Auto news on Youtube Nov 27 2017

Good morning everyone!

So today's orientation day we have quite a tight schedule I think we have something going on from 10:00 until 3:00 p.m.

and then there's like an - I don't know - orientation party no Welcome Party from 6 p.m. until like

8:30 or something. Anyway my roomie and maybe wanted to go have breakfast at

the cafeteria because today is the first day it opened and we just wanted to

check it out but the problem is I didn't check to have the meal plan option

because when I asked I wasn't the only one though when I asked the guy who is

like in charge of the foreign students he told us that we can choose later if

we want to book the meal plan or not. The problem only is because we didn't check

it before we are not on the list obviously it makes sense but I thought

we could just try it today. Apparently no so I'm having breakfast in my room alone

while my roomie is out having nice Korean food. I'm having this Onigiri.

Tuna mayonaise! It's first time I'm eating this one, if it's the same as in Japan that's the

one that I got most often I guess at the convenience store.

I also got my ginger tea going. Maccha Mochi choco

that I found at Daiso. I love this. Okay there's a lot of mayonaise.

Okay I'm gonna eat this now and tune in later. Bye~!

We can't go home so we're going to a DVD thing

..watch a movie!!! Yeah~ have fun!

It's a quarter to five

and now we're walking home on campus

finally, because we can go home now!

Graduation: What you need to know | RMIT University - Duration: 3:27.

Hello darlings, it's graduation time.

I'm graduating with a bachelor of bling.

What are you graduating with?

Masters of Civil Engineering.

Oh.

Graduation can be an exciting time, but it's not just about wearing robes and being fabulous,

you know.

There are a few important things you need to know before the big day.

Oh, that's right.

Should we give them the rundown?

Let's go!

So firstly, there's a whole bunch of things you need to do before you graduate.

All the information you need is on the RMIT graduation website.

But remember, you can't just rock up.

You need to apply, pay, and collect a ticket to attend.

That's right, just like a concert.

Exactly.

Prior to graduation, you can collect your ticket pack and gown from Docklands Stadium.

It is a requirement that you turn up to graduation wearing your academic dress correctly.

And try not to look like a clown.

On the morning of graduation, there's a fabulous parade where students march from Bowen St

all the way down to Federation Square.

It's lots of fun.

Check out the graduation website for all the details.

Well, are you coming to the stadium, girl?

I'm coming!

The graduation ceremony will be held at Docklands Stadium.

To get there, remember, public transport is your friend.

Oh, and stay away from the stadium car park.

The traffic will be hideous.

Like your makeup.

Back off clown.

Registration will be at your presentation stage between two and three PM.

Remember, no registration, no graduation.

But how do you know where your registration stage is?

It's on your lanyard.

Oh, this thing.

Stage D, Gate 7, aisle 25, row C, seat 17.

Well how do you know where gate seven is?

It's over here!

How do you know that?

Oh.

Oh come on, girl.

They could have sign posted it better.

Well look, we're here.

Ah, it's amazing, check this out.

Once inside the arena, after you've had your photo taken and purchased your merchandise,

you can find your allocated seat.

Oh, there's ours.

Oh, how fabulous.

During the presentation, selfies are prohibited.

A professional photographer will capture the moment for you.

Do you want your photo taken doll?

Oh, yes.

Here you go, stand by.

Smile, Vincent.

Once the ceremony has come to a glorious end, there's gonna be a massive after party on

the arena.

Really?

How fabulous.

With a special guest performing.

Oh, who is it?

No, can't say.

Oh come on, is it Kylie?

No.

Danny?

No.

Oh well, who is it then?

No, I'm sworn to secrecy.

Now go on, just tell me.

Anyway, there you have it.

Graduation is an exciting time, and there's lots of information you need to know about

the ceremony.

So check out the website for all the details.

We'll see you here!

Thank you, darlings, good luck.

Bye.

Bye.

Now, it's the girl with the, you know the one, you know the one, the brown hair.

No, I don't.

She's got brown hair and really big lips, and she sings that song that you do on stage.

No.

Sungah Begins New York University E04 - Duration: 9:21.

So how many episodes are there? Sungah's Voice of China challenge?

For that, 27 in total.

- That's pretty long, huh? - Yeah, I tried out for 6 times.

It was that long for local tryout.

But that wasn't the end.

There are also city tryouts and provincial tryouts.

