1 week before I leave to Japan

It's end of April 2018

I'm gonna stay in Japan for 1 year!

I've got my working holiday visa, finally!

Almost got everything done

I just need to enjoy my last week in France with friends and family

Now I'm heading to my farewell party...

Well " a see you again party" sounds less sad

I'll try not to be late at my own party, that would suck

Japan's Princess Ayako discards royal status with shock engagement to shipping worker - Duration: 2:47.

The 27-year-old unveiled her fiancé Kei Moriya, 32, to the world and announced their wedding will take place on October 29 at the Meiji Jingu shrine in Tokyo

Princess Ayako is the second of her kind to marry a commoner in a two-year period after following Princess Mako, Emperor Akihito's oldest grandchild, who last September announced plans to tie the knot with college classmate Kei Komuro in 2020

As with all women in her family, the princess will lose her royal status after marrying Mr Moriya, who works for shipping firm NYK Line, as part of a law that does not apply to male members of the family

Princess Ayako, the youngest daughter of Emperor Akihito's late cousin Prince Takamado, told the Japan Times she fell in love with her fiancé's "kind, smart and decisive personalty" when her mother introduced them in December last year

She said: "I don't know what my mother's intentions were in introducing him to me, but as the two of us went to various places together and shared our time and memories, we became naturally drawn to each other

"I think we were able to come this far thanks to the wonderful ties started by our mothers

" Female members of the Imperial family have no claim to the Chrysanthemum Throne as men are able to marry commoners and can keep their royal status

But as few of Emperor Akihito's children and grandchildren are male, there is a shortage of heirs to the throne

Prince Naruhito will succeed Emperor Akihito as his eldest son.  The Japanese monarchy has an unbroken 2,600-year-long line of male succession

News of Princess Ayako's engagement comes ahead of Princess Eugenie's royal wedding to Jack Brooksbank

Unlike her Japanese counterpart, she will retain her royal status after the pair marry in October at St George's Chapel in Windsor, the same venue Prince Harry and Meghan tied the knot in front of millions on May 19

Princess Ayako will also marry Mr Moriya in October this year.

The Hardest Part of School in Japan - Duration: 11:08.

Hey Guys! I'm Loretta and welcome to my channel KemushiChan!

Today, I thought it would be fun to have a little bit of honest talk

about one of the hardest things I've experienced

since starting University here in Japan.

It may seem a little bit obvious, but it makes for a good story!

The hardest thing I've experienced out of Japanese university is...

the Japanese! and the sheer volume of it!

Didn't expect that one, did you? ...Yeah, I know you did.

So before we get into the why and the funny story

I wanted to start things off on a positive note

and thank the guys over at Satori Reader!

You guys probably know them as a different name, the popular language learning resource known as: Human Japanese

but that same team of guys have made a service called Satori Reader

which is probably something I should have looked at

long before I got myself into this Japanese reading mess

Imagine a library full of Japanese books, but each one has audio....

"And then the woman slowly turned to look this way..."

and combine that with a multi-layered explanation of the usages,

meanings, and readings of any word that you touch.

A lot of the articles seem more intermediate to advanced

so it may not be the best for complete beginners

but either way no matter what your level you can still adjust the settings!

Yeah, I can't read any of the Kanji... [Currently no Furigana]

Preferences....show Furigana above all kanji... (SORRY AKKIE!)

We did it!

Get out of here...

???????????????????????

....(what is he saying...???)

"E-Chikeeto wa sude ni omochi desu ka?" (Do you already have an e-ticket?)

L: Your pronunciation instantly got better!

Oh, nice!

Yeah, it's it's that's pretty cool!

That's basically Satori Reader in a nutshell

And since I started using the service, I got really excited

so I wanted to share that with you in case

learning Japanese or specifically reading kanji is something that you're tripping up on.

So thanks to Satori Reader for sponsoring today's video and for sharing that service with me!

If you have any questions feel free to ask a comment below

but for now it's time for the story of what happens

when you DON'T practice your reading!

So for those of you who don't know, I just started my

3rd year at a graduate program at a university here in Japan.

I'm currently on the MEXT scholarship

Which is the Japanese government essentially

sponsoring students from abroad to come over to Japan.

As a graduate student that means you're sponsored

by the Japanese government to either create some sort of research project

So that's either reading through articles, conducting interviews

to create some sort of thesis or research or presentation.

If you start as an audit student like me

You get a chance to see it in a more casual situation

You don't have to stress about grades

and you get a chance to kind of get used to the way that classes are.

So you're either in a huge like lecture hall with hundreds of kids and you never have to talk

Or you're in a really small group-type class where all you do is talk.

I notice that there is a lot more reading and a lot more reading of the material in class.

So if you do take an entrance exam and you do make it into a Japanese university,

I found that the Spring semester or the first semester of every year

is usually a lot more course intensive than the Fall or second semester.

I did about 18 credit hours or so

But it was all in Japanese and all of the courses

wanted to do intensive reading 20 to 40 pages in Japanese per night, each.

In really small, tiny print font.

I'm a little bit of a perfectionist, just a TiDdlY WiDdly bit.

I like to be able find words that are interesting

look into their meaning and analyze the nuance of it.

See how it's used, look it up in a sentence...

make an audio diary, use it in a YouTube video!

Some hundred plus pages in kanji in like .0.2 font (clearly too many points...)

There's just no time to do that. So I found myself struggling for a while to basically keep up!

I found that basically at the beginning of every chapter

if there were key words that were repeated in the first few paragraphs

I would look those up but pretty much after that point

you just can't look up anything else

You just have to start skipping and I would basically speed read

you know, looking at it and getting the idea

But I never could actually learn to read the sounds of a lot of these words.

Kanji are kind of like a blessing and a curse

You can look at it and you can kind of see meaning

but you may not necessarily know how to say it

And that was always a thing that kind of tripped me up

because I was reading it and I was understanding it

But if you asked me to read it out loud

that would be a different story.

#2: Reading Aloud or "Ondoku" in Japanese

My University really loves to practice Ondoku.

So having the students get in a circle and just take turns reading aloud.

We'd get to class and they're like, all right, Loretta. Can you read

page 133 starting from section 2.2 and right now I'm looking at it. I'm like

gyomukanri ya roudoukanri no ....???

And there it is! Oh gosh...

Really do I have to do this sensei? Why are you doing this to me?

gyomukanri ya roudoujikankanri no .... Teacher; " SAIRYOUSEI!"

Sorera ni tsuite kanrisha ga gutaiteki...

I would try to lower my voice, say it quickly and skip over the word

but the teacher would always stop, tell me what the word is

[ looking up the word] Sairyou roudousei. Flexible working hours...

Actually an interesting word to know

I was one of the few very obviously, visually, non-Japanese people

and to be put on the spot and to not be able to read it

off the top of my head like everyone else in class

as a perfectionist and a competitive person with a lot of pride,

It like...deSTROYed me everytime that happened

But the teachers they're persistent! They're like, "You WILL read this out loud!"

You WILL keep going and I will prompt you with every word you need along the way

I thought they'd get sick of me! I thought they'd stop calling on me

but they don't!!

