Auto news on Youtube Feb 18 2019

Welcome.

What is this?

OMG. Hello.

Nice to meet you all.

Come out.

The number of viewers is increasing very fast.

50,000 viewers already.

100,000 viewers now.

So fast.

You can see the chat window.

200,000 viewers now. Hello, everyone.

I'm in Fukuoka now.

I've just finished a concert.

I still have hair and makeup on.

I've come for V LIVE.

This is what I was wearing for ending.

"It is lagging."

I'm not to blame.

Comments are coming up so fast.

How can I read them all?

It's a little bit cold in Fukuoka.

Just like Korea,

it's also cold here.

"How was the concert?" It was great.

I couldn't sleep after I've come back

from the Grammy.

I'm not in a good condition.

I lose my tension when I fly for a long time on a plane.

It is still affecting me.

I woke up at early morning today.

I couldn't sleep after I woke up.

I stayed awake before going for the concert.

But thankfully, the concert was not bad.

Lights...

"Have you had a meal yet?" No, not yet.

I had a meal before the concert and

I had some snacks after the concert. So I'm not hungry now.

"Cold." I've fully recovered from a cold.

I've fully recovered.

Cold...

"You look exhausted."

I might look exhausted because of my blonde hair.

Comments are coming up really fast.

I can't follow the pace.

"I'm watching V LIVE now with my father while eating strawberries."

Sounds great.

It's the right season for strawberries now.

"I like the song "SEESAW"" Thank you.

"Please turn on the music."

Playing music here violates copyright, isn't it?

1 million viewers now.

"This is not a dream, right?" Certainly, this is not a dream.

I have fruits here but not a meal.

I requested not to provide rice for me because I'm full now.

I have fruits here.

"What's the best item you've bought most recently?"

What did I buy recently?

I don't go shopping that often.

What did I buy recently?

What did I?

I don't remember.

Someone talked about the story behind "Song Request."

Behind.

I used it during the WINGS TOUR.

But it just came out.

I think I used it during the WINGS TOUR. I guess I used it in Chicago.

I used it in Korea because it didn't come out.

Because it didn't come out.

It's similar to...

"Her."

It's somewhat similar in terms of structure.

I thought I wouldn't come out.

I waited so long for it.

The original title was "Radio" if I'm not mistaken.

I think it was "Radio."

I thought it wouldn't come out.

That's why I recorded it again.

I didn't like the version that I had recorded before.

I think I finished recording it within 4 tapes.

It's not a

difficult song.

It's not a skillful song.

It's a simple song.

"I'm having a hard time due to the recent class arrangement."

Is it random?

It's been so long since I last went to school.

"Have you read the webtoon?" I don't read webtoons.

I don't.

I don't read webtoons.

I don't play games either, because I'm not good at games.

Nothing special.

I don't do anything special when I rest.

"How was the Grammy?" It was so much fun.

The atmosphere at the site was amazing.

As a performer,

I loved the performance.

The Grammy...

I'm a person who makes and does music for a living.

For those who watch the Grammy every year but

don't really like it, I have something to say.

I personally loved to be at the site. I really enjoyed it.

I'm sure that it's one of the members. I won't open the door.

It must be TAE HYUNG.

Are you TAE HYUNG?

Why?

I had to open the door forcibly.

I came to deliver this to you.

- V LIVE... - Have you changed it already?

I have to come because you are doing V LIVE now.

- Hello. - Is this what I ordered?

Oh, it is.

I'm wearing these pajamas that I brought from the dormitory.

- What are you doing now? - I was just talking about the Grammy.

Am I an uninvited guest?

I'll go now.

Bye.

Bye, everyone.

I was talking about the Grammy.

- MIN SUGA, fighting! - I was talking about the Grammy.

Someone asked me a while ago, "What did you buy recently?" I bought underwear.

Underwear.

I had to buy new because I forgot to bring mine.

Show my underwear?

I wear

cheap ones.

"How's Holly doing?" Holly...

It's been a while since I last saw Holly.

My brother is

taking good care of Holly now.

Actually, my brother brought

Holly, not me.

He gets along with Holly.

He takes many pictures with Holly.

I miss Holly.

Holly...

I miss Holly.

"Are you watching SKY CASTLE?" Yes.

I've watched from 1st to 19th episodes.

I didn't watch the 20th episode on purpose.

"Collaboration with LEE SORA."

Until now, I have never

met someone in person for a collaboration work.

I've never seen LEE SORA in person.

We work individually.

It's really fast.

"Movie." I haven't watched the concert movie yet.

The last movie that I watched is Veteran.

I watched it alone.

I don't like to watch movies in a cinema.

"How's it going with the new album? I'm excited."

You should look forward to it. Every single song in the new album is good.

I worked on the new album even during the New Year holidays.

"I hate to be in the 12th grade." I hate it too.

But I didn't study when I was in the 12th grade.

So to be honest, I didn't hate it.

"Rest if you are tired." I'm not tired now.

It's only 10 now.

"There are many things that I should watch since I fell in love with BTS just recently."

We've done many things so far.

"Do you wear earings when you sleep?" Yes, I do.

I always sleep with earrings.

I wear earrings when I sleep because

it's troublesome to wear them again in the morning.

"I'm entering middle school soon." If you enter middle school,

that means you are turning 14 this year.

If you are 14,

then you were born in 2005, right?

2005 or 2004?

Then you are 12 years younger than me.

You were born in 2006?

I can't imagine it.

Oh, right. Turning 14 means you were born in 2006.

Then you wouldn't know what floppy disk is, right?

You wouldn't know.

And probably CD, too. Oh, you would know what CD is because

there are CD alblums.

But you wouldn't know what cassette tape is.

What should I do with it?

It's amazing.

I saw some random pictures recently.

Nostalgic pictures.

You wouldn't know what hermit crab is, right?

There are no chick sellers in front of primary schools anymore, right?

People used to

sell chicks in front of primary schools before.

Hermit crab.

Trampoline.

We used to call it "Bong Bong" in Daegu.

In some places, it's called "Bang Bang."

"I'm majoring in musical instruments." Fighting.

