Why I came to Arizona State University: an ASU grad from Colorado - Duration: 1:01.

Hi, I'm Rob Malara.

I have a 2002 BIS degree in history and broadcast.

I'm from Fort Collins, Colorado.

I met my wife at ASU

she has a double masters from ASU so

it's all in the family.

We're all Sun Devils. We love ASU.

What I do now is I work IT infrastructure

for a tech company in Northern Colorado.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience in Tempe.

Broadcast school was awesome.

The BIS school was awesome.

Had great teachers.

Lived here for 10 years and I come back at least twice a year.

ASU gave me the background I needed to learn

on the fly to deal with things

in terms of getting ready for new technology

accessing old technology

and going from there.

Arizona had such great things to offer.

The weather here is amazing.

Sports: amazing.

Great food. Great culture here.

Couldn't ask for a better place.
