Seoul to announce results of review on settlement made with Tokyo on Japan's wartime sexual slavery - Duration: 1:49.

South Korea and Japan made a deal two years ago... to settle Tokyo's wartime sexual slavery

issue,... but the deal drew serious criticism from the victims themselves... for not involving

them in the negotiating process.

Later this afternoon, the results of a review into that deal will be made public.

Song Ji-sun has the details.

Was the deal done too hastily?

What's the background behind 'irrevocable and final?'

After looking into the agreement for the past five months since the Moon administration

launched its investigation,... Seoul's foreign ministry will make its review public on Wednesday

at 3 p.m.

(Korean) "The conclusion is an outcome that we expected,

but now we are in a situation where we have enough evidence to say that communication

with the victims was considerably lacking."

But as for what Seoul will do next,... it is a very delicate diplomatic issue.

Tokyo has continuously urged Seoul to sincerely implement the deal as agreed,... especially

after transferring some 8-point-3 million dollars for the victims.

(Korean) "As for how the government will move forward,

we will keep on communicating with the victims over all possible options and we will keep

an open attitude."

Out of 238 registered victims,... 46 were alive when the deal was announced,... and

only 32 are still alive as of now.

Most of them opposed the deal and demanded a genuine apology from the Japanese government.

Song Ji-sun, Arirang News.

North Korea latest Ballistic missile may have landed in Japanese territory, says Japan - Duration: 4:19.

North Korea latest ballistic missile may have landed in Japanese territory

says Japan a

North Korean ballistic missile test may have landed in Japanese territory the Japanese Prime Minister's Office announced

The missile launch was the first of its kind since September and was confirmed by South Korean and American

military sources early Wednesday morning local time

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said that President Donald Trump was briefed about the missile launch while it was in the air

Former British spy Christopher Steele the man behind the drafting of the now infamous

Trump dossier once confidently proclaimed that our president was so inextricably linked the Russian government figures that Vladimir Putin

Himself could drop a dime on Donald J. Trump any time

He wanted Steele also claimed that Trump aides were part of some vast conspiracy with Moscow to steal the election from Hillary

Clinton someone who Peden reportedly despised so much he did do anything to see her lose

But now as Steele is forced to defend himself against charges of slander and libel for things he wrote in the dossier

That was subsequently published by BuzzFeed

he don't he appear to be quite so confident in his earlier claims as

In he don't he sound like a man who continues to believe what he wrote a year ago as

Reported by the Washington Times once upon a time Steele matter-of-factly stated in the dossier that there was collusion between team Trump and team Moscow

But some months later in court he now claims that such collusion was only possible

This all takes on added

importance now as

Republicans close in on discovering whether the bogus dossier for which nothing contained within has been verified was used by anti Trump elements within the

FBI and Justice Department to obtain a physic or tweren't to spy on the Republican presidential nominee s campaign last year

Related revealed the FBI plot to overthrow the presidency and commit organized treason in America

Steele s and substantiated garbage was further spread by the Democrat aligned opposition research firm that hired Steele Fusion GPS

Also, the Times noted Steele once boasted to Mother Jones magazine

He was the one who started Robert Mueller a Special Counsel investigation

By convincing the FBI last summer that his dossier was real and of course

We also know that the dossier was bought and paid for by Trump s opponent Hillary, Clinton

Nothing odd are weird about that right in any event now that steel has to defend his

Allegations in court his confidence level has shifted down several notches The Times noted as the national Sentinel reported in April

Steele was upset when BuzzFeed published the dossier in January probably because he knew then it was all bs though the so-called

mainstream media ignored it

Steele also seemed at the time to repudiate the dossier when he acknowledged in court filings that at least some of the

Allegations contained in the document were unverified in his dossier

Steele claimed without a hint of reservation that an extensive conspiracy between Trump s campaign team and the Kremlin existed

