Sori's YouTube Channel

Hello~

Miku, and Nana!

So in two days, we shoot the music video, but this is the second time practicing choreography together.

Let's give our best!

Hi everyone, Sori here!

I'm currently at a studio to practice choreography for my second single, "I'm Ready"

The studio is located in Japan.

Here are two choreographers that will be featured on my music video: Miku chan and Nana chan~

HELLO~

- I'm Miku - and I'm Nana!

Nice to meet you~!

(in Japanese) We're gonna shoot the music video the day after tomorrow!

We're gonna practice haaaaaard!

(Sori, Miku, and Nana started the dance practice.)

We are discussing positioning and movement distance with Miku chan and Nana chan.

There was a slight change in one part of the song,

so we are coming up with new moves for that part.

So in two days, we shoot the music video, but this is the second time practicing choreography together.

Hopefully we figure everything out by the end of the day.

I think we can pull it off, needs a little more practice, but I think we can.

Why do I look so handsome today Reminds me of manga, "The Rose of Versailles"

Sori Oppa, call me oppa.

Have you eaten?

(What is this strange...whatever?)

I-I have no idea what I'm doing that came out far stranger than on top of my head.

Miku chan and Nana chan are far younger than I am.

Cute little babies~

It's not unnie, but oppa!

Since I dyed my hair and I look cool, oppa!

(What kind of logic is that?)

Isn't it cuter to say oppaya~ than oppa?

(Apparently someone knows some dialect...)

(Sori still wants to try rapping)

(Messes up!!)

Thanks for the hard work~!

It's a tough choreography.

"I'm Ready is tough"

Miku chan's abs are badass!

(Some washingboard abs!)

Compare to that I'm embarrassed.

So guys, today's dance practice has come to an end.

We have the last practice tomorrow.

Wait is it the day after tomorow?

We're gonna give our best on the day of shoot too!

So cute~!

We'll work hard!

What is ganbaru in Korean?

(S-sorry my Korean's still a bit rough...)

Yolshimi haja! (Let's work hard in Korean)

What Japanese people do on the FIRST DATE: dating in Japan 101 - Duration: 12:45.

Who said "please go out with me"? - That was me!

I was hoping you did.

Did you stick the picture of both of you somewhere? - I think I lost it.

Hey guys it's Cathy Cat. Today we are gonna go and ask Japanese people where they went on

their first date and what they remember from it. Let's find out. Don't forget

to subscribe to our channel for more stuff and click on the notification bell

for more videos from Japan. Let's go and Ask Japanese.

Have you ever been on a date?

Where did you go on your very first date? - I went to a shopping mall.

Who invited who? - He invited me.

Oh! Did you actually buy something? - We did. - What do you remember from that day?

We both bought the same item together.

Do you still own this? - I threw it away. - So it's over.

It's over. - What did you both buy that day?

We both bought the same bracelet.

Did you go on a date afterwards? - We did.

We went to the beach. - How long were you dating? - One month.

My first date was the cinema. - Where did you go?

We watched an anime movie.

So not a love or horror movie. - Yeah, it's a while back.

How old were you? - Just mid-teens.

Did you invite him or did he invite you? - He did.

Was it a movie he wanted to see? - Both of us.

We decided on it together and went.

Did you start dating afterwards. - Since then. - Still now?

Yes that's my current boyfriend. - You're dating for a long time!

Can I ask some flustering questions? Did you hold hands on the first date?

We did. - When did that... hey insect...

So your department date...

We went to watch fireworks. - Who took whose hand first?

He did. - Oh how did that feel?

I was surprised but I let him do it. - How long did you hold hands?

Until we went home. - Super romantic. - When did you first hold hands?

On our way home from school.

How long did you hold hands? - Until we reached home.

How did that feel?

I was super embarrassed but happy.

Can I ask you how many dates it took for the first kiss?

We kissed after 2 months.

How lovey-dovey. - You're married. - Yes.

Let's return to the past. When was your FIRST date?

Where was it? - We went to the zoo.

How old were you? - Middle school

He bought me a soft cream and held it with both hands

it looked like it would melt and I went all worried.

