Traditional art to Digital *VOICE OVER* || Speedpaint - Duration: 8:55.

Hello, Bonjour, salut well this is new! Since this is a second video

of the year I thought I would change it up a bit by doing a voiceover I am still

new to this so just bear with me please if you haven't noticed from this video's

title I turned my traditional art to digital.

It wasn't really complicated than I thought it would be basically all I

did was scan my drawing from my printer to my computer so what I'm drawing right

now in this video is a new OC of mine or if you see it in another way it could be

a character doing Aphmau's minecraft role-play either way I still accept her

as my own as you but I don't really have a name for her so yeah I'm still thinking of

one though. I did do some mistakes on this character like for example I did

the line art twice by accident when I wasn't supposed to because I totally

forgot that the hand-drawn drawing was my sketch so after all this I had to

line my art three times in this whole video because when I'm enlarge drawing it

looked blurry and I didn't like that so yeah I am still learning along the way I

still need to learn about the layers because I'm pretty sure I am using them

wrong I mostly use this drawing program right now then paint tool sai which

everyone I know even my friend even other youtubers are using it's because I

mostly know the ways around clip studio paint already I've been so used to

clip studio paint ever since I have gotten a new wacomtablet for Christmas which was

two years ago so it's hotkeys have pretty much been second nature to me

anyway I will get straight to the point of how I got into drawing this OC this

might get deep for you guys a few days ago I got a minor concussion

from a basketball game just before the playoffs in my area I was told from

doctors that I couldn't play for approximately three to six weeks I was

so sad and disappointed because I felt like I let my team down and I didn't

want to stop playing a sport I cried so many times because I knew this

basketball season is gonna be ending soon like maybe next week so what I do

to cope with my sadness or whenever I am stressed I doodle then sometimes when I

doodle turns out into a masterpiece well for me anyways the next day my

basketball team sent me lots of love to me and telling me that I never let them

down on that very day I am baby so grateful to have such caring teammates

and friends I was happy while I was finishing up coloring my OC

I could probably relate to always from drawing right now on how happy she was

in the pose I drew her in I could say we are quite alike to this day my friends

every day when I come back to school they would always ask me if I was fine

or if I was okay when I was walking because I would usually have headaches

all the time when I was like walking fast because it's usually a habit of

mine to walk very fast and when that happens my ears start ringing I started

to get headaches I felt dizzy and my friends are always there to comfort me

well always hold my hand whenever I felt and need for some help I'm so grateful

that I have many friends who care for me I was so happy when they do that it made

me feel happy and inside really really happy that they don't even know it so I

guess this drawing this my OC and her happy smiley pose and whatever she is in

in her pose and she what it what she is in right now

I guess it could be dedicated to my teammates my awesome awesome teammates

who've been so caring to me for the couple for the couple past few days

without them I could probably be quitting basketball right now because I

felt like I let my team down because on that day I would just say right now I

wasn't really that helpful on that day just before at lunchtime on that day

before the basketball game they said when I visited the nurse I had a neck

spasm or also what the doctors would say a muscle virus I'm not really sure but

that's what they said and I believe them so when I had that neck spasm I was

dizzy and my vision was blurry and it really hurt I couldn't move my neck at

all but one of my bestest friends helped me up

they helped me up stand up walked me to the CAF cafeteria helped me around asked

questions if I was doing fine and if I should play basketball and I said I was

perfectly fine and that I could still play but I guess I wasn't

I broke a promise and let my best friend down but in the she forgave me in the wrong

actions I didn't do right

there are so many people in the world who have such kind heart and for whoever

you have in your life that has such a kind heart and whoever has such a kind

heart your bestest friends you are really blessed and to you out there was

those friends who are always supportive for you and will always help you

whatever and whenever they can give them a hug give them appreciation on that day

for you are blessed to have such an amazing friend

thanks for watching bye thank you guys so much for watching this fail but wait

before you go tap on the like button and subscribe for more artsy and random

videos oh and also check in the description down below for any future

in mind updates bye

Google Digital Sales Certification Assessment Exam Answers - Academy for ads - 2018 - 100% Correct - Duration: 14:31.

