Auto news on Youtube Jul 31 2018

i just finished record another videos

because it is weekend and i have nothing to do

whoever that missed my previous video, I'll put the link somewhere here

omg this mirror is scary

okay. missed my previous video? click this link

or there

so what Im going to do for today is

something that is very exiting

for me not for you !! JK

I'm going to show you guys my OLD coins collection

I'm really into this kind of stuff

and I realize that this type of hobby

is usually been practice by man

old man

30 years and above.

because everytime I went to this collector store

the owner mostly man, hm old man

and most of them are chinese

so far I never had a friend that have the same hobby

which makes me feel like I do not have any friend. Because I'm such a weirdo

Actually I had 2 albums before this, but it was stolen

it is a proper place to keep all of this coins

all of my album was gone.

starting from that day, I never keep my collection in a place that people know there will be something valuable

i put it inside my phone box

is it safe if I put it like this?

and the balance, i keep it inside this simple container

so I already categorized all of this coins by country

but there's some that I still couldnt detect which country is it from because I do not understand what they wrote on the coins

but I already put it as one group

the most interesting coins..

do you know ? China's coins are different for before and after the world war

this is the example for AFTER the world war

you might ask, why they change it?

why dont they just use the same coins?

so, the reason is...

Once upon atime, China is just a normal country with no strength or strong army. therefore,

during the preparation for the world war, they sacrifice most of their wealth to ensure they survive in the war

due to this reason, most of country in this world are afraid of china capability

that bring us to the final reason on WHY they need to change their coins type.

they already sacrificed all of things that they have (money & weapon),

therefore it is important for them to lower the price of the coins in order to survive economically

As example, maybe their current coins' material is way cheaper than older material

As a coins collector, based on what I gone thru

We do not buy coins based on their current value. but we look at the percentage of their materials.

the current value is not important

so as example, if the coins contain 2% of gold, 0.8% of silver. it will be more expensive compared to coins that do not contain gold

so that's how it works.

Therefore, it is very important for a particular county

to determine what type of coins they want to use based on their economy capability.

& we cannot simply choose cheap material

because when the material of the coins are cheaper than the coins value

the tendency of fake money is high. Because this irresponsible people can produce coins

without needing to pay more money for the material

As example, in Malaysia

if you're 90's kid, you will know this coin (RM1 gold)

and during 2005 it has been stop from using because of the counterfeit money

Just like what I said earlier, This type of case happen when the value of money is higher than the value of material

do you feel weird listening to my story ?

are you still here listening?

it is almost 5 minutes

inside this container, i Keep silver coins

and inside this box, i keep bronzer and gold coins.

look at this china's coins. i think it is china... (not sure)

they have hole at their coins

Do you know WHY?

so few decades back, most of China Citizens involve in an outdoor activity (working)

Even until now, there's still people that work on labor.

Even in our country

so the function of this hole is

it going to act as a necklace because during that time, they dont have purse/ wallet or bag that can easily be brought to work.

so if they want to buy something, they can simply take as many coins as they want at their necklace.

but in malaysia we cannot do this kind of stuff because you'll get snatched and die.

and i have one....

*mom calling*

inside this purse, i keep all of my new thailand coins

because i went there few months back

umm i dont think it is that interesting... not important

inside this mini pouch

i keep my favorite coins

it is a 3 series of indonesia coins

before they had an economy crisis, during , and after,... which is now

this is before they had the economy crisis

this is during the time of the crisis

and this is what they use till now

if you hold this coins, you can literally feel the different in weight between these 3 coins

the first coins is WAY heavier than the other

the second coin is heavy, but not as heavy as the first one.

and the third one is super light. like a toy.

it mean that, if a country having issues with their economy

one way for them to recover is by changing their coins material

so that they do not need to use a lot of money to gain this coins.

therefore i really like all of this coins !!!

then Im going to show one of our country coins.

this is a coin that has been release in conjunction with 100 years of rubber tree cultivation

if you guys wanna know

the first rubber tree is been planted at kuala kangsar perak

in year 1877

and this money has been released in year 1977

so here we have philipines

queen Elizabeth coins

india

china after world war

hongkong, singapore

thailand

weird pieces

uish, that's harsh

1st, the one that i show earlier. the necklace

im sorry i do not look at the camera because the view finder distracting me
