today I just want to talk about how I try and make learning more fun and also

how I try and make my own goals more fun the most popular Halloween costume for

this past year for women to be was our little girls today was a cat

it was Wonder Woman so everyone wanted to be Wonder Woman

you know everyone everyone loves Wonder Woman well if a kid wants to be a

superhero let them be a superhero give them

superpowers so I had the kids within like the first week of school they got

to create their own superhero so they did a little drawing like what kind of

superpowers you have like oh you can shoot lasers out his eyes all right I

was like but what if your superhero could get rid of homework and they'd be

like oh like yeah like I don't want to do homework yeah of course you don't

want to do homework but you know what how did your superheroes gonna use this

power like we have to build up his strength so he can use his power

Wow well if you have if you're using materials correctly like today if you

are keeping your hands to yourself if you are showing up to class on time if

you're doing these certain things your superhero will gain strength and then

like let's just say you earn your your superhero gained 50 points today you

know next week you know you can use a superpower or get rid of homework on

Friday you don't have to do that what I like to do is like to think of something

that we need them to do something that they want to do and how if we meet in

the middle for like a learner trying to learn the letters and they enjoy

coloring so you just combine the two they have to color a specific letter and

then as they're calling it a go what letter is that

H all right Co keep on keep on and just go back and forth and you kind of like

cements that love it yeah yeah awesome do you do you kind of purposely

interrupt it make a response and then have them finish I'll just just copy

typically don't stop or if they can respond and keep going at the same time

so if they're calling to like oh my god like oh this is a chore sometimes

they'll stop and just respond I think go right back to it yeah so when you do set

your own goal as an accomplishment or you set goals for someone else like a

learner when they accomplish them you have to quickly figure out what's the

next step so that means the learner I had in the school in Mullica Township

before I had to create a system where he would always get a post reinforcement

pause when he would earn the reinforcer which was walking around the school and

then right when he got back to the classroom after he earned and you were

like all proud he'd flop and not cross the threshold and not come back into the

classroom because he got what he wanted to watch he'd go back to the classroom

so what I had to do was create a second reinforcer so that he had a reason to

come back in the classroom so he would earn and but what I told him is that as

soon as he crosses the threshold after he already earned his walk and comes

back instead of flopping if he crosses the threshold comes back in the

classroom he could pick out of a hat and there was like a 4 out of 5 chance like

4 cards in there and 4 out of 5 said take another walk so he was able to earn

another walk four out of five times that meant about 80% of the time he was

earning a walk so then it got rid of the push reinforcement pause so he was

already in the classroom so if he picked the one card that said no walk he was

already in there he just started working getting ready to earn his next one then

we faded it so he had to cross the threshold and three out of five cards

said take a walk too said no no walk and then we faded that to two out of five

and then soon he no longer had a post reinforcement pause it could be one out

of every five cards that he got a second walk back to back so to avoid a post

reinforcement pause or that letdown after involves accomplished and a

reinforcer has been obtained you have to think of a variable schedule something

right after

3 Ways Your Higher-Self Communicates With You (and You Don't Know it) - Duration: 10:55.

This video will show you three ways that your higher self is already communicating with

you.

I'm going to share with you practical ways that you can tune in to this awareness so

that you can become who you prefer to be and live with that guidance.

Welcome back to the video.

My name is Erin and I hope will expand their consciousness.

Now this video I'm going to be explaining more about understanding the connection between

our ego self and our higher self.

Hello.

First off I know that our higher self is just a word that we can use.

We could think of this as our inner self our inner awareness.

We

could sometimes call this like spirit guides.

But in general are higher self is what has a higher perspective of our life experience.

Think of it like our higher self is on a mountaintop and our ego self is in a valley are higher

self can give us guidance as to where to go to get up the mountain and if we follow that

guidance we are aligning with that and we are actually getting where we want fundamentally

quicker and in the best way possible.

So the idea is that that higher self on top of the mountain is always communicating with

our ego self.

The idea is just we must learn to listen to it.

We must learn the language in which that higher self speaks to us in order for us to then

gain that communication and to follow that guidance.

Now the first part of this is understanding that our higher self many times will speak

to us in the form of emotion.

Now this could be some type of gut instinct to get maybe you're somewhere and you kind

of feel like I don't know if I should be doing this or maybe I have been in like inspiration

to go do this over here.