Google Digital Sales Certification Assessment Exam Answers 2018 Before asking your client questions about her business, it is best to tell her the reasons for the questions and the benefit because: it will help you appear more confident to the client and she will be more likely to give you truthful responses. it gives the client the opportunity to decide if she needs to gather more information before answering your questions. it shows the client you value her insight and partnership so you can provide a tailored solution. you do not want the client to feel as though you are wasting her time. Get Certified in Digital Sales Now! When introducing yourself to a new client, it is important to share: your name and the product you think will benefit the client the most. your name and a brief 15 minute overview of AdWords. your name, your role, and relevant experience in helping companies similar to the client. your name. Asking the client, "Is there anything else you want to be sure we discuss during our meeting?" is: a good idea, because you get the client's input which makes the client feel like he is being listened to. a bad idea, because it gives the client unnecessary control of the meeting. a good idea, but only if you know the client will not bring up any concerns. a bad idea, because the client may feel you do not know what you are doing. Your client wants to improve his ad positioning. You recommend that one way he can do this is by increasing his bid amount. Why is it a good idea to also explain to your client how this will benefit him? It is not a good idea to recommend this at all, because it might offend the client It is a good idea to help the client understand how increasing his bid amount and ad quality will help reach his goal of reaching more customers It is not a good idea, because the client probably already knows how it will benefit him and you do not want to sound overbearing It is only a good idea if the client shows a high level of interest and tells you he wants to spend more money What is the main purpose of summarizing the conversation with the client at the end of a meeting? It gives the client an opportunity to change his mind on buying from you, so it should only be done if absolutely necessary It makes the client feel he is important and guarantees he will buy what you are selling It makes the client feel he is being listened to and the solution provided is customized for him It buys you a extra time to decide how to close the sale Your client mentions he has some concerns about implementing a Google Search campaign. Which is a good example of clarifying the client's concerns? "Can you please tell me more about what you have heard that concerns you?" "I can see how that would be your concern, but you do not have to worry about that." "It sounds like you are getting incorrect information. What is the role of the person who told you that?" "This sounds more like a concern your supervisor mentioned. Is that correct?" When covering the agenda at the beginning of a meeting, stating the purpose should be: avoided, unless the client asks you why he is meeting with you. client-oriented to let the client know what he will gain from meeting with you. as fast as possible, so the client does not realize he is going to be sold. quickly covered, so the client knows you are still in control. Before you meet with your new client, your online research showed that she played golf for a local college you also attended. Bringing this up in when you meet would: demonstrate your interest in the client as a person and help build rapport. increase the length of your meeting beyond what is really necessary. demonstrate your online research abilities so the client sees you as an expert in anything related to growing business online. be unnecessary, because it will not help you make the sale. Why is it important to understand the expectations a client has of you? To give you the opportunity to tell the client if she is unreasonable in her requests, so you can help her achieve her goals It is important so you can persuade the client into spending more money It will help you better understand how your client wants to be served so you can provide a great experience It is only important if you think the client may have false assumptions on how the campaign will work Which is a good example of a question to better understand the client's primary motivating factor for using AdWords? "How will this impact your business long-term?" "What is your budget?" "Who else needs to be involved in this decision?" "When do you want to get started?" Before the start of a meeting, thinking about the meeting's desired outcome will: not be helpful and will cause you to overthink the meeting. be helpful, because it will allow you to focus on how to maximize success. be helpful, only if it will not increase the length of your meeting beyond what is necessary. be a waste of time, and you are already very busy. Asking a client questions about his desired business objectives is: only important when you are not getting very clear responses about the client's marketing objectives. a good idea, because it makes you sound like you understand the client. a bad idea, because the scope is too broad for a marketing meeting. a good idea, because it can lead you to other information that may be valuable in providing additional solutions. You are about to conclude your meeting with a new client who would like to start an online marketing campaign. Before concluding the meeting, what best practice should you use? There is nothing that needs to be done before ending the meeting with the client Review spreadsheets and tools with your client, so she knows you are knowledgeable about growth metrics Review the key objectives the client wants to accomplish with her campaign and the strategy discussed Review the reasons why the client should buy Google AdWords, and be sure to emphasize cost so they understand the investment in future success A positioning statement is a quick 90 second explanation