HAVE WITH YOURSELF.

Psychologists tend to say that we don't see others as they really are, we see others

as we really are, deep within.

To make things even stranger, the whole reality you live in is mainly created by you, the

parts you are not conscious of.

Your subconscious and unconscious aspects are the main directors of your life's story,

and your conscious part is the one who plays the main role.

Your inner self is mainly mirrored by the relationships you have.

They say that a relationship with someone is one of the best ways to uncover all your

repressed aspects.

Whatever it is, intimate, friendly, working relationship, your inner self shows up and

overlays those relationships in many forms.

7 Ways Relationships Mirror The Self:

1.

Your inner wounds show as triggers.

We all experience moments when we act out of proportions to reality.

This is called being triggered.

But this moments are big messengers of inner trauma and past wounds that resurface for

you to heal.

When you get triggered by someone be it a friend, your partner, or a coworker, instead

of reacting like being obsessed, ask yourself why is this so upsetting to you.

What does it mean to you?

Drill it down until you find the wound so you can heal it.

2.

Your self connection determines your intimacy with others.

The relationships we have mirror the relationship we have with ourselves.

If we are not connected with our inner self we will either be too much dependent or too

much avoidant to our partner.

Because we lack proper connection to our selves we are desperately looking for connection

outside.

The moment we find something that reminds of connection, we cling onto it or we push

it away so it can fight for us.

Real connection comes from within.

The missing qualities of yourself are the qualities of your partner you are attracted

to.

Let's say that people who are full with energy, extroverted and really open about

things are attracting you the most.

And especially these qualities in them is what you cannot resist about them.

This is a sign that your own extrovertedness, openness and inner passion are blocked.

These qualities are missing from the persona you have created for yourself, you have repressed

them deep within and the other person reminds you of your truth.

The qualities of your shadow self surface as qualities you hate in others.

When you see a person who is lazy and this boils up hate within you it means that your

own laziness is being projected upon them.

And the key here is feeling hate, it doesn't mean that the qualities are good or bad, it

means they evoke strong hateful feelings within you, that's your clue.

You hate yourself being lazy, you suppressed this in your shadow self, you don't identify

with this aspect of yourself, and these people remind you of it.

5.

Traits of your personality you don't let shine through are things you admire in others.

Think of a kid you always admired while you were growing up.

What kind of qualities did they have?

What especially did you admire about them?

Think about other things you admire in other people.

These things are aspects of your own personality you do not let to shine through.

You don't feel worthy of those qualities you admire, or you just think you are not

good enough, so the admiration for these qualities you project upon other people.

Your insecurities appear as things you hate in your partner.

Every single one of us can be irritated, especially if you are tired or just had a rough day.

However, the things your partner does that you hate from the bottom of your heart evoke

this strong hate for a reason.

Because you and your partner function as a unit, you feel lack of control over the things

they do.

And when they do things you yourself are insecure about these strong emotions are evoked in

a form of hate.

Your mindset filters the 5 people you surround yourself with.

They say you become like the people you surround yourself with.

And this is true.

But also you surround yourself with people that resonate with your mindset.

You subconsciously fit and filter in people within your close social circle that think

really similarly to you.

If you are a guy who wants to party and go out those kind of people will fit your close

social circle.

If your mindset is more about business those kind of people will resonate with you.