That feeling is most likely your higher self telling you to go into this direction or to

not go in this direction.

So when you learn to trust your gut when you learn to trust that level of yourself you'll

find that then things happen much easier and you start to trust it more so the more you

do it the easier it gets.

Now let's also understand the correlation between excitement and the communication of

our higher self.

Now this is something I've talked about before.

It is so powerful in understanding a formula that you can use in your daily life but just

understand that the feeling the thoughts that you have if they feel good to you most likely

those are in alignment with who you really are now who you really are.

When I say that I mean your higher self and your ego self connected when you align with

it you feel positive emotion.

Now the way that the higher self speaks to you the easiest is through the feeling of

excitement.

If you simply follow your excitement and you do what you feel like doing and you follow

that and you trust that that will always lead you to a cascade of more and more exciting

things.

It's almost like as you choose one exciting thing the next most exciting thing will kind

of lay in the slot after that.

So if you trust that that feeling is what's telling you that this is my life purpose.

Now sometimes when we think of this and the idea of life purpose like what am I meant

to do in life.

Understand that we don't always have to be thinking about some overarching purpose in

doing that 24 hours a day although we can find something of what that is and we can

decide to do that as well.

But what this means is that if we simply follow that feeling it is almost like a carrot on

a stick that is showing us the way.

And as we follow that that is actually the path of least resistance and because that

increases our state of being that's gonna allow things to happen in a much more powerful

way.

So pay attention to what you're excited to do when I say excited.

I don't necessarily mean that you feel like just like so blissed out.

It's like going to an amusement park on a roller coaster.

The most exciting thing could simply be you know going on a walk.

It can be taken a bath that could be read a book.

It could be calling a friend it could be going to lunch could be all the different things.

Just be aware of what that is and choose to do those things and know that as you follow

your intuition as you tap into your inner bean you're also connect to your higher self.

At the same time that's the easiest way you can find that your connection with your higher

self.

Because as you follow your excitement you're also becoming more of yourself.

Now the second way you can connect with your higher self is something I like to do.

I do it every night before I go to bed.

I set an intention in my dreams for me to remember my dreams in the morning when I wake

up and to have certain messages relayed to me in my dream state.

Now understand that in our dream state our subconscious mind is very active and in a

way we can kind of play in our subconscious mind and we can get messages to us from our

higher self.

Now this is something you can do simply by setting the intention and wanting to remember

in the morning.

Now here's another tool something you can use that iPhone very powerful is when you

wake up in the morning write down and remember your dreams by writing them down.

What this does is this pattern's your brain that says that when I wake up in the morning

I will remember my dreams.

Now this is also a whole another video.

But the idea is that our dreams are just symbols.

Our dreams are using the idea of what we already know referents experiences in ways that we

can relate to our current reality and our higher self as giving us those messages in

the form of those symbols.

So then what we do is we can write those down and see what symbolically we were trying to

get the message of.

And then we can use that in our daily life so many times our higher self we use dreams

through our subconscious mind to show us whatever messages we want.

We may also be in meditation and get certain pictures in our mind or certain ideas.

That's a sure sign that our higher self is communicating with us.

Now the other part of dreams I want to talk about is the powerful part of right before

you go to bed at night right before you go to bed at night.

The feelings you feel as you fall asleep are going to influence how you see yourself and

your self-image.

That's why I've created a free and P3 guided meditation that you can listen to before you

go to bed that will help you change your self-image.

It'll help you be able to set that intention so that you remember your dreams in the morning.

It's something that's very powerful for just becoming the best version of yourself so that's

But understand that our subconscious mind has a very powerful part in it.

Now.

The third way that our higher self will communicate us with us is through synchronicity.

Now if you find that you're taking action in a certain direction and you're doing certain

things in your life but things just keep coming up and you find that there's certain synchronicities

that happen that are showing you that this is the way you're meant to go.

Or just as just the way things are happening you can if you are going to show you one of

two things.

The first thing it may show you is that either your definitions are out of line so meaning

that you may think that this process has to be really hard and therefore the process is

a self-fulfilling prophecy and therefore this is becoming hard and because of that.

It's like maybe you're trying to get a job and you feel like you just can't get a job.

Then you realize you have definition says that you're not worthy or that it's hard to

get a job in these times or something like that.

That's one way and that could still be your higher self.

Showing you that your definitions are out of alignment with what you want to experience.

