Hello I'm Tyson Toth, service manager here at Epic Roofing and Exteriors. As a

property manager you may have experienced the challenge of finding a

contractor for unique or smaller repairs while epic regularly handles large-scale

full replacement and exterior projects, we created a service department to

handle all sorts of maintenance and repair related jobs. Our team of seven

full-time technicians spends their entire day responding to small and

custom repairs that many other companies aren't willing to address. Hi my name is

Jadon one of the service technicians here at Epic Roofing and Exteriors. A

property management company called us to report a leak. We've inspected and

believe we've found the source so we're here today to complete the repairs.

The leak that we found is actually snow melted and water running down this

flashing and getting stuck in this corner where

everything kind of meets. There was an eavestrough there but it was actually

getting behind the eaves trough so we're gonna be removing the materials in the

area and installing ice and water shield and new flashing new shingles.

At completion of each project will supply you with a comprehensive summary report

that will make communication between the tenants and the board clear and
