It depends on staffs, how they do their jobs, it depends,...depends...

When in rush hours, the staffs were not focu but overall, they are still ok

Yeah, i always order at a store, it is very far away from my home about over 10 kilometres

I cannot say no, they even denied to deliver my bills.

What will you do to tackle all of the problem of your favourite brand if you were the boss?

Now i dont have much problems, i will try the onine order again to figure out before

Not only a traditional fried chicken but also a seafood pizza, I want the menu more diversity

like about salad i want russian salad, avocado salad and many more.

It will be fit with more people who are faithfull with traditional tastes.

I think from attitudes of the staffs to all the services, also the quality of the food,

all of them have to be improved.

The design of the restaurant too, it have to be clean and comfortable.

I have only a solution is the food please be served faster than usual.

To solved the services problem, I think they have to upgrade the quality of the dishes,

more tastefull than the other.

And the staffs have to work better than other one to attract more consumers.