of what type of clients you work with, what challenges they face, and how they can benefit from working with you. When is it appropriate to use a positioning statement? When the client has a very large budget and needs especially good treatment to ensure he buys Google AdWords When you want the client to see you as a credible resource with solutions that can help him reach his business objectives When the client is not very clear in his responses to your questions and needs more help understanding your role When the client does not seem interested in Google AdWords Which is a benefit of doing pre-call planning before pitching online advertising solutions to a client? To guarantee that the client will make a decision by the end of the meeting To prepare for potential objections the client may have Preparation is only important if you have multiple people meeting with the client and want to avoid confusion on each person's role in the meeting Preparation is not critical if you have enough experience A good guideline for asking your client questions to understand her marketing needs and how you might be able to help her is: ask questions only if you did not gather enough information from your pre-call planning. ask "yes" or "no" questions to show credibility and avoid confusing the client. uncover the client's pain points so you can use them against her later. ask questions about the client's current situation, desired situation and expectations. During a sales meeting, you use the Google Trends tool to show insights and link back to what the client said about hiring someone to create online campaigns for her toy store website. What is the purpose of doing this? To let the client know you are the expert There is no purpose to linking back to what the client said It gives you an advantage in negotiating with the client It shows the client that the solution is customized to her situation Starting a client meeting with an agenda: makes the client feel he is important, even if he is not a key decision-maker. is too structured and will probably scare the client. is only necessary if you do not have experience in selling Google products. can help lower the client's resistance, because he will know what to expect. You recently read a great article about the importance of a quality mattress in preventing back problems and it reminds you of your client who owns several mattress stores. After reading the article, you: call your client and tell him about the article, what you thought would be beneficial to him, and engage in additional conversation to see how you might be able to further help him grow his business. send the article to your client's competitor with some insider notes on what you did for the client. This might be a good opportunity to get his business. do nothing. It was a good article, but your client has been in the industry for 15 years so it would not be anything new for him. send your client an email and explain that you, "just wanted to say 'hi'." "I can see how that would be frustrating" and "That is a valid concern. Many of my clients have expressed that same concern before starting their campaign" are both examples of speaking with a concerned client. These types of responses are: beneficial because clients buy from sales representatives they like. helpful because they let the client know her concern is valid and can help lower her resistance. only beneficial when speaking with a client that is more emotional versus logical. not beneficial, because clients do not need reassurance. A question that includes factual information based on market research, such as, "Four in five consumers want search ads to be customized to their city or immediate surroundings. How are you approaching your local online opportunity?" is a good example of: how to misinterpret data to persuade the client to buy Google AdWords. a question that the client may not be able to answer, because it is confusing. a question that will upset the client because the client may feel as though you are questioning their current marketing strategy. demonstrating credibility, while also seeking to understand how the client is currently approaching marketing. You are nearing the end of a successful meeting with a client, when she tells you, "this all sounds really great, but I do not have the budget for Google Search right now." What should you do next? Explain the return on investment the client can expect and explain why she should make room in her budget Empathize and ask the client to tell you more about her concern Ask the client if her long-term success is worth making room in her budget Find out if the client has someone she reports to who may be able to approve the investment in display You have a meeting with a new client. Why would it be a good idea to share anonymized data (such as conversion rate and cost-per-conversion) from some successful clients in the same industry as this client? To be so convincing that the client has no choice but to buy, because you know he enjoys looking at data To sound smarter and show the client that you are more knowledgeable than he originally thought you were To make the meeting last longer, so the client feels even more invested in the solution To stimulate dialogue with the client so he becomes more excited about your ideas and the potential growth his business could see Which is a benefit of advertising online? Reach people who are likely interested in what you're advertising Automatically collect information about potential customers Increase your position in organic search results Make money by showing ads on your website You can use Keyword Planner to identify: the number of negative keywords you should add the amount of traffic potential keywords might get which text ads are performing best based on your keywords webpages where your ad can appear based on your keywords Which ad extension would you use for an advertiser who has a chain of restaurants? with you or not. The second thing I'd like to share is the "Digital Do" and that