It's difficult.

"I'm in middle school now. When you were in middle school..."

I couldn't read your comment. Oh, what did I do when I was in middle school?

Hmm, I don't remember it.

It took about 15 minutes

from my house to the middle school.

I used to walk.

We used to carry a shoe pouch.

We used to carry a shoe pouch.

We also used to carry spoon and chopsticks bag.

Shoe pouch...

Some students used to carry shoes in their hands instead of a pouch.

I think they were shy to carry a pouch.

I'm not sure.

And wearing hoodies

inside a jacket was popular.

Talking about the past...

Middle school...

High school was just in front of my house.

I didn't study hard in high school.

I only studied hard for subjects that I liked.

I only read

books.

Books.

High school was on a mountain.

The word mountain was included in the full address of my high school.

It was difficult to go to school.

I lived in

Daegu.

It was like a new city.

Umm...

What can I say?

I lived in Chilgok.

It wasn't convenient to get around.

In junior high, I had to walk a while after taking a bus.

I walked to school because I had to walk anyway.

"Were you a good student"?

I was fairly good up until junior high.

I studied for the subjects I liked.

Modern history, social studies.

I was on the liberal arts track in high school, and I was poor at math.

Math was not my thing at all.

Social studies, modern history. I really liked modern history.

Modern history is interesting. I know many people don't like it.

Economics. But high schools don't offer economics.

I really liked geography, too.

I wish high school seniors luck.

Good luck. The college entrance exam for seniors.

Of course, it's a huge and important test.

But you don't have to ace it.

And your major in college.

Don't necessarily think your major will become your job.

Those who are entering high school this year.

Were they born in 2000?

So much younger than me.

"Would majoring in architecture be difficult"? I'm not sure because I haven't done it.

Personally, I like architecture, interior design, and indoor space planning.

If I hadn't done music, I would have gone that path.

There's one thing for sure.

That architecture is not an easy field to work in.

"I'm going to be a sixth grader and I want to do well".

There's nothing to do well.

A sixth grader doesn't have to worry about that.

Just eat well, and play well.

For sixth graders.

What would sixth graders have to do to do well?

Be good to your parents.

"I love "724148"". "724148".

I started wondering recently.

When I was doing "724148".

I used to take the 724 bus in Daegu.

My studio was in Banwoldang, Namsan-dong.

I lived near the last stop of the 724 bus.

I was reminded of the time I used to walk because I couldn't afford a bus ride.

I calculated the distance.

It was about 11 km.

I walked for about 3 hours.

Not everyday.

I had to make a choice.

So that's how it was.

That's about from Sinsa Station to Yeouido.

I thought Daegu was a huge city. But it's smaller than I thought.

I still remember crossing the Paldal bridge.

When you go straight, there's a baseball stadium, which is not there any more.

Take a right from the baseball stadium.

When you see the Paldal market, turn left.

Anyway.

"Spain.." I really want to visit Spain.

The city of Gaudi.

I want to visit Barcelona.

"Have you worked part-time"? I've worked part-time a lot.

I've done it a lot.

I've worked a lot.

Student monitors are still around?

Student monitors?

How would students monitor other students?

I was a student monitor in school, but I still didn't understand the concept.

How could students monitor other students?

Student monitors are still around, I see.

They still monitor school uniforms?

First, I don't understand why students have to wear the uniform.

My average sleep hours vary.

Sometimes I sleep a lot. Sometimes I get no sleep at all.

"Why'd you play basketball"? I played basketball because I wasn't good at soccer.

I liked it so much that I played for long.

It's been a while since I played basketball, though.

"I want to be a teenager again". I want to be a teenager, too.

"Speak your dialect, please". When I'm with my family.

I speak the dialect without thinking.

But it's hard otherwise.

"Did you spend the Lunar New Year in Daegu"? No, I was in Seoul.

Except for spending a couple days in Daegu last summer.

I haven't been lately.

I can rarely make it to Daegu.

"I'll treat you to 100 lamb skewers". I'll treat you to 10,000.

"Who's your favorite in "Slam Dunk""?

My favorite character? Mine is Jung Dae-man.

"What kind of shampoo do you use"? I use any I can get my hands on.

I don't have a preference.

"What'll it be like when you turn 30"? I'll be 30.

I don't obsess over age.

I was asked how the Grammy's was. It was great and fun.

I kept thinking it'd be great to perform there.

"Songs you listen to often"?

Songs I listen to often?

I listen to pop a lot. I don't listen to much hip-hop these days.

I listen to pop.

There aren't any specific songs.

I listen to the songs on the chart, too.

I listen to the music I like.

I'm getting a call.

My parents called.

I must be a bad son.

"Where'd you get the hair band from"?

Supreme. I bought it myself.

After the live.

I'll talk to my father.

You were born in 2003 and will be entering grade school?

When it hits 4 million. I'm going to wash myself.

"What are your hobbies"? I don't have a hobby.

I don't play games. I don't do much.

I just play Starcraft.

With my managers. Starcraft.

Starcraft.

I'm not good at games.

So I always lose.

"What do you want to eat when you go back to Korea"?

I personally really like the food that my older brother makes.

I call it Geumjae's taste of the hand.

My brother's a really good cook.

He used to work at restaurants.

In Cheongdam-dong.

So he cooks French food.

Japanese food. He can make anything.

He cooks for me a lot.

I want to eat my brother's food.

It's been a while since I last saw him.

"Your own older brother"? Yes, my own older brother.

I have a brother who looks nothing like me.

We're like friends.

When we go out, everyone thinks we're friends. Like at banks.

We have 4 million viewers now.

It's been 30 minutes.

"Is your brother good-looking"? Yes, he is.

He's good-looking. He looks different from me. He has double eyelids.

Yes, everyone.

I watch "Run BTS!".

I haven't seen "Kingdom".

"Is the album going to be historic"? Yes, it's going to be historic.

I'm now going to... What?

Who is it?

It's not over. He thought it was.

Anyway.

Please wait for me until my next V LIVE.

I'm going to wash up and get some sleep for tomorrow's concert. 366 00:32:19,740 --> 00:00:00,000 Bye.