So back home in America

I learned Japanese in high school and in college

but I was able to get away with a lot more

of faking it than I can now in Japan

Back in the day, we used a lot of the Genki series books

We used the intermediate Japanese book,

and I could basically kind of cheat in my own way

Where the night before I would actually memorize each dialogue

I would say it over and over and record myself.

[ Reading the Dialogue]

I would memorize the dialogue, walk in to class

And as soon as she said it was time to read it

I would raise my hand to do it

Take the first sentence, take the first hit

and then do nothing else for the rest of the class

and just pray to God she'd never call on me

Like that was how I got to classes in high school and probably why it took so long to learn Japanese....

So the point is you cannot do that in Japanese University!

because the teachers will keep pushing you

they will keep calling on you

and you will be put on the spot with very intense kanji.

The stakes are almost higher at this point

I feel like they're like "It's your 3rd year here?"

So this level of Kanji SHOULDN'T be a problem for you...

It takes a lot of adjusting because there's so much homework

That you have to skip over the kanji and you don't have time to look it up,

But then at the same time you get to class and you have to read each kanji and you have to read it out loud

And then suddenly you're like well...WHAT DO I DO NOW?!

That's the third thing that's really hard is knowing the actual sounds that each kanji makes.

I like the graphics and visual things,

But when it comes to the actual sounds behind it...

There been times when I counted two people as "ni-nin" before

and made a complete fool of myself

So the sounds of kanji is not really my forte

and to come to a university where that actually starts to matter

That can be kind of hard!!

In the workplace and when you're out with friends

You don't need to be able to read the actual sounds of the kanji.

there's usually even furigana over the station names

but in a Japanese University specifically

it's an academic setting, it's an intellectual setting

You HAVE to be able to read the kanji and know their sounds in context

The hardest thing at a Japanese University is... the Japanese! (Obviously).

That's kind of why I wanted to introduce the Satori Reader app.

You can change it to furigana, kana, or kanji, but you can also hear the sounds while you reading it.

That's something I missed out on because I was always

obsessed with the feel the finger feel of books

I like smelling the dust come out and smack you in the face.

That's the type of reading experience I like

but it wasn't actually helpful when it came to a Japanese university.

Sometimes I get emails and comments from you guys asking

Is there at university and Japan that you can go to you without having to speak Japanese?

Yes, but not that many a lot of the best schools

They'll have English courses or they'll have a few English classes, but you still have to get into the school.

You still have to test into the school.

My entrance exam was so Japanese that I had to take the English proficiency test part of it.

I was like, "I'M A NATIVE SPEAKER?!" but had the real Japanese experience

I was the only one who didn't get the memo

that you're supposed to dress up and like the salaryman uniform as well

So you can find English programs

but the majority of the time if you are

Doing a study abroad or if you are doing a four-year or two-year graduate school program or a ph.d program, whatever

You probably will experience some Japanese here

So I just wanted to share kind of that fun story.

It's a lot better now. I got through all the classes and I didn't fail any of them.

Maybe I had pity on me.

I guess the moral of the story is if you have a lot of reading to do

Skip your way through and don't look up every word

But if you're in a Japanese university

You can't skip words cuz you're gonna have to read them out loud

uhh....this is like an oxymoron.

That's kind of why I wanted to introduce Satori Reader

I thought it was a great sort of tool to get you used to

readings of kanji and their sounds. I thought that was really nice

So I definitely recommend that for intermediate, advanced and late beginner stage learners.

I think you'll really like that and also

Right about now...

Judging on when you're watching this a lot of I know a lot of you guys are actually getting ready for the jlpt

Or if you have already taken it and you're now watching it afterwards

Good hustle guys, you did it!

Have you ever made a funny mistake reading out loud or embarrassing class story?

Let me know in a comment below and I will see you guys next time.

Trying A Full Face Of Japanese Drugstore Makeup - Duration: 19:43.

Hello

Friends and welcome to another video

Today we're gonna be trying out a full face of Japanese drugstore makeup. So a couple of weeks ago,

We traveled to Japan to film a few videos and while we were there,

we wanted to explore Japanese makeup trends just a little bit.

I feel like I hear a lot about J Beauty and we did try Daiso makeup a while back.

But I wanted to try out some products that are actually used in everyday makeup routines.

So our friend Rinrin who is a Tokyo local as well as a

Youtuber and a Lolita model helped us shop for some makeup products for our Tokyo street fashion makeover

And she also gave us some tips on what kind of makeup looks are popular in Japan overall

So we combined what we learned from her

With a bit of our own research and went to a drugstore to purchase a full face of products to make our own

Japan

Inspired makeup look. So the drugstore we went to is called Ainz & Tulpe

and it's located in the main area of the Hara Juku neighborhood.

Pretty much right when you get off the train

From what I can tell a lot of makeup shopping in Tokyo happens in

Drugstores like these which are pretty plentiful all around the city

There are also some free-standing brand makeup stores like Mac Shu Uemura and Anna Tsui

But these drugstores stock a lot of brands and products at varying price points

So it's almost like having an Ulta type selection contained inside of a drugstore

So Ainz & Tulpe has a lot of their best selling makeup products on the main floor

But the true treasure trove is downstairs on the lower floor

Where they have their full brand displays as well as tools and other miscellaneous items like foot care

So we bought a bunch of makeup products as well as some duplicates just for backup if you see me buying multiples

I'm just experimenting we can't come back

No, this is the only chance I got and a few extra fun things that RinRin had recommended.

And oh yeah

We did all of this like the hour before we were supposed to leave for our flight back to LA

So good planning on our part. All right, we should actually really go to the airport probably. Yeah running late

Alright, so we are now back in America so we didn't miss our flight

No, and we've got our haul still in the bag from Japan. So we've got a full face of makeup

So worth of products in here, so let's start off like we usually do with the eyebrows

So to start off I've got these sort of like eyebrow trimming comb scissors

RinRin

specifically recommended these there is like eyebrow trimming scissors and people just like trim it and then just draw it in some people even like

Wax the tails off.

Another fun thing is I've downloaded a few translation apps on my phone so we can see exactly or approximately

What is said on these packages

Alright, so on these little scissors Google Translate says the text is "this point scooped and cut easily. I cut it as a push

So I can do it with one hand that is easy to arrange."

You know, it's a very approximate

The general idea is just saying that you can cut your eyebrows easily with one hand.

I mean, it seems straightforward enough. Let's just dive right in. Oh my god. I'm like about to do this

Alright, so I think you comb up your eyebrows and then trim. Oh, I'm so nervous

I got to start at the end.

Oh that totally did something. Was that good or was that bad? The tail is gone. This is like a pretty risky experiment

Oh, okay

maybe I just have enough eyebrow hair that actually it's not that big of a deal

It's actually just like cutting off like almost like the first coat just mowing the lawn here

I wonder how these guys would deal with the sideburns

Not bad sideburn trimmer, what do they see the babe? That'll do Pig. That'll do trimmers. That'll do scissors

That was not an accent that anyone speaks in

I do think these eyebrow trimmers are pretty good

But it's hard to know like exactly what you're cutting because the comb like obscures your eyebrow

So I feel like you could really do some damage

I just feel like my eyebrows are thick enough that like I was able to sort of just cut willy-nilly but like you can

Definitely tell that like some of the thickness is gone. All right, so next up is the brow powder

So this is the natural powder brow liner. Oh, that's fun.

