Hey, guys, Professor Bill of Comic Book University and I'm going to explain She-Venom in about a minute.
Anne Weying's first appearance was in "Amazing Spider-Man #375" in March 1993 and he was created by David Michelinie and Mark Bagley.
Ann was the ex-wife of Eddie Brock, the main host of the Venom symbiote.
She was a lawyer by profession and she loved Eddie, but that love was strained when he became vengeful against Spider-Man, blaming him for all his problems.
When Eddie became Venom, that was too much for her.
It was Ann who humanized Eddie to Spider-Man, telling the hero about Eddie's troubled life.
She did eventually divorce Eddie, fearful of what the symbiote did to him.
She temporarily became a host to the symbiote after she was shot by the Sin-Eater.
After experiencing what the symbiote actually does to a person, she understood how Eddie's fragile psyche was affected as Venom.
She developed a debilitating fear of the symbiote, finding herself unable to leave her apartment for months.
She leaped from her apartment window in a final act of desperation, finding no other way to free herself of her fear.
As She-Venom, Ann had all the standard powers of a symbiote host.
Ann's terror of the symbiote was crippling and, in the end, proved too much for her.
And that's She-Venom in about a minute.