I remember that. - How cute. - "It's dripping down your hands!"

"How shall I take that ice of him? What shall do?" is what I thought.

Since he became your boyfriend, who asked whom out first?

I did. - I thought so. What did you say?

"Please go out with me!" I asked on our school trip.

Did you go to the zoo then? - No our school trip...

went to Aomori prefecture. And when we got back...

we went to the zoo. - How old were you?

Probably 15.

How long were you dating? - We were over by autumn.

It was a one-summer-love.

You remember the ice from the date...

what else? - We had fun looking at the animals...

but we were so young so we didn't know what to do.

We were very shy. - Did you hold hands?

a little bit ... but...

that was enough for us. We didn't even know what do on our way home from school.

This first love ended, while we were still trying to find out what to do.

"What to do?!"

But you were to shy to work it out? - Way too shy.

On our way home from school we were so shy.

Japanese people are really shy. - Probably, how are foreigners?

I am curious about that and would like to find out more.

How was your first date? - I started late.

I never had anything like that in school.

I went to the aquarium for my first date.

I wasn't used to being alone with a boy.

And before I realized it the day was over.

Were your nervous? - I guess I must have been?

You said it was not in school, where did you meet him?

He was a friend of a friend who I met out drinking.

Who invited who? - My husband invited me...

You love bird married him!

So he invited you? - Yes. - And asked you out?

Yes we just happened to go out then.

I wasn't a kid anymore, so ...

we dated with the intention of marrying later.

From the moment I said yes to the date, we had a future lined up for us.

That was the intention. If we had not gotten along we would have split.

We dated with the aim to marry if we got along.

Both of you were serious from the start. - We were never playing around.

Do many Japanese date with that serious intention?

Japanese people are not easy, and take anyone...

we won't date people who won't at least think of marrying.

We select partners with the goal of marrying ...

I won't date anyone who won't at least think of marrying me.

That might depends on the age of people though. - In school that's different.

In school dating for 1-3 years is alright.

But once you work in a company, meeting partners gets super hard

So the romance then becomes very important.

I was about 14 years old.

Where was your first date? - The game center.

The game center! Why?

Who invited whom first? - I think I invited her.

What games did you play on the date? - The crane games.

Did you get her a plush? - I failed. - Slim pickings.

- I was 11 on. - How early. - In primary school.

Where did you go? - A summer festival.

What do you remember from the day?

There was a game center near so we took photo stickers together.

Did you stick them somewhere. - I don't remember. I think I lost them.

Who asked who out? - That was her.

She put in work. - She wrote me a love letter.

A love letter! How Anime! - I guess so.

How long did you date? - 2-3 months only.

How old were you on your first date?

I was 15. - Where did you go? - Game center.

All three of you game center? - Where we live there is nothing else.

You all live in the same city. What do you remember from that day?

Just taking sticker pictures and going home.

Did you stick the photo stickers somewhere? - I think I did.

I stuck them in many places. - Alright. Who invited who? - He invited me.

How long did you date? - One year.

That was serious. - One year and 3-4 months. - That's long.

Did you hold hands on your first date?

No we did not. - We did not.

How long did it take you to get your first kiss? - It took me half a year.

When I turned 19. - So not on your first date.

Where was your first date and how old were you? - I was 13.

We went to the shopping center.

Any nice memories from that day?

We took photo stickers. - The small ones.

Did you stick them somewhere together?

We just tied them away. I lost them now.

How long did you date? - 2 years. - That was long.

When did you finally start to hold hands?

Well... the third date... I think...

And kissing? - About 3 months in.

Those were all questions, Thank you.

We asked Japanese people about their very first date and we could see they were a bit shy

日本の好きじゃないところでも楽しくしましょう!スティーブ的 大渋滞 での過ごし方! 外国人から見る日本 Having Fun in Crazy Japan Traffic Jam - Duration: 10:05.

I love Japan but there are some things I don't like very much...

like these ridiculous traffic jams!!!

We're barely moving at 15km per hour...

WTF?!?!?

There is nothing Thumbs Up at all about this...

if anything, 2 Thumbs down!