Yeah, I could I also like this little mask.

Oh, I guess maybe you could use it as an eyebrow stencil, but my eyebrows don't really fit

All right

So I guess I'm just gonna apply this I think it's just sort of supposed to look natural smoked out imprecise in a way

Ooh, it's very dry. It does definitely feel like I'm just putting sort of powder in there

It makes like a nice ASMR sound.

Yeah, ready?

I did get a more Brown color than I usually do for my eyebrows because RinRin mentioned that like a lot of sort of

Natural brown colors are pretty popular in japan. Overall. I actually kind of like this

I feel like usually I have sort of a Disney villain eyebrow going on and this is a little more of like an Emma

Watson as Belle eyebrow strong yet soft what you know, Emma Watson is just about like strong brows

Right. Yes anyone and with that let's move on to the eyeshadow. So I've got this excel

eyeshadow quad and sort of like a rosy Brown neutral color story. Color story?

I'm trying something. So a lot of eyeshadow is in Japan. They have pearly finishes

Also a lot of neutrals Browns like this sort of color is very big

All right so I think I'm just gonna go for sort of like a

Gradient look almost just like the darkest shade at the bottom and then just getting lighter as we go up. I like that

This is sort of a pink themed palette

That doesn't make you look like you have pink eye you don't have any of that sort of infectious swash, right?

So I'm just gonna highlight under my brow bone. And I think that's like pretty much the look

I don't know that I need to do that much blending because these colors aren't super pigmented

They're more just like a soft touch of shimmer and color but I think that overall it's sort of a nice effect

And I think they're pretty easy to use

So now we're gonna move on to the complexion products and the first product we're gonna dive in with is this V se color?

controller and I got it in this pink color because usually I use like a peach color corrector under my eyes to

Get at that under-eye baggage. It looks like a little pen and on this side. Oh, it's a little puff

I think I maybe twist it perhaps oh, oh

Did you get that? Yeah, okay. Are you ready for some spot treatment? But dam

abudam

Abudam. Oh that's cool. I'm just gonna use their end to sort of spread it around

I'm just sort of like painting my face. That doesn't seem right

My fingers are definitely the better choice as they're like blending it out more softly, but this is a pretty opaque color corrector

It's definitely like bright but it's not half bad. So next up. We're gonna go with this Kate stick concealer

I couldn't really find a lot of liquid concealers around the drugstore

But thankfully we could at least find this stick concealer. Kate's coming through in the clutch

I think that this is more for spot treatment rather than like slathering around your under eyes

So I'm just gonna use this to like cover a couple of zits and then we'll move on to the foundation

So next up is one of rinrin's Holy Grail products that she said we should try the Maybelline pure BB mineral

Cushion foundation even though it's Maybelline. It is apparently not available in the US

So Japan exclusive or I know that for sure but not America exclusive

Alright, so I'm gonna use the puffs they've provided and I'm just gonna press in. Oh, wow, that's a lot and then press on

Oh, I need to hold on stronger. Should I just dab like a Beauty Blender or shall I drag probably dab

Oh, this smells very clean

Yeah, I guess welcome here like a clean and clear toner. That is what it smells like. Yeah

I actually think I'm a fan of this foundation. I think the coverage is pretty decent and I can't really feel it

Like it's pretty light, which is nice overall

The finish is not incredibly matte

But it's not too oily or heavy feeling I'd call it satin

My only real qualms with it is I'm just not sure how much foundation is in there, right?

Because it seems like such a small sponge and it's such a small container. I just I don't understand did I already finish it?

I can't tell that would suck. Yeah. All right, so I'm gonna close the chapter on our cushion foundation

That's pretty good. They all came together and now we're gonna move on to the blush

So this is a cream blush by the brand can make which rinrin described as a popular student brand

It's a less expensive brand and this cream cheap product is apparently very popular. There is a fair amount of Japanese text on here

So why don't we whip out our Translate app once again and see what's going on

Ah what it says is blood to sensation 53 exposure what I mean?

I can only assume that they're not really talking about like a blood thirsty kind of blood Oh

Things are going well like it's not really like a Dracula moment

It's more of like a the blood is rushing to my face smell

And basically I'm just gonna use my fingers and dab it on my like upper cheekbones and under eye area. Oh, yeah

Oh, wow, that's pink because that's definitely the trend right now that we noticed in Japan under this area

it just looks kind of like you've just done like a lot of

Exercising your activity and was just kind of like a lively

the cream blush is also

Supposed to provide a little bit of a dewy finish since dewy skin is like pretty popular in Japan

Like I saw that there was like a huge craze about glass skin in the US for a bit that's like normal hair to think

About this is that I'm just not sure when to stop you and I need your whole hand. How am is to ham here?

Like as pink as a ham, exactly. Alright, I think let's go with this in general

I do like the cream blush and I especially like the sheen it gives my cheekbones. It's almost like a highlighter without the shimmer

It's so it's like sweat. It's like you did actually just come from the gym. Alright, so cream blush a check

Okay, so really quick, I'm just gonna - on some of my own face powder just to you know

Get some help in here

It seems like loose setting powder is actually not that popular in Japan

But my face oil runs in rivers and streams and I'm just I'm trying to put up some barriers

Alright, so next up. We've got contour and highlight in general

I think that contouring as in like cheek chiseling isn't super popular in Japan

But nose contouring is so this is called Kate

designing eyebrow

3d and rinrin recommended this to us to use as a nose shadow kit

So we've got sort of just like a little powder palette in here

And um, I'm not super great at nose contour. But you know if it's part of the look was that right?

It might need some blending but it's on I think I made my nose look more crooked than before because isn't the point of nose contouring?

To sort of make your nose look slender and straighter. You're asking me I'm asking the universe

So I'm just gonna blend this out and blend it to the point of almost away. Alright, yeah. See it's it's gone

Mostly, so we're gonna go with that as our nose shadow

I'm not saying that you can't use this kit for a nose contour

But I don't know if I can use this kit for a nose contour

Alright so for our highlighter

I have this excel shiny powder in silver pink kind of to go with the whole pink theme that's been happening

So I'm just gonna put a little bit on this brush right here and we'll just slap that right on there

Oh, yeah that came in hard and fast. Yeah

The glitter chunks are strong with this one, but it does sort of complement the shininess of the cream blush my cheeks

They're just like uh, a lighthouse granting you safe passage to the coast there. That's how bright they are

Also, though while we're on the step of highlighting. I'm gonna go back into our XL eye shadow

Quad and highlight my under eye area just a little bit

This is apparently a very popular like makeup look in Japan to make this little bit seem more puffy

people can go and like really heavy and also even do like hair ilanic acid injections to

Physically poof it up. Alright in general

I feel like this effect makes me look kind of happy kind of like I'm like smiling and like my cheek is like going into

My eye kind of you know I'm saying

Like almost like dimples

So with that done now

We're gonna go in for our final pass on the eye products and we're gonna start off with the eye liner