[ENG SUB] BTS Live : HOPE Day countdown - Happy Birthday J-hope in Japan - Duration: 1:02:21.

I just got off to a rocky start.

It's not my first time to open a wine bottle.

Strange. I've done it before.

Not this way?

Everyone, don't worry about my hands.

It's hot.

I am tired after opening the bottle.

Hello, everyone.

It's 11:26 PM now.

I'm in Fukuoka.

It's 11:26 in local time.

30 minutes are left before my birthday.

I wanted to drink because I am so happy.

May I drink?

And...

This is my humble birthday party table.

What's this? Oh, my.

Happy birthday J-Hope.

You've been waiting for this, right?

Happy birthday.

There's nothing special.

I will talk with you and

celebrate my birthday together. So I started streaming on V LIVE.

Thank you.

After I said I would go live on V LIVE at the Fukuoka concert,

I had some regrets, thinking I should've not said that.

I'm afraid if too many fans look forward to this.

I'm worried about it.

Thank you, everyone.

"Did you finish the concert well?" Yes, we finished it well.

Today was the last day of our concert tour in Japan.

Fans threw an event for us.

They sang a song for us, before the encore performance.

Members and fans wished me a happy birthday, during the concert.

So, it was such a meaningful concert.

Cheers, everyone.

In fact, I started drinking wine these days.

I saw the wine bottle here

and I thought it would be nice if I drink wine, on this happy day.

So I started drinking it.

I won't drink too much. I will have like 1 or 2 glasses.

Minors, don't even think about drinking alcoholic beverages.

Thank you. I'm truly blessed. So many fans wish me a happy birthday.

Our agency's content team prepared this for me.

When staff members hung these on the wall,

I worried if it looks like making a fuss.

But it looks so cute.

I hope you can see all the pictures.

They chose such weird pictures.

"Did you have delicious food?" Yes, a lot.

After finishing the concert, with members,

I heard hot soup or Nabe dishes are famous in Fukuoka.

So we had dinner together.

After coming back to hotel, I talked with Namjoon.

Then, I started preparing for the V LIVE broadcast.

I planned to start at 11:20 PM.

I wanted to talk with you

and blow candles on the cake at the midnight.

What's this? When was it taken?

What's this...

Oh, I recognize it.

It was an episode of "Run BTS".

I didn't know what to touch

and I forgot what I touched.

You may think I'm not saying eloquently. It's not because I'm drunk.

I guess I am a bit nervous.

I am always nervous when going live.

By pressing a button, it goes out to the world.

Whenever I think about it, I feel nervous.

"Did members give you a gift?"

In fact...

Now we're so close and

Presence of members is a gift to me.

"Who gave this cake?" Staff members prepared it for me.

Thank you, everyone.

I look so cute in pictures?

Oh, right.

"Did you have seaweed soup?" My parents will cook, when I return to Korea.

So I will have a party with them.

Now it looks...

Since I made a mistake when opening the wine,

I broke the cork while uncorking it.

So, what happened is...

I got a lot of foreign objects in the glass.

This is not good. I will get another glass.

I wanted to open it in a fancy way, but it wasn't easy.

I don't drink a lot, usually.

Comments are coming up so fast.

In fact, it's good for health to drink 1 or 2 glasses of wine per day.

"What's the blue thing?" Decoration.

Don't say it looks like a worm.

"When will you go back to Korea?" Tomorrow.

I will leave Japan on my birthday.

"Did you take a shower?" Not yet.

I had dinner, talked with Namjoon. And now I am on V LIVE.

Thank you.

Many global fans are wishing me a happy birthday.

I heard that my birthday is on trending.

"It's my blessing and happiness to meet you, J-Hope".

Someone is here. Who is this?

V.

V, are you back?

Taehyung is the first one to come.

- Were you drinking wine? - Yes, over a glass of wine.

You know, let me show something shocking.

- I made a mistake when opening it. - Red wine.

I was surprised. Fragments came into the glass. That one.

So I changed my glass. Got another one.

- Wine, nice. - It's nice. He drinks wine these days.

- I give wine to members as a gift. - Right.

- But I can't drink a lot. - Really?

"The best wine is the one you drink in a good mood".

I've been saying this to Hoseok these days.

- I think I like you too much. - Please, don't.

- Whenever I see him. - What should I do with this soaring popularity?

Whenever I see him, I say I like him so much.

- You've heard that so many times, right? - Right.

- We were on the same car, on the move. - Right.

We do things together these days.

- Try this. - What's this?

It's cake.

- Delicious? - Yes.

Taehyung is here to celebrate my birthday.

- But it's not yet. - Not yet.

- It's before the midnight. - Right.

Use these when the midnight comes. I will be back later.

Okay. See you.

Have a nice day.

Going home early.

Thank you, Taehyung. I love you.

Right.

I saw articles about donation.

It was so touching.

A few days ago... well,

what was that?

I wrote such things like

making donation on my birthday, and listening to J-Hope mix tape.

I wrote such things.

And fans put that into action. So I was deeply moved by that.

I read all the articles.

I wanted to say this on today's live broadcast.

Thank you very much.

Soon, there will be good news.

I will stop saying.

"What's your birthday wish?"

I won't say that.

I believe this jinx that a wish won't come true, when you say it.

I will think about my birthday wishes when I blow candles.

If I talk more about donations...

Fans did that for good purposes,

It inspired me a lot and changed my mindset.

Depending on my behaviors and words,

fans are influenced by that

and they put what I said into action.

It was so touching.

I heard there's someting like this.

An American radio show will play songs in my mix tape for an hour on my birthday.

Sometimes, I'm amazed by "How I become a person like this?"

"What do you want to do on your birthday?" Well,

what I did last yer was having dinner with my family.

Then, I turned on V LIVE.

I still remember what I wore.

Yellow muffler, a sweatshirt.

At my studio.

1 year has passed since then.

I can't believe it.

20 minutes are left before my birthday.

"Weird picture again, this year?"

I want to upload pretty pics.

On my birthday, I want to have dinner with my family

and spend my birthday like that.

