It's a great privilege to grow the office.

We are about 900 people as of today and as you rightly said, we specialize in fund services.

Also, we recruit from all the best universities.

They tend to obviously have English, potentially one more language.

And they tend to need to have operational competencies,

structure, well organized, keen to implement change,

have some competency towards IT, but not necessary IT people.

The whole group is investing tons of billions in digital transformations and adapt ourselves.

So it's part of the portfolio strategy we are by

in some cases we're working with more start-ups to completely remove and change our processes.

And robotics are that kind of intermediary tactical solution.

That give us benefit whilst waiting for the big transformation to come into place.

So certainly I'm proud to say that here in Warsaw with the leaders within our group paperless, digital.

I always say that shared service centres going through 3 phases.

I don't think there is anything particularly unique for BNP.

then harmonize and imply value from that.

And the third phase is, of course, well, you become the expert.

So with time, there will be mature expertise here in Poland,

BPO is a sector on its own right.

It's the pharmaceuticals and financial services or whatever the BPO is attached to.