is please do take advantage of your parent organization's marketing

3 tips for choosing the right Digital Advertising Strategy - Duration: 2:36.

Do you ever wonder why your business isn't seeing a high rate of return on its paid ad strategy? Here are 3 tips for choosing

the right Digital Advertising Strategy.

Tip #1 | Know your target audience.

Understanding who your audience is will make it easier to determine the best way to reach them online.

If you want to reach an audience based off of who they are you, may want to consider

advertising on social media platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn.

These platforms offer very powerful people-based targeting options that allow you to build an audience based off of characteristics such as their location, age,

gender, and an assortment of other detailed targeting options.

You can also layer these detailed targeting options to create a more specific audience.

For example, if you offer home improvement services that appeal to new homeowners you could target recent home buyers

and then narrow the audience further by also targeting people who are likely to spend on home improvement or renovations.

Tip #2 | Determine how much each result is worth to your business?

Before you launch your campaigns, think about what exactly you hope to accomplish

and how much you are willing to spend to accomplish it.

For example, if your goal is to get potential customers to fill out your contact form

know how much you're willing to spend for each of those leads. This amount is your target cost for acquisition.

If you're promoting a variety of different products or services, your target cost per acquisition will probably vary.

Knowing your target cost per acquisition will make it easier to monitor your campaign performance and make adjustments to your strategy.

Tip #3 | Track your results and make adjustments as needed.

Take the time to review your campaign performance.

Keep a close eye on your campaigns throughout the month and do a more in-depth review of your campaigns at least once a month.

Your click-through rate will show a percentage of people who saw your ad & actually clicked on it to visit your site.

If your click-through rate is low, you may want to consider adjusting your ad creative or targeting.

You should also keep an eye on your cost per click.

A sudden jump could indicate an increase in competition, in which case you may need to adjust your bid strategy and ad creative to be more competitive.

And of course you also want to make sure you're getting conversions on your ads.

Watch your conversion rate and total number of conversions to make sure you're getting the results that you need.

If the company that's running your current paid campaigns is reporting only on clicks and impressions,

and not providing reports on conversions,

then they're not helping you reach your goals.

Will Your iPhone or iPad Wreck Your Kids Hearing? - Digital Parenting Minute [Ep 17] - Duration: 1:43.

- Now, while we usually think

of emotional and mental dangers associated

with using digital devices,

there can also be real physical damage

to your child's hearing.

Thankfully, the restrictions feature in iOS

also provides a way for us to limit the volume

at which your child can listen to audio.

So let's dive into it.

(energetic, percussive music)

- [Instructor] iOS allows you to set the maximum volume

for the device.

To access this feature,

you will need to go to the Settings app.

From this app, scroll down until you see Music.

From this option, look for the Volume Limit option.

From here, you can set the maximum volume for the device.

The next step in this process is to make sure

that your child can't change this setting.

We will do this with the Restrictions feature

that we've covered in previous episodes.

From within this page in the Settings app,

go back to the General List.

Next, select Restrictions.

You'll need to press the Enable Restrictions button

if you haven't enabled it yet.

Once you do, you'll need to set a passcode.

This passcode will be used to either edit

or disable the restrictions on this device.

Once you have Restrictions enabled, scroll to the bottom

and you will see an option called Volume Limit.

From here, you can specify whether your child can change

the volume limit.

Select Don't Allow Changes.

After setting this, the volume limit will be locked

to its current setting.

With this setting in place,

you can make sure that the maximum volume that you set

won't be exceeded when your child is listening

to the iOS device.

Digital Dos & Don'ts - Finding Strategic Connections on LinkedIn - Duration: 3:18.

Hi everyone! Lisa with Simply Real Systems here to show you how to make

strategic connections on LinkedIn. As you can see I'm logged into my account.

I'm on the my network tab and there are a lot of connections here that LinkedIn

is suggesting to me based on the 671 connections I already have. As you

can see some of them are in the real estate industry. I'm

looking to see if there's anybody who's not. Like here's a trainer that

I'm not sure would be a good connection for me or not so I'm just

going to go ahead and show you that you you can click this X and it will

take people off of your suggested list. If you connect from here ... I'm going to go

ahead and show you how if you connect from here ... it's going to automatically

send them an invitation but you're not going to be able to customize it with a

note. I want to show you how you can do that so I'm going to go up into the

search bar and I'm going to put in "realtor" in there and I'm going to search for people

who identify themselves as realtors in their profiles. As you can see this is

actually including some of my 1st level connections and since I'm already connected with

these people I want to filter them out so that I'm just reaching out to

people that I haven't connected with yet. So you can see I've sent invitations to

a lot of these people ... so I'm gonna go down here to a page maybe that's further

down. I want to show you one ... here's one I haven't connected ...

with a female, so I'm going to reach out to connect. In this text box

you can see I'm given the option to add a note. That is always more likely to work

if you're reaching out to a stranger. You can explain why you're

reaching out that's going to have a better result,

most likely. So, I always start with their name, and I believe her name was Nicole.

Then I have a quick message that I've typed out in a Word

document or Notepad and I just copy and paste that in there. Now, just

because I was a little distracted I'm gonna double check that I spelled her

name correctly because that would be rude to misspell her name. =) So yes her

name is Nicole and I just explained that I'm an affiliate with the Hampton Roads

Women in Real Estate so that she knows that I'm interested and supporting

Realtors® in the area. I just say I'm looking forward to connecting

and networking and then I can send that invitation. I hope you enjoyed this

training and I hope that you're able to use it to reach out and expand your

network with your strategic connections. Thanks so much ... have a great day!