Now the other side of that is if you keep doing something you keep putting your energy

in a certain direction and you have an expectation as to how you think it should happen.

It may just simply be that your higher self showing you and asking you to let go of the

outcome that it can show you a better and more efficient way to go about the whatever

you're trying to manifest in your life or whatever you're trying to do.

So be very open and aware to synchronicity if things keep coming up and things keep getting

quote unquote blocked.

Become aware of where that block is coming from whether that is coming from a definition

that you have from some way you're defining the situation or whether that could be your

inner intuition telling you and saying hey go in this direction instead.

Stop trying to go against the grain or like go up the river against the current start

just relaxing more into the process.

Let go of the outcome.

Understand it can be much easier than you priorly thought that it had to be and as you

start to trust the process.

That's when amazing things begin to happen.

So understand that your higher self is always communicating with you.

You know this is also a funny idea because sometimes we'll talk about the idea of enlightenment

and although I am not enlightened I have looked into it and it seems to me that you know something

a lot of enlightened people have said is that we are already enlightened.

It's more about and learning the conditioning of who we think that we are.

Enlightenment is more of a realization that something we attain outside of ourselves.

Now in the same way I believe that our higher self is constantly a Part of us is consciously

communicating with us but we at a certain point in our life split away from that higher

self because of our personification of the more so because of our personality construct

that we've developed many times we develop a personality based on some type of decision

we made in our life when where we said this is who I have to be.

I have to protect myself from this person or I have to do this or I have to be this

way because this is how my peers.

I want my peers to see me.

When we created that ego many times it splits away from our higher self and then we learn

to identify with it more and more.

But instead if we learn to merge back with it that's where everything begins to change.

So realize you can make it so much easier for yourself.

You are already being communicated with your higher self it's about tuning into that.

Remember you can tune in to that feeling understanding the feeling of excitement starting to trust

that process more and more.

Secondly just know that your games are constantly giving you some type of feedback that when

you set that intention before you go to bed at night you're more likely to remember your

dreams in the morning.

You can symbolically understand what your subconscious mind is telling you.

And then thirdly synchronicity will continue to happen in your life and as you become aware

of what that is telling you you can then decide how you want to navigate through your life

experience.

So

Dear Future Self: Get Out of Your Comfort Zone - Duration: 5:04.

Hello, everyone. Viking Tantan here. So today this video is going to be for my future self, so here we go.

All right. Hello, Future Self.

One thing you've been struggling with for a while now is trying to get yourself out of your comfort zone.

Um, especially when it comes to food.

Along with other things; like small adventures and whatnot. And you used to give the excuse for this was: Oh!

I'm getting out of debt. I can't spend the extra money.

Well guess what? You're now out of debt, and you have food for a few months now

and you're still stopping yourself from trying things. And,

well, it's gotta stop.

One of the reasons why life isn't boring is because

you get out of your comfort zone. Now some of the things that you want to do

lately is try new foods. Now, I know you're hesitant to do this because

you don't want to waste money. But the thing is, is how you're gonna know if you like a new restaurant if you've never try their food.

And

another thing you want to do is you want to go on some mini adventures

around town, but you just...

You're just lazy. You won't get yourself out of the house. And you're starting to think: hmm

I have a really boring life here. No. No you don't. You don't have a boring life. You live in a different country.

It's

totally up to you on whether or not you make your life boring. And you're in freakin Korea,

Future Self.

You're in Korea.

Okay, every day is an adventure here. No matter how the boring is seems. Like you still have

communication problems.

You still end up picking the wrong snack at the grocery store. You still

go to order your food, and you think you got this down 100% and you get the wrong food. So...

every day is an adventure.

And if you start to feel like your life is boring, which you know is trouble for you, You need to spice it up. So

this video I'm going to try to keep it short, Future Self.

Today, you are going to try a new food from Pizza Etang.

So I'm going to stop this video for a second, and we're going to show you what that is.

Okay, Future Self, so today

you're trying a side dish from Pizza Etang. Usually you only get their pizzas; the cheese pizza and

the supreme pizza. You don't really venture out too much. But this is, um,

their cheese

baked thingS. o

of course they wrap it up in a nice little bow.

It's mostly to help you carry, carry it, but you don't need it when the box is this small.

So, let's open it up.

You got your chop sticks, but you decided you wanted to eat it with a fork. So

you've tried one other bake of theirs last year and you didn't like it at all.

