HJ: I really won't look, I'll be conscientious.

JY: Do you know this game?

HS: Hyung!

JY: omg that scared me.

JY: I thought you were going to hit me.

JY: For this game, I'll read the question and you try to guess the answer.

JY: Let's begin.

HJ: Please begin~

JY: Oh! But am I supposed to hit the winner with this?

HJ: No. RB: The person who guesses wrong.

HS: It's okay if you get it wrong, but if you say something super ridiculous... (you get hit)

BK: Wait! HS: Ridiculous answers or...

BK: Wait. We passed 20 million.

HS: Thank you!

JY: First question!

JY: This was when I was in kindergarten.

JY: When I was in kindergarten-- BK: Answer!

JY: An..answer.

BK: (idk) DH: Aren't you gonna get hit now?

JY: Wrong! BK: Oh, I get hit now?

HS: Only if it's ridiculous.

HS: You don't have to hit them just because they're wrong... HJ: Only if it's nonsense.

JY: Ok, since I didn't finish the question (I won't hit him)

JY: This was when I was in kindergarten.

JY: There was a day when all the kindergarteners went to watch a movie together.

JY: But that day, I couldn't go with them.

JY: What was the reason?

DH: Enteritis. HS: Oh I was going to say that.

JY: It's similar.

HJ: That wasn't the answer?

BK: Measles?

BK: Didn't everyone get that when they were kids?

HS: Gastritis. JY: Wrong!

DH: (idk) JY: Wrong!

RB: Food poisoning. JY: Wrong!

HJ: Chicken pox! JY: Wrong!!

BG: This is the reason you couldn't go to kindergarten?

JY: No, everyone went to a movie...

DH: Answer! Food poisoning! JY: Nope!

BG: Since it was kindergarten, your height...

DH: Appendicitis!

HJ: Hemorrhoids!

MS: Stomachache?

JY: It's simil... ah no, no.

MS: What could it be? BG: Give us a hint!

MS: It's something like enteritis or a stomachache? JY: It's an illness, yes it's in that direction.

HJ: Answer!

HJ: Gastritis!

HS: I already said that.

BG: It's an illness?

JY: I mean... yeah I guess I was sick.

HS: You weren't lovesick or something, right?

BK: Everyone, try to guess with us. The answer might come up in the comments.

BK: The flu

JY: My stomach-- ah...

JY: Did I say too much?

BK: Upset stomach.

HS: You had cramps.

JY: You've said pretty much everything...

HJ: You got punched in the stomach.

BK: It was in the comments. Constipation.

JY: That's correct!

BK: I'll find the person who got it right.

DH: That's why you couldn't go?

JY: It was so serious I had to go to the hospital.

BK: User "Minseok for life" guessed it correctly. Thank you!

BK: Then do you hit the person who guessed right?

JY: I was so constipated I went to the bathroom and nothing came out (bro why are u talking about this on live broadcast)

JY: So I ended up having to go to the hospital.

JY: That's why I couldn't go to the movie.

JY: At that young age.

HS: Did you get to watch the movie?

JY: I don't remember what movie it was.

BK: In kindergarten, how many years ago would that have been?

HJ: Like 10 years ago? BK: If it was 10 years ago...

JY: 10 years ago I was 12, so probably more like 16 years ago.

BK: 16 years ago was 2002, so it would have been "Monster."

HJ: You remember that?

HJ: Monster came out in 2002?

HS: Wasn't that 2006?

JY: I have another question.

JY: I'll start. HS: I'm gonna get this one right.

JY: During Mixnine,

JY: When we moved into the dorms, there was an item I absolutely had to bring with.

JY: What could it be? RB: Rubin!

RB: iPad!

JY: HOLD ON A SECOND!

JY: THAT'S NOT TRUE

JY: That's not true, I didn't have that with me.

BK: The iPad that was left in the dorm.

BG: When you moved into the Mixnine dorms?

HS: Hang on... Jinyoung hyung?

DH: Makeup.

BG: Alarm!

BK: Rap lyrics notebook.

JY: I always packed that too...

HS: That (thing) that all the Happy Face people had

JY: But I feel like you should know this.

HJ: I feel like I know.

MS: What is it?

HJ: I feel like I know.

JY: He saw it. Hint! Hyunsuk saw this.

HS: I saw it during "Born Hater?" JY: It must have been.

