Richard Petty – Lowe's (Charlotte) is a tough track. Be careful in the quad-oval and then get ready to use some brake in turn 1.
Richard Petty – You want to take (turns) 1 & 2 at around 165 (mph) and you'll need to use all the track to get to the backstretch with the right speed.
Richard Petty – Stay on the gas and you'll get the car up to about 190 (mph) before you'll need to hit the brakes for turn 3.
Richard Petty – Hug the bottom of the track at about 165 (mph); then accelerate out of turn 4 when it starts to open up.
Richard Petty – The banking levels out quickly and the car can get a little loose, so watch out.
Jeff Gordon – Sweet.