of the vibration of your higher self understanding how you can understand

your higher self at a deeper way so that you start to experience more

synchronicity in your life and you start to align to it more so now before I

actually explained completely who your higher self is and show you how to

just in general things about your higher self that maybe you didn't know things

that you do at night that you may not even remember you may wake up in the

morning and go this is who I am this is I am Erin or whatever your name is right

this is who I am but in actuality every single night when you go to bed you wake

up to higher dimensional aspects of who you are now in order to understand this

let's understand first off our purpose here on earth because one of our purpose

is here right now is to wake up to more of who we are you could say that there

are different vibrational states of consciousness if I show the handy dandy

chart that I show in a lot of my videos you'll see that the bottom emotions that

don't feel so good shame fear guilt anger then eventually

willingness you get neutrality big step then you see willingness then you see

that of reasoning which is the intellect understanding our beliefs create our

reality then you get into the love of frequency then you see peace joy and

enlightenment the truth is who we are is more at the higher levels of

consciousness who we are not is what we train ourselves in through reference

experiences when we were young such as experience is that mirror back and make

us think that we are that guilt shame fear anger all of those things but the

key is understanding and waking up to more of who we are waking up to our

divinity of who we are as higher vibrational states of being higher

vibrational levels of consciousness now the key to this is understanding that

that is one of the purposes of life itself simply knowing that makes it

easier because we can see oh I may think thoughts but I am NOT my thoughts so

when we think these thoughts that of fear and anger we can see that those

aren't really Who I am I'm just thinking those thoughts and then those thoughts

keep a self perpetual loop until we become aware of them once we become

aware of them we integrate upgrade ourselves up to a higher level in the

game now one of the purposes in this life is to wake up to who we really are

to wake up more and pass that of just that of the lower vibrational emotions

understanding that we are so much more than that and one of the things that's

happening right now on the planet is that we are going through a global shift

in consciousness that if you're here right now you knew about this before you

even came here you knew that there would be a quickening of vibration a

quickening of awareness of being able to really come into fruition of who you

really are now maybe this doesn't resonate with the ego but maybe it

resonates with a deeper part of you ask yourself does this resonate is there's

part of you that maybe doesn't understand what I'm saying but maybe you

feel like yes I do feel like there's a purpose for being here right now now you

may look around you maybe like Aaron didn't look like global shifting

consciousness is happening however it is happening at a subtle level as people

raise their vibration they have a greater influence over the other people

that haven't quote-unquote raised their vibration yet in general as there is

this collective tipping point that happens more and more people are

becoming aware of it and it will end up having this trickle effect now

understand that the old systems have to fall away before the new systems can be

put into place so you may look around bagwell government looks like it's

falling apart this looks like it's falling apart the old financial system

lerna swamp it's all part of the process these have to fall away so that we can

then bring in the new that is what's happening right now now the reason I say

all this is because I wanted you to first off feel a connection to why you

are here in the first place because you may have gone through a lot of pain I

went through a lot of pain growing up and you may say well why did I go

through all that well the reason is is because there was something that it made

made you a stronger person it made you who you are today it may have had the

pressure in the pain that led you to a spiritual awakening which if you're

watching my videos and your interest in what I'm talking about then most likely

it has led you to you making that something more powerful within yourself

at least having the desire to find out what that could be so understanding this

is very powerful if you want more information on this you can look up

Dolores canons book doris cannon was a hypnotherapist for very long time she

passed away recently about five years ago and what she was able to do is to

get people to the deepest levels of brainwave activity and deepest levels

hypnosis their higher self would come through and their subconscious self and

they could ask any question she'd ask why did you incarnate at this time what

was the relationship with your father and your mother and all these things so

someone would go to them for go to her for this you know to find out more about

their soul and who they are and then this information would come through now

she has done this to thousands of people through her seven twenty you know

seventeen books or whatever twenty-seven books or whatever there are and there's

been a very consistent thing through many many many people people saying I

chose to be here right now now is the shift on the planet that's happening

there's this transformation that's going on this is about waking up to more of

who we are there's this connection this connection that we're all becoming more

aware of and that's what it's all about on earth right now that we are

experiencing over the next 10 15 20 years however long it takes we're going

through this shift and consciousness right now the reason I share all that

with you is that you can understand maybe come over at peace with your

higher-self you may say well I didn't really want to be on earth right now so

I'm mad at my Higher Self at a deeper level the higher self is you it is

simply the ego self that might not be in agreement with the choices that were

made but if you're here right now understand this is the best time to be

alive on earth ever because of what is happening because there is this shift in

consciousness that is happening so first off I wanted to help you become more at

peace with why you are here on earth and as you become at peace with it it makes

it so much easier for you to connect to who you really are

now when we look at this whole process let's understand your higher self the

