WWE News: Charlotte reacts to her win at Starrcade

Charlotte was part of the recently held Starrcade event. The event took place on the 25th of November in Greensboro, North Carolina. She faced Natalya for her SmackDown Womens Championship inside a steel cage.

In case you didnt know. Starrcade was an event created by the legendary Dusty Rhodes. This event was part of the Jim Crockett promotion during early 80s and has also been a part of NWA, WCW and now, even WWE.

The first ever Starrcade was held in 1983 and was headlined by Ric Flair facing Harley Race inside a steel cage. Charlotte won the SmackDown Womens Championship after defeating Natalya. She then went on to defeat Alexa Bliss at Survivor Series.

The Heart of the Matter. Starrcade is a historic event that has been brought back by the WWE after a span of 17 years.

This event saw two matches take place inside a steel cage; one being for the Womens Championship and the other for the WWE Championship.

Among other legends such as Arn Anderson, Rock n Roll Express and Ricky Steamboat, Ric Flair was also there in support of her daughter and in honour of his old friend Dusty.

After successfully defending her Womens Championship against Natalya, Charlotte was overwhelmed with joy and took to Twitter to send out this message:.

Last night in Greensboro was an experience I never knew I wanted, never knew I could have. Performing in North Carolina, performing at Dream's dream…performing at #WWEStarrcade with my dad watching. Speechless.

According to reports on how successful the event was, it is believed that Starrcade will most likely return again next year. Although Natalya has received her rematch, it seems that the feud between Charlotte and her is going to continue.

It must have been a great experience for Charlotte to be at such a historic event and have her father there to support her. It really meant to a lot to her as can be seen from her Tweet.

Charlotte's Eyegaze Technology - Duration: 1:36.

Charlotte has Rett syndrome and one of the attributes of Rett syndrome is that

when Charlotte was was very young the language function that she had stopped.

I see the Eyegaze as a tool in the toolbox really but it's a crucial tool.

But we were amazed that almost out-of-the-box,

Charlotte was telling us that she loved us and that she, she wanted certain things

and didn't want other things.

So when Charlotte started saying things and I

can't remember the, the first time what she said I really did though when, when

she started, I had to stop myself from crying a lot because I just couldn't

believe that she's got all this pent up communication and she's been trying for

a long time to tell us how she feels.

The support staff that, that Charlotte works with

have been fantastic.

Hearing about I didn't realise how much of an impact and

how impressive it would be to see Charlotte be able to talk after 33 years

but it is absolutely amazing.

There's no turning back now now, now we've just

pushed the door slightly open we are going to continue on until the door is wide open.

Charlotte and life and today I want to talk to my sellers out there sellers

this is important please listen you've gone ahead you've made your house look

beautiful you've staged it you've got a realtor

you've put it in the MLS you've done everything necessary to sell your house

you've priced it right hopefully correctly you've pressed it at the right

price the important thing at this point is to allow buyers to come into your

house a buyer's agent is gonna make an appointment or try to make an

appointment to bring their buyers in to buy your house if you put too many time

constraints too many stipulations about allowing a buyer to come into your house

you know what's gonna happen the buyer's agents gonna get ticked off and the

buyers are never gonna get inside your home to see it so you're preventing your

house from being sold by putting too many stipulations what's stipulations am

I talking about certain times in the morning where you can't bring buyers in

and and I completely understand you've got kids you've got to go to work it's

hard to keep the house clean all the time but let's say I have a buyer who

flew in from New York and wants to take a look at your house they have one day

to go in and take a look at your house and I set an appointment for 10 o'clock

and you go ahead and reject that appointment and saying it's not a good

time for you now I've probably got seven or eight or nine other homes that this

guy wants to go and take a look at and if you're going to give me difficult

time trying to get into your house I'm not gonna go back to your house because

I just don't have the time I've scheduled a certain amount of homes

certain locations and I'm kind of limited as to what I can

do if you don't approve the appointment odds are we're not going to be able to

come back and you're probably preventing a potential sale so what am I saying I'm

saying is please make every effort when a buyer's agent is trying to show your

house to let them in if you have a dog you've got to make arrangements to get

the dog out you've got to keep the house clean at all times you got to be ready

to go it's just the way it is if you're in a higher-end home please do not make

it difficult because these buyers who are coming from out of town don't have a

lot of time and they're gonna bang out one house after the next until I find

one they like and yours may be the house that they like so please bend over

backwards let us in let us try and sell the house for you hope that helps any

else like I did some nine years ago if you don't know where to begin if you
