understanding hemp is legal across the whole United States the only way to get

it changed is to speak out against it for it actually because there's been so

much damage done by the previous campaigns that it makes it really hard

and power of communicating online

or digitizing some processes in the

management of cultural enterprises.

Cultural institutions today find themselves

at a crossroads, it is no longer enough

to be able to attract their visitors,

but we must also know how to communicate fruition,

tell the Italian artistic cultural heritage,

this to attract new visitors and to interact

with them, let's think about the tourists.

a digital and transformation thus

innovating its processes.

However to carry out all of this,

one must be find the funds on one side,

on the other the professionals to support

this transformation.

There is still a lot to do,

however this is the great opportunity

of the digital transformation

in the museum and in the italian culture.

zero looking thing here that's got a little point on it like that and then it

looks like it's probably done with with a calligraphy type of a of a tool if

you're familiar with ink and calligraphy okay so we've got

another one like this I don't have any calligraphy I used to have calligraphy

pens I'm not sure what happened to him if I got rid of them or what but I did

used to have some calligraphy ink pens

okay hopefully I'm not juggling you guys around too much there okay so we've got

one more here I'll do up and then up and then like that and so then oh did I mess

up yeah I forgot I forgot this one right here and this one has it's kind of like

an eye it looks sort of like a diamond right there like that

that and so if you want to make it thicker I think it's kind of fun to draw

a little extra sometimes I'll use a different type of the ink pen and make

just like that just kind of coloring it in

and so yeah this one this one I is a little bit fatter and so I'm using

Google Translate yeah that one's a little fatter like that but it's really

That horse photo is actually from my archive.

So, I lived with horses for a year in the southwest —

wild horses on the Native American Reservations.

I wanna do a solo exhibition of my sh*t.

But I decided to pull that one out of that archive

because it would work with this and I knew people would f*ck with it probably.

So, I wanted people to get a taste of that.

Then when you actually see stuff and you experience things, you see that he is really creative.

And to come here and see people actually making their dreams happen here

but you need to be able to properly deliver and optimize

in the right channels, so I use three channels.

I use Zillow Coming Soon, I use Google optimization,

and I use Facebook ads.

Zillow Coming Soon, in essence,

before we even hit the market, with your permission,

of course, I have the listing video,

I have the three tours in the comments,

and of course, all the gorgeous professional photography,

all loaded into a landing page on Zillow.

There's actually a section in Zillow which is, by the way,

the number one search portal in the world,

where you can actually, people search, coming soon,

so I have all that information in there,

and of course, as soon as the property becomes live,

all the listing information is there also,

so even though that Coming Soon goes away,

your property's still on Zillow, and of course,

with all the other syndication, all the hundreds

of websites that are syndicated out through my brokerage.

Two, Google optimization.

In order for you to rank when people search for keywords,

I optimize keywords, and I have a 20 point checklist

for your specific listing, where I have the listing details

and the listing video so when people search

for your property, they find it.

Again, it's all about eyeballs and exposure.

And three, Facebook advertising.

Every agent does a listing ad when your listing goes live.

I seed the market, like I seeded the market

with both Zillow Coming Soon and Google optimization,

I seed the market with a targeted realtor ad

to all realtors, 10s of thousands of realtors,

that may have a probability of showing

your specific listing to their buyers,

'cause as realtors, we're both listing agents

and buyers' agents.
