe will ping Quaderno and the app will generate a tax receipt with the right tax rate applied

Using one of the other available integrations works pretty similarly

No matter if you use Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, WooCommerce or anything else

you don't need to be a technical wizard to set it up

And you can connect as many gateways and platforms as you like

Connecting multiple platforms has the added benefit that you can see all your numbers in a single place

instead of having to move between, for instance, Stripe and PayPal or Shopify and Amazon

If none of the standard integrations suit your needs

you can use our API

Please contact us if you're unsure about how to set things up in the right configuration for your business. We're happy to help!

Well, with that, we've reached the end of this demo

You've seen how Quaderno can spare you a lot of headaches by giving you an easy

automatic way to comply with digital tax laws

The app will also save time by automatically generating beautiful tax receipts

in the look & feel of your business and giving you all the numbers

to file taxes in the blink of an eye

As a next step I recommend registering for a free trial on our website

so you can see how everything works yourself

"Voy paso a paso.

Chase rolls out digital bank accounts for smartphones nationwide - Daily News - Duration: 2:56.

JPMorgan Chase said on Thursday that it is now offering a digital bank account for smartphones nationally after testing and refining the app in St

Louis since October.  The account, known as Finn by Chase, is geared especially to young adults who want to do their transactions on their phones, have no wish to go to branches and say they would like help saving money

The national offer comes as banks large and small look for ways to use smartphones to compete for customer deposits inexpensively

Citigroup, which has branches in just six US cities, said in March that it will offer digital accounts nationally later this year

Citizens Financial Group, a regional bank based in Rhode Island, has said it will launch a national platform in the third quarter

The banks, however, want to avoid competing solely by paying higher interest rates

To get customers for Finn, JPMorgan is offering $100 to people who open accounts and complete 10 transactions of certain types, such as sending money to another person or paying a bill

The incentive is designed to make customers familiar with using the app, said Melissa Feldsher, head of Finn

She believes customers will stick with the accounts after seeing they can automatically make deposits to their savings accounts, such as moving $2 from their checking account every time they spend $5 with the app at a Starbucks coffee shop

The bank is paying Finn users the same modest rates it pays on deposits to standard Chase accounts, Feldsher said

The bank is pitching Finn to "digitally centric" users of Apple devices. An app for Android phones is due by year-end

JPMorgan sees Finn as a supplement to offering standard branch-based accounts. Most people still want to have branches nearby even if they rarely go to them, according to research by consulting firm Novantas

"This is a way for us to attract more customers by having different products that speak to different people," Feldsher said

JPMorgan has 5,100 branches in 23 states and plans to open 400 new offices as it moves into new markets, including Washington, Boston and Philadelphia

Chase is not considering giving credit card rewards as signing bonuses, Feldsher said

Citigroup executives have said they expect to pitch credit card rewards for digital accounts

Offering high rates of interest would likely attract fickle "hot money" depositors, they have said