I just want to drive already!!!!!

Look at this!!!!

At least there lots of cool cars that I never normally see in America..

Cool!

Look how much money he spent on this truck!!

This is kinda fun!!

this Lamborghini's engine is crying "please rev me up!!"

30 minutes still to Takaido??!!???

Good thing I filled the tank up at least!!

Wow!! 60 km per hour! finally!!!

Hi Everyone! I'm Steve with Steve's POV...

I am in Japan right now...

I love many things about Japan...

but quite honestly there are a few things I don't like at all...

This ridiculous traffic is one of them!!!

Owning a supercar or hypercar in Japan is meaningless with traffic like this!!

I'm driving a Lamborghini Aventador SV right now...

and we aren't even doing 15km per hour

this sucks!!

I realize there isn't much I can do about it....

but I am driving a Lamborghini right now at 15km/hr.....

wow... 16km/hr now....

Nothing Thumbs Up about this at all....

if anything this is 2 Thumbs down!!

Japanese trucks are cool!!

Look at this hand spun aluminum or stainless detail...

Cool truck!!!

Look at the back of it... this guy spent a lot of money on this thing!!

There is a lot of detail!!

Stainless custom parts and tail lights too...

I think I get excited because these are things I don't normally see in America...

Forgive me for getting a little excited in a traffic jam...

but I haven't been to Japan in a while!!

and there is so much cool stuff to see!!

and I'm driving an Aventador SV!!

yeah, I'm excited right now!! LOL

Supercars were not made to sit in traffic like this...

these engine weren't made to idle at 1050 rpms all day...

the whole engine and transmission get very hot....

it's not a very good thing for these cars.

but I guess there really isn't much you can do about that here!

This is just the way traffic here in Japan is.

Even with this traffic though, I gotta say its fun to drive a Lamborghini SV in Japan!!

But honestly, I want to drive this thing already!!!

This traffic sucks!!!

When I think the right lane is moving better...

I make my move and of course it stops and the lane I vacated starts to move!

That phenomenon seems to happen everywhere...

Thats why it's probably best in a situation like this to just pick a lane and stick with it!

Good thing I filled the gas tank up!!

This engine is crying right now; "Please wind me up!!"

Wow... we've hit a record 18km/hr...

I know that's not really funny....

But even with traffic there is some way to spin this positively....

There are so many cars I never normally see in America...

like this one!! is this an Alphard?

It is cool!!!

I like the Toyota Alphard a lot... the grills are cool!

nice!!

I love the look of the Alphard!

What is this van??

El Grand? Voxy?? I think it's an El Grand.

I think I like the looks of the Alphard better...

The El Grand is nice too but the Alphard is cooler in my opinion.

There are so many Mercedes in Japan!!

a lot of Mercedes wagons...

is that an E class?

there are a lot of Mercedes here for sure...

The Tacoma in front of us may have been imported from the US.

Is there a Tacoma model in Japan??

I like his license plate #88...

30 minutes to Takaido still?????

This sucks!

Being frustrated does no good so I gotta keep things positive...

27 km/hr... a new record!!!

There are a lot of Subarus on the road too!

That car looks nice!!

I like the truck too but wanted to see more of that Subaru.

Cool looking car!

There are a lot of STIs on the road today...

Enjoying the surrounding cars trucks and people is how I am trying to stay positive in this terrible traffic situation..

even while driving at 12 km/hr... lol

This Lamborghini Aventador is a SV.

It has factory full carbon fiber racing seats....

They are awesome but honestly a bit uncomfortable too after a while...

I wish there was a way to recline the seat more...

I feel like I'm sitting too straight up...

I like to recline a bit when I drive...

but I realize this is the proper and safe driving position...

Many of you may know already...

but this car has 3 modes... Strada Sport and Corsa

I am in Sport mode now but honestly in traffic like this Strada is probably the best...

If we were actually moving I would switch into Corsa for sure...

but in traffic like this its absolutely meaningless...

This car has Star Dropper exhaust on it... a Japanese brand...

it is chambered so you can open and close the valve to adjust the noise level.

this remote control opens and closes the valve to quiet or louden the car...

did you hear it get quieter?

