Auto news on Youtube Dec 27 2017

Hello good morning. Today we're gonna do something a little bit different. Roxanne

is off and away and so I thought I would invite in somebody that might provide

some information that would be very helpful. I'd like to introduce you to Dr.

Everett Byers. He's a Functional Medicine physician

with about 25 years of experience in preventing, stopping, the reversing of

chronic degenerative diseases with an emphasis on slowing the aging process.

He's also a American and an International Board Certified clinical

nutritionist. He's a chiropractor, he's a diplomate to the American Board of

Anti-aging Health Practitioners. He's a microbiologist. So, got a lot of

background in this anti-aging field. So Everett nice to have you here. Thanks for

coming in. My pleasure. Filling in for Roxanne. I hope I can meet those

requirements. So this whole aspect of anti-aging and the aspect of people's

health is something that really clearly is in the news and with so many people

now beginning to be older, health is really beginning to be a big deal. So you

and I've talked a number of times and in those conversations it really becomes

apparent, your knowledge level, and the importance of one thing in particular

the colon, the digestive system, the way the body processes food. Much of the food

that we eat is really killing us in the process. But I thought it'd be useful to

begin to talk about the process of detoxifying the body and that colon in

particular and the importance of having that colon relatively clean. Yes you're

very good. Quite true. We have to, we're so exposed to, so many toxins on a

daily basis, just in the environment there's so many new ones being used on a

yearly basis that've not really been tested just about. So with the the

toxemia that we're exposed to it affects the functioning of our organs, cells,

tissues, affects our energy and it's important particularly in the aspect of

preventing the aging process and stopping and reversing the degenerative

types of diseases that older people develop over a period of time, to do a

metabolic detox. And this is actually kind of a, this is actually a bio

transformation of our metabolism. And with this we can de-densify our body by

getting rid of the things that are interfering with the functioning of the

molecules, the organs, cells, the, the tissues so that we can have proper

energy production but also heal that heal the the tissues. Chronic diseases Jim

takes probably about 80% of the healthcare dollar today and we have one

of the best healthcare systems in the world for life-saving intervention. If

you're ever an accident you want to be in the U.S. They'll put you together

quite nicely and save your life. But as far as different types of diseases Jim

we're ranked probably about thirty-third in the world and that is just not

appropriate with our standard of living per se in this area. But there's a reason

for that and the reason for that is the the exposure to the poisons, toxins and

their lifestyles that have somewhat degenerated in what we call the 3D

dimensions and we want to be able to transform our body along with our

transformation of our consciousness to catch up with our switch from the 3D,

4D, 5D realm. Yeah so this audience that we're talking to here very oriented

towards a higher consciousness and awareness. One of the things that is

really fascinating is the quality of information and the quality of health

care opportunity that really is available to all of us. And I know a lot

of the work you've done and some of the work that others have done. We'll talk

about the doctors at UCLA and other places in the next week or two also. But

the reversing of this aging process, the reversing of a cellular degeneration, the

things we'll talk about, I'd like to talk about is a, is the mitochondria in the

brain and how that's the energy production center of everything and how

we just get it so congested with bad foods, bad sugars, other things. Well we'll

do this a little bit but, but the food structures that we have are really

clogging up that internal nature of the body, the intestinal system, the

stomach, the digestive. So I know you are real big on detoxifying the body,

metabolic detox. Let's talk about what a person can do to begin to change their

health structure. Well certainly metabolic detox would be the first step

because with this, Jim, they can pull out these poisons and toxins out of their

cells and tissues and we're looking at the-- everything's connected in our system

and in our body and particularly with detoxifying we pull out the poisons, the

toxins, so that the cells can function in a more optimal level so that we have

more energy, certainly within the mitochondria. And the big thing the

detoxification is certainly the GI tract and the liver. The liver does four to 500

different biochemical reactions daily and it's all dependent upon vitamins, minerals

and nutrients to perform these at a optimal level. And if we don't have

things function at an optimal level and our cells and tissues the detoxification

will not be appropriate to us that needs some help. So a detoxification program is

going to help to support that liver through phase 1, phase 2 detoxification,

and it's also very important to heal the lining of that intestinal tract. Because

this is where we have the microbiome and as we're seeing, particularly in all

aspects of the world at this point in time, everything is connected. And

certainly it is in our body, too. And we've looked at the intestinal tract

as in the microorganisms as being something separate from us but actually

we're very dependent upon them and couldn't function at a healthful level and

certainly not at an optimal level. So the detoxification, we want to heal the

lining intestinal tract, support the liver through phase 1, phase 2

detoxification and we want to pull the poisons and toxins out of our cells and

tissues that would, that we've been exposed to you over a period of years

and this is what starts to precipitate and cause the degenerative types of

changes that we have. And by doing this we can help slow down the aging process

we can help reset our genes to a younger functioning level, helps the tissues to

heal and repair, increases our energy production within our cells and tissues.

