Hello there! The first thing to do is to put some gloss varnish on the surface.
I had some problems with those decals.
You shouldn't put them into the water like you usually do.
That's the correct way of dealing with them, according to the instructions.
About half a minute later the decal is ready.
I forgot to paint this stripe black.
Time for an oil wash - black for the bottom part.
And brown for the rest.
Now's the time for a satin varnish.
The plane still looks too clean ;).
I'll make some streaks with an oil paint on the top side.
And the last thing - dry brush on the black stripe.
And that's it for now.
In the next episode I'll probably make a landing gear, so it can stand on its own wheels.