So this is the mote a liner which is like rinrin's like Holy Grail product

So I'm basically just gonna apply this to my lash line

But then at the end instead of flicking up like a cat eye

I'm going to drag the line downwards like a not cat eye. All right, here we go. I actually really like this tip

It's kind of like a brush tip instead of a felt tip marker

Which is always nice once I've got kind of like the whole normal lash line down then I'll sort of drag the end down

Slightly kind of like that

I guess right as we mentioned in our Tokyo makeover video the droopy eye look is apparently very popular in Japan

It looks like your kinder, you know, like in anime

You'll see like the kinder

Softer characters have this like droop to their eyes and then the more Stern type of characters have this pointed look

It's actually a little bit easier to do like a droopy eye

Look, you're just kind of like and I think after a few strokes this island or definitely does show up quite nicely

Is that even actually I think that's pretty even huh? I shouldn't try and fix it because that's what it always goes wrong

All right, so I think this is my finished eyeliner

So next up we're gonna go in with this eyelash curler which has like a little comb attached to the top

I've never seen that before so I thought we might as well grab it also there's very little English text on here

So why don't we whip out our translator to try and see what's going on

All right

So it says spread in fan shape with separate combs

Eyelashes will be beautiful without becoming a bunch in the gap. That's pretty coherent. This translator is getting better

Or maybe this text is just bigger. So it recognizes more of it

See the thing about an eyelash curler is I feel like it always looks mildly like a medieval torture device

Oh, yeah with the comb it looks even more like a deep-sea fish or like a prehistoric shark

Anyway, I guess we'll put this on my face now. Oh

okay curling clamping so they've got some of my eyelid but like it's too late and

Release, what do you think cute? I do think it looks a little curlier but not like significantly, so all right

I'm going in for the second eye now gonna insert my

Lashes thing is I don't think that comb is like getting all the individual ones

it's getting like a few in each slot and then I'm gonna clamp down and then

Release, oh that definitely did something. All right

I might need to redo the other eye real quick to help it match, but that looks pretty nice

I feel like the eyebrow trimming scissors did a really good job of separating out the individual hairs

but I think that this guy was mostly just an eyelash curler with extra teeth for no reason so with our

Eyelashes curled we're gonna go in with a quick sweep of mascara. This is the multi mascara, which is also one of rinrin's favorites

I will say that both this and the eyeliner have very sleek metallic packaging. That's like kind of sexy

Ooh that smells like a marker but it looks kind of cool sort of. Um

Angled or phallic, maybe a little phallic. Yes. Alright, let's go in. Shall we? Oh,

Okay, I like this mascara a lot. Actually. It's not super voluminous, but I think it's nice

Oh, I just dropped that it is making my lashes look pretty long and also pretty separated the mascara I got was an impact

Oh one dramatic. And yeah, I guess on the top. It does say that it's a ten in length, so

Whatever that means so I may have done this out of order but next up I'm gonna do my colored contacts

I don't usually wear colored contacts

But they seem to like a pretty popular item in the drugstore and they were right next to the makeup

All right. I don't think it matters which eye is which oh, oh, oh, they're so floppy

My contacts are like way more stiff. These are like way wetter. Oh my god

Oh you hurt it definitely stings a little bit, but I can't tell if that's normal

I think it's getting better over time and I can't actually see pretty well like right through the middle of them

But around the sides, it's almost like I've got like a vignette filter on my whole vision. Hello Tyler. You look interesting

You look so romantic. Oh, wow. I kind of like this. Look to be honest

I've been close up it looks kind of terrifying but from far away, it looks kind of fun

I don't know if I could handle wearing these everyday just because of the slight cloudiness

But I think for a special occasion you could do something fun. All right, so that's pretty much our eye look

So let's move on to our fine step the lipstick. Okay. So this is the can make stay on BOM Rouge

I apologize. I already ripped off the plastic because I got excited. It almost looks like a cherry chapstick

I mean, it's called a bomb we show it is almost like a tinted lip balm in a way

so a lot of the lipsticks are sort of if not

here and sort of like a soft walk and I think in general the

Japanese lip trend is to not over line your lips and kind of just keep it like blotted

All right. I'm almost blending this out with my finger and that's it. Tada

In general this lipstick is almost more of a gloss, but I think that it feels really nice

It smells like pretty much nothing at all. And I think it looks pretty

Complimentary to the rest of the look canmake is also pretty affordable. So it's good for the price

All right. So this is my full Japanese drugstore makeup look in general. I actually really like this

Look, it's definitely very different from how I usually do my makeup and overall

I think that Japanese makeup trends are more cheery and puffy if that doesn't sound too weird then American makeup trends

Right now like my under eyes are a little puffy. I'm sort of flushed around here

I'm sort of droopy and kind of bitten in terms of which products I would use again

I don't think I'm gonna be reaching for the nose shadow or the highlighter

The highlighter is a little too glittery for me and the nose shadow is not quite beginner-friendly

Enough for me, but I think that the eyeliner mascara and foundation I actually will use again as for the beauty tools

They were overall pretty high stakes feeling but I think that they were pretty solid

There were also a couple of tools that we bought that didn't make it into the video like this ear cleaner that I got for

Tyler which I'm very excited to try like I look sleek very disconcerted

He's like this is really working here that really hurts just because he's behind the camera doesn't mean he'll remain unscathed

talk about the three really serious

talk about the three really serious culture shocks that I've experienced so

culture shocks that I've experienced so

culture shocks that I've experienced so far in Japan

[Music]

[Music] hi everyone sunny here coming at you

hi everyone sunny here coming at you

hi everyone sunny here coming at you from fukuoka japan before I get too

from fukuoka japan before I get too

from fukuoka japan before I get too in-depth with this I do want to say that

in-depth with this I do want to say that

in-depth with this I do want to say that I've only been in Japan for about ten

I've only been in Japan for about ten

I've only been in Japan for about ten months now but in that time I've worked

months now but in that time I've worked

months now but in that time I've worked at three different junior high schools

at three different junior high schools

at three different junior high schools and a college and we've made friends

and a college and we've made friends

and a college and we've made friends with locals in both cities the two

with locals in both cities the two

with locals in both cities the two different cities that we've lived in

different cities that we've lived in

different cities that we've lived in here and I have done a ton of research

here and I have done a ton of research

here and I have done a ton of research on this topic as well so yes these are

on this topic as well so yes these are

on this topic as well so yes these are my personal three biggest culture shocks

my personal three biggest culture shocks

my personal three biggest culture shocks but from everything that I've researched

but from everything that I've researched

but from everything that I've researched it seems like these three culture shocks