"What are you doing?" I'm working on our new album,

and...

there are a lot of things to do, more than I thought.

I am doing such things.

To tell you about details... You know.

"I'm so happy thanks to J-Hope". Me, too. I'm happy thanks to you.

It's a blessing that many people wish me a happy birthday.

This question is innovative. "Have you tried kelp soup?"

Hat? The hat I wore?

Let's say it was a punishment.

Please check it out later.

"How can you drink water in such a pretty way?"

"Now you can drink more than the past?" Well,

I drink a glass of wine everyday.

Then, I can sleep well.

Many fans are talking about my necklace. This one?

Isn't it cute? I bought it from Paris.

"Why does he look like my mom?"

Your mom is...

Your mom looks... All right.

"What's your hair color?" It looks brighter than the real color.

Brown?

Thank you, global fans.

"J-Hope's presence gives me strength".

ARMY's presence gives me strength.

I'm your hope.

"Please recommend songs". Songs?

What songs do I hear these days?

The songs I've been listening to...

Well,

May I recommend K-pop songs?

I'm hearing some old songs.

Some of you may know,

"S.O.S" by Kim Yeonwoo. I loved this song in the past.

This song is so nice. "S.O.S".

I've heard it many times in the past.

I'm not drunk at all.

It's so nice. My birthday is coming. Only 15 minutes are left.

"Everyone, please change the world with BTS music".

What a wonderful comment.

I am so happy because I became such an influential singer.

"One of my bucket list goals is to meet you in person".

Me, too.

"I brought wine and cheese". Cheers.

I'm almost done with my glass.

"Will you have a concert in Gwangju?"

I'm curious of how it feels when having a concert in other regions.

I wish we could throw one there.

I don't look that red, right?

I listen to many songs. Some old Korean songs.

I love it.

"How did you feel about being on Grammy?" It was the best.

It was different between seeing it on TV and seeing it in person there.

"Do you like dry wine?"

I don't know about types of wine.

I just drink it.

How does it taste, if it's dry?

I don't look that red.

"When will you do HopeOnS?"

I will dance, when I want.

Hope on the street. I think I made it well.

It shows my identity well.

Hope on the street.

As I danced the street dance, it's meaningful.

Mickey is doing fine.

Mickey is now growing old.

Still, he is energetic.

11:49... Now I have 10 more minutes.

I will say my wishes after blowing candles.

Why do you feel sad? Why?

I am healthy, without feeling pain. Don't worry about me.

"Is it fun to perform on concerts?" That's my life.

We had a quiz game of new and trendy words on "Run BTS".

I didn't know any of them.

It's hard to read and interpret.

Isn't it fun to watch "Run BTS?"

I wonder if there's another content of mine that makes me laugh so hard.

The latest episodes are so funny.

The school episode.

"What do you want to have on your birthday?" My mom's seaweed soup.

A lot of global fans are leaving comments now.

How nice it would be, if I can read and understand foreign languages.

Finger heart.

"Hoseok, won't you do the chatting?"

Chatting? Do you mean it the chatting on V LIVE?

I will do that.

I will do it after finishing this.

"Hope, Bok-Se-Pyeon-Sal". What was that?

"Live a simple life in a complicated world". Right?

My new goals for 2019?

Right...

I got this question many times at year-end awards ceremonies or interviews.

The only answer that comes into my mind is

to stay healthy, not to be sick,

and show good performances.

That's my goal for this year.

"Anything you want to have?"

Anything that I want to have these days...

Well,

if I may say something for fans,

I want to have ARMY's heart.

Professional idol band member.

"What's your latest hobby?"

Hobby.

Hobby. Right.

I had this question before.

I guess it's time to think about my hobby.

"I will stay healthy every day". Please, everyone.

"Hope Run". Isn't it so cute?

From home run. Hope Run.

"I want to see your ㅅ-shaped lips".

I look ugly.

The memorable moment in the concert...

The most memorable moment in the concert?

Right.

Every moment is memorable.

Each and every moment is so precious.

I don't know what to pick.

The moment when I look into eyes of fans. That's the most memorable.

"7 minutes are left". Soon.

May I put candles on the cake?

You want ot see the pictures in the back closer? There's nothing much.

What is this?

What's this?

Bigger ones count as 10 years, right?

Right? I guess so.

Then...

How many candles do I need?

20.

How many candles should I stick?

I need 25, right? 25.

Or not?

I turn 26 after this birthday, right?

I'm already 26, everyone. I can't believe it.

I don't want to believe it.

I'm so taken aback.

I should stick 5 smaller candles?

I should 5 smaller candles?

Right?

Oh my, I'm flushing now.

5 smaller candles.

What is this?

"6".

Right, I need 6 of them.

It should be 26. 6, right?

2 bigger ones, 5 smaller ones?

How many do I need?

Only 4 minutes to go. Hurry up.

6, right.

I'd be dumb if I don't know it.

I need 26, everyone.

In fact, I can tell the difference between smaller and bigger ones.

"You just need one".

That's true. It's not big of a deal.

"6 is right". "I think it should be 6".

You just flung open the door, man!

5, 6, 7, 8!

Hey, don't block the cake.

- It's hot! - Make a wish!

- It's hot, J-Hope! - You're a liar.

OK. 1, 2, 3.

Happy birthday, J-Hope!

- J-Hope! - Hang on.

- May I say something? - Yes. - What is it?

- I guess some are wondering why Yoongi isn't here. - Yeah, what's he doing?

- He's asleep. - Is he?

- He fell asleep. - He worked so hard.

- Really? - He fell asleep as he was so tired.

- I understand. - I fell asleep too .

I set my alarm for 11:46 PM.

- What happened to your hair, Jimin? - Your hair looks like a ghost.

I can't even see my face.

- Cool. - Hope.

- It's like you had your hair done for stage. - Hope.

I'm a real pro. I haven't removed my makeup for this.

- I'm a true professional. - You are.

I didn't fall asleep, I didn't remove makeup.

- I took a bath for this. - Good job.

- I washed up too. - Really?

This is my airport fashion, everyone. I'm going to wear these tomorrow.

