Hey everyone it's Jojo and welcome back to my YouTube channel, you guys...

It's like been machine-gunned in the face by words

Today I'm about to give you all a car tour!

She says a car tour, but this isn't exactly a car channel

she's not going to be delving into the nitty gritty of it

it's basically just an opportunity for her to show off her new car, if you wanna do that just make a nice little Instagram post of it

Ah, she's already done that...several times

We got my face on this car

If I ever my face on the bonnet of a car, feel free to gently put me down...and chuck me in a lake

Do you know what I mean, I'm not saying we should do that to Jojo

You know, I'm not saying we should put her down

What I'm saying is it's a personal choice, and for me, that's not what I'd want to do

Jojo Siwa, famed for being on the show Dance Moms, a show where middle-aged women

laugh at each other's children for not being able to dance as well as their child (I've not actually seen it)

Ooo Sally can't pirouette, Ooo Stephanie isn't very good at the new Shakira dance move

That's not a Shakira dance move by the way...she's never done that before

And so that's paved the way for Jojo to have a very successful career on YouTube

Like I said before, this isn't exactly a car channel, so don't expect all the complex details like... what car is it

So we've got a pink tyre, a blue tyre, we've got a purple tyre and a yellow tyre

not exactly Top Gear is it... although at this rate she'll be hosting Top Gear by next year

this one's for you!

hello momma's and welcome back if this is your first time at my channel welcome

here and if it's your second or more welcome back today I want to talk about

mommies and losing ourselves I don't mean losing your mind that might happen

too I mean losing yourself so it is all too common that we mommies spend our

lives thinking about mommy hood and becoming a mommy and what that looks

like and then we spend so long some of us a lot of times I'm a foots not very

long getting pregnant or trying to get pregnant and all that time during

pregnancy thinking about our dream of having a baby and then we have our baby

or babies and that might be one baby or babies consistently and consecutively

your baby's far apart but something happens to us a lot of times once we

have those babies is we can very easily slowly but surely lose ourselves our

whole identity has been wrapped around babies having babies and what that will

look like and as babies start to grow and babies start to loot leave the house

we start to question Who am I I got lost I got lost in the diapers I got lost in

the puke I got lost in the cries I got lost in the sleep and no sleep I got

lost in the temperatures and the coughs got lost in the school round out the

daycare the sports

I'm not quite sure who I am and so mommies I don't care what phase you're

at if you are thinking about getting pregnant if you're pregnant if you have

one baby two babies eight babies if you're done having kids or if you're

still thinking about it please please please do some stuff so you don't lose

yourself if you've lost yourself you're in the right place too but when your

babies are little and your babies are tiny and the guilt is so high to make a

playdate with a friend or the guilt is so high to go to dinner with the girls

you haven't seen in months or the guilt is so high about going to

that weekend getaway please don't lose yourself the road is so much harder to

travel and the snow is so much deeper the further out we go so for those

mommies who are feeling guilty about leaving the house please remind yourself

this is you continuing to find yourself this is you keeping you intact and not

losing yourself during these precious years it'll do two things it will save

you in the future from having to go backwards and do this work but it will

also make you more content happy and intact when you are at home with those

babies and so for those mommies who are farther down the road and who have found

themselves in that hustle and bustle and who are there like saying yeap lost

myself today is a new day today is the day to

start you are not alone you are in no way alone there are lots and lots and

lots of people who are in that same position of wondering who in the world

am i I'm no longer changing diapers I'm no longer running kids to school I'm no

longer running kids to sports I just have time to do why today's the day

start exploring you are amazing you are phenomenal you have raised babies you've

given life you have encouraged life you have amazing talents and abilities start

finding out what they are explore it's gonna feel weird awkward and probably

like a lot of work but you don't know what you like anymore so try it find a

friend and go bowling read a book go online watch some YouTube videos about

what other Mamas are doing try that new art class that you've been looking at go

try some yoga go to the gym mingle with other women it's going to feel

exhausting but start digging deep and find out who you are who are you as a

person you get to be a mommy you get to be fabulous but you're also more than

that you're person that has likes desires and interests so don't lose

yourself don't live in that that I've lost my purpose no honey you still have

a purpose those babies need you they'll need you forever the life is different

now so find who you are explore let me know

Indigenous people have the highest prevalence of diabetes in the United States.

More than twice that of non-Hispanic whites.

Under contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Qualis Health promotes Diabetes Self-Management Programs in Idaho and Washington.

Diabetes Self-Management Program workshops empower people with diabetes to improve their health and quality of life through skills such as: action planning, healthy eating, problem solving, decision making, stress management, effective communication

We find that the program can be adapted to any particular tribe, honoring their traditions, their language and their culture.

Wisdom Warriors is a Diabetes Self-Management Program created by and for Indigenous people that weaves in culturally specific aspects. Fishing, dancing, carving, smoke house, medicine bags, canoe journey, berry gathering, elk hunting, powwow,

2015 - Qualis Health began working with Wisdom Warriors, assisting them with conducting workshops, accessing training for new workshop leaders and promoting the Wisdom Warriors program.

June 2018 – Qualis Health sponsored the inaugural Wisdom Warriors conference.

Members of 34 tribes gathered on the Port Madison Indian Reservation in Washington State to learn and share best practices for diabetes self-management and education.

Tiene que ser una regla que mientras más te prepares en domingo mejor va a ser tu semana

  3. Arréglate sutilmente Suena rarísimo, pero juro que el mejor truco para hacerte sentir mejor es ponerte un poco de lip gloss

También rizate las pestañas pero no apliques mascara. Cuando te veas en el espejo te vas a ver lindísima y natural

Si vas a salir, usa todo el makeup que quieras para sentirte cómoda.   5. Come deli Disfruta sin remordimiento alguno

Puedes comer algo súper rico y fit o ultra grasoso y lleno de carbohidratos. El chiste es que se te antoje y te haga la más feliz

Puedes salir con tus amigas o pedirlo a domicilio. Todo se vale porque es domingo

  5. Haz lo que quieras Medita, haz ejercicio, duerme, ve tele, lee tu revista favorita, compra por internet, lo que se te de la gana

Nunca nos cansaremos de insistir que es tu día. N/A los domingos de bautizos, comidas, y todos esos eventos de los que no te puedes escapar

  6. En caso de emergencia Regálate un masaje o un facial. Cuando sepas que vas a tener una semana pesadísima consiéntete proporcionalmente

Time for Self - Duration: 1:25.

This week is about taking time for yourself

It's easy to get too caught up with everything you need to do, and get thinking too far ahead

But remember we all need to take time for ourself,

You're no good to anybody if you're too run down, stressed, full of anxiety and just feeling drained

It's easy for me to say this right now because I'm in Mexico literally laying around doing nothing

But back in the real world I make sure I take time in the morning to workout and after my

workout I take 5 minutes and meditate.

It doesn't take long, that whole process is 30 mins before my morning shower and I'm

set to take on the day

Mornings work for me because Lennox is up already anyways and the evenings always seem

to get away from me and before I know it it's time for bed

So whether you're taking a week long vacation doing nothing or 30 mins in the morning or evening.

You need to take time for yourself, get "selfish" and recharge

And when I say selfish it sounds like a bad thing but you need to be!

You'll have nothing to offer anyone if you're just giving all the time

Well I'm off to go get beat up by more waves and recharge so I have more to offer.