So it's quite vitalizing and energizing to our cells and tissues and it's very

important from the the whole aspect of preventing the degenerative changes that

everybody seems to be coming down with particularly as they age. Sure, so let's

talk about how do you do that? What is what's involved in a metabolic detox? Yes

we certainly in, professionals will recommend certain products that will

help to support that liver through phase 1 and phase 2. And basically it's going

to be a detox product that's usually it's going to be in a powder form, it's

going to have different amino acids in it, different nutrients to help supply

what the liver is lacking because the liver does so many different biochemical

reactions. Four to five hundred on a daily basis and they're all depend upon

vitamins minerals and nutrients so we want to support that. And what I'll see

I'll do blood tests on the patients Jim, and will see patients coming in where

their liver is sluggish and what we'll see with that, we'll see the liver enzymes

being slightly elevated above optimal but it's not a liver disease.

Their liver is just sluggish and they need to have some support to carry out this

process. So with the, with this there'll be a product that's going to help them

support that liver through the phase 1, phase 2 detoxification. The other

important thing is very important, Jim. We want to heal the lining

of that intestinal tract and nourish and support the natural or microorganisms

that live there which will provide a very protective covering over the

intestinal tract. And they do lots of other things. They produce some vitamins,

they also help with digestion and they also, having the right organisms there is

very important because they themselves send signals to our other organs, cells

and tissues. Having the wrong ones there, such as let's say yeast, etc, can excrete

exotoxins that can quite adversely affect the functioning of

their brain cells. It has been shown to actually affect things everything from

depression to other types of neurological problems. So we want to do

that in the products we're gonna use is gonna be a metabolic detox

product then we want to use some good probiotics to support that intestinal

tract and also to help to heal the lining of that intestinal tract. So let's

talk about this because this is important. We're really not talking about

going to Walmart or Costco to buy your vitamins and your products and, and we've

had numbers of conversations about the you know Walmart just basically gets

what's left at the bottom of the pile and then basically distributes it as

vitamin, you know B, vitamin C, but I mean you know the different vitamins. So let's

talk about the quality of this detox product because you really, two things

you've said, so really cleaning out the body then actually set you up to begin

to look and see what you need to do and that's where we talk about blood testing

is a very important thing. But let's talk a little bit about the quality of the

product that you go out and buy wherever you get it it's not Walmart. Certainly

with this we want something that's going to be standardized, it's going to be pure

and going to be therapeutically effective. And the detox products we're

talking about are going to be professional-grade in quality. And that's

going to be quite important to have results because it is all about having

results. For instance if I had let's say raw vitamin C, I'm going to go to the

company that's going to pay me the most for it. They're gonna take it, they're

gonna test in their own labs. If it doesn't meet their standards they'll

reject it so I'll just keep going down the road till I find a place that buys

it which is going to be the discount places that we get in our over-the-

counter discount stores, et cetera. Yeah so they did, they get all the

rejected forms of the vitamin C's or whatever, yeah. So it's all about

having results and certainly with the metabolic detox products that's exactly

what we want. There's going to be a professional grade quality,

really effective because we need to pull the poisons and toxins out. Need to heal

that lining the intestinal tract and make the changes that is vitally

important for bringing the body into a more vibrant, anti-aging setting. What

makes it so important to me is its is so many of us are aging in the process and

this is not something where literally I say it again go to Walmart and you get

your vitamin and now you're going to be healthy. It doesn't really work that way

and at this point it really takes a little bit of time just to pay attention

to what is possible, get a good quality product if you're going to do this at

all. If you're out on this "I want to change" it's not because "I want to change"

you'll change, it's because you do something about it. And get good quality

products, good standardized products, follow the directions. I know a detox

isn't a long drawn-out process. It's, you can do it six, ten, twelve days to really, kind of,

it's all it takes to really get the body starting to restructure. Absolutely it helps to

reset the genes, the under functioning level, it helps the the body to be more

energized because you're actually cleaning a debris out of

these cells and tissues and even off the nerve endings. What people, what my patients

