Do you ever feel super self-conscious? Do you ever just wish you were like those

individuals, and we all know them that just shine with confidence wherever they

are? Well today, in this video, I am talking all about how to improve and

increase your self-esteem. Hi I'm Abbi J, I'm the founder of AJ life hacks and

this channel is all about self-development. So if you haven't

already think about hitting that subscribe button in the corner and

following some of these videos on how you can improve your self-esteem. So

let's get going with these 4 tips that I have you for increasing and improving

your self-esteem starting to day.

The first tip that I have for you when it

comes to improving your self-esteem, is to write a list of why you are awesome.

Yes I literally mean take out a pen and paper and write a list of why you are

awesome. It sounds a little ridiculous. I get that but this list is so critical

because when we're having a great day we have awesome self-esteem right but it's

in those low moments that we just feel like I'm not go at anything. I can't do

this. I I don't even like the way my hair looks or my outfit. That is when you need

to pull out this list and be reminded of all the amazing things that you've done

or amazing qualities that you already have. Because whether or not you're

having a good self-esteem or bad self-esteem day those underlying facts

of why you like yourself, of what makes you who you are,

that doesn't change and so you just need a reminder. And so this list literally is,

"I am awesome because" and at first it's gonna say "I'm awesome because I'm alive.

I'm awesome because I have red hair." Very generic but then as you start to think

about this more and get more involved you are gonna start to realize that hey

you are pretty amazing and this list is so much fun. My second tip for you when

it comes to improving your self-esteem is to use positive

affirmations. Yes I want you to stand in the mirror and say to yourself, "I love

myself. I love my life." And use some of those affirmations that you've all heard

from all these wonderful positive thinkers and life coaches out there. Why

this is so important is because we don't need help remembering all those

negative thoughts about ourselves, but we do need to give our mind those

positive thoughts and we need to front-load it first thing in our day

because it's easy to sit there and say to yourself, "oh my gosh I'm so stupid." but

we don't naturally have the inclination to say to ourselves, "hey I love who I am!

Hey it's okay. I'll try again tomorrow" And so we need to prime the pump as they

say and get some of those positive thoughts and vibes out there first thing

in the morning. So come up with some positive affirmations that you like I

love, "I love myself. I can do all things through Christ." Those are two

affirmations I say to myself every day and they just fuel me through the day. So

find out what it is that is going to make you feel your absolute best. My

third tip for you when improving your self-esteem is to understand that it's

okay to be working on yourself and still like yourself. Sometimes in life we feel

like well there's so many things that I want to improve. I want to lose weight. I

want to be more fashionable. I want to be more kind. I want to be more social. And

all those are amazing goals but we tend to think that because we have these

things that we want to change, our to-do list for our personal development, that

means we can't like who we are right now. That I can't like the Abbi I am today

because it's not the Abbi I want to be in the future. That's absolutely not true

and the way to get to your future self even faster is to love who you are right

now and to recognize the things that you do love about yourself. So understand

that yes, you know what? I do want to improve. I do want to be a better person

but I love Who I am right now and I'm figuring it out.

My fourth and last tip for you when it comes to having an amazing self-esteem

that's really healthy and will help you your whole life because you'll feel more

confident in that that reads across in your job, in

friends, across all areas of your life and that tip is to understand that we

all have good self-esteem days we all have bad self-esteem days. I used to

think that there was something wrong with me because one moment I just felt

on top of the world and I feel so beautiful and I just feel so confident

and then the next moment maybe that day I literally hate everything about myself

and feel so self-conscious and so that I can't do anything. Insane, right? Well we

all feel like that, especially as young women, when we're trying to be our best

selves, when we're in those really high-stress peer environments we have

good days and we have bad days. We literally wake up with great hair one

day and we literally wake up with bad hair the next day. It's just it's gonna

happen and so if you understand that you are so normal and that having ebbs and

flows and your self-esteem is normal and healthy. Don't let it faze you. Don't feel

