Let's say you're interested in

technology and as real-life use cases.

What would be the best place for you to visit?

Tokyo, of course! We'll take a short

tour starting here in Odaiba, very close

to the National Museum of Emerging

Science and Innovation. This giant robot

replaced its predecessor in 2017.

It's nineteen point seven meters tall

which equals sixty-four point six feet.

It is a replica of the RX-0 Unicorn

Gundam from the most recent set within

the universal century timeline, modeled

on a one-to-one scale. The previous

Gundam robot was inspired by the

beloved 1979 Japanese anime series the

new Unicorn Gundam robot shows how

the animation has progressed as it is

designed in much more detail. The model

switches between destroy mode with

flashing lights a unicorn ode with a

horn and the night mode with music and

projection experience the National

Museum of emerging science and

innovation was founded in the year 2001

the museum is most famous for this globe

called geo cosmos which shows the

current image of the earth the planet

changes every minute this display is

live is a resolution of more than 10

million pixels geo customers presents

real data from weather satellites such

as air flow ocean acidification and even

changes in temperature visitors can also

book time slots to see seasons of Earth

human activities economics and other

data translated on this globe this

Robert Pera

was created for use in hospitals where

people need something to cheer them up

the toy reacts to the light movement

voice and touch for personal use Perot

would cost about $6,000

move further this human at robot was

created by Osaka University professor

Hiroshi Ishiguro and he's seen these

robots looks so realistic that the

famous West world TV show turns out to

be really scary at the Museum you can

also visit a murder of the International

Space Station and see what the life in

space looks like our next destination is

the Panasonic Center Tokyo it was

established in 2002 two floors of the

center are taken by an experienced

oriented museum that makes mathematics

engaging and funny it's a hands-on

experience that explains science better

that in any school activities cover all

range of topics like angles optics color

waves and even magnetism

the keys can solve a wall-sized tangram

play with zo tropes and a challenging

air hockey that uses digitized numbers

instead of disks Nintendo game fund is

where visitors can enjoy new software

with a big screen plasma display or a

stupid pine projector the first flaw of

the museum is an interactive project

let's build Tokyo together it is an

officially recognized program for Tokyo

2020 finally here comes Sony Explorer

science it is a museum that explores

light sound and entertainment this is a

sound zone there are 20 equally

distributed speakers in the room

however the microphones used to record

the sound of five part how does it feel

when the sound is just ten centimeters

away from you how about 10 meters or

1000 kilometers the light zone of the

museum has answers to how faces smiles

and emotions are recognized by computers

also allows for the exploration of the

ocean through 8 art technology here we

go

welcome to the 3d room where we're going

[JAPAN VLOG] How to survive the crazy summer in Mochimune? 用宗のジェラート - Duration: 4:42.

Hello! (in French and Japanese)

Today we welcome a guest

D: Whats your name? K: It's Katharina Grimm!

D: It's nice to meet you! K: Take good care of me D: Let's work well together!

I'm David from France

Where are you from?

I'm from Germany

Ah, Germany! It's close to France!

We're walking along the beach

Please, take a close look! How do you like it?

It's so beautiful - I love the sea!

Really? You can even swim here!

Today the weather isn't too hot, it's just perfect!

Yeah, I'm really glad

Japan is really hot, right?

In Mochimune I am your senpai!

So today in Mochimune...

I want to show you a great store!

Yes, please. Show me the way, senpai!

Japanese summer is crazy hot so

I want to introduce you to a cool place

Yes, please!

Let's go!

Yeah, let's go!

(Gaijins walk while music is playing in the background)

Take a look!

There are many different flavors!

The have a lot of Japanese-esque flavors!

Like Matcha or Shirasu (baby Tuna)

Those tiny little fish!

They made ice cream out of it

What's next...

They also have Wasabi flavored ice cream

And they even have Japanese Sake as a flavor

K: Wow, that's great! D: But I don't think it contains real Sake

D: So it's alright to eat. Ah, look! There it is!

D: Finally, we can eat! K: It looks delicious!

Shirasu!

Wasabi!

Ah, Wasabi flavor! But for Wasabi it isn't that green, right?

Even less green than Matcha. Just a tiny bit green.

D: Alright then, let's eat! K: Yeah, let's eat!

Ittadakimasu!

I'm saying "Ittadakimasu" even though I've already started eating

It tastes sweet

Yeah, it's really sweet

The Wasabi isn't strong at all

So I'm eating yogurt Shirasu so...

...the yogurt flavor is stronger

It tastes like yogurt - It's delicious!

But still, I can feel the Shirasu

Look! You can even see the small Shirasu

There are these tiny black dots

That's the Shirasus head (its eyes)

If I say it like that it's a bit scary, right?

How does your ice cream taste like?

It's very good and not too strong

The Wasabi flavor doesn't come out that much

D: So it's sweet? K: Yeah, it's sweet

Is it spicy?

No, not at all

D: So sweet and delicious to eat? K: Yes, exactly!