But this is a Lamborghini and sound is essential!!

Easy to open and close!!

The exhaust back pressure sound is awesome...

sounds like gun fire!!

It looks like we are finally moving!!! Nice!!!

40 km/hr...

wow!! yeah!!

I changed lanes but it will probably come back to bite me...

well at least we get a better look at this Subaru!

Compared to the old days, there are a lot more Japanese license plates now....

I remember Shinagawa, Chiba, Narashino....

now there are so many new license plates I havent seen before...

Hachioji might be one... or was that an older one too??? I forget...

Tama is an old one!

and this is another #88 too!!

Just like that Tacoma before!

8 is a popular number in Japan!

I had a Kumagaya plated car a long time ago... cool or not cool?

Takasaki....

I had a Narashino plated car a long time ago...

a lot of people said that wasn't a cool license plate to have....

and mine was an illuminated plate as well!!!

Cool or not? a lot of people said it wasn't cool back then but I liked it!!

Traffic stopped again...

this sucks...

we got a little flow going and a tunnel too!!

and more traffic again!!!

That little bit was awesome!!

I was dying to do that!!!

We don't have a lot of tunnels in Los Angeles so a tunnel blast like that was fun!!!

Awesome!!! I'm up to 60 km/hr !! LOL

Japan emperor prays for peace and happiness in last New Year's address before abdication - Duration: 5:18.

Japan's Emperor Akihito delivered his final New Year's address on Wednesday before his abdication later this year, telling tens of thousands of well-wishers that he was praying for peace

The Imperial Palace said more than 114,600 people had flocked to the royal residence by early Wednesday afternoon, with more still arriving for a final chance to see the 85-year-old royal deliver his traditional annual greeting

The emperor will become the first Japanese monarch to abdicate in around two centuries when he steps down from the throne on April 30, ending his three-decade reign

"Happy New Year. I'm sincerely glad to celebrate the new year together with you under the clear sky," he told the crowd, many waving Japanese flags and shouting "Banzai", meaning "long live"

"I hope this year will be a good year for as many people as possible," the soft-spoken Akihito said in a dark suit, flanked by Empress Michiko and other family members

"I pray for the peace and happiness of the people of our country and the world," he added

The emperor delivers a brief New Year's greeting every year, and was expected to appear five times on Wednesday to address as many well-wishers as possible

Some in the morning crowd yelled "Thank you very much" as the emperor waved, while others sang the national anthem

One woman in the front row shed tears as she looked up at the balcony.  "I came here with my mother to imprint his last appearance as emperor in our memories," said Yume Nishimura, a university student, as she waited in a long queue to enter the palace

"I want to tell him we appreciate his hard work for the country," she told AFP.  Kazuo Iwasaki, a 68-year-old pensioner, said: "I hope he will be able to spend his post-retirement years in a healthy and relaxing manner with Empress Michiko

"  Akihito shocked the country in 2016 when he signalled his desire to take a back seat, citing his age and health problems

His eldest son, Crown Prince Naruhito, is set to ascend the Chrysanthemum Throne a day after his father's abdication, continuing the rule of the world's oldest imperial family

The status of the emperor is sensitive in Japan given its 20th-century history of war waged in the name of Akihito's father Hirohito, who died in 1989

Akihito has keenly embraced the more modern role as a symbol of the state - imposed after World War II ended

Previous emperors including his father had been treated as semi-divine.  The palace, surrounded by stone walls and mossy moats, is opened to the public twice a year - on the emperor's birthday and the second day of New Year - for the royal family to greet well-wishers

In a rare emotional address to mark his 85th birthday last month, Akihito pointed to the "countless lives" lost in the war

"It gives me deep comfort that the Heisei Era (his reign) is coming to an end, free of war in Japan," he said in a press statement

Akihito has used his speeches and travels to express his strong pacifist views, which are sharply at odds with the aggressive expansionism Japan pursued under his father's rule

The emperor has also worked to bring the royal household closer to the people and frequently visited the disadvantaged and families hit by natural disasters