multi-dimensional aspect who you are understand that even in life

in general that the more you connect to this higher self the more you are

embodying the core vibration of who you are understand your higher self is

always guiding you imagine it like this this is kind of a video I've been

wanting to do for a while it's kind of explained this perspective with you

imagine every single night you go to bed wouldn't you you do that anyways I mean

you have to really imagine it but just every night you go to bed at a certain

point whatever it whatever time you do and when you do what happens is you

reconnect to this multi-dimensional aspect of you that you may not remember

in the morning because this is the thing the multi-dimensional aspect of you

lives beyond the five senses we can only interpret our reality through the five

senses so when we wake up in the morning you may not remember exactly what

happened you might get these little dreams about things that happen oh I was

in this dream of when I was in sixth grade and this thing happened and maybe

there's some subconscious meaning to it but the key is or the truth is is you

wouldn't even be able to understand what you're doing in higher dimensional

states of consciousness so the brain doesn't even have a reference experience

for what the hell is going on so what happens is it's about just knowing first

off that the subconscious dreams that you have with your you know from your

subconscious mind now if it might not be exactly what's happening could be

something far beyond that that subconscious mind is just a way for you

to connect to your higher self now what happens is when you go to bed at night

you reassess what you are trying to determine is different scenarios you're

in a way lining up different appointments that could come into your

life the next day weeks and months that will lead you to where you need to go

because we are constantly shifting from parallel reality to parallel reality the

choices we make shift us to different timelines and what happens is when we

connect and we see that our higher self is trying to help guide us to the ideal

reality where we can learn what we need to learn or we can experience what we

want to experience but the key is being connected to this higher self we're

always connected being aware of this connection and following the guidance of

it you ever seen where maybe you have certain patterns in your life I keep

repeating themselves well it could be your higher self giving you these this

awareness that hey work this out work this out never have

to experience it again that's what they call the completion technique completing

the emotions that you felt in the past letting them go so you don't to keep

repeating it what you don't complete you repeat so that's what I had to do I had

to learn how to complete the process of the abuse that I went through when I was

younger between 7 and 15 years old with my ex stepmom who was physically and

mentally abusive and what I did is I became aware of this and I let go of the

patterns of this story of why did this happen to me and all these vibrational

attachments I had and I let it go and I saw that it led me to a spiritual

awakening years later so I started to give it a powerful meaning a positive

meaning and then I stopped attracting people that were similar to my ex

stepmom because I kept tracking people that were similar personality traits

even though I never had to deal with her again after 15 years old my dad divorced

her but I still found that I had a manager that was very similar when my

first girlfriends at the time was also very similar had that kind of had that

kind of energy so once I completed it and let it go but in a way my Higher

Self has given me the awareness of that I was getting signs of it but until I

tapped into that awareness I was completely on autopilot I was not aware

of it so what you can do is become aware of this connection with your Higher Self

and understand your higher self is a part of you now what is happening is in

this life of transformation that we're having right now we are merging more

with our higher self we are literally embodying and going

from a dualistic type nature now think of it like this what is the transition

we're making we're making a transition from that of the third dimension of

duality this is good this is bad this is light this is dark this is left this is

right all of these different dualities we're moving more into a single point of

consciousness of love of dropping the left-brain right-brain good bad all of

this we're dropping that and moving with the awareness is still there but moving

into more of a heart based consciousness more into that of what is called the

fifth dimensional state of consciousness which is of unconditional love we are

moving in that direction I'm not saying that tomorrow we're there I'm not saying

that we're just gonna magically appear somewhere else I'm saying that we're

shifting to that right now as we speak we are becoming more aware of the

darkness we can choose to let it go and move into this higher state of

consciousness now in the same way what your higher self is doing is your higher

self at nighttime is making appointments with certain people okay I make an

appointment with this soul over here this person and this person is gonna

trigger this person so you're gonna tomorrow there's going to be this

altercation with someone else in your family and this is going to be the

opportunity to go more within to transform yourself from the inside out

and if you absorb and integrate that experience as the ego self when you wake

up tomorrow and you go through the experience and you learn what you need

to learn or integrate the experience what you need to integrate it you then

don't have to repeat that pattern you become more of who you are but you see

that's what your higher self is doing your higher self is helping orchestrate

certain parts of your life and it's seen is there certain situations that I can

put into Aarons life that will help them go on the track needs to go on in the

life track needs to go on so in a way our higher selves aren't just bound by

time and space so they can see further than just this moment so right now he

may be saying okay Aaron is consistently doing this this and this I need to put

Aaron on the on the track to do this so there's gonna be this situation it's

gonna happen in two weeks and when this situation happens it's gonna give him an

opportunity to go in this direction if he doesn't take that opportunity then

I'll put something else in his life that will help him to go on that opportunity

so we're constantly being guided it's about being aware of that guidance and

tapping into that connection the more we tap into that connection the more we see