He wrote that as a hotel builder and entrepreneur

Trump was involved in an 8-year partnership with Russian intelligence that dated back long before his presidential campaign the Times noted

During that alleged relationship both sides traded information

One of Steel s memos even claimed that the Kremlin had compiled so much financial and personal information about Trump

And his businesses that the Kremlin could blackmail him at any time a claim that actually makes more sense when applied to Hillary Clinton

The Times noted further he wrote that Paul Manafort mr.. Trump s former campaign manager and a campaign volunteer

Carter page in tandem orchestrated the campaign with Moscow to meddle in the race

He also maintained that Michael Cohen mr.. Trump s attorney traveled to Prague in August

2016 to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin s personal staff and orchestrate a cover-up of the campaign as hacking

Conspiracy all of those charges have been denied and none has been confirmed publicly by a press leaker congressional inquiry

Now that he is in court Steele is changing his tune alot in one response still described the intelligence

He gathered as limited regarding the charge of collusion between team Trump and Russia he now claims that there is only a possible connection

This dossier bought and paid for by Clinton an eclair

Shikei (death penalty)

As for me, I'll go with "for"

Okay, then...

what's with this question

I don't get it either

The answer is "do you have do it yourself kits"

it's a little weird

weird?

unnatural?

people don't say this that much

there's nothing wrong with it grammatically

but like

I wish they would have given you an example you can actually use

okay next

this one isn't A and B

it's just a question

either one is fine

CRO COP vs Tsuyoshi Kohsaka - odlazak u Japan/going to Japan - Duration: 2:41.

CRO COP is on his way to Japan where he will fight on New Year's Eve.

He will fight against Tsuyoshi Kohsaka and intends to end the fight as soon as possible.

REPORTER: New departure to Japan, how long does it take, can you count how many times you flew over...

CRO COP: I am very weak in maths and I doubt that I could count even if I had time to, it takes about hour to hour and a half, who could count (joke). I think it`s my 56th or 57th trip to Japan.

I have been there many times.

REPORTER: Are you ready and healthy for the fight?

CRO COP: Yes I am great, I am ready and in good shape. Preparations for a fight went well and without injuries. All is OK.

Knee?

CRO COP: Knee is good. it`s dry (thank God) it hasn`t swollen, all is well.

REPORTER: How much do you weigh?

CRO COP: Frankly I didn`t weigh myself for 2 months but I think I'm 107 or 108kg.

REPORTER: Do you have any tactics for Kohsaka (judoka, grappler), he is excellent, have you prepared something specific?

CRO COP: There is no special tactic, being fit is most important in my stage of life/career.

I have nothing new and it`s most important to not get tired.

I should close the distance or finish him with boxing techniques,

or take him down if we engage in a clinch and finish him off on the ground.

Pressure, pressure and that`s it.

Mirko`s older son (Ivan) is travelling to Japan for the first time.

We wanted to know if Ivan or Satoshi Ishii `represented` Kohsaka during sparring.

CRO COP: Kohsaka was played by Ante Delija and Sasa Milinkovic (smile)

REPORTER: I guess it was even harder for you against them?

CRO COP: Well, certainly, they are a lot younger.

REPORTER: Some good fights should take place in Saitama event...

CRO COP: There will be interesting fights for sure.

REPORTER: A few days ago former UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub admitted that after fight with Mirko,

even though he defeated him, didn`t have passion for fighting like CRO COP and that he

had health issues for a longer period of time after that fight.

CRO COP: It`s true. I saw his statement. Schaub is a really nice guy.

Unfortunately I lost that fight although I demolished him and even today

I cannot explain what happened in that fight, how I fell down, how he hit me...

But it happens, it`s fighting, a moment of inattention and dispersion... That`s it.

REPORTER: Do you fell good when younger `lions` show respect to you?

CRO COP: Well, of course, yes... Pressure in fighting lifestyle is hard to deal with,

it`s not for everyone to cope with defeats and injuries.

This sport is very hard, cruel and demanding. It`s not for everyone.