I thought that was it, but I heard there's much more.

I don't know the further bit because I've never gotten to that point

-How far did you get? -I got eliminated at the semifinals for provincial tryout.

what's after provincial?

I'm not sure because I've never been there But I heard there's national tryout afterwards.

After that, I assume it's finally being on TV.

-Oh then you didn't go on TV? -No, I didn't.

My goal was to be on TV

It didn't matter for me how far I can make. I just wanted to be on the first round on TV.

But aside from the scores from the judges, there was this score from voting all along.

But you see, this wasn't aired so it's not the real fans who vote

You just vote for yourself or parents can do it for you

But anyway you could buy vote. The more you spend, the more scores you can get

The one who got the first place in the city competition, he spent 1500dollars

That sort of kids were gathered and entered the provincial tryout. So they all had big guts.

The person with the highest votes were able to enter the final match right away.

I heard the person with the most votes paid 15'000 dollars

I was so shocked you know

Oh I was trying to get on that tour bus.

This one

What did we just do?

I was thinking, "Can we make it?"

But it was already red light when we started crossing, right?

Yeah but even after red light, New York cars can't go for a few seconds.

There's a slight gap.

Is this Korea Town?

K Town is far away from here, but there are many Korean restaurants here, too.

It's all Korean here huh?

Are we almost there right?

It's right there.

Oh we're here!

Where is she? I should call her.

Hello~

It's been too long

- Where should we sit? - I'm making seats for us.

Wait a minute here.

(Taking an order)

Thank you for inviting me here.

I did my nails because of Hawaii.

Pink for your nails and white for your toes.

I didn't want this shade of pink.

You didn't know?

I'm excited!

- Can we have the drinks first? - Sure.

Great idea.

- Have you eaten?   - I had my lunch earlier.

lunch is just lunch

For us, it's breakfast at 12pm, lunch at 4pm and dinner at 10pm.

- Oh that's my daily routine lol - And bedtime at 3am.

Almost like living in a European time lol It wouldn't be that hard for me to get used to US time lol

Getting there  lol

The weather got cold starting this week

So that's why it's school time now

-Plz help me not to miss my flight tomorrow -Of course!

I gotta go home and finish packing and leave early in the morning

What time should you leave?

When do you need to leave? 4am?

-I mean what time do you have to go home? -Home? Anytime! Whenever! lol

I don't really mind leaving early

She can just not sleep and get on the plane I have been up for 48 hours now!

-How long does it take to get to Hawaii? -10 hours

Sleep on the plane!

What if I take weird stuff

-Why do I not have my toothbrush? -Just buy one~

Where's my underwear?

Should I try it now?

It's good

So good~

-how is it? -good~

It's good. It's sweet~

Do you know she is filming it now?

Oh, are you filming right now?

Yup, but only me But your voices are gonna be recorded

Do you film all day?

Nono, But today I really couldn't because of the rain I had to carry my camera and umbrella

-Do you have to edit all these later? -Yup!

-hmm.. -you look like you don't find it interesting at all

It's sea urchin Bibimbap It's pretty good

Take a picture. We ordered so much

This is one of the most popular dishes at this restaurant

Korean and Chinese people love this a lot Let me mix it for you

-This has a unique taste -Taste of the sea

At first, you will be like "what is this?". But then, as you keep eating it, you will get addicted

-I've always liked sea urchin Bibimbap -Oh, okay~

Because all my friends are making money, Now we can definitely come here

What is this?

This is a fried flatfish

-is this flatfish? -no, the one inside of it

It's good~

-This is snail -Snail~~

-This is my first time eating snail -This is a fancy snail

-It's so nice -because I came to NY?

I gotta come back to NY asap It won't take too long

Physical Therapy at Clarkson University - Duration: 3:02.

(upbeat music) [MAN] I really like the style of the program we have here,

the problem-based learning.

It's a lot of --- it's an active learning process

where we as students take a major role in the learning process,

where we collaborate with other students in the program

to really bring out the most recent research.

We're not always getting lectures,

which I personally like because I like to delve into the information myself.

Also, they have a way of connecting all of the different pieces

to kind of go with every learning style that you possibly have.

We have tutorial based, where we go through a case study,

and then based on that case study,

we're learning everything we can in the clinical setting in the clinical lab.

Then we go down to the anatomy lab and we get to see it firsthand.

