Watch Cardi B Answer Questions From Your Favorite Drag Queen Naomi Smalls | Comospolitan - Duration: 5:22.
Oh my god, like you know, I'm real cute without makeup.
Hi, this is Naomi Smalls, and I'm here with Miss Cardi B, for her Cosmopolitan cover girl
in the jungle shoot.
Naomi: Okay, so I'm giving Bodak Yellow, Bardi B. Cardi: I see, and you nailed the motherf*cker.
*Bodak Yellow song*
Did you win any yearbook awards, like, Class Clown...
I was Most Dramatic.
Most Dramatic?
Mhm.
But I've always been like a class clown, you know, the girl that chill with the boys and
the boys like me because I'm so freaking funny.
Girls always hate on that.
If you get along with all the boys, girls always want to tear that down.
I feel like a lot of people used to feel like, why is she always hanging out with guys, is
she sucking their d*cks, are they f*cking them?
And it's like, no, I'm just really that cool girl that guys just like to chill with because
I'm mad funny, I'm like the home girl, I'm just really like the sister that everybody f*cks
with.
So say a girl had an issue with you, how would you handle it?
As long as you not mentioning my name, like, then that's your problem.
Now if you want to fight me, then we can fight.
Like what's up?
What's up?
If I feel like somebody's being shady or if I feel like somebody's doing funny stuff,
I always go up to them, and I always ask them what's the problems?
The best thing to do is just confront it straight up.
I confront everybody that I feel like they don't like me.
Because all that behind the back sh*t never goes anywhere.
It don't.
It really don't.
You know, when I was younger, I used to confront people, like, oh, I know you don't f*cking like me,
so what's the f*cking problem?
I'm an adult now and I'm a grown woman.
But a lot of b*tches is mad though!!!
A lot of b*tches is mad!
One deal breaker in a relationship?
When a guy f*cks around with this ex.
If it's a new b*tch, I don't know, like you probably want new p*ssy, you want to feel
new p*ssy, you're probably a little bored.
I'm not saying I'm gonna to forgive you or take you back if you f*ck with new p*ssy,
but it hurts even more when you f*cking with the ex, because it's like, you clearly have
some feelings towards that person that it hasn't left, so when you f*ck around with
your ex, I gotta go.
*MotorSport song*
Tell me about Offset, how's that going?
Everything is going good, you know?
One day I was really upset with him, and he got me like 300 roses.
I really wanted to act tough, and like whatever, still not going to call him, but I was just
like, oh my god!!!
And congratulations on this amazing ring.
Thank you!
It's so gorgeous.
Thanks.
When we decided to do it and everything, you know, I was like thinking, like maybe in two years,
2019.
People constantly ask you about the wedding, the wedding, the wedding and it's just like,
oh sh*t, so it gotta be perfect.
And then I'm a woman, too, so I want the wedding to be perfect and beautiful.
What's the sexiest thing about Offset?
Well, I think he has a sexy face.
I love his mouth and I love his demeanor -- he's gangsta, but he is like a different type of gangsta.
I love how he treats me.
I love that he likes my fashion.
I don't like when I date a guy, and he doesn't understand the beauty of the garment that
I have on.
Do you think that the way that your mother raised you transfers over to how you are now
and keeps you like grounded and real?
I'm more like my father, you know?
My dad makes a lot of comedy, and he's very funny.
*laughs*
*coughs*
But then I'm also like my mom, like if my mom feels uncomfortable and
she don't like somebody, she will tell you, like, listen, I don't like you.
And me and my mom are very close, but she's very, like, strict.
It's something that I like, value, a lot.
And you know, when my mom found out that I was a dancer, she was pretty upset, so me
knowing that she used to hate it, it didn't allow meet get comfortable with what I was
doing.
*Finesse song*
What was the moment that you were like, oh sh*t, this is changing?
When it came to music at first, l wanted to make a lot of money.
But then I was like, you know what?
I kinda want the respect.
I want these other artists to respect me.
When I ask them if they want to collab with me, they'll say yes -- they'll jump at it --
-- they'll jump at it, that's the type of respect, I wanted.
And the person that I look up to in the industry is...
I look up to every woman that is successful and that have been doing this for a very long time,
you know?
Some comments, it could break me, some fake gossip, it could hurt my feelings, it could make me
question myself.
For some women that are still dealing with it, I applaud them for that, because it's
like -- it's a lot -- it's a lot.
Thank you for being with us at Cosmopolitan.
No, thank you motherf*ckers for having me.