Certainly not for long run.

【House Tour】House in Japan's countryside! | 日本乡村的家是什么样? - Duration: 6:02.

Hi, so let me show you the place that I stay in

Gifu, Yoro while working in Takimotokan Yuki no Sato. So, let's go!

This is the place where I stay. The carpark!

So this area is the place where you put your shoes

A cupboard here

These are the light lamp to fill up my heater

Right in front of the entrance is a toilet

This is a very simple toilet bowl without all those difficult machine

Tissue

Yep, so it's kept dry

Then on the left is the kitchen

Rice cooker, water heater

Some stuff to clean up

well the rubbish bin. So right above here you have the...

Then, in the kitchen you have the fridge, oven, some stuff she kept there, bowls

And then on (my) right you have

The shower area and that's the washing machine

place to wash yourself

The towels, the hair dryer

Then here you have the shower room

Her stuff, my stuff, the bathtub

And a chair

Place to dry stuff

my colleague's room and this is my room

So this is my room

A futon that kaichou get from the

ryokan

Okay, so basically I put my

Cosmetic stuff

Here, and then the futon I just leave it like that.

my charger

and

my bags

And then somehow I just keep some of the stuff there, my dirty clothes

well

My cupboard, oh these are not all my clothes. I only have that. Those 2

This is the detergent that I bought but apparently I can use hers, so I don't have to open it

And a heater here

Right on the outside we can dry our clothes

How do I actually go out, I'm not sure but yeah

So that's basically where I live

It's not as small as I thought

There's a lot of space to move

which I'm quite surprised actually but

maybe because this is the countryside that it is like that but

Yeah

HOT Tokyo Attractions Appeared in Films [Hyesoo In JAPAN] - Duration: 4:37.

As kitchen samurai, we must present a great banquet

we can bring back the serenity the country once had

Watching films is a good way to learn the culture of a country

If you are a fan of Japanese films

go on a journey and revisit some memorable places appearing in the films

there are just so many mustn't-miss-places in Tokyo

Hyesoo compiled a list of top Tokyo attractions that have appeared in films

Remember the adrenaline-pumped racing scene

through the heart of Tokyo in 「The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift」

Remember Scarlett Johansson moving through a busy Tokyo crowd

in Sofia Coppola's 「Lost in Translation」

What do the two films have in common?

They both had a scene filmed at the famous Shibuya Crossing

a popular destination for young people

Shibuya Crossing has become one of Tokyo's landmarks

sometimes as many as 3,000 people crossing simultaneously

With huge crowds coming and going in all directions

scenes shot here are indeed very memorable

I too tried Shibuya Crossing once

and it felt like I was in a movie

As you drive out of Tokyo

you'll see a very big park known as Koganei Park

In the park is the Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum

Here you'll find restored buildings that were either destroyed in wars or by natural disasters

A walk in the park feels like being teleported back to Edo-era Japan

But, the top reason Hyesoo wants to visit this place is to see the 「Kodakara-yu」

This is where the grandmaster of Japanese anime

Hayao Miyazaki got his inspiration for the bathhouse scenes in 「Spirited Away」

It is said that Hayao Miyazaki especially came here to sketch the scenes he'd later use for his film

I feel like I'm in an anime myself

In Japanese films, scenes where young people pay visits to shrines

or attend celebrations wearing traditional yukata are a must-have

Kimonos are almost impossible to put on by yourself

nevertheless, everybody in Japan puts on their kimonos to celebrate holidays

Shops that rent kimonos are easy to find in Tokyo

Hyesoo toured Asakusa on a rickshaw while dressed in a kimono

It's my first time to ride in a rickshaw

You can even see Tokyo Skytree in Asakusa

I feel so happy!

At dusk, isn't there something poetic about Asakusa?

It's not easy to walk when you're wrapped so tight and wearing wooden slippers

But tourists would never miss such an exotic experience in Tokyo, right?