Really? Our flight is in the evening.

Show us.

So cool.

- J-Hope, what's your plan for your birthday? - Me?

- It's your birthday? - Nothing special.

It's your birthday, let's go see the sunrise together.

- What? - All of a sudden?

- It's your birthday tomorrow. - Out of the blue?

Hope, you got a big room.

- Hold on. - Yeah.

Are you watching this, Big Hit staff? My room is half as big as this one.

What happened?

Hope, I'll let it slide, since it's your birthday.

- That's true. - Because it's his birthday.

- True. My room is half as big as this one. - For real?

This is not fair.

- I guess my room is bigger. - Hold on. - What?

- My room is bigger. - Seriously?

What's going on!

- Did I do something wrong? - I heard we got our room randomly.

- Right. - A desk in my room is this small.

- My room is as big as this one. - Really?

- I guess we got different rooms. - I guess we two got a smaller room.

I came in a hurry, I was washing up and watched the chat room

and it said, "Gather up to celebrate J-Hope's birthday".

Our birthday boy is not in the shot.

Our birthday boy J-Hope wasn't in the shot.

I'm glad we can celebrate your birthday together.

- I was really worried we might not able to. - I know.

I'm glad you guys are here.

- Jimin can't usually wake up once he's asleep. - I printed those out, did you know that?

- Really? - Of course he's lying.

- Are you wearing the watch I gave you? - Of course I am.

- I don't see that. - I have it.

- You're not wearing it. - No, I have it.

Not to disappoint you, I have this.

What's this?

What's this white thingy?

You were supposed to wear my present.

- Happy birthday. - Thank you so much.

I decided to celebrate your birthday tonight

because at the venue, he asked our manager to get a cake since he was going to do V LIVE

I heard that and I wondered, "Is he going to celebrate it alone"?

That's not right.

So I went like, "Ahem".

Oh, is that why you kept claring your throat?

I sent out a signal to Taehyung.

So you came to celebrate his birthday with that hair? That's not polite.

I've been telling Jungkook that I might not be able to wake up.

I should set my alarm, right?

- Happy birthday, J-Hope. - Thank you so much.

- Happy birthday, J-Hope. - Since it's his... - Get some rest.

Since it's his birthday, he was having a glass of wine on V LIVE.

Let's sleep in the birthday boy's room.

My room is too small. I'm going to sleep in J-Hope's room.

He's got 2 beds.

J-Hope, I'm an adult, so I won't do that.

- I'm in trouble. - I'm a cool guy, I won't do that. Don't worry.

What do I do? What do I do with these stinkers?

- Good night. - Hope, Good night.

Good night. Sleep tight, everyone.

- Jin, you should join us. - All right.

Let's sleep.

They're so cute.

J-Hope, it's for you.

- Thanks. - I prepared this for you.

- Thanks. - It's your birthday present. - It's my cookie box.

- Mine is being shipped. - Mine is on the way too.

- OK. - We need to turn off the light.

- Why? - Let's sleep. - Good night!

Turn off the bathroom light.

Good night!

Have you seen a broadcast like this? You can't see anyone.

So nice.

- This is the true LieV, right? - That's right, everyone.

What's wrong with you?

It's J-Hope's birthday. Let's stop making a scene and leave.

- What's this? - Thanks for celebrating my birthday.

Bye.

- Hope, happy birthday. - Bye.

- Thank you. - Happy birthday.

Thank you.

Happy birthday.

- Bye. - Bye bye.

Thank you, guys.

- I'll watch your V LIVE. - OK.

My face is shiny.

- It's shiny. - I'm going to go sleep more. - Yeah, sleep tight.

- I applied jojoba oil. - Good job.

I just noticed, I came barefoot.

Really? There are slippers.

- Take mine, Jimin. - It's right across the hall. - Oh yeah? OK.

- Good night. - OK. Thanks.

Please keep supporting J-Hope.

It's his airport outfits tomorrow.

- Will you sleep in your airport outfit? - Nope.

I knew you were doing V LIVE,

- but I had no idea we'd gather together. - Really?

As I'll wear this tomorrow, I packed my luggagge and hung this on a hanger.

I folded my pants

I checked my phone and it said, "Gather up".

- But this is the only thing I could find. - Come out! It's J-Hope's V LIVE.

Hurry up.

Thank you!

Good night!

Good night!

They make me laugh, everyone.

I love those guys.

Speaking of which, it's really my birthday now.

It's 00:03 AM now.

I blew out the candles already, but I should continue what I was doing.

6 candles.

Can you see what they've done in the back?

I'm taken aback though.

Let me blow out the candles now.

So scary. I lighted up only 2.

I should hurry up.

It's melting. No.

It won't light up.

It won't light up, what do I do, everyone?

Let's celebrate my birthday.

Make a wish.

2 cakes.

Thank you, everyone.

I feel so loved as you celebrated my birthday.

"I can hear your phone ringing"?

What wish did I make? I won't tell you.

I will tell you on my next birthday.

Twitter.

"Happy birthday J-Hope" is posted.

My photo...

My photo...

I'm getting older.

I'm definitely getting older.

I see.

Can't believe it's my birthday already.

I'm getting a lot of birthday messages from my friends,

from my big sister

and from my family.

Also from our manager.

Thank you so much, everyone.

I'm a little tipsy.

Time really flies. It's unbelievable.

Time flies so fast that I get chills these days.

What's that comment??

"I'm tearing up, going to be late 20s".

I know, right? I debuted when I was 20.

Doesn't it give you goosebumps?

How do I feel?

Well... How can I describe this feelings?

It's just another year.

Since my birthday is early in the year, I realize the New Year

has started again.

At this time last year, I was working so hard on the mixtape.

I guess that's why time really flew by last year.

Oh, the bed behind me? I'll make a bed later.

If you've been our fans from early on,

if you're still our fans, I guess you'd feel something special.

Since we're growing together.

I appreciate it.

You want me to do eating show? Doesn't this cound as eating show?

"Happy birthday, J-Hope".

What kind of cake is my favorite? I like all types of cakes.

I love whipped cream cake,

I like blueberry cheese cake.