it seems like these three culture shocks

it seems like these three culture shocks are not something that I've experienced

are not something that I've experienced

are not something that I've experienced alone so if you have moved to Japan let

alone so if you have moved to Japan let

alone so if you have moved to Japan let me know in the comments below if you

me know in the comments below if you

me know in the comments below if you experience any of these two and I've

experience any of these two and I've

experience any of these two and I've chosen to focus simply on the three

chosen to focus simply on the three

chosen to focus simply on the three biggest culture shocks that I've

biggest culture shocks that I've

biggest culture shocks that I've experienced so that way I have more time

experienced so that way I have more time

experienced so that way I have more time to explain a little bit more about them

to explain a little bit more about them

to explain a little bit more about them number one cheating before I came to

number one cheating before I came to

number one cheating before I came to Japan I've heard stereotypical things

Japan I've heard stereotypical things

Japan I've heard stereotypical things about how Japanese men cheat on women

about how Japanese men cheat on women

about how Japanese men cheat on women and then I've also heard that that has

and then I've also heard that that has

and then I've also heard that that has been slowly changing with the younger

been slowly changing with the younger

been slowly changing with the younger generation so coming to Japan I didn't

generation so coming to Japan I didn't

generation so coming to Japan I didn't really know what to expect with this one

really know what to expect with this one

really know what to expect with this one the first time that we were exposed to

the first time that we were exposed to

the first time that we were exposed to this we were out to dinner with a few of

this we were out to dinner with a few of

this we were out to dinner with a few of our friends that are around our age all

our friends that are around our age all

our friends that are around our age all of them happened to be male however they

of them happened to be male however they

of them happened to be male however they had mentioned that while you shouldn't

had mentioned that while you shouldn't

had mentioned that while you shouldn't cheat on your girlfriend that once she

cheat on your girlfriend that once she

cheat on your girlfriend that once she becomes your wife it's perfectly

becomes your wife it's perfectly

becomes your wife it's perfectly acceptable to sleep with other people

acceptable to sleep with other people

acceptable to sleep with other people because you've made that commitment to

because you've made that commitment to

because you've made that commitment to her she's your wife you're fine

her she's your wife you're fine

her she's your wife you're fine I don't get the logic really honestly

I don't get the logic really honestly

I don't get the logic really honestly I'm still trying to grasp that one

I'm still trying to grasp that one

I'm still trying to grasp that one because in America it seems to be quite

because in America it seems to be quite

because in America it seems to be quite the opposite if you were cheating on

the opposite if you were cheating on

the opposite if you were cheating on somebody and they're only your boyfriend

somebody and they're only your boyfriend

somebody and they're only your boyfriend and they're only your girlfriend I mean

and they're only your girlfriend I mean

and they're only your girlfriend I mean it's bad but it's not as bad as having

it's bad but it's not as bad as having

it's bad but it's not as bad as having an affair on someone or so that one

an affair on someone or so that one

an affair on someone or so that one really confused me but I started doing

really confused me but I started doing

really confused me but I started doing some more research on this and

some more research on this and

some more research on this and and the second time that this came up

and the second time that this came up

and the second time that this came up Joe and I had gone to an end guy with

Joe and I had gone to an end guy with

Joe and I had gone to an end guy with some of the teachers and principal and

some of the teachers and principal and

some of the teachers and principal and people from my school in Okayama and one

people from my school in Okayama and one

people from my school in Okayama and one of the male teachers was really excited

of the male teachers was really excited

of the male teachers was really excited to meet Joe and he and I had a really

to meet Joe and he and I had a really

to meet Joe and he and I had a really good relationship at school together and

good relationship at school together and

good relationship at school together and so I was really surprised when we're

so I was really surprised when we're

so I was really surprised when we're sitting at dinner we're having Sakae

sitting at dinner we're having Sakae

sitting at dinner we're having Sakae we're having sashimi and great

we're having sashimi and great

we're having sashimi and great conversation and he found out that Joe

conversation and he found out that Joe

conversation and he found out that Joe and I have been married for almost five

and I have been married for almost five

and I have been married for almost five years now in August it'll be five years

years now in August it'll be five years

years now in August it'll be five years so he right in front of me he told Joe

so he right in front of me he told Joe

so he right in front of me he told Joe that it's perfectly fine for Joe to

that it's perfectly fine for Joe to

that it's perfectly fine for Joe to sleep with other women and why hasn't he

sleep with other women and why hasn't he

sleep with other women and why hasn't he and then he proceeded to say that you

and then he proceeded to say that you

and then he proceeded to say that you know if he and I went out to go drinking

know if he and I went out to go drinking

know if he and I went out to go drinking together we couldn't have as much fun as