will notice is a lot of times their senses as far as smell and hearing and

things become more acute because they're not loading them up with their, their

system up with all kinds of junk and debris. And as we pull these things out

it's what I call internal spring housecleaning. As we pull these things

out those nerves become more sensitive and more acute to processing. Metabolic

detox is quite invigorating, it slows down the aging process, it helps to

prevent, stop, and even reverse chronic degenerative changes. It's just a

internal spring housecleaning that is quite beneficial, everybody should doing

it on a yearly basis if you want to bypass the chronic types of

diseases. Yeah I know you've been very successful with a lot of your clients in

this field over the 25 years you've been doing this and on your website there is

information about how to go about this. So we're going to post the website of

Everett at the conclusion of this. So this is really the first step, is really

kind of biting the bullet and making a decision. You know, I'm going to clean the

body out so then I can basically really begin to take a look at what's going on.

There's another topic I want to talk about, and we'll do it next week because

Roxanne's gone for these two weeks, is: how do you, what do, what do you put

in the body? What's the fuel for the body and I mean the body needs proteins and

vitamins and those type of things but the carbohydrate levels. But we really

put crummy fuel into the body you know like the amount of carbohydrates, of

sugars, the sodas, all these things we eat. The relationship of sugar and soda to

cancer is now beginning to be you know really posted very clearly, directly, you

drink soda, you eat crappy food, you're going to be liable to get at a higher

level these levels of cancers. Cancer is simply the body saying to you, "I

can't function in this way." It begins to be anaerobic in a lot of ways. So

maybe next week let's talk about foods that you might eat and I think people

will be surprised at some of the suggestions because it's a little bit

different than how the food structures and the food industry would recommend

what is the best thing for humans. So can we do that again next week? It'd be

awesome Jim. Good. Thank you. So last thing, so anything any suggestion

for people where they would start? I mean besides maybe go on your website

but getting a good understanding of these detox products. Sure this is a, this

is certainly different than maybe a juice fasting detox that maybe people

have done in the past. Things are far more progress are far more advanced with

these types of products. And I recommend most patients starting with a easy six day

metabolic detox. There's some things to eat, some things not to eat. There's about

four products to take and with this they can start to change the information

signals they're sending their genes. Jim, this is a whole other topic but

the food that we eat is more than just food, it's information. And it's

information to our genes and if we kind of keep sending the same signals and

information to your genes that we've always been sending them we're just

going to keep getting what we've always been getting. Yeah. In other words, in

order to make a change we've got to send different information into those genes.

Well what information do we need to send them? That's what we want to do with a

metabolic detox. This will help you shift from one road to another one. This will

help you shift from that the road of degenerative chronic disease changes now

shift over into optimal health and optimal functioning of the organs, cells, tissues,

mitochondria and the molecules of the body. In people's-- I'm just so impressed

because Jim, people, patients will come in. They'll have one problem, let's say they

have a skin rash. And well, we'll start them on a metabolic detox. They've been

dealing with this for seven years, they've been to five, six, eight different

types of dermatologists, still keeps coming back, it never goes away. And they

get on the metabolic detox, it starts cleaning the house internally, gets that debris out of

their system, lets the cells, tissues work at a more functional, optimal level.

That starts clearing up but not only does that clear up, their blood pressure

starts coming down, they have more energy and vitality than what they had, and they

can function that at a higher optimal level, the pain in their joints

and stiffness starts to clear up and they go, what happened I haven't felt

this good since I was 25 years old. That's the metabolic detox we're

talking about. It's not just a juice fast that a lot of people have had, it has it

in the past it has some value and merit. But we're talking about something that's

going to get results, get you off that road, get you on a completely different

road. This is how we'll jump-start type 2 diabetics from the road of diabetes to a

different road. We send different signals into those cells and tissues which is the

information that's in the food that we eat and the products that we use. We need

to send the right information to get different results otherwise it's the

same little thing like everybody else has always had. In the 3D realm with our

standard healthcare system instead of having more healthcare we need more

health. That's what this brings about is more health and it's just, it's just

amazing it's just so exciting to see the changes that people have and that they

can improve their life. Well you set it up real good in terms of where we could

go and what's possible so let's do this let's come to a stopping point.

Ok. Let's next week let's take a look at what are some of those foods, what are

some of the things that you can do once that detox is really kind of kicked in

and the body starting to get a little bit healthier. What else can you do to

start to really nourish the body and energize the body so people can begin to

live the life they came here to live. Exactly right, Jim. All right well we'll

do that again next week. Thank you for being here today

and we'll come back next week and we'll do it one more time. And then I think

Roxanne will be coming back and one of the things, we thought we'd do three

sessions here with Everett because we want to talk about female hormones and

hormones in general. Sure. Male hormones also but menopause and some of the

things because there's so much that can be done with so little attention that

most we'll never even look at. So with that, go

away, have a nice day, we'll be back next week. Thank you.

