Hello its your man like Boom Yeeyooo welcome to Start Now TV a show that inspires you
to start now and take action joining me today I've got Vanessa from Habby
business and I've got Michelle from Michellevodden.com ..so one of the
questions I tend to be asked is how do you start a business when you have no
funding? Do you get asked any of those questions at all?.. yeah Vanessa and so one
of the questions that tends to be asked a lot is do you ever get fearful of
stepping out into the unknown so people tend to fear stepping out into
business wow that's amazing and Michelle do you ever get asked any questions
about yeah similar things but a lot that comes up with me is similar to what
Vanessa said I can see myself doing well and I believe in what I want to do but
just can't seem to move past that first step yeah I'm holding myself back for
some reason wow that's absolutely amazing I mean to
be fair I've actually I've spoke to a few people and they've always asked that
sort of question I mean how do you respond to that if you I mean one of the
viewers that might be watching is probably relating to that that's definitely how
do you respond to that well the thing is it was me as well I suffered with
anxiety well a fear of public speaking and so I had to overcome a lot to build
the business I have today and so hopefully we'll be able to bring value
to other people that watching and you guys as well the thing is you can have
an amazing business idea and you can have everything in place but your
mindset can be the thing that keeps you in the game propels your business or
just takes you out of the game and a lot of it can come down to self worthiness
whether you feel worthy of success but the thing is people don't always realize
is you can reprogram your mindset and you can be programmed to have a success
driven mindset so no matter where you are at the moment we can work on this
and how I would respond is give people a few little pointers of what they can do
so Graham rats what Vanessa said about putting yourself out on that skinny
branch it's like that leap of faith it's being prepared to stretch your comfort
zone so a lot of people feel safe in their comfort zone but all the exciting
stuff and the magic happens when you stretch it one of the biggest things
that I learn is once you stretch it just a little bit it doesn't ping back it's
there's stretch for doing something little and often that stretches you
comfort zone and just keep going and that's how I overcome and overcame
feeling anxious or your public speaking speaking in front of two people five
people ten people and now I'll happily enjoy standing in front of 400 people
and it doesn't even scare me it excites me but it's taken baby steps so you've
got to work on your mindset and it's a daily process 100% so I need top
athletes see people at the top of the game they have a morning ritual yeah and
it sets them up for the day yes so I'm sure you guys you've got an aeroplane
before and for me as a mom as mom of three if I get on an aeroplane with all
my kids and they're going through the safety precautions they will always say
if there is an event which is serious put on your gas masks for us before you
help anyone else and this has been the transforming thing for me in my business
because I used to put everyone else first it would always pumping of
everything into the business or the children but then I would wear myself
down my mindset would slip and things would start to fall backwards so you
need to look after yourself first so the success habit of the super successful
which I took on about two years ago is having a morning ritual so a Power Hour
a miracle morning whatever you want to call it while you work on you you have
time to think you have time to plan and so what I would do in the morning is
take ten minutes to meditate just be sat in silence a little bit of quiet time
and that's what a lot of your biggest business ideas will come to mind as well
but just to settle the mind especially if you are quite an anxious you know
erratic person and you struggle with focus on motivation and reading so in a
15 minutes a day reading from someone is the topper they give in your industry
or a personal development and you know a personal growth book as well because
that will help you just to expand your knowledge and expand your belief in
yourself because if you don't believe in yourself you are gonna you're gonna stop
and you're gonna put walls up so definitely start to fill yourself up
first and we can cover more of that in later videos but if you do struggle and

between all of us and something that I learned as well as motivation
statistically only lasts 48 hours I get asked a lot how do I stay motivated I
know what I need to do but I can't keep doing that
motivation lasts 48 hours it's not a long time so there's got to be a shift
in self-discipline mmm so this is where the daily habits come in people often
look at some are very successful and think it's just happened yeah but
they've done tiny little things every day to get them to where they are so
your success comes down to your daily habits the tiny little things that you
do every day that set you away from the crowd so take yourself out at the 90
percent into the 10 percent that just do a little bit every day they work on
themselves they work on their business and their mindset improves well that's
absolutely brilliant so guys this is just exciting stuff I mean more videos