Some of you are talking about hair dye.

Should I dye my hair?

I don't think

bright colors are my thing.

Maybe red might not be bad.

I loved my hair color during "DNA". It was red.

Thank you so much for coming to our concert today, Japanese fans.

Thank you.

"Don't do it, it will damage your hair".

I've had black hair for quite a long time, so my hair condition got better.

"I've been your fan since 2014".

Were we promoting "Danger" in 2014?

"Danger". "Danger" J-Hope.

"Danger" J-Hope.

Last year...

What was my birthday wish last year...

Mixtape was my goal last year.

I think I hoped that

I make great songs for my mixtape.

I love melon.

I love pineapple too.

I'm not really into sour fruit.

I'm going to wrap it up after 10 minutes.

I'm planning to doing this for an hour.

It's too late.

Sleeping is important to you.

"I'd buy 100 melons for you".

Does it feel like we're having a video call?

Hold on.

"No. 1 real-time searched keyword on Melon is"... Kim Yeonwoo.

Really? Amazing.

"BTS' music has comforted me a lot". I love this comment.

That's such a nice thing to say.

Our music could comfort someone, isn't this beautiful?

I guess it's what every singer could ever hope for.

My music could comfort others.

"Any birthday present you want to give to yourself".

Yeah, what present can I give to myself?

A gift for myself?

My life itself is like a present now.

Having this job is like a big present for me.

I have to work hard to get good results.

"When do you feel good about yourself"?

When do I feel good about myself?

When I look handsome in the mirror?

"You're in real-time search rankings". For real? Hope you're not lying. Let's see.

J-Hope is ranked 15.

We have 7 minutes left.

Hold on.

"You will be my last singer. Please be with us for a long time".

That's so nice.

Those words are so beautiful.

You want me to check out the real-time trend?

Real-time trend.

MY_HOPE_JHOPE.

Amazing. HAPPYJHOPEDAY

Happy Birthday J-Hope. SunshineHobiDay.

"So lucky and happy to meet J-Hope".

"The 26th spring with Hoseok".

Jung Hoseok.

Have I done V LIVE long?

The viewer count is reaching 9 million now.

Awesome.

I'll get some rest tomorrow.

I will get some rest and have dinner with my family.

I love you, ARMY.

Sparkling eyes.

One last glass.

A glass.

"I hope you have a happy day today". I will make sure to do that.

"I'm a 9th grader, I can't focus on studying. I only think about you".

That's a problem.

That might not be a problem. It could be normal.

"Did you know that you look like a squirrel"? Do I?

"When you cried at MAMA, it broke my heart".

I was heartbroken too.

I guess it was some pent-up emotions.

I always drink water with wine, so that I won't get less drunk.

"I wailed loudly when you cried at MAMA".

At that time...

After crying, it felt like all the pent-up emotions are gone.

"What's your vision without glasses or lenses"?

I have good eyesight.

My vision is better than 20/20.

When I had a physical exam

It was over 20/20 vision in both eyes.

I'm having Japanese snacks.

"Thank you for being my artist". Thank you for being my fan.

We have 3 minutes to go.

"Are you going to do V LIVE next year too"? Of course I will.

Whenever I find a chance.

ASMR J-Hope version? ASMR is where you talk softly, right?

Good night, everyone.

Was it dirty?

I'm really flushing now. My arms and stomach are all red.

OK, we have 1 minute left. What I want to tell ARMY?

ARMY, you mean so much to me.

I hope you don't get sick.

Like I always said, Health is the most important thing.

Stay healthy.

Don't get sick.

I hope you succeed in whatever you do.

ARMY are special to me.

Your happiness means my happiness.

If you can smile, I can too.

"The viewer count will reach 10 million soon". 10 million viewers!

It's been an hour now.

10 million viewers.

That's so...

I didn't burp. Please don't get me wrong.

I just pressed a button and 10 million people around the world are watching

Can you believe this, everyone?

I can't believe it.

Let me say goodbye now.

All of those who celebrated my birthday, our members

and the fans who sang "Happy Birthday" during today's concert,

I really appreciate it.

I'm sure it will be a wonderful day today.

Thank you so much.

I can be so happy thanks to you all.

Thank you, and I love you.

Send me purple hearts.

I'm going to turn it off after seeing those purple hearts.

I purple you.

I purple you.

Let's go.

Purple heart, you.

I see a lot of purple hearts.

Let's go.

Purple heart.

Thank you.

Thank you, ARMY.

Bye, thank you. Thank you for the birthday wishes.

Bye bye.

I'm going to wash up now.

How do I turn it off? Press "X" here?

OK. End the live broadcast. I'm going to get going now. Bye!

Thank you, everyone.

And good night.

[ENGSUB+VIETSUB] [ALL SUBTITLES] [BTS VLIVE 190217] J-HOPE BIRTHDAY 2019 in JAPAN WITH BTS. - Duration: 1:02:21.

In fact, it's good for health to drink 1 or 2 glasses of win per day.

"

- I understand. - I fell asleep too

I came in a hurry, I was washing up and watched the chat room

and it said, "Gather up to celebrate Hope's birthday".

- Oh yeah? OK.

- Good night. p

Since my birthday is early in the year, I realize the New Year has started.

has started again.

Thank you.

"

Hold on.

"No. 1 real-time searched keyword on Melon is Kim Yeonwoo".

Really?

Thank

Bye bye.

I'm going to wash up now.

How do I turn it off? Press "X" here?

OK. End the live broadcast. I'm going to get going now. Bye!

Thank you, everyone.

And good night.

[ENG SUB] BTS Suga & RM - Live in Japan - Duration: 32:26.

Bye.