like you have to stay in the dumps or that you aren't improving because you

are and just take it in stride and knowing that helps those bad self-esteem

days just disappear because you realize hey I'm just like everybody else and I'm

gonna shake this off. So there you have it! Those are my top tips for building

your self-esteem and I can't stress enough how important it is to have a

healthy self-esteem and to also understand that having a great

self-esteem is a life long journey. Because it is such a long journey we

need to be kind to ourself and we can always be adding to that list of why

we're awesome and our affirmations that we're saying to ourselves. So there you

Hi my love! All right? Today we will talk, again, about self confidence. Because

self-confidence is the driving force behind self-esteem, more or less. If

you can trust yourself, if you are a trustworthy person, you

open the way to get in touch with your essence, to love yourself, to

respect yourself more and more. And often you think this:

what is it to be self-reliant? It's trusting you. Because if you are a person who

lied to you, for example. If you are a person who can not count

on yourself and always put the other first

when you most need, for sure, for you, you are not reliable. So you

do not have self-confidence. It may be until the other can

MY SELF TANNING ROUTINE | Manuella - Duration: 4:48.

The best time of the week has come!

Hey! How are you? I hope you all are doing good

I'm doing great because today

today I have for you my favorite video ever

I couldn't wait to film this video for you all

Plenty of you, both guys and girls, ask me

how I tan

how am I so tan in the winter

And today I am going to share my secrets with you

Because trust me, I'm the most white and pale person on this planet

I've taken it to a whole other level

And don't let my color here fool you

I'm still a bit tanned from the previous time

I've been self tanning for 5 years now

So I can say I'm somewhat of an expert when it comes to tanning

I've tried so many self tanners

but the best one, the one I personally use and love

it's this one here, the Loving tan

The steps are very easy

First I exfoliate my whole body

and in order to scrub the self tanner off my body I use this glove

then I put my favorite body cream all over my body

so that I have a very smooth skin

And then the best time of the day and week has come

It's time for self tanning

I personally use the deluxe bronzing mousse

in the color ultra dark, it's the darkest color

because I love been very tanned

This one you can apply in your body, and after 6 hours you can wash it off

I put it on the night before I sleep

and in the morning when I wake up I take a shower to wash it off

But if you want faster results

there's the 2 hours express tan too

Now I am going to use the regular one

I'm gonna use the mitt by Loving tan which is quilted on both sides

so that you can use it in both sides

Every time I tan a feel like a new person

like a better person

a prettier person

Tanning gives me confidence

I feel more comfortable in my skin when I'm tanned

I convey self care for such a person. This self care is very easy.

At basically,the stiff muscle increase to age by age.

Almost case,become good when take a bath. That case is very simple.

If you decrease stiff muscle,you regain healthy body of past.

Most of the discomfort of the body is improve by become past body. Absolutely,to don't improve is no.

By people,effect is different. But,I think that maybe improve.

This time,the place that I convey is leg. At first,check pain of hip joint.

Some people is feel pain when keep weight in one leg.

In case of left leg feel pain,you will feel strongly pain to when keep weight in left leg.

Or,feel pain when open the hip joint. Please remember check to angle and weight when felt pain.

I think that to stiff muscle is cause.

If you take a bath,your muscle will become soften.

What you have to do is to bring body closer that state.

I recommend to do soften leg finger side. The point is side of little finger.

If anything,it is diagonal point.

Please rub little finger bone. This explanation is hard.

Aim point is bone edge. It is bone corner.

Please do image the cube. Please rub corner of cube. Please rub to like do lose corner.

So,please rub diagonal more than vertical and horizontal. Just like to shake the corner.

It is image that like make octagon. Please pinch with some finger and rub.

Almost people don't feel pain at first. At gradually,you will feel pain.

The place that there is stiff muscle is become feel dull. If your muscle become soften,you will feel pain.

This is characteristic of "Seitai". This is but also reality.

But to soften that place is very hard. Because there is stiff muscle in so deep.

To soften finger muscle is very speedy. And there is many achievement that hip joint became soften by that method.