that that's what we can begin to absorb that's more when we could begin to align

with it now in general if you want to connect to your honor's to higher self

set the intention first off I set the intention every single night when I go

to bed that when I go into dreamland I go to sleep I connect to my Higher Self

and I connect to any messages that my Higher Self wants me to have and they

don't get certain dreams I'll have weird dreams I don't even know why I'm having

them but guess what there's something from them that I absorb you know even if

I don't consciously understand what that is I still absorb some type of that

information so what you could begin to do is understand that you set the

intention before you go to bed every night I want to one remember my dreams

when I wake up in the morning that alone will do wonders that works very well

secondly I don't remember the messages from my Higher Self

I want to connect with my higher self in some way whatever way that is and I want

to remember what that is set that intention and then there you go

and then you're on your way that's the very first step to connecting with your

higher self now the other thing you could do is when you meditate everyday

which hopefully and if you haven't yet you can meditate for 5-10 minutes a day

simply connection to connect to your heart space because within your heart

space when you feel the passion in your heart that is your connection to your

higher self the more you do that the more you grow within it and you could

always ask yourself this as well certain situations will come into your

life situations that you don't want to be there why is this happening

ask yourself what could be what I could get out of this situation what could be

the positive in this situation what is this making me more aware of in this

situation because as you start to ask those questions you start to link up

with the message your higher self is trying to give you your higher self is

constantly communicating with you it is constantly emitting a signal to you the

key is connecting to that signal through your heart Center getting out of the

head into the heart and absorbing it and the thread to this whole experience is

your passion what are you passionate about when you

follow your passion you are in the vibrational frequency of how you prefer

to be the key is getting to that vibration of passion ask yourself the

question what am I most passionate about what I prefer to be doing in my life as

you start to ask these questions you're gonna start to see answers come up set

the intention to find out what it is to some people said well I don't know what

that is set the intention to find out what it is

sometimes you just saying I don't know I don't know I know creates the reality of

I don't know I don't know I don't know stop saying you don't know instead set

the intention to figure out what it is because as you set that intention you

will find more and more evidence of it you will literally shift to reality of

more and more evidence of it and then what you do is you make the choice move

from out of the head and into being into the heart center and as you are in the

heart center you will more so connect to your higher self in a very powerful way

you will start to literally embody it so understand that there's a lot going on

behind the scenes but you're always guided you are always guided you have

either guides that are helping you multi-dimensional guides that help you

or your higher-self helping you at all times you are never alone I look like

I'm alone in my house right now I still have this connection to the larger

aspect of me so I'm never really alone you are never alone watching this video

in your room right now in your car right now listening to it

wherever you are you're not alone not only because there's other people around

you if you're alone and it appears to be alone you are still connected to a harsh

larger stream of consciousness that is your higher self you have spirit guides

this is who you really are just about understanding this connection there's a

lot of things going beyond in the background but the key is to integrate

what happens in your life and to connect to it with the awareness when you are

aware of it when you are aware of this connection you experience more of it if

you leave just as the ego then you block it out you can live and understand the

ego but also understand there's so much more to you you are not just this

physical structure there's this physical meet you are so much more than that your

energy goes far beyond your body and you have a connection to everything else

around you that's when things really begin to change so understand that right

now on the planet is about this time of transformation you chose to be here for

some specific reason you most likely if you're listening to my videos are part

of helping this awareness get out there because as time goes on more and more

people are gonna be waking up if you're like yo I know a little bit about this

whole waking up thing because I've woke as well then you can help other people

go through the process so it's about being aware of that understand that when

you go to bed at night you're connecting and you're really as your

multi-dimensional self you might not physically remember it and if you

remember that you are unconditional love and bliss you might wake up and be like

why the hell am I here so that information might not be readily

available to you until you become at peace with where you are in order to

transcend the 3d and into 5d you have to become at peace with the 3d many people

I see are like screw the government screw this screw that all this that's

negativity and resistance that's reaffirming the old reality instead

allow it to be what it is but make a choice that your gonna go deeper within

yourself be the change you wish to see in the world

align with the true vibration of who you are be in your heart space set the

intention before you go to bed at night to connect to your higher self connect

to your heart center follow the thread of passion in your

life and watch how your life changes you are more than you can even imagine

the more you tap into this is the more you will become who you really are meant

Following the uncomfortable meeting on the field between Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield and former coach Hue Jackson, things took yet another turn Monday.