[ENG] 현아 (HYUNA) - 자화상 (Self-Portrait) M/V - Duration: 3:12.

You compare the reflection in the mirror

With that name, beautiful beautiful

But the truth is hiding inside

No one can see it Painful, painful

Look carefully, oh no

Don't be jealous of anyone, no oh

Honestly, I'm... Oh yeah

Right in front of your eyes

I'm your forever dreamed of "you"

Tomorrow's version of you

Or in the past long ago

The image of you, you loved

Don't lose it any more, I'm inside of you

I'll be in the world with you

If you grab my hand

Anytime, back to you

Even though you're wishing for spotless perfection

The more you want it, the farther you get

Farther from it

It's time to stop the endless greed

Oh don't forget what's important Don't forget

Look carefully, oh no

Don't be jealous of anyone, no oh

Truthfully, I'm... Oh yeah

Right in front of your eyes

I'm your forever dreamed of "you"

Tomorrow's version of you

Or in the past long ago

Your beloved version of you

Don't lose it anymore, I'm inside of you

I'll be in the world with you

If you grab my hand

Anytime, back to you

In the unnecessary standards and prejudices

Recluctantly living under intimidation

Wearing fakeness, pretending that it's real The more awkward those actions become

Come on, love me more Come on, care for me more

Make laugh without being fake Draw the future you've forever dreamed about

Find real happiness In a world of lies, find the truth

Find real happiness In a world of lies, find the truth

Find real happiness In a world of lies, find the truth

Go towards the faint light

Go towards the faint light

I'm your forever dreamed of "you"

Tomorrow's version of you

Or in the past long ago

The version of you, you loved

Don't lose it anymore, I'm inside of you

I'll be in the world with you

If you hold onto my hand

Anytime, back to you

Emmerdale spoilers: Danny Miller praised in Aaron Livesy's emotional self-harm storyline - Duration: 4:32.

Emmerdale spoilers: Danny Miller praised in Aaron Livesy's emotional self-harm storyline

While a RobRon reunion looked set to be on the cards during the Emmerdale Christmas special, it seems Aaron Livesey (Danny Miller) has well and truly moved on from his ex-lover Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) as he cosies up to new beau Doctor Alex Mason (Steven Flynn).

But while the two get cosy after meeting for drinks, it seems one thing is holding Aaron back from taking things one step further – his scars from his self-harm past.

Confiding in his grandmother Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter), Aaron said: I dont want them to stop me from living my life. I dont know if I can move on from this.

"I love the scene between Faith and Aaron, it was beautiful." Twitter user I wish I could. But Faith, who understood Aarons position after having a mastectomy, told her grandson: I know where you come from.

Ive been there, Ive stood there naked in front of a bloke and wondered if his stomach was turning. But if I could do it, you can too..

Faiths pep-talk steeled Aaron into telling his new boyfriend about his past, with a tearful Aaron admitting to Alex: I did things, I cut myself. You might not fancy me when youve seen the real me.

I was so confused and angry and I hated the world. But Aaron comforted Alex, with the pair kissing at the end of the emotional episode.

Fans took to Twitter to share their views on the heartbreaking scenes, with many fans on Twitter praising Danny Millers efforts in the episode.

Well Emmerdale was a bit emosh tonight with Aaron and Alex storyline, Danny Miller, wrote one viewer. I love the scene between Faith and Aaron, it was beautiful, said a second.

While a third added: Im so happy that Aaron has reached a point where he feels like he can talk about his self harm, and I loved the scene with Faith where she supported him.

Really great for people to see that, especially coming from a male character that people love so much..

But while things are looking up for Aaron and Doctor Alex, Emmerdale fans can rest assured theres a RobRon reunion soon.

Ryan Hawley, who plays Robert, has teased the two will get back together soon, telling Metro: There's a lot going on in 2018. We finished filming stuff two weeks ago that isn't particularly Robert and Aaron related.

There's a way for Robert and Aaron to go before any kind of reconciliation.

It's going to be quite nice for me and Danny to have these scenes to play out – there's a lot for them to sort out. Emmerdale continues tomorrow night at 7pm on ITV.

If you have been affected by Aaron Livesys storyline, contact the Samaritans on 116 123.