It was a shrimp cheese rice thing that tasted really horrid.

So hopefully this goes a lot better.

Ooo. Look at all the cheese! All right, let's take a bite.

Wow, that's a lot cheese. That's good though. I like cheesy things.

Oh my god. So yummy.

So yummy! Oh my gosh. I love lasagna.

Like cheesy pasta thingies.

But

the problem sometimes here in Korea is that

the sauce is sweet or the cheese is sweet. Like sometimes

it's just like really sweet, and it's not like really rich tomato pasty. But

this is legit good. Yeah, love it.

I'm trying to get some, haha. But yeah.

This is really delicious.

I'm glad I tried it.

Definitely would buy it again.

For sure.

It's a nice little meal.

transforming ourself from the miseries from pains from confusions from fears to

very interesting the question came to me and in fact that is a question

Arjuna asked to Lord Krishna and this is taken from this book my question and

gods answers

Arjuna asked the question that how to become God's beloved through love and

devotion and chapter 12 a buffer gita is this the union with God self-realization

or union with self through love and compassion so Gita is a journey from

sorrow to supreme bliss through love and devotion and that's what we are going to

talk about it we are going to practice about it so we all want to be loved by

God we want to become his bail out tell me if you don't do not agree with me

because you want to be loved by God we want to be everyone loved you I hear

that question all the time how could I become

goke more closer to God how can I become his beloved how could I feel more

presence of God in chapter 12 but the yoga answers that so what is

bhakti means what is Yoga means here so bhakti this is a Sanskrit word which is

the status of heart feeling mind when one feels totally closed and enriched

with God that is called bhakti and we all have a love and devotion toward God

angels and of course family members etc but here when it comes to devotion

devotion is more current is affiliated with God or divinity

and the person who practices Dudley is God doctor but true love let's look at

just a love l.o.v.e the spelling of love L means the action liberation from the

past miseries light from darkness from ignorance so L the action that removes

our darkness all it stands for obstacle remover so love removes the obstacles

and V means victory over our five plus two enemies which are desire anger greed

ego attachment resentment and hatred and also serve virtuous divine qualities so

again divine qualities lead to divine love and then e stands for equanimity

from ego to equanimity which gives us a serenity of mind so basically the true

love that divine love gives us the liberation from all the obstacles from

our life helps us to develop the divine qualities virtuous and brings us to the

equanimity level so but I also be here it we're talking about the devotion love

but nowadays we hear a lot about this puppy love I love you I hear and then

that love which has a lot of expectations behind it which is called

the egoistic love or the selfish love in any scriptures it

is known as a para Berkeley and para bhakti or the selfless love which has no

expectations which is true love like we love God but even when we love God we

have expectations I know when I was growing up when I have exams I always

pray to God God helped me to get good grades

whenever somebody was sick I would say God please heal this person so every

time to me thinking about God was asking something but then I felt okay that's

fine I'm asking to God for something good even if I needed a money I would

ask God please help me I have this loan to pay I need money for this so I felt

like asking God is better than stealing or begging to someone or asking to

someone else I'm asking God for that so

true love true bhakti is the selfless palliative and we have no expectations

at the same time

we know bhakti know what is Yoga Yoga means Union self-transformation self

purification when we do that then we remove all the obstacles and we are

totally clean purified and then we can unite our self we merge with God and

when we merge with God the earth phone our system is flowing with love then

that is yoga in other words we don't have any anger hatred anything then we

feel so serene so calm our mind is so calm that is yoga so bhakti Yoga union

with God through love and devotion so how can we practice that now we know

bhakti yoga so how can we practice it

and Lord Krishna explains so value that very simple how to practice it it says

love on sub the Sai Baba says all the time love all serve all help ever heart

never and actually but the yoga is the most easiest practice and that is so

enjoyable path it is built on emotions and it built this strong bond straight

bond from heart to heart with God in fact Sami hara hachi Maharaja

whose picture you can see it right here he's my guru who asked me to read the

proper Gita he always says chapter 12 but the yoga is the heart of entire

prophet Gita and it is the part which gives us such a serenity to mind but we

have to have a faith you know like Mira everyone knows who is

Mira she is the symbol of Krishna money she was totally living in Krishna

consciousness her every breath was Krishna in fact there is a beautiful

story that as one time she was given a poisoned by his eldest brother in law

who was a king of that Rana Rana King Rana who was a king who sent her a

poison to drink because he really wanted her to kill her because she was so

engrossed with bhakti and dancing on the name of Lord Krishna and they had no