Jackson, who was fired by the Browns and took on a role with the Cincinnati Bengals, faced his former team for the first time on Sunday.

The end result was Mayfield picking apart the Bengals secondary and not sounding thrilled with Jackson after the game.

And as Bleacher Report revealed on Monday, Mayfield didn't hold back his thoughts on Jackson once again in response to an Instagram post which called him out.

After analyst Damien Woody said the quarterback "needs to grow up" on First Take, Mayfield responded.

Baker Mayfield's Response to Jackson Drama & Performance.

While the postgame interaction took center stage, Mayfield sounded off on the topic during his press conference as well.

As NFL Network's Marc Sessler detailed, the Browns' No.

1 pick had an issue with Jackson going to Cincinnati after his tenure in Cleveland.

"Left Cleveland goes down to Cincinnati.

I don't know.

That's just somebody that's in our locker room asking for us to play for him & then goes to a different team we play twice a year.

Everybody can have their spin on it, but that's how I feel." Baker Mayfield on Hue Jackson, per Sessler.

Although Mayfield may have taken issue with his former coach opting to go this route, he got his point across on the field in Week 12.

The rookie played a big role in the Browns jumping out to a 28-7 halftime lead and never looked back from there.

Cleveland went on to win the game 35-20 and Mayfield wasn't even asked to throw much in the second half.

He still wrapped up the win by completing 19-of-26 passes for 258 yards and four touchdowns while posting a 143.9 quarterback rating.

The signal-caller wasn't alone in getting some revenge on Jackson and taking down the Bengals.

Running back Nick Chubb, who was often stuck on the bench under the coach, had a solid day as well.

Although Chubb had a tougher time finding space against the Bengals run defense, he still finished with 84 yards on the ground, 44 receiving and scored two touchdowns.

The Browns' rookie backfield duo is on the verge of something special, and there's a lot to be excited about.

Hi there. Today we're going to talk about how to increase your self-worth or self

esteem. And I'm going to share with you one simple technique or tool that you can

use to will help boost your self-esteem more than anything else that I know

about or know of. So, if you've watched some of our other videos, you know that

we talked about how everything we do we do for a reason or we wouldn't do it. And

we also talked about how our beliefs drive our behavior. So our beliefs

influence everything that we do. So our beliefs about ourself, our self-worth and

who we are as an individual influences everything about her life. It influences

our relationships, it influences all of our behaviors and our actions. And one of

the things that through my experience, that I have found is I believe that all

of a struggle to a certain extent with self-esteem or with our self-worth.

Even people who oftentimes come across or appear to be supremely or very, very

confident, oftentimes that's a mask that they put out to cover up. Feelings of

insecurity or inferiority. So, as human beings, I believe we all

struggle with those feelings of self-worth. You know and there's a couple

of reasons for this. We live in a society today that

everything that we do and everything that happens in our life and in the

lives of others is can be put on social media and out for everybody to see. And

there's so much of this feeling of in order to be okay, we need to be like

other people. And oftentimes, we just feel like we're not able to live up to or to

meet those expectations that society and that others have of us as

individuals. And here's the problem, self-esteem and self-worth is an entire

inside job. It comes from within not from without. So anytime that we are trying to

live up to others expectations, we're never going to be successful with that.

Because others expectations are always changing. And the truth is we can never

know for sure if we're meeting others expectations or not. Many times because

all of a struggle with self-esteem, we tend to feel better about ourselves or

to feel like one of the ways that we can increase our self-esteem is by being

better than those around us. So because of this there's a comparison always

going on but then there are also people that in order to feel good about

themselves, will intentionally put other people down. Now, sometimes that happens

with people who actually respect or look up to the person that they're putting

down but again in order to feel better about themselves, they want to belittle

them or diminish some of who they are or what they do so that they can feel

better about themselves. So the best way or the best thing that we can do to

increase our own self-esteem and our own self-worth is first of all, to be true to

ourselves, to figure out who we are to identify what is our uniqueness. What are

the strengths, the talents, the abilities that we have that nobody else has.