together we couldn't have as much fun as

together we couldn't have as much fun as if Joe when he went out drinking

if Joe when he went out drinking

if Joe when he went out drinking together and then maybe went to a soap

together and then maybe went to a soap

together and then maybe went to a soap land or something together which it's

land or something together which it's

land or something together which it's like Japanese prostitution here and I

like Japanese prostitution here and I

like Japanese prostitution here and I I'm sitting there and and Joey and he's

I'm sitting there and and Joey and he's

I'm sitting there and and Joey and he's like holding my hands and he's like I I

like holding my hands and he's like I I

like holding my hands and he's like I I don't want to sleep with other women and

don't want to sleep with other women and

don't want to sleep with other women and once again you know the our friends at

once again you know the our friends at

once again you know the our friends at dinner and this guy said you know while

dinner and this guy said you know while

dinner and this guy said you know while men have needs so you you should go to a

men have needs so you you should go to a

men have needs so you you should go to a so planned to a prostitute or whatever

so planned to a prostitute or whatever

so planned to a prostitute or whatever oh my goodness it was so shocking and

oh my goodness it was so shocking and

oh my goodness it was so shocking and what was also shocking was the fact that

what was also shocking was the fact that

what was also shocking was the fact that he didn't seem to think that there was

he didn't seem to think that there was

he didn't seem to think that there was anything wrong with saying this right in

anything wrong with saying this right in

anything wrong with saying this right in front of me

front of me

front of me so I ended up doing some research on

so I ended up doing some research on

so I ended up doing some research on this and from what I've found it turns

this and from what I've found it turns

this and from what I've found it turns out that women cheat on men just as much

out that women cheat on men just as much

out that women cheat on men just as much as men cheat on women and I'd like to

as men cheat on women and I'd like to

as men cheat on women and I'd like to take a moment to say not all Japanese

take a moment to say not all Japanese

take a moment to say not all Japanese people cheat but this does seem to be

people cheat but this does seem to be

people cheat but this does seem to be kind of a common thing in this culture

kind of a common thing in this culture

kind of a common thing in this culture I've also heard stories of married and

I've also heard stories of married and

I've also heard stories of married and unmarried salarymen

unmarried salarymen

unmarried salarymen here in Japan that go out after work and

here in Japan that go out after work and

here in Japan that go out after work and will go to these so plans that provide

will go to these so plans that provide

will go to these so plans that provide multiple different services but one is

multiple different services but one is

multiple different services but one is involving nudity and tongues and can be

involving nudity and tongues and can be

involving nudity and tongues and can be done in a group setting it's

done in a group setting it's

done in a group setting it's the whole situation but anyway I can't

the whole situation but anyway I can't

the whole situation but anyway I can't go into detail about that because I will

go into detail about that because I will

go into detail about that because I will lose my monetization on this so if you

lose my monetization on this so if you

lose my monetization on this so if you want more information about prostitution

want more information about prostitution

want more information about prostitution in Japan I would actually enjoy doing a

in Japan I would actually enjoy doing a

in Japan I would actually enjoy doing a video about that so comment below and

video about that so comment below and

video about that so comment below and let me know if you would be interested

let me know if you would be interested

let me know if you would be interested in that too so I did some research on it

in that too so I did some research on it

in that too so I did some research on it and I've linked some stuff below if you

and I've linked some stuff below if you

and I've linked some stuff below if you want to see from Japanese people's

opinions and interviews with them about

opinions and interviews with them about cheating and and their thoughts about it

cheating and and their thoughts about it

cheating and and their thoughts about it so check out those links below if you

so check out those links below if you

so check out those links below if you want more information about that number

want more information about that number

want more information about that number two technology we're more specifically

two technology we're more specifically

two technology we're more specifically the lack thereof as well as the lack of

the lack thereof as well as the lack of

the lack thereof as well as the lack of overall understanding about technology

overall understanding about technology

overall understanding about technology so if if you've never been to Japan you

so if if you've never been to Japan you

so if if you've never been to Japan you might have this image in your head about

might have this image in your head about

might have this image in your head about how Japan is futuristic and they have

how Japan is futuristic and they have

how Japan is futuristic and they have robots and they have you know all of

robots and they have you know all of

robots and they have you know all of these brand-new cutting-edge technology

these brand-new cutting-edge technology

these brand-new cutting-edge technology or maybe you've just been to Tokyo for a

or maybe you've just been to Tokyo for a

or maybe you've just been to Tokyo for a few days and you haven't actually lived

few days and you haven't actually lived

few days and you haven't actually lived and worked here the lack of technology

and worked here the lack of technology

and worked here the lack of technology is completely shocking the primary way

is completely shocking the primary way

is completely shocking the primary way for them to send documents to one

for them to send documents to one

for them to send documents to one another is not to scan and email it for

another is not to scan and email it for

another is not to scan and email it for example no they still use fax machines

example no they still use fax machines

example no they still use fax machines and I mean we've seen them in like every

and I mean we've seen them in like every

and I mean we've seen them in like every restaurant that we've gone to we use

restaurant that we've gone to we use

restaurant that we've gone to we use them at our schools every place has a

them at our schools every place has a

them at our schools every place has a fax machine and that's just the way that

fax machine and that's just the way that

fax machine and that's just the way that most business is conducted here fax

most business is conducted here fax

most business is conducted here fax machines aside one of my teachers

machines aside one of my teachers

machines aside one of my teachers doesn't even have email at a lot of

doesn't even have email at a lot of

doesn't even have email at a lot of Japanese schools you're not allowed to

Japanese schools you're not allowed to

Japanese schools you're not allowed to use a USB they think that you're going

use a USB they think that you're going

use a USB they think that you're going to give the entire system a virus at one

to give the entire system a virus at one

to give the entire system a virus at one of Joe's schools if he was able to use a

of Joe's schools if he was able to use a

of Joe's schools if he was able to use a USB he first had to plug it into a

USB he first had to plug it into a

USB he first had to plug it into a machine to test that it didn't have any

machine to test that it didn't have any

machine to test that it didn't have any viruses before he was then allowed to

viruses before he was then allowed to

viruses before he was then allowed to put it into the school's computer pretty

put it into the school's computer pretty

put it into the school's computer pretty much all the Japanese people that I

much all the Japanese people that I

much all the Japanese people that I worked with use Yahoo search instead of

worked with use Yahoo search instead of

worked with use Yahoo search instead of Google the kids at our school seem to

Google the kids at our school seem to

Google the kids at our school seem to have a shocking lack of understanding

have a shocking lack of understanding

have a shocking lack of understanding when it

when it

when it to computers if we bring them into the

to computers if we bring them into the

to computers if we bring them into the computer lab and they have to type up a

computer lab and they have to type up a

computer lab and they have to type up a report this might be due to the fact

report this might be due to the fact

report this might be due to the fact that they are used to tablets or

that they are used to tablets or

that they are used to tablets or something instead of computers so it

something instead of computers so it

something instead of computers so it might be a generation thing but they

might be a generation thing but they

might be a generation thing but they really didn't know how to use the

really didn't know how to use the

really didn't know how to use the computers a lot of people here still

computers a lot of people here still

computers a lot of people here still have flip phones it goes on and on and

have flip phones it goes on and on and

have flip phones it goes on and on and on it's just a little bit shocking to me

on it's just a little bit shocking to me

on it's just a little bit shocking to me number three tattoos this one by far was

number three tattoos this one by far was

number three tattoos this one by far was the biggest culture shock for me and the