10 Things Found Only in Japan - Duration: 14:00.

time flows a little bit differently in every country of the world some

countries are trying to escape the past many are just trying to keep up with the

fast-moving 21st century but Japan has long been on the cusp of the future

leading us into tomorrow combining centuries-old traditions with phenomenal

futuristic technologies Japan is rightly considered one of the most unique places

on the planet we are now going to investigate and learn something about a

few of the weirdest and wildest things that can exist only in the Land of the

Rising Sun since 2007 foreigner staying in Japan have been able to observe a

very strange sight locals walking down the street with huge doughnut shaped

bumps on their foreheads and this isn't a result of some unsuccessful plastic

surgery the answer to this bizarre mystery is something much simpler this

is by choice an unusual fashion statement a half a liter of saline is

pumped under the scalps of these adventurous Souls through a subdural

drip whereupon the resulting bump is pressed down with a finger molding it

into a specific shape the result of this odd body modification called the bagel

head is quite short-lived after just a day the fluid leaves the body and the

person's appearance returns to normal but that is more than enough time to

arrange a photo session record a viral video or simply to impress one's friends

to tell the truth such a bizarre decoration causes more of a shock rather

than admiration but the Japanese really love it it's also important to note

their stoic determination as the painful procedure takes up to two hours to

complete the bagel head is extremely popular among fans of body modification

but people outside of this unique subculture might not have heard of this

curious phenomenon on the other hand this next item you may have heard of it

has become a symbol of the epitome of Japanese technological

oddities yes we're talking about hi-tech toilets while still keeping it's

universally recognizable shape the Japanese have greatly expanded upon the

functionality of the toilet if you are somehow unaware of this amazing

technological extravagance let me tell you that with one of these babies you

can enjoy an automatically lifting lid a heated seat adjustable temperature

adjustable water pressure and much much more just press one of the many buttons

or for more modern toilets simply wave your hand to be fair the first

prototypes of these lavatories of the future originated in the US and

Switzerland where they were installed in hospitals then in the mid 1960s they

began to be produced by Japanese manufacturers in the 1980s with the

amazing surge and their already strong economic growth such devices became the

norm even for home use in Japan electronic toilets blend perfectly with

Japan's extraordinary focus on cleanliness so they are bought despite

their extremely high price tag in general the Japanese pay an enormous

amount of attention to the topic of comfort in the toilet and sometimes this

attention goes beyond all previous boundaries and into the realm of the

absurd this is one of the strangest and most ridiculous museums in the world the

full name of which is toilet human waste and Earth's future and it's dedicated to

faeces that's right poop here you will learn everything there is to know about

the byproducts of the daily activities of both humans and animals here you can

see such unique displays as a chorus of singing toilets you can even make your

own example of a poop molded out of clay thankfully well at least you can walk

through these exhibits without the need for an interpreter the fee

is universal Japanese kids especially love this one-of-a-kind Museum which

isn't all that surprising there's a giant toilet slide a number of rides and

amusing souvenirs which altogether create an incredibly enjoyable

atmosphere however one notes that everything here is truly informative and

very well thought out the purpose of the Museum of excrement is to show how the

human body works and it does that quite well but let's hope the future Japanese

Museum of Human Reproduction falls back on more standard methods of

exhibition and presentation however don't mistake the Japanese high interest

in human waste the Japanese are world famous for their extraordinary sense of

cleanliness summer in Japan is always hot and humid but the problem of sweat

stains in the armpits for some residents simply doesn't exist

resourceful inventors from a company called thank ou have created a special

electric fan that prevents the stains from ever appearing in the first place

this fantastic device is made in the form of a compact clip which is mounted

on one's shirt sleeves buttons or even on a belt working with the help of two

batteries the fan is able to provide cooling for up to six hours in the max

power mode but the creators remain silent as to how ridiculous a person

actually looks wearing such a device there's another device from the Land of

the Rising Sun that is quite amusing to others most global electronics makers

are getting rid of the buttons on their gadgets transferring the control

functions to the headphones or to voice control but a new Japanese controlled

technology ingeniously uses facial expressions to control devices the Mimi

switch device resembles ordinary headphones but they are actually much

more complex each function can be set manually for

example for a music player winking switches to the next song and sticking

your tongue out pause the track the device is only in the

development stages though and the creators are aiming to use it to control

a variety of household devices such as TVs and washing machines in order to

make life easier for people with disabilities the music player is just a

first attempt at this so if you see a person walking down the street in Tokyo

whose facial expressions are changing spasmodically every second do not rush

to call for help perhaps they're just searching for their

favorite song but to tell the truth people are not the most remarkable thing

on Japanese streets much more often there are the ubiquitous numerous and

varied vending machines if you are used to seeing vending machines selling just

coffee or candy bars then Japanese vending machines will shock you in the

Land of the Rising Sun they sell just about everything and anything vending

machines are very much loved in Japan there's one vending machine for every 50

people the highest number of per capita in the world and where you might think

it's only customary to install such equipment inside of buildings the

Japanese line them up all along the streets everywhere you can even see

vending machines lining the streets in tiny remote villages machines which are

used by all of the residents of these little Hamlet's about 50% of the

machines sell drinks while the other half offerings just boggles the

imagination if necessary you can buy tais eggs ice toilet paper books pet

food there are even special cafes that consist entirely of vending machines go

around to each one of them and you'll have yourself a complete multi-course

dinner you might think that this is over complicating things but after using the

machines a couple of times you begin to appreciate the speed and convenience of

these mechanical purchases there remains only the need to find the proper product