Because the truth is there is nobody in the world that is exactly like you. We're

all different. And too often we want to be like everybody else instead of just

allowing us to be ourselves. So the next thing that affects how we see ourselves

in a negative way is every one of us are imperfect. And so we all make mistakes.

And when we make those mistakes or we don't live up to our own expectations,

then we tend to feel bad about ourselves and compare the worst part about us to

what we see as being the best part of others. So here's the tool. Here's the

thing that you can do that will help you begin to feel better about yourself. And

it's just making and keeping commitments to yourself. Now, think about it. Do you do

a better job of keeping the commitments that you make to you or do you do a

better job of keeping the commitments that you make to others? Most of us tend

to do a better job of keeping the commitments that we make to others

because we're you worry more about what they think about us than what we think

of our self. And yet, self-esteem really comes from how we see ourselves. And so,

to begin to improve our self-worth or our self-esteem, (1) we need to begin to

pay attention to the words that we use. The commitments do we make to ourselves

and to others. So think about the goals and ideas or things that you have said

to yourself like, "I'm going to lose weight this year or I'm going to get an A in

this class. Or I'm going to learn to manage my anger better." Or whatever it is,

we will make promises or commitments to ourself. And then other things come up

and get in the way. And that commitment becomes less important. It takes a

backseat to other things. And we don't follow through with that commitment. What

that is telling us inside is that I don't value myself. I don't have enough

value to keep the commitment that I make to me. That affects our self-worth and

our self-esteem more than anything else. So one of the best ways to make and keep

commitments to ourself is by setting daily goals. And we can start with

something small. It doesn't have to be a big thing. It can be anything. But what is

important is when we set a daily goal, we need to complete it. We need to fulfill

it. It would be better for us not to set the goal than to set a goal and not

complete it. So I would encourage you to first of all, take some time look at

where you're at in your life. And ideally, if you can identify what

some of your major goals are, what is it that you want to accomplish in your life.

So, we have another video that's recorded. If you want to know more about that

where you can look about how to create change in your life and how to actually

accomplish major goals and make a big difference in your life. But if you have

some goals of things that you want to change and that you want to accomplish,

well first of all, identify and get those real clear as to what they are. And then

back it down and say, "Okay, what can I do today that will help me move closer to

that goal?" And pick one thing. Whether that's making a phone call or looking

something up on the internet or taking one simple step. Maybe it's going for a

walk. You decide what that is. But just pick one thing and then make sure that

you accomplish that one thing. And then each day do that. And as you do that, you

will begin to see, do you trust yourself more? You value yourself more? You begin

to value your word. And as you hold yourself accountable and live up to the

expectations that you're setting for yourself, the byproduct of that is that

your behavior with others will change as well. And you'll begin to not only feel

better about yourself internally but because of your ability to follow

through and keep your commitments to yourself, you will do that more with

other people and that feedback coming to you will also benefit you and help

strengthen the way you see yourself and fill yourself. And ultimately, the

outcomes that you're experiencing in your life. So, the best way, the simplest

way to increase your self-worth and your self-esteem is to begin making and then

more importantly keeping commitments to yourself and do it on a daily basis. And

Hey everyone this is Ronnie with your next educational moment. A few weeks ago

we asked for some feedback on some questions that people had that are

clients and we had one in particular who is self-employed, she's actually a hair

stylist, and she was asking about things for the self-employed to consider or

think of. So really there's three main areas that I'd like to talk about. The

first is 1099 income and taking advantage of the fact that you're

getting income as a self-employed person prior to that paying taxes. The second is

good cash flow and accounting and the third is best ways to protect yourself.