the biggest culture shock for me and the

the biggest culture shock for me and the one that affects me the most directly I

one that affects me the most directly I

one that affects me the most directly I can live without modern technology it's

can live without modern technology it's

can live without modern technology it's a bit of a hassle in school not being

a bit of a hassle in school not being

a bit of a hassle in school not being able to email some of my teachers or

able to email some of my teachers or

able to email some of my teachers or having to use a fax machine again and I

having to use a fax machine again and I

having to use a fax machine again and I know that Jo isn't going to go to a so

know that Jo isn't going to go to a so

know that Jo isn't going to go to a so planned or start cheating on me but the

planned or start cheating on me but the

planned or start cheating on me but the tattoo culture here in Japan actually

tattoo culture here in Japan actually

tattoo culture here in Japan actually affects my day-to-day life

affects my day-to-day life

affects my day-to-day life I knew that tattoos were frowned upon

I knew that tattoos were frowned upon

I knew that tattoos were frowned upon but when I watched a lot of other

but when I watched a lot of other

but when I watched a lot of other YouTube videos about coming to Japan

YouTube videos about coming to Japan

YouTube videos about coming to Japan with tattoos I do personally feel like a

with tattoos I do personally feel like a

with tattoos I do personally feel like a lot of it is downplayed and I don't

lot of it is downplayed and I don't

lot of it is downplayed and I don't think that that's beneficial for anyone

think that that's beneficial for anyone

think that that's beneficial for anyone from what other youtubers have said I

from what other youtubers have said I

from what other youtubers have said I knew or I thought that I knew that

knew or I thought that I knew that

knew or I thought that I knew that people would know we're not part of the

people would know we're not part of the

people would know we're not part of the Yakuza our word tattoos are the

Yakuza our word tattoos are the

Yakuza our word tattoos are the fashionable kinds of tattoos and

fashionable kinds of tattoos and

fashionable kinds of tattoos and therefore we're the exception to the

therefore we're the exception to the

therefore we're the exception to the rule and we're outside of that culture

rule and we're outside of that culture

rule and we're outside of that culture that Japanese people are not allowed to

that Japanese people are not allowed to

that Japanese people are not allowed to have tattoos but that we would be okay

have tattoos but that we would be okay

have tattoos but that we would be okay having tattoos because of the difference

having tattoos because of the difference

having tattoos because of the difference in culture however I found that that is

in culture however I found that that is

in culture however I found that that is not in any way the case here I think if

not in any way the case here I think if

not in any way the case here I think if you're a full time youtuber your

you're a full time youtuber your

you're a full time youtuber your perspective is going to be much

perspective is going to be much

perspective is going to be much different about Japan and nobody wants

different about Japan and nobody wants

different about Japan and nobody wants to focus on negative things and nobody

to focus on negative things and nobody

to focus on negative things and nobody wants to make a country that they love

wants to make a country that they love

wants to make a country that they love potentially sound bad in anyway which I

potentially sound bad in anyway which I

potentially sound bad in anyway which I don't think that this does but I can

don't think that this does but I can

don't think that this does but I can understand why people might avoid

understand why people might avoid

understand why people might avoid speaking realistically on this topic

speaking realistically on this topic

speaking realistically on this topic another thing is if you're a full-time

another thing is if you're a full-time

another thing is if you're a full-time youtuber and you're not teaching here or

youtuber and you're not teaching here or

youtuber and you're not teaching here or you're not working in an office

you're not working in an office

you're not working in an office environment

environment

environment or anything like that this is most

or anything like that this is most

or anything like that this is most likely not going to affect you that much

likely not going to affect you that much

likely not going to affect you that much if you're just a tourist visiting this

if you're just a tourist visiting this

if you're just a tourist visiting this is not going to affect you that much

is not going to affect you that much

is not going to affect you that much either so if you're looking at it from

either so if you're looking at it from

either so if you're looking at it from that perspective it's very easy in other

that perspective it's very easy in other

that perspective it's very easy in other videos to just say don't worry about it

videos to just say don't worry about it

videos to just say don't worry about it they know that you're not the Yakuza you

they know that you're not the Yakuza you

they know that you're not the Yakuza you can come here with tattoos and

can come here with tattoos and

can come here with tattoos and everybody's fine and nobody will judge

everybody's fine and nobody will judge

everybody's fine and nobody will judge you but if you're living here if you're

you but if you're living here if you're

you but if you're living here if you're working here especially if you're

working here especially if you're

working here especially if you're working with kids that's not the case at

working with kids that's not the case at

working with kids that's not the case at all and so I want to have a real

all and so I want to have a real

all and so I want to have a real dialogue about this situation so from my

dialogue about this situation so from my

dialogue about this situation so from my perspective as an English teacher here I

perspective as an English teacher here I

perspective as an English teacher here I have to keep my tattoos covered anytime

have to keep my tattoos covered anytime

have to keep my tattoos covered anytime that I'm leaving the apartment even if

that I'm leaving the apartment even if

that I'm leaving the apartment even if I'm going on the balcony I really am

I'm going on the balcony I really am

I'm going on the balcony I really am supposed to keep them covered or I can

supposed to keep them covered or I can

supposed to keep them covered or I can lose my job

lose my job

lose my job another alt that I know of actually

another alt that I know of actually

another alt that I know of actually lived and worked in the same city in the

Japanese people will not openly shame

Japanese people will not openly shame you or anything like that if you have a

noticed a pattern forming around that

noticed a pattern forming around that dialogue when I stamped one of my

Japan score two quick goals vs Belgium: Martin Keown reveals shock at World Cup clash - Duration: 2:31.

After a goalless first half, Japan struck on the 48th and 52nd minutes to put a huge dent in Belgium's World Cup aspirations

Genki Haraguchi scored the opener, beating Jan Vertonghen one-on-one and finishing expertly across goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois

"Unbelievable isn't it," Keown said. "It's a counter-attack from Japan, but they're willing runners

They want to run into the channel, look at this running off the ball. "Vertonghen, he should run with it, tries to win it, takes an age and it's a wonderful striker into the corner

Belgium vs Japan LIVE: World Cup score updates  "Absolutely fantastic finish. A little shimmy there drags the defender and he finds the corner beautifully

" Takashi Inui doubled the lead soon after, firing home from outside the box to leave Courtois helpless

"Well it's an unbelievable strike isn't it," Keown said. "Such clean football here, (Shinji) Kagawa, look at this touch, just lays it off

"This ball is hit like an absolute arrow, nonchalant. A top goalkeeper beaten from there

Power, precision, it stays hit that ball. Unbelievable." Keown was not impressed with Belgium's tactics and believes having Kevin De Bruyne as one of two centre-midfielders was too open

"Two in midfield, it just doesn't work," he added. "De Bruyne's too deep in that midfield

That's the luxury when you want to play with three strikers. You leave yourself short in that midfield

" Belgium fought back quick though and goals from Jan Vertonghen and Marouane Fellaini in the space of five minutes drew the game level at 2-2

Belgium set up Brazil clash after stunning comeback against Japan - Duration: 2:24.

Belgium scored three times in the final 20 minutes to complete a stunning 3-2 win against Japan and to set up a mouth-watering clash against Brazil in the quarter-finals

Roberto Martinez's men were heavy favourites to progress to the last-eight having topped their group with three wins out of three but they were frustrated in the opening 45 minutes as a defiant Japan kept the game goalless

However, it was Japan that took the lead after the interval when Jan Vertonghen failed to cut out a through ball and Genki Haraguchi raced on to fire past Thibaut Courtois

Belgium were shellshocked but they found themselves two down just four minutes later when Takashi Inui powered home Shinji Kagawa's lay-off to beat Courtois from 25 yards

Belgium were shellshocked but they found themselves two down just four minutes later when Takashi Inui powered home Shinji Kagawa's lay-off to beat Courtois from 25 yards

Martinez responded by bringing on Nacer Chadli and Marouane Fellaini with the Manchester United man tasked with playing closer to Romelu Lukaku in attack

Belgium got their all-important first with 20 minutes remaining when Vertonghen's looping header found the far corner and Fellaini met Eden Hazard's cross five minutes later to get Belgium's equaliser

Lukaku had two chances to win the game in normal time but was denied by Eiji Kawashima

The game looked destined to be heading to extra time but Nacer Chadli scored with practically the last kick of the game to send Belgium into the quarter-finals

Courtois sent Kevin De Bruyne on a counter-attack and Lukaku stepped over a cross to leave Chadli, unmarked at the back post, to slot home

Breaking News - Martinez wary of energetic Japan as Belgium prepare for last-16 clash - Duration: 4:38.

Belgium manager Roberto Martinez says he is wary of a Japan team with 'incredible energy' ahead of Monday's World Cup last-16 clash

The free-scoring Belgians go in as firm favourites, taking with them a 100 per cent record from the group phase and netting nine goals in beating Panama, Tunisia and England

With players like Eden Hazard and Romelu Lukaku at his disposal, Martinez's team have more than enough quality to match their achievement at the last World Cup and secure a place in the quarter-finals, where Brazil could await them

Most pundits are predicting a comfortable Belgium win, but Martinez has short shrift for such a theory

'They are footballers with an incredible energy and a great capacity to get really high up the pitch very quickly,' he said

'This Japan team shows a lot of good experience, a lot of players who have played in big leagues in Europe for a long time

They know what it takes to win a game of this calibre. 'This is a group of players that know what they are doing

I expect a very difficult game. 'They are capable of creating problems due to the dynamic approach that they have

' Martinez, though, expects to select from a full squad, with Lukaku and Vincent Kompany both available, and he added: 'The group is in a very good moment

'Mentally and physically, you just get the feeling the players are desperate to be on the pitch

I feel the players are ready to get their rhythm as quick as they can.' Hazard will be instrumental to Belgium's hopes of progressing, and he knows it is a case of seizing the moment