That's good. It's all delicious!

Alright, so let's take our time to eat!

D: Thank you for today! K: Thank you for your hard work!

Today was really tough! So, do you want to come to Mochimune again?

Yes, absolutely!

So please come again to hang out some time!

When will you next come to Japan?

Probably next year

Next year? Please visit Mochimune again then!

D: Until then! K: Bye, bye!

(The stone skipped) four times!

NICE!

Beyblade Burst World Championship: Japan National Championship - Duration: 8:25.

Burst to Win!

Beyblade Burst

Bladers from all over Japan gathered and battled.

Over 4,000 Bladers participated!

They stake everything on one single launch.

Who will be number one in Japan?

Kurei

Tatsuya

Yugo

Ryugo

Itsuki

Soshi

Takuto

Haruto

Eight finalists compete to be "Number One in Japan."

And for the ticket to the World Championship in Paris.

Behold the battle among top Bladers of the new generation.

Beyblade Burst Japan National Championship, 2018

Quarterfinals, first match.

The opening match of the day was Kurei versus Tatsuya.

All the battles were decided by Survivor Finish.

Both Bladers strategically choose their Beys

and adjust the launch power.

Blader Kurei won by a hair in this neck-to-neck battle.

Quarterfinals, second match.

The match was decided by an attack type Bey.

Ryugo won two points out of three with Ring Out Finish.

Yugo held back his tears in defeat to the Wonder Valtryek.

Quarterfinals, third match.

Soshi led two to nothing up until the third battle.

Itsuki wiggled out of a tight spot by gaining his points, one by one.

Both Bladers used Spryzen Requiem.

With his high-endurance performance tip,

Itsuki won the match.

Quarterfinals, fourth match.

Haruto made fearless attacks for a Burst

with his attack type Bey.

Takuto gained points steadily with stamina type Beys.

Even though he gave way for a while, Haruto had the momentum

and won by impressive Burst Finish.

Semifinals, first match.

At this point, a new stadium with spinning plates was introduced.

While Kurei replaced all his Beys,

Ryugo chose the same Beys as before.

Taking advantage of the new stadium,

Kurei advanced to the finals with a straight win.

Semifinals, second match.

Halfway through and the excitement increases.

Itsuki battled against Haruto.

Although he had a great lead, Itsuki found himself cornered.

But an extraordinary attack by his Wonder Valtryek

gave him the win by Burst Finish.

Third-place match.

Two semifinalists competed.

Not only power and technique, but mental strength was required.

Ryugo renewed his Bey lineup that caused his defeat

and achieved a straight win.

He won against Haruto and finished third.

Final match.

Kurei vs Itsuki

The two Bladers that won through all.

Tension rises between them.

Using a heavy performance tip with powerful Wonder Valtryek,

Itsuki won by a Ring Out Finish.

Next, Kurei used the Wonder Valtryek with the heavy performance tip.

He was successful to even the score with a Ring Out Finish.

In the third battle, Kurei used a defense type.

Itsuki used a stamina type.

Itsuki has an advantage in Bey type,

but Kurei won with the same Bey in the semifinals.

But it was not enough to turn the odds, and Itsuki won the third battle.

In the fourth battle, the unexpected happened.

Though Kurei's Archer Hercules gradually started to wobble,

the spinning plates assisted the Bey, winning him a Ring Out Finish.

The tournament was to be decided in the final fifth battle.

The Bladers chose their final Bey...

Wonder Valtryek.

He chose Wonder Valtryek.

Itsuki's choice of Bey is...

Archer Hercules.

Who will win the ticket to the World Championship?

The last battle, here we go!

Ready, set...

When the tension and heat reached the climax,

the moment of triumph came suddenly.

A dramatic Burst Finish ended the long match.

The great battle by the two Bladers

will go down in the history of Beyblade Burst.

1. Kurei 2. Itsuki 3. Ryugo

It was a great match to the end. I was moved.

Congratulations.

Give him a big hand.

This is a special Bey for the champion.

Beyblade Burst Japan National Championship, 2018

Glory shined upon Blader Kurei.

Three...Two...One... Let it Rip!

Beyblade Burst World Championship, 2018 in Paris, France.

Across the borders, Bladers reach for the top.

I'll become the world champion.

The battle continues.

UN urges Japan to solve 'comfort women' issue - Duration: 0:46.

A UN committee on discrimination has urged the Japanese government to adopt a victim-centered

approach toward the victims of Japan's wartime sexual slavery.

The Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination published the report on Thursday,

saying that the Japanese government did "not take a fully victim-centered approach".

It added that the 2015 agreement between Japan and the South Korean government didn't provide

"unequivocal responsibility" for the human rights violations committed against the so-called

'comfort women'.

The committee discussed such issues for the first time in four years on August 16th and

17th.

Although the Commission's recommendations are not binding, it is customary for the country

receiving the recommendations to report countermeasures before the next session.