So the first is 1099 income. When you work for somebody else you get a W-2 get

income after taxes so the company withholds taxes from you. When you're

self-employed typically you have an option to get 1099 income. 1099

income allows you to essentially receive that income and not yet pay taxes. So the

advantage there is essentially to be able to get some deductions and some

other things so you're not spending out as much money and using that as

efficient as possible. That segues into the second, which is good accounting. The

first thing is to find and identify a really good accountant or CPA, Certified

Public Accountant. Really the thing I would say there is you get what you pay

for. You don't want to skim there you want to make sure that you spend the

appropriate money to make sure that you have a professional who can help you

better reduce those taxes like we discussed with 1099 income and also have

helped you budget and cashflow. And third and final is protecting yourself. As a

business owner you have a lot of liabilities whether you drive, whether you're helping

people, in this case whether you're cutting people's hair, people get injured

people slip and fall. You always want to make sure that you're protected so it's

really good to make sure that you're consulting somebody that's a professional

that can help you identify the areas of risk where you have your liability and

how most of cost effectively to be able to protect yourself from that. So when it

comes to the budgeting and some of the tax pieces as far as planning is

so if you're a little far, just get a little closer to the target so then

you can really strike hard, let's see. Stronger. Yes. Very good. The other side, for the other hand you

need to switch legs same thing, close the hand, take it as close as you can to the

shoulder but now we want to twist again the heel and the hips, since you're using your

rear hand, let's go. Very good. We're gonna show you how to do palm strikes so it's very

simple you're gonna keep one leg forward one

leg behind if you're a right-handed then your left leg should be forward and if

you're a left-handed then right leg should be forward. I am a right-handed so my

left is gonna be forward. My hands are gonna be up close to the face and you're

gonna use the palm, this part of the palm and you're just gonna strike forward

with your left hand okay so let's see Ingrid, hold the pad and left hand, stronger, yes.

very good. We're going to do the right hand now. so it's exactly the same thing we

did but with their right we twist the heel and the hips so anytime you're using

the right hand to strike or attack we use the heel and the hips so it's

exactly the same thing we did and twist the heel and the hips, lets try, yeah, and quickly take the hand back. Very good. Now, we're

just going to combine those two strikes together, so we're going to do left, as soon as we

take the left hand back you want to throw the right hand and come back so we have

one two one two lets try it, left followed by the right.

But you start with the..yes, left and then right away the right, again.

contact once you're going to strike what part

of the body you're going to aim? The face so we aim for the nose or the eyes area

or the lips this is where usually we aim, the forehead is a little harder part of

the head and not as sensitive as the nose or eyebrows

or maybe you're not getting the results that you wanted to, it causes your self worth to

go down.

So, here's what you need to do in order to get your self worth back up.

It's really going to help you in your business.

So, I had my team meeting yesterday and I was talking to everybody in my team and I

said, you know you have to have a marketing strategy.

You have to have On-Purpose Content.

And, you know, you have to plan out the videos that you're going to be doing, and then you

have to take action and do them, right?

And I said one thing I want to accomplish this week is I want to get out of my house,

and I want to do videos by the ocean, or on the go, or you know, definitely not in the

car, cuz that's not good.

But, um, I live in San Diego for God sakes!

For God sakes man I live in San Diego!

So I better get out, you know, I want to get out and show the beautiful scenery that Iive

in and not be inside my home office so much.

Because that's the thing about working from home is, is you get to be free, to go wherever

you want, whenever you want, right?

And so, I made it a goal yesterday, to shoot my videos at the ocean, or somewhere else

really cool, so get ready for all of that.

ok?

But, let's talk about that one thing that's going to help your self esteem.

Ok I'm going to turn around so you can see.

I wonder if you can see him?

There's a surfer right behind me, oh my gosh!

Ok, um, let's see if I can see him in my background.

It's so so so sunny at this side.

Alright, so the one thing that you need to do, is...YOU NEED TO ACT.

That's the only thing that'll bring your self worth back up is you need to take action.

So, by not taking action, it creates you to not take action in something else.

So, Jim Rohn says that one thing affects the next thing, that affects the next thing, and

it's all true!

Everything effects eachother!

So, if you feel like you're in a slump, if you feel like, you know, you're not doing

as good as you could, or maybe you had this desires, but now the desires have kind of

gotten dry.

You know, they've kind of gotten away from you.

There's a name for that.