'We will take this match as seriously as possible,' the Chelsea playmaker said. 'What is important is to progress and to reach the quarter-finals

'We need to be very serious and focused right from the beginning of the game.' A Brazil-Belgium quarter-final could be one of the games of the tournament, but Hazard added: 'We are not thinking about a game against Brazil

'All we are doing is thinking of tomorrow's (Monday's) game. We have top players, we play as a group, and it is in our hands

'We just need to play together and give everything.' Japan, while needing to halt a team on a 22-match unbeaten run, also have the incentive of targeting a World Cup quarter-final place for the first time

Japan head coach Akira Nishino told www, jfa.jp: 'We just need to organise ourselves

We will make the necessary adjustments ahead of the match. 'This team will have to approach the round of 16 with a different mental perspective

'We chose to save our energy in that (final) 10 minutes (against Poland), so we should be able to run that much extra

'

I'm worried about Tim guys, I think he is dehydrated or something

Hi guys, we almost got interviewed again

Tim said no to the interview

People keep wanting to interview us

Yeah I said no to them because it's really getting tiring

Thanks Tim

Sorry I'll never do something like that again

I gotta go to the bathroom

Do you need to pee?

I need to go to the bathrooooooooom

Sorry Youri

Tim is running back home

Tim did something weird again

Tim wanted to choke me just now in the subway

Yeah, that was honestly really weird

He was talking to us about him wanting to choke Youri

Yesterday, I had this cute little Reimu plushie

And suddenly, TIm grabs my cushion, and puts it on Reimu her head

I'm worried about him

Look at him

Oh! Who's there

*Mark doing a silly voice*

Really weird Mark

Oh wait you were actually recording?

Yeah

The moment you all waited for is here

Youri's food review (Japan edition)

It doesn't really taste like a hamburger to be honest

See you next time with a new food review!

Hi guys

We bought some KFC

And I had a chicken wrap, which I was really looking forward to

So I opened the package

Took a bite

And I suddenly notice that there's a spider on my wrap

So I have probably eaten a spider or the eggs of the spider that was on my wrap

Disgusting

I liked it

So Youri threw away his wrap

And now we're on our way to the McDonalds because Youri never wants to go to a KFC again

I don't trust the KFC anymore

You've probably forgotten about all this tomorrow

Tomorrow he will be like "Oh! The kfc is really cheap and has great quality!"

We just bought a nice milkshake, and Youri bought a burger

A teriyaki burger

Hi guys, we're in a discount store

I'm gonna show Youri-

Youri asked me, "Peter what do you want"

He didn't actually ask me that

I said to him "Youri I'm gonna show you what I want!"

Youri I want this

This one?

No this one

Why not the green one?

This one is better Youri

I think that one is apple

This one is grapejuice

I want this one then

I think the red one is tomato actually

I want the green one

I just stood really close to Youri

Sometimes I accidentally touch Youri his arm

We were looking for some potato chips but we could only find small bags, but we have finally found the big bag

Can you read this Peter?

Hey guys, we're back

We're gonna sleep now

Tim is here on his bed

Sleeping on the bed ( Idk what Tim is doing) In the room, with airconditioning

Bye guys!!!

World Cup 2018: Belgium's Last-Minute Goal Shocks Japan

For a moment, it looked to be the greatest game in Japanese soccer history.

Up 2-0 against Belgium, Japan was looking at a first ever trip to the World Cup quarterfinals.

But Belgium unleashed its world-class quality and ripped off three straight goals, the last

coming in the dying seconds of regulation, to crush Japan's hopes on Monday in Rostov-on-Don.

Belgium 3 Final 2 Japan Marouane Fellaini (74')

Jan Vertonghen (69') Nacer Chadli (90' +4)

Round of 16 Takashi Inui (52')

Genki Haraguchi (48') In the 94th minute, Belgium went on a 4-on-3

break, led by Thomas Meunier, who slid the ball across to Romelu Lukaku.

Instead of shooting, Lukaku faked and let the ball go clear to Nacer Chadli, who punched

in the winning goal and set off a wild celebration in the stadium and across Belgium

The victory avoided a demoralizing defeat for Belgium's so-called Golden Generation

of players that has long promised a great performance at a major championship and now

seems poised to deliver it, at least if it can get past mighty Brazil in the quarterfinal

on Friday.

Belgium dominated the first half, but was frustrated time and again by Japan's pesky

defense, which always seemed to be in the right place to clear a pass or block a shot.

But it was Japan that improbably jumped on the scoreboard three minutes into the second

half.

Jan Vertonghen badly missed a back pass, giving Genki Haraguchi a chance through on goal.

He finished clinically, and Japan was in front.

While the first goal came after an error, the second, four minutes later, was pure class.

Japan passed the ball around with some skill, and it eventually found Takashi Inui at the

top of the box.

It didn't look like a golden chance, but he turned and rifled it into the net.

Gary Lineker trolls Belgium goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois following dramatic Japan win - Duration: 1:36.

Courtois was on the winning side in a dramatic last-16 clash against Japan. Japan took a two-goal lead in the second half but Belgium came back and won 3-2 deep into stoppage time thanks to a Nacer Chadli counter-attack goal

After the game, Lineker and the Sport pundits were analysing the exhilarating second half

And Lineker joked England keeper Pickford would have stopped Takashi Inui's stunning 20-yard strike

"Do you think Jordan Pickford might have saved it?," he jested. "Those little comments he made, they can come back to haunt you sometimes

"But he got away with it obviously in the end." The comments Lineker was referring to were those made by Courtois, when the Chelsea star claimed Pickford was too small for a goalkeeper

When talking about Adnan Januzaj's winner for Belgium against England last week, Courtois said: "The goalkeeper is 10cm smaller than me

"I would have caught it. "He was too busy throwing his legs in the air."

Thibaut Courtois brutally trolled as Belgium star concedes against Japan in World Cup - Duration: 2:00.

The Chelsea goalkeeper was beaten twice by two brilliant Japan strikes in the last-16 as Genki Haraguchi and Takashi Inui scored early in the second half

Prior to Haraguchi's opener, Courtois was almost left red-faced when he let an easy effort slip through his legs only to react quickly to stop the ball crossing the line

And the Belgian shot-stopper was in for some heavy criticism on social media throughout the match

Courtois had previously mocked England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford after he claimed his opposite number was too small to save Adnan Januzaj's curling effort in Belgium's 1-0 win over the Three Lions

BELGIUM VS JAPAN LIVE WORLD CUP UPDATES Courtois said: "The goalkeeper is 10cm smaller than me

"I would have caught it. He was too busy throwing his legs in the air." And England fans were quick to remind the 26-year-old of his comments after his last-16 display

"Thibaut Courtois almost paying the price for being 10cm too tall.", tweeted one fan

"If only Thibaut Courtois was 10cm taller.," said another. A third said: "@thibautcourtois You're too tall to reach those bottom corners, Pickford would have saved those

" While a fourth quipped: ""Surely that 2nd goal by your logic is your fault for being too small @thibautcourtois if u were 7ft u would of saved that

"