Japan Always Gets The Coolest Stuff!! Pepsi Man Toy Unboxing - GTV - Duration: 8:15.

this is GTV no no no no no no skip the

intro and come right to me because I

found something you're gonna love this

Pepsi man toys sealed in the box we're

gonna open it we're gonna unbox it we're

gonna see exactly what this is in here

but if you don't know what Pepsi man is

take a look at this

Pepsi man a guy in a costume who creates

awareness of Pepsi Pepsi man was big in

Japan during the 1990s and 2000's and

the premise is very simple

some people want some Pepsi and Pepsi

man delivers he usually gets halfway

clipped along the way - there were also

variations of Pepsi man based on flavor

and can design and even a Pepsi woman

the character was so popular he made the

inevitable crossover into the video game

world in 1999 he got his very own game

for the Sony Playstation called surprise

Pepsi man

it's basically an advertisement wrapped

around the cheap PlayStation game but

actually Pepsi man reached critical mass

after his run in Japan was over thanks

to YouTube as so called reactors with

Gauck over how strange and weird Japan

must be to have video games about Pepsi

none of them are any good except for the

one by slopes gamer that one's great but

out of the 780 1129 videos about Pepsi

man no one actually tries to dissect the

commercials or CMS as they're known here

and explain what makes them so weird

exactly I mean yes it's funny to see

someone in the goofy costume breaking

their neck but that's like saying only

Japan has weird CMS and everywhere else

on earth junk food and tchotchkes are

advertised for in a serious manner but

amidst all the unenthusiastic reacting

of the 780 1,129 videos out there the

most obvious thing is missed the Pepsi

man who works for Pepsi in Japan doesn't

seem to be in Japan at all everyone is

American despite that they still speak

Japanese but with an American accent Wow

is that what I sound like

the other thing people miss is that the

popularity of Pepsi man led to some

nifty giveaways bottle stoppers Pepsi

dispensers even Space Station crew

jackets

no wonder they say Japan always gets the

best stuff well one of the items they

gave away amongst all this was this neat

little box I picked up what mysteries

are inside and most importantly will it

even work it's time to send it back to

studio for an unboxing what am I suppose

that'll take your day oh Christmas so

we've got the box here and it doesn't

look like something that you can buy in

a store I don't see any barcode or any

kind of special marking that showed the

price or anything like that it might

have been a giveaway it might have been

a premium or something like that

I really don't know but we're gonna open

it up and find out and this thing has

been sealed for a very long time this

came out in 2000 and it's never been

opened so here we go and I had some

trouble getting the Box open it was

sealed really tight I've probably ruined

the collectability of this there's

probably some guy out there right now

looking for this cursing me out

oh and there's a lot of pieces in here I

was not expecting this I was expecting

maybe something you could piece together

with two pieces snap it on it did come

with instructions and it did come with

this little card that says

congratulations for winning the Toco

Toco can help her so it must have been a

prize giveaway okay so we take a look at

the instructions and I'm surprised to

find out there's no written text just

little pictures and six steps and it

looks like number one and two are really

difficult I don't know if we can do this

but once we get past number three it

looks like it's pretty easy to finish up

so the first step you have to connect

the wind-up gear with the legs and you

have to line everything up into these

little slots pretty tricky you got to

put it together and hold it so it

doesn't fall apart and now we've got the

body and the front and the back have

little slots and grooves and holes for

everything can snap in together of

course this has to be the front right so

everything locks into place and there's

a pin that holds the parts from Part one

and Part two together

and simply snap the back on very nice

okay so we finished one and - time to

move on to step three and four

looks like step three is putting the

carts that trait together only three

pieces here and it looks pretty simple

you snap the wheels on and you snap the

handle on and then you snap Diet Pepsi

woman on at the end

now I had to stop tape for about five

minutes because the hands were very hard

to snap on to the handle it kept

slipping and popping off it took a

really long time for some reason it was

really hard to do

okay so let's go back to the

instructions now we've got step 5 and

step 6

pretty simple all we have to do is put a

can on wind her up and let her go so I

went down the street and I got myself a

can of Pepsi here it's the only can I

could find out of all the vending

machines out on the street it's actually

a very big size it's 650 milliliters

which they did not have in the year 2000

I don't think my memory is not so great

it might be a little too heavy to push

let's put it on here wind it up and see

how it goes I hate us and move let's

wind it up all the way and try again

there we go much better so there you go

a neat little giveaway from 18 years ago

and I found this at a recycle shop not

that far away from my house it's only

500 yen if you saw the video I made

about 2 years ago with the pink plastic

princess throne that cost several

thousand dollars it's the same place so

if you're walking around in Japan take a

look in some shops you never know what

you're gonna find if you liked this

video click on one of the buttons you

see here you can subscribe to the

channel and stay updated on the newest

videos you can contribute and invest in

the channel on patreon you can check out

the newest video and you can check out a

video from the archive thanks for

watching and we'll see you there