It's called THE LAW OF THE DIMINISHING INTENT.

ok?

THE LAW OF THE DIMINISHING INTENT.

So, when should you take action on something?

Exactly when you feel it.

When the emotion is high.

You need to set yourself up a discipline! ok?

And a discipline is going to keep you doing what you wanted to do.

So whether it's losing weight, right?

being healthy, what do you need to do?

QUICKLY, when you KNOW it's what you should do, go for a quick 10 minute walk.

And then set up another time where you're going to do it.

Set up a pattern.

Set up a time of day.

Set up a DISCIPLINE.

That's going to help you with keeping that flow going of

Positive, quick action.

Jury returns verdict of suicide on Branko Zdravkovic, who had problems with alcohol

A Slovenian waiter killed himself while being held in an immigration detention centre, an inquest jury has found.

Branko Zdravkovic, 43, had self-harmed while in detention and had problems with alcohol, Bournemouth coroner's court was told. The jury returned a verdict of suicide.

Although detention centre staff recognised his vulnerability and put him on self-harm watch, no report was sent to the Home Office flagging up suicidal intentions, as required under guidance known as rule 35 (2) .

The assistant coroner, Stephen Nicholls, gave the Home Office 14 days to provide further evidence relating to concerns identified about non-compliance with rule 35 practices and other procedures around self-harm among immigration detainees.

Zdravkovic had completed a degree in hospitality services in Slovenia, spoke several languages and had also been a ski instructor.

The Home Office said he was facing administrative removal because he was not exercising his treaty rights to work in the UK. But his lawyers dispute that claim, saying that, while his schedule was not always predictable, he worked for many of his eight years in London as a waiter in establishments including the House of Lords, the Guildhall and the Gherkin.

His partner, Nicola Sanderson, 53, said she was grief-stricken by Zdravkovic's death, one of 11 in immigration detention centres last year, the highest annual total on record.

He was placed in the Verne immigration detention centre in Portland, Dorset, after Sanderson contacted police about him on 18 and 19 March 2017, because she was concerned about his mental health. He had been drinking heavily and she said he was "behaving oddly". Officers arrested him and she hoped he would get the help he needed.

But two days later, she received a confused call from Zdravkovic in which it emerged he had been placed in immigration detention by the Home Office.

The couple spoke regularly on the phone while Zdravkovic was detained and Sanderson told him on 9 April 2017 she had booked a train ticket from the home they shared in Notting Hill, west London, to see him the following day.

When Sanderson arrived at the Verne and told reception staff she had come to see her partner, she was kept waiting for 20 minutes. Then she was told she could not see him because he had killed himself the previous evening.

"The Home Office had my details as next of kin," Sanderson said. "I don't know why they didn't tell me sooner what had happened to Branko. They didn't even offer me a cup of tea when they broke the news to me that he had killed himself.

"I left the detention centre and got back on the train to London. I had a burning pain in my chest from the shock … I'm still in a state of grief about Branko's loss. I hope no other family has to go through what I've been through."

She questioned why someone as vulnerable as her partner was put in an immigration detention centre.

"He was a happy, outgoing and positive person, was always well dressed and nice and polite," Sanderson said. But she added that his drinking had become more problematic in December 2016.

"His death has been utterly devastating for me," she said. "I'm concerned that those responsible for keeping him safe while he was in detention failed him. It is very depressing that we were not kept fully informed of the details of Branko's detention. This lack of communication left him in a very isolated situation."

Jane Ryan of Bhatt Murphy Solicitors, representing Sanderson, said: "It was horrifying that the inquest heard evidence that there is a practice of not doing the required statutory reports on detainees with suicidal intentions.

"The coroner has directed further evidence from the Home Office about the procedures for managing detainees at risk of self-harm within 14 days. This will be considered in accordance with the duty to prevent further deaths."

Natasha Thompson, a caseworker at the charity Inquest, said: "An unprecedented number of people are dying in immigration detention centres. Support is growing for the call to end the use of immigration detention altogether. We believe this is the only way to prevent further deaths and suffering."

The Home Office said: "Our thoughts are with Mr Zdravkovic's family and friends at this time.

"We have noted the outcome of the inquest and will carefully consider the points made and the request of the coroner for further information."