BK: Kim Byeongkwan.

HJ: Hair straightener!

JY: Hasn't everyhthing come out?

HS: Hold on.

HS: I saw it, I definitely saw it

BK: In the comments someone said "constipation"

JY: That was when I was a kid...

HS: Hyung! Is it that?

HS: Eye mask? JY: No. I didn't even bring a mask...

RB: Cellphone?

JY: We gave up our phones.

BK: A-Day ye~

HJ: Give us a hint.

JY: I've already said this, but my face gets swollen easily...

HS: I know it! This thing this thing!

JY: No.

DH: Green tea.

RB: Computer!

DH: Just hit him!

HS: This! The slippers!

HS: These slippers that do acupressure

HS: Ah, that's right.

HS: I'd be sleeping and someone would start walking around like this

HS: And it was always Jinyoung wearing those slippers.

MS: You wear that and your face doesn't swell?

JY: My fans gave it to me as a gift

JY: I remember always wearing them and walking around.

JY: I'll stop here then.

BK: Is there anyone here who is good at English? (jason isn't that supposed to be you lol)

HS: English?

BK: The international fans keep asking why A-Day isn't here...

BK: A-Day ye... Lasik surgery, ok?

JY: Eye.

How to Answer: What are Your Strengths and Weaknesses? - Duration: 2:05.

So another really popular interview question is can you tell me your strengths and weaknesses.

Companies are really asking this for a couple of reasons.

The first one is they genuinely wanna know because they're trying to understand how

you fit in the organization and how your strengths and weaknesses will play.

The second is they're trying to understand if you have self-awareness.

So I always recommend starting this question and responding with the weaknesses first.

Weaknesses should focus on the professional context of the areas that you're working on.

So, I'm better at bigger picture vision and I'm typically weaker in details so I

have to create really strong systems for myself to be successful in details.

Or, I know that I require support with timeliness because I'm much more creative.

Or, I'm not as strong in finance because I'm better in marketing and I'm really

working on those areas.

But being self-aware around the areas and the things that you're working on is important

because it shows that you understand them.

Then finish with your strengths.

2 to 3 things in the areas that you're best at.

If you're amazing at marketing and digital marketing or if you're amazing at sales

or you're more of a vision person, just outline it and tell this as part of your story.

So for me, I'm weaker at details of the daily.

I require strong assistance and support to be successful in these areas.

I'm better at vision and marketing and sales.

So I would talk about both and I would talk about the ultimate organizational setup that

I need to be successful.

And that works no matter what level you're at because someone's trying to put you in

the right place and trying to understand how you fit.

So being honest by being self-aware, you're going to be able to tell your story really

effectively, and you're also going to be in a situation where you're going to end

up in the right job.

So take some time before you go to the interview, do some self-reflection, understand your own

strengths and weaknesses professionally, and be ready to answer the question in a way that's

gonna help them better understand you and how you fit in the organization.

How to Answer: How Do You Work in Teams? - Duration: 1:58.

Teamwork is something that an interviewer wants to understand.

They want to understand are you a team player or are you a lone wolf who doesn't work

well with anybody.

When you ask the question of someone of how do you work in teams, everybody smiles and

goes, I'm an amazing team player.

Even the craziest narcissist in the world will tell you that they are an amazing team

player when they're really not.

They're the furthest thing from it.

So the team question what an organization really wants to understand from you is are

you actually good at working on a team and do you have examples.

I love to see stories of people who have an evolution of their teamwork.

Often they started in high school or college on a sports team.

Maybe they were the captain, maybe they weren't, but they can explain what the team dynamic

was, talk about what their strengths were and how the team really propped each other

up to become successful in his or her sporting activity.

Then in early career it's often mentorship and partnerships and working in team projects

and really having to carry a lot of the ball for the benefit of the overall team.

And as you grow and you're more of a leader it's really more of the hands on leadership

approach and how you worked as part of a team and maybe were a leader then a follower and

went back and forth.

But really having tangible examples of working with others and the interviewer will be able

to tell whether you're a good team player or not usually by the way you talk about other

people.

If it's all about I and me usually you're not a great team player.

If it's all about we and us and you can talk to things that you specifically did but

you reference the accomplishment as part of that larger team commitment to make it happen,

those are usually the examples of the answers where an interviewer knows that you are a

good team player and that you're likely going to be able to adapt and work as a part of

a team in that company.