Self massage: Foam rolling glutes and legs - Duration: 6:48.

Welcome back to my channel. On today's video we are gonna focus on giving ourselves a

little self-love and I don't mean going to get our nails done. Today's video will

focus on foam rolling your lower half and rolling out those sore muscles so

stay tuned

First up is my hamstrings. I usually try and go from the knee to halfway up my

hamstrings rolling about 10 times or one to two minutes.

And then I move to do the upper part of my hamstring same thing rolling about

ten times or one to two minutes really allowing to get into the muscle.

Don't forget to switch and do the opposite leg. Again start from the knee

and go halfway up your hamstring and then you go from your top of your

hamstring or your glute down halfway.

well the same thing happens for quads which usually makes me cry.

I try again to do half of the muscle I'm rolling back and forth ten times.

This for me is one of the most painful places.

Make sure you get all muscles so when I'm done with my quads I usually turn

and get the inner upper part of my inner thigh definitely needed.

While you're down there go ahead and hit the dreaded IT band. Oh my god this might

be worse than my quads Oh ten times and then don't forget to switch and do the

other leg.

Make sure you get your calf muscles. Since sometimes it's not enough

bodyweight I put one leg over the other so I can really get my calves again

rolling about ten times or one to two minutes on each calf

Don't neglect your glutes. Sit on the foam roller and really allow the foam

roller to dig in. Sometimes I cross my leg over again to give more added

pressure to dig in to the muscle.

Holy hamstrings! Yes I said holy hamstrings. It's one of my favorite

sayings, but no seriously I need to spend more time with my foam roller especially

since I haven't had a massage in a few month. One of the things I love about

foam rolling is that you don't have to go anywhere. You can do it right at home

and you can buy a foam roller from just about anywhere; Target, Walmart, you name

it. You will definitely feel a difference when you do it more than once every blue

moon or when you're sore. So in today's video we focused on quads, hamstrings, IT

band, calves, you name any muscle below my waist and that's what I worked on even

some glutes. Do you use a foam roller or do you prefer a massage? Make sure you

comment below and let me know what you prefer. I can honestly tell you I prefer

a massage but when I can't afford one or don't have time for one that's when I

bust this out.

There are scientific answers that are optimal

But, the main thing is, it's not the early bird

that gets the worm,

it's the worm that knows itself the best.

So, know yourself.

Know where you tend to mess up.

Know what your tendencies are of ya know,

winning your day, the workout becomes a challenge.

If it's challenging you for a workout in the evening,

maybe you should work out in the morning

or on lunch break.

Just know yourself, be real with yourself

and that's gonna be your best solution.

So I have to say to him, "Y'know, your books

are probably worth, let's say, dick.

Yeah, I'd value them at dick.

They're worth dick.

Comic prices are super low, it's really a buyer's market.

It should eventually come back, so you should hold onto them."

It's right then that I would jump out, smack my past self in the mouth, and scream, "Right,

stupid!

It's a buyer's market, so get buying!

New Mutants 98 guides for five dollars!!

You've got like two thousand sitting in your paypal, and you're gonna

spend it on stuff you'll read (maybe) once then bury it in the garage!!"

And I'm sure my past self would counter with, "I don't want to get my head up

my ass and start worrying about the value of comics again.

I just want to read them and bury them in the garage."

"I'm not talking about stuff that's worth thirty or forty, I'm talking about

stuff that's worth thousands, that you can buy now for nothing, with money

that's sitting in your paypal.

You know the market's gonna come back, and you can hold onto them

like you just told your jerkoff friend here."

And then I'd offer the friend a hundy for the Star Wars.

Then I'd hijack the time machine and go backwards through time to murder Adolf Hitler.

He also wants to know what comic book movie we're looking forward to this year.

You might've seen the trailer and said, yeah yeah, fart joke....but there's a really vicious

zinger in there.

They start off by talking about how everyone wants to see Wonder Woman, so they dressed

Do they know something we don't?

Either way I want to see that's THAT mean-spirited.