if you can't understand or prefer not to use the vending machines just go to the

nearest supermarket as everything there is also just a little bit different from

you find in the rest of the world in terms of food

the Japanese have no equal and we're not even talking about cookies made with

bees or soup from dried lizards or even packaged breast milk let's just take

ordinary ice-cream as an example here you can find the beloved frozen desert

in some buil during various such as horse meat ice cream curry ice cream

moisturizer or even with the taste of beer that's really quite refreshing

isn't it on the other hand those with a sweet tooth will have to shop carefully

among the offerings KitKat bars in flavors such as baked potato soy sauce

and wasabi it's kind of strange to think that sushi was once invented in this

very same country speaking of sushi of course in Japan there are traditional

cafes and restaurants with the same cozy atmosphere you might find anywhere in

the world but the locals prefer more exotic locations these include the robot

restaurant located in the heart of Kabukicho the entertainment district of

the capital Tokyo despite the tempting title it is a show

club and people come there not to eat but to watch the incredible performance

the program is almost the whole of Japanese pop culture in a concentrated

condensed form dancing girls drumming funny music and of course

transformer battles every evening the restaurant puts on three performances

each show lasts about one and a half hours and consists of four completely

different acts each month is devoted to a specific theme so regulars come on the

first days of every month the entrance fee is not cheap but what's most

interesting is that there are no reservations here it's first-come

first-served so come in advance if you want to get a comfortable seat or any

seat at all for that matter a restaurant like this is a perfect spot for lovers

of fun but for uninitiated guests it might be just a tad creepy it should be

noted however that of course not everything in Japan is so wonderful

rose-colored and worthy some things in Japan can cause genuine horror and

goosebumps to break out all over your skin such sensations can overtake a

normal traveller at the foot of the world-famous Mount Fuji specifically in

the forest of OGG Hara in Japanese mythology this place is associated with

evil spirits here the trees grow very close to each other creating a deafening

silence and iron ore deposits under the ground drive all compasses crazy but

really overall this is a nice place to take a break from the hustle and bustle

of normal Japanese life and to try and enjoy some moments of peace and to

commit suicide yes Aokigahara is better known as the suicide forest up to 100

people come here to off themselves every year local authorities do their utmost

to try to prevent such tragedies but their successes are few Japanese have

what we might think of as being a very peculiar way of regarding life and death

a very non-western view this different understanding being something which

originated many centuries ago so anyway if you want to enjoy some silence but

can't get out into nature go sing some Cod okay no this isn't a joke in this

small country with a population of 126 million people personal space isn't

readily available so of course a noiseless USB car okay Mike recently

appeared on the market this device is for quiet singing so that Japan's

favorite hobby doesn't irritate neighbors and friends this unusual

device is an inverted megaphone with headphones and it absorbs up to one

third of the volume of a person singing voice

now no one will be offended by your interpretation of classic hits just

insert the headphones into your smartphone launch the application select

a song and sing and truly having such a device really wouldn't be such a bad

idea for some famous performers I can think of of course not all of these

strange artifacts are going to spread in popularity all over the planet but we

still have a lot to learn from the amazing Japanese they have numerous

distinctive and astonishing inventions inventions one might even think we're

imported to Earth by aliens if you want to learn more about such devices stay

tuned for future episodes and of course if you like this video subscribe to our

Channel and give it a big thumbs up press the Bell button and be the first

one to know about our new videos and stay tuned as the most interesting stuff

you can possibly imagine episodes that are sure to knock your underpants off

are still to come this is Riddle saying until next time

Trump's government ASKED Japan's prime minister to nominate him for a Nobel Peace Prize - Duration: 7:27.

Donald Trump's administration asked Japan's prime minister Shinzō Abe to nominate him for a Nobel Peace Prize after he and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un met for a historic summit, according to a Japanese newspaper

Trump boasted Friday during a White House Rose Garden press event that Abe had handed him 'the most beautiful copy' of a five-page letter about the nomination but concluded 'I'll probably never get it

' The request came during the fall, months after the Trump-Kim summit in Singapore on June 12, according to the newspaper Asahi Shimbun

Abe ultimately submitted Trump's name, citing his efforts to defuse decades-long tensions on the Korean peninsula

'He said, "I have nominated you, respectfully, on behalf of Japan.I am asking them to give you the Nobel Peace Prize",' Trump told reporters on Friday

'I said thank you.' 'Many other people feel that way, too.I'll probably never get it

That's okay,' he said. It's unclear how common it is for governments to lobby each others' leaders for award endorsements

The Japanese Embassy in Washington did not respond to a request for comment on Sunday

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.Trump has made strides in opening talks with North Korea, saying consistently that the hermit kingdom's belligerence should have been countered by his predecessors

Last year's meeting was the first between a sitting American president and a North Korean head of state

A spokesman for Japan's Foreign Ministry in Tokyo told Reuters that it was aware of Trump's remarks but 'would refrain from commenting on the interaction between the two leaders

' The Nobel Foundation's website says a nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize may be submitted by any person who meets the nomination criteria, which includes current heads of states

Under the foundation's rules, names and other information about unsuccessful nominations cannot be disclosed for 50 years

But that wall of silence has been ineffective in at least one recent instance. The former non-voting secretary of the Nobel Peace Prize committee said in 2015 that members regretted giving the prestigious award to former president Barack Obama in 2009, less than a year into his first term

Geir Lundestad told the Associated Press that the committee had hoped the prize would strengthen Obama, but instead it was met with ridicule since he hadn't yet had a significant impact on global affairs

'No Nobel Peace Prize ever elicited more attention than the 2009 prize to Barack Obama,' Lundestad wrote in his memoir

'Even many of Obama's supporters believed that the prize was a mistake. In that sense the committee didn't achieve what it had hoped for

' Trump noted on Friday that 'they gave it to Obama.' 'He didn't even know what he got it for

He was there for about 15 seconds and he got the Nobel Prize. He said, "Oh, what did I get it for?"' The surprising anecdote came as he hailed Pyongyang's 'tremendous' economic potential and his 'great relationship' with Kim ahead of a second scheduled summit between the two leaders late next week

Trump also took a second dig at Barack Obama, suggesting his predecessor had been close to going to war with the nuclear-armed state

Recalling a conversation he had with Obama shortly before his inauguration, Trump said: 'I don't want to speak for him but I believe he would have gone to war with North Korea

' 'I think he was ready to go to war, he told me he was so close to starting a big war with North Korea

Where are we now? No missiles, no rockets, no nuclear testing.' 'We've learned a lot

But much more importantly than all of it – much more important, much, much more important than that – is we have a great relationship

I have a very good relationship with Kim Jong-un.And I've done a job.' Trump also ran through some of the highlights of the fiery rhetoric he and Kim exchanged in 2017 when tensions between the two countries were skyrocketing

'It was a very tough dialogue at the beginning: "fire and fury," "total annihilation," "my button is bigger than yours",' he recalled

'People said "Trump is crazy."And you know what it ended up being? A very good relationship

I like him a lot and he likes me a lot.Nobody else would have done that. The Obama administration couldn't have done it