shame of that and he felt that this was against the norms of his kingdom so he

wanted to kill her so he sent up the poison and when she

drank that poison with the name of Lord Krishna she didn't die because that

poison became the umbrella for her

lifesaver for her so this is the path on this path one develops fearlessness as

Lord Krishna he actually gives the hand marks after to devotee or that doctah he

loves the most the doctor who is most beloved to him

and he says I pay the bhakta who is fearless advaita serve a putana means

who does not have a envy to anybody who is friend who is loved has a love and

compassion in their heart they do not operate from the ego from - from far

sprites but they are very humble they are totally working far from non

attachment they do for the best of the society there

not concerned about their own physical or mental emotions or sorrows because

society helping others is their main goal and Shammi forgiveness they forgive

everyone they are so content they are so

steadfast and their own Lord Krishna says mad-bhakto sanabria dad but I so

Priya - Priya to me and then he also says Annie Pecha Sudhir - a Buddhist he

knows dr. Matta servo Rambo Peretti Agee yo man but kissimmee Priya means who

does not have any expectations who is neutral to sook and book happiness and

sorrows and who is equal to his enemies and his friends and also who is not

disturbed by criticism we spoke in the previous session how to overcome or take

the criticism or how to develop the equanimity and the answer was we could

develop this Timothy serene mind by treating everyone equally and not

thinking too much about the past or the future just live in the present moment

in the love of God so these are Lord Krishna says these are the hallmarks of

the devotees but he also says that even though these are the hallmarks of the

devotee but he has one beautiful verse which is my most favorite and I'm going

to read it to you and it says

yato Dharma hundred-meter you taught them Peru pasta miss if you practice any

one of these virtues any one of these hallmarks then you are most dear to me

it's not that you have to practice all 39 which he mentioned even you practice

only one I will help you with others so this is how you become his beloved

practice practice practice all his hull marks divine qualities a

percept is some Vista and go beyond this fight enemies anger greed attachment ego

develop humbleness resentment hatred just purify our heart he said that's all

I did I need your purified heart and then love

flows because love is the universal language this is the love of other

religions we all practice many different ways to please God or experience God and

that's what impacted Gita it says Karma Yoga karma Dharma means convert every

activity through Dharma which means add love and devotion love and compassion

and wisdom into every action as baba says love al-saad so bring that love

into action karma Dharma and then of course the wisdom when we develop the

wisdom who we are there's another path through meditation

going inner within ourself but party mark the love of devotion is the easiest

path there it just requires the purification of heart it just needs a

heart-to-heart bondage with God

and actually there are many different ways to practice because it is said no

but it's a knowledge yz9 forms of party which is by hearing having the satsang

by reading by listening to the Keaton's doing buzzer and kirtan and doing saver

so there are nine forms of bhakti but

ultimately it all boils down to serve his creation with love because as Lord

Krishna says who is most dear to me who practices all this and when we start

practicing those are dressed up with other people we not only develop the

relationship and strong bondage with God but we developed a strong bondage with

others and improve our relationship with others so all these virtuous har marks

when we develop we become very dear to God so love is not just hugging I love

you but love is has many different forms the

highest form of love is respect others do simha whether we are in Temple or

whether we are in his creation because this whole creation is a temple of God

where all the deities each individual is a deity and we worship some artworks

some are homeless we treat all equally we try to give them comfort as much as

possible right now is a Christmas time our most favorite

our homeless projects for homeless support homeless people provide foods

blankets sleeping bags socks whatever their needs are so this is our way of

celebrating the agenting month and our Christmas so if you have any question

prevents me to express my love love also on the supply side Baba's favorite coat

how can I practice love what which areas do I need to improve with anger the

greed the jealousy with hatred with resentment with my ego with my

attachment or contentment which other areas I need to improve because the more

virtuous I develop the more I become God's beloved and I do not see any

questions right now so I think it is time for us to meditate but prior to

meditation the mantra for today is I am loved because God is love and we are all

the form of God so we are love and the love connects us with each other that is

the fine string which brings from our heart to others and with God so the

mantra again I am love so today we are going to do a guided meditation on heart

chakra and on love and devotion

comfortably straight

as long as you are not operating the machinery or driving sit down very

comfortably wherever you are take a deep breath through your nostrils all the way

