i don't wanna say that it is going to be less interesting

buuuut i am not already going to discredit my work

basically, when u walk in shanghai

u can see french written everywhere

notably in front of the bakeries

like "au bon matin", "au pain chaud", etc

so the idea came to my mind that

is the baguette in shanghai is good ?

is the bread in shanghai is good ?

so i'll try that

i bought three different baguettes in three different bakeries

i went on tripadvisor and selected the three most popular bakeries in shanghai

but i didn't wanted to stop there !

because what i like is to confront chinese culture and...

french culture

so i also bought different "chinese breads"

i mean, different breads in "chinese" bakeries,

that means they find their inspiration from french bakeries

but they create crazy breads from that !

i am going to begin with the french bread

and then try the chinese one