Samsung Finally Reveals Its Answer to the iPhone X - Duration: 1:52.
If you're an iPhone stan when it comes to photos, the news that came out of the event
may make you want to switch sides.
The quality of images captured on the Galaxy S9 and S9+ has improved considerably from
the S8.
Samsung made it clear that the company hopes to be recognized as having the best smartphone
camera, so much of the Galaxy S9 announcement was focused on the improved dual camera that
will take sharper photos in low light situations when compared to previous models.
Samsung's DJ Koh said,
"The way we use our smartphones has changed as communication and self-expression has evolved.
Not only does the Galaxy S9 and S9+ enable consumers to shoot the best photos and videos
anywhere, it's a smartphone that's designed to help them connect to others and express
themselves in a way that's unique and personal to them."
Other upgrades to the camera include stereo speakers, a new fingerprint sensor location,
enhanced facial recognition, AR emoji's, which is the company's answer to Apple's animoji,
and a super slow motion video feature.
Another thing that may convince you to make the jump is the cost.
While the phone is expensive, starting at $720 and $840, it's more palatable than the
$1,000 new iPhone models.
Of course, Twitter was quick to jump in with varying opinions.
Many compared the Galaxy S9 to the iPhone X and noted that Samsung kept the 3.5mm headphone
jack, which Apple has controversially phased out of its models.
The Galaxy S9 is confirmed to be keeping the headphone jack!
Take my money.
What do you guys think, are Samsung's new models enough to make you become a loyal fan?
Or are you an apple user all the way?

How to Answer: What are Your Strengths and Weaknesses? - Duration: 2:05.
So another really popular interview question is can you tell me your strengths and weaknesses.
Companies are really asking this for a couple of reasons.
The first one is they genuinely wanna know because they're trying to understand how
you fit in the organization and how your strengths and weaknesses will play.
The second is they're trying to understand if you have self-awareness.
So I always recommend starting this question and responding with the weaknesses first.
Weaknesses should focus on the professional context of the areas that you're working on.
So, I'm better at bigger picture vision and I'm typically weaker in details so I
have to create really strong systems for myself to be successful in details.
Or, I know that I require support with timeliness because I'm much more creative.
Or, I'm not as strong in finance because I'm better in marketing and I'm really
working on those areas.
But being self-aware around the areas and the things that you're working on is important
because it shows that you understand them.
Then finish with your strengths.
2 to 3 things in the areas that you're best at.
If you're amazing at marketing and digital marketing or if you're amazing at sales
or you're more of a vision person, just outline it and tell this as part of your story.
So for me, I'm weaker at details of the daily.
I require strong assistance and support to be successful in these areas.
I'm better at vision and marketing and sales.
So I would talk about both and I would talk about the ultimate organizational setup that
I need to be successful.
And that works no matter what level you're at because someone's trying to put you in
the right place and trying to understand how you fit.
So being honest by being self-aware, you're going to be able to tell your story really
effectively, and you're also going to be in a situation where you're going to end
up in the right job.
So take some time before you go to the interview, do some self-reflection, understand your own
strengths and weaknesses professionally, and be ready to answer the question in a way that's
gonna help them better understand you and how you fit in the organization.

How to Answer: Are You Willing to Travel? - Duration: 1:19.
So when you're looking for a global job or management consulting job, a lot of the
opportunities require travel.
And it might be once or twice a month or it literally could be everyday.
I have lots of friends that are consultants that are literally deployed somewhere in the
country or the world almost every day of the year during the work week and then they fly
home for weekends.
So when you're looking for these opportunities make sure you assess what type of travel you're
willing to do.
And make sure that the opportunity lines up to your expectations.
The question's going to come up in the interview and they're going to say, what are your
travel expectations?
How willing are you to travel?
And best be to clear.
I'm willing to travel a couple days a week.
I'm not able to relocate because my partner has a job opportunity, or my family's here,
and I'm looking for an opportunity that suits this.
By being clear you're making sure that you're setting the expectations with them from day
one about what you're prepared to do and you're not setting yourself up for failure.
So there are lots of job opportunities that don't require frequent travel
and there are lots that do require frequent travel.
So make sure that you're honest, you're open, and you've done your research, that
you're in an opportunity that's going to line up to your expectations.
Good luck

How to Answer: Why Do You Want To Work Here? - Duration: 1:09.
Why do you want to work here?
Companies ask this because they want to understand have you done your homework, are you actually
interested in working at the company, or is this just another interview that you're taking?
So the right way to answer this question is to just talk about two things in your answer.
The first one is the company culture and the people.
Do you relate to them?
Have you talked to them?
Have you done your homework on the culture?
Do you fit into the culture?
Why?
Tell them why and explain it really quickly.
The second is the role.
You're interested in the role because of this.
You like the person that leads this team.
You're gonna learn these things.
Explain it, and make it concise.
It's not really about having a right answer, it's about showing that you've done your
homework and you see yourself fitting in, and that you're ultimately going to be part
of the team going forward.
They're looking for people who have passion and conviction and wanting to work there because
they have lots of candidates for the role but they wanna make sure they're hiring
someone who's passionate about the learning, passionate about the company, and passionate
about the culture.