down to your stomach hold it for few seconds

exhale

inhale hold it

exhale

inhale hold it for a few seconds exhale

and now breathe normally and with every breath smile smile in smile out you

could say it silently or loudly silent

silent and continue to breathe normally

now with every breath say love love in

love out

love in love out love in love out

and feel it with every breath with love and smile

enriching every cell of your lung and through the lungs through the

bloodstream it is going to the heart

and enriching every cell of the heart area the entire cardiovascular system is

enriching the divine love continue to smile and focus on your breath that you

are riding on the stream of pure oxygen

on your breath with love in other words the path is your vehicle and you are

sitting on your Baker in the form of love so you and the breath are one so

every breath is enriched with love and compassion energy which is enriching

the entire chest area and moving down to the stomach area to the thighs

legs knees

lower part of the legs feed those entire lower part of the body is enriched with

love and compassion energy and it is also enriching the upper part of the

body

the neck region the shoulders arms

elbows hands fingers

upper part of the back the middle part the lower part of the back the entire

back

is interest with love and compassion energy and it's moving upward the neck

area to the ears jaws tongue jeez

eyes forehead the entire crown area of the head the entire body is enriched

with love and compassion every cell of the body every DNA every gene every atom

electron proton neutrons empty spaces in the body are enriched with love and

compassion

the all the fear the guilt feeling the insecurity

doubts

the toxins in the system the resentment the hatred all is dissolved and you

pleased

it's self awareness at fearlessness

self-satisfaction

courage

forgiveness

high self-esteem

humbleness

the divine vision

and repeat with me I am loved I am compassionate I am fearless

I have high self esteem

I forgive myself for the mistakes which I might have made knowingly or

unknowingly and I forgive others who might have made mistakes hurting me

betraying me threatening me knowingly or unknowingly I forgive all I forgive

mother nature

which might have caused some calamities in my life I forgive all I am loved I am

peace I am Ananda and now sent this love to

all of your family members

your friends

you are loved once

and ask them for forgiveness but we might have caused them some difficulties

or some pains in their life please forgive me please forgive me please

forgive me

and send this love divine love to the entire community the entire state

wherever you are to the entire United State nearby countries Canada Far East

countries Europe Middle East India Pakistan Sri Lanka Australia sent this

love and compassionate energy to the entire universe and especially to those

who need our help all the patients in the hospitals all the homeless people

may God give them homes may God heal everyone physically emotionally

and send our love to all the living beings and non living beings are the

pets animals rivers mountains trees

this one person's love which we are creating is good he's more than million

people with our love and compassionate energy so continue to meditate whenever

you get a time meditate on love and compassion meditation and enrich your

whole entire system your body mind and share with rest of the world

entire universe may God bless us all and now rub your hands and must side the

head the forehead your face your entire body and also if you have any difficulty

with any part of your body just massage dropped your hands and put your hands on

that region on knees or back or shoulders anywhere because your hands

are filled with divine pure and healing energy so continue to heal yourself

wherever you are and now rub your hands again make cups with your hands put them

on your eyes and open your eyes very gently

so action and practice in daily life

free and before going to bed send your love to someone and this practice should

be done every moment of our life we have to live in that consciousness as Lord

are a part of love so we are embodiment of now as well and during the day we

practice love toward others do some savour do some selfless service have

some good thoughts and these practices not only help us as I said to be close

to the God but when we practice with other people in other words when we are

not having any envy or any anger towards somebody else and we also pay attention

to what other people likes and a free practice that we become their beloved so

it also is strengthens our relationship so the benefit of

practicing love ulcer on bhakti-yoga devotional love and compassion is that

we not only improve the relationship with God or come closer to God or become

his beloved but we build a better relationship with our loved ones and

with our colleagues our friends and also we experience the happiness healthy and

peaceful life life so here is a beautiful poem I want to share with you

what is true love true love has no expectations true love is free from fear

and we from attachment and it is filled with compassion caring sharing

forgiveness goodness has positive attitude respects our contentment

calmness equanimity so - love is trust so trust yourself have it faith in

yourself and have a faith in God so love is life love is truth and love is God so

love is our true nature that's what God is all about so true love never get sick

never dies it only gets stronger with time so true love is divine love

ultimate love ultimate peace and happiness so thank you very much for