How to Answer: What Are Three Things That Your Former Manager Would Like You to Improve On? - Duration: 1:33.

So what are three things that your former manager would like you to improve on?

This is often another way of saying what are your strengths and what are your weaknesses,

but they're trying to get you to go outside of your own answer and answer it through what

your boss would have said.

It's always good if these answers are the same because it shows that you got self-awareness

and understanding.

Or also shows if you got some disconnection.

So if you give answer A and your boss you think would give answer B, my next question's

going to be, why is your answer different from your former boss' answer?

Why are they different?

So when I'm answering this question I'm really answering it the same way as

my strengths and weaknesses.

So I would go back to say my weaknesses are A, B, and C, I was working with my boss through

this, and I think they would say that I have improved in these areas, but I still have

opportunities to improve in these areas.

It shows that I'm tying my answer back to my earlier answer, it also shows that my

boss and I had conversations about my shortcomings, and it addresses how I was working on them.

So it's a really good question, it's a good reflection point for you as well to make

sure that those things line up, and it's a good opportunity for you to help make sure

that you're ending up in the right fit by giving a clear and concise answer, and it's

going to make sure that those weaknesses or areas that your new boss is going to be able

to work with you on so that you can overcome them and when you're looking for a new job

in the future, hopefully you've got different weaknesses because you solved these ones.

Anyway, good luck.

How to Answer: Why Do You Want To Work Here? - Duration: 1:09.

Why do you want to work here?

Companies ask this because they want to understand have you done your homework, are you actually

interested in working at the company, or is this just another interview that you're taking?

So the right way to answer this question is to just talk about two things in your answer.

The first one is the company culture and the people.

Do you relate to them?

Have you talked to them?

Have you done your homework on the culture?

Do you fit into the culture?

Why?

Tell them why and explain it really quickly.

The second is the role.

You're interested in the role because of this.

You like the person that leads this team.

You're gonna learn these things.

Explain it, and make it concise.

It's not really about having a right answer, it's about showing that you've done your

homework and you see yourself fitting in, and that you're ultimately going to be part

of the team going forward.

They're looking for people who have passion and conviction and wanting to work there because

they have lots of candidates for the role but they wanna make sure they're hiring

someone who's passionate about the learning, passionate about the company, and passionate

about the culture.

How to Answer: Where Do You See Yourself in 5 Years? - Duration: 1:22.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

This is a question interviewers ask because it's basically your opportunity to rate

your own career trajectory.

Some people say "I'm going to be president of the company in 5 years"

If they're applying for their first job and it's not their own company,

that may be unrealistic.

Some people say "I wanna do the same job for 5 years"

Maybe that bar is a little too low.

Most people really end up somewhere in the middle

So companies want to understand where you see yourself on that trajectory, as well as

what your plan is to get there.

So I would say I wanna be a vice president of this in 5 years.

And I wanna learn these two skills and I'm planning to do it these ways before I get

there.

Great answer, because you know where you wanna go and you have a clear plan to get there.

So your opportunity in this is for you to do a little bit of self-reflection, think

about where you wanna be, and think about the steps and the gaps you that have to get

there and be able to explain that to the interviewer in a really concise way that's gonna make

them believe you've got a really strong plan, and a really strong vision for yourself.

Which will in turn, make them feel really comfortable giving you whatever responsibility

that you're interviewing for.

How to Answer: What Can You Offer Us? - Duration: 1:19.

One of the questions that came in was, what can you offer us that other candidates can't?

This is a good question because it shows that someone has an idea of their

strengths and weaknesses again.

Really all in the same theme.

So if somebody asked me this question I would want want to be clear on a few things and

these are really attitudinal.

The reality is that they're going to be meeting a lot of candidates who all have the

skills required to do the job.

What's going to separate you from your competitor in this situation is going to be your attitude.

So when I get asked this question or I ask this question I'm going to be looking for

someone that's going to give me an attitudinal answer.

I'm going to work harder, I will be up earlier, I will stay later, I will manage my life to

make sure this is successful, this is my top priority, I have been training for this, and

I know I'm ready.

I want to understand the attitude because the skills are a little bit commoditized.

The difference between a good person and a great person is their attitude and their drive

to solve the problem and make sure the company wins.

If you share that and you share that confidence and you share that enthusiasm, you're going

to end up in an amazing situation.

Good luck.