So, I really like the three different types of tiers.

And then we do get some lectures on top of that

to really show the importance of the information that we're learning.

First semester here, you are in the classroom, so you get the general background information

that you would need to move forward in the program.

You are down in the cadaver lab,

so you get to see the physical muscles.

Then in the classroom, you are learning the physiology behind that ---

the healing process that you're going to be going through.

Then also in the clinical lab, how to then, when you go into the clinic,

measure all the deficits and the range of motion, manual muscle testing --- all of that.

So, it's a pretty general semester.

Then second semester, we move into cardiopulm,

which deals with your heart, lungs --- all of that type of system.

Third semester is your orthopedic semester.

So you learn every type of orthopedic injury for every joint in the body ---

how to evaluate it, and how to diagnose one of those injuries.

Then after that, we go out on our first clinical.

So we're in the clinic for nine weeks.

We get paired with a clinical instructor.

It's all over the country actually.

We have students who are out in California, right here local, in Alaska...

We have contracts all over the nation,

which is pretty unique to our program as well.

A phenomenal experience is to put into play

what you have learned in the classroom,

out into the real world, what we are actually doing.

After that, we come back to the classroom and we get to learn all the neurological disfunctions,

and that's a very intense semester, but it's very beneficial

because a lot of the time, some even orthopedic injuries do have a neurological component to them.

Then at the end of the neurological semester, we do a two-week clinic

where we have patients who have all sorts of diagnosis from the community come in,

and it's just like we are out on clinical, where they come in three times a week for two weeks.

We are in pairs, and we have to work with that patient for two weeks.

It's a phenomenal experience to really put what you have learned in the classroom

and put it into more of a clinical aspect.

Now we are back for our last semester, that I'm in right now.

It's kind of a tie-up semester where we actually get to put into play everything we've learned.

We actually do a business plan, where we develop a business.

So, we get to learn the ins and outs in case we do want to become an owner of a practice one day.

We get to learn how to kind of go through that process

and all the intrinsics of what it takes to own a practice.

It's a very rigorous program --- continuous --- but it all flows really nicely

and it goes really quickly.

(music ends)

Cambridge University student wins best bum award 2017 - Duration: 4:19.

'It's even better than getting into Cambridge!': Law undergraduate shares her delight at winning the university's Best Bum competition

A law undergraduate has been crowned the winner of Cambridge Universitys annual best bum award.

The student - identified only as Vita - spoke proudly about her considerable a** and thighs as she stripped off to showcase her perfectly pert derriere.

Her saucy winning shot, which shows her leaning naked against an oak tree at Homerton College, won nearly a quarter of the vote among readers of The Tab student newspaper after being shortlisted in the top 10.

Vita is proud to have won as a woman with a voluptuous figure, and even joked that shes more proud of her photos than getting into Cambridge.

She said: I dont have the most athletic figure and I have quite a considerable a*** and thighs.

It says a lot about how far the world has come in body acceptance.

I have worked hard to accept my body.

I wanted to prove that to myself by doing something I wouldnt usually do.

I didnt even expect the photo would be in the top 10 - let alone be the winner.

Ive never been so proud of something like that.

Im probably more proud of that than getting into Cambridge..

Vita, who is reading law at Gonville and Caius, only decided to enter the competition when her friend - a professional photographer - asked her the night before.

She said: During the shoot, it was so cold and my feet were wet.

You cant notice in the photo but the photos were taken near a football pitch during a football match.

I dont think they saw us - we would have noticed if they had noticed us.

It was also next to the train line and every time a train was about to go by, the photographer threw my coat at me to give me some modesty! .

She took victory by a one per cent margin over second place Virginia, who polled 2308 per cent with a similar pose in a tree.

Now Vitas curvaceous derriere has become a star on campus with friends commending her for her boldness.

She said: Everyone who has seen my photos has been so positive.

I have seen comments online saying that Im fat but Im going to ignore the trolls.

I know there are comments saying that Cambridge students are snowflakes and not working but I think its sad and narrow-minded to call us that!.

Its an old-fashioned point of view - Im going to focus on the positives.

I can understand why they would concerned but at the same time everyone was young once and quite a few people see their arse!.

Vita added: When I told my mum, I was really worried because shes quite conservative but she thought it was hilarious!.

She even showed the photo to my old teachers and they thought it was hilarious too.
