The Jackson family patriarch passed away last Wednesday after losing his battle with pancreatic cancer

A Jackson family source told Entertainment Tonight that there will be two services held for Joe on Monday - a public one for fans and a private one for close friends and family

The insider shared that both services will take place in Los Angeles but specific locations and times are yet to be confirmed

The father-of-11 died at the age of 89 in a Las Vegas hospice following a short fight with pancreatic cancer

His famous family, which includes superstar Janet Jackson, sons Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Tito who along with his late son superstar Michael Jackson, formed the Jackson 5, celebrated the patriarch following his death for his strength and musical legacy

"We mourn the loss of our father and celebrate the life of a man who sacrificed so much to give us the life and success we have today," his children said in a shared statement reported by the Associated Press

Despite tense relationships with some of his children - Joe was estranged from Michael when he died in 2009 - many of his children and grandchildren also paid personal tributes to the star on social media

Daughter La Toya Jackson confessed she will "always love" her father, while granddaughter Paris Jackson labelled him "the strongest man I know

" "Your life's work will go down in history, as will you, to be known as one of the greatest patriarchs to ever live," the 20-year-old model wrote on Instagram

"I will cherish every moment with you til the day i die, especially our last moments

So this is much more useful for the final user

of our service channel,

and you can discover new opportunities

that with the data in a classical way, we were not able to see.

The results have been very satisfactory,

because we are able to see clearly on a map with a quick view

where there is a need to open a new customer service center,

or where a customer service center does not make sense

and it makes sense to move it to a location with better opportunities,

especially with a greater need of customer service.

We had tried several geolocation products,

and we thought that CARTO covered all our needs

and apart from that, it was very intuitive

Welcome to your orientation, my name is Carol Stamm, Employer Relations and Job Development

Specialist in the College of Business and Innovation and basically I work with the Graduate

Programs Office in doing your searching for jobs, resumes, and other things because after

all you come to school for an education but you still do need to find a job after you

graduate and that's where I come in.

That's one of the areas that I do work with.

First I want to just, make a side note, and the side note being is I do write your resumes

with you personally, one on one, but not until you get closer to the semester for graduation.

That's basically, where I follow that guideline because you need to get some classes under

your belt, you need to understand your major and where you're going along that line so

I prefer, and have set this pretty much this way, to basically when it gets closer to your

semester of graduation, that's when I will work with you on it and help you in every

way that I can on getting your resume set up for your new position.

One question that we get a lot in orientation is this, it is about the employers and how

and what do they ask for in majors.

So basically we did a survey, at one of our job fairs, where there were over 100 employers

there and we asked them, and as you can see on your screen Marketing was about 37% and

now that includes sales and that.

But a lot of them basically said any: 19%.

They are willing and these are some of the different companies that we talked to, companies

that we do deal with here that have opportunities for students in all majors or just specific

areas too.

I also wanted to talk about the upcoming events that will be available to you and this available

if you are working and want to look for another job or if you just coming in straight from

your undergraduate but in the Business Programs Office on the fourth floor of Savage and Associates

building we have events one of them being right before our big job fair that I will

discuss later, is Mock Interview Days.

You can see the dates on the screen and actual employers come in and do these mock interviews,

we go from like 8:30 - 9:00 in the morning to 4:00, it's a half an hour interview, and

they give you feedback.

And we also have resume critiques for two days, and these again are employers again

looking at your resumes and making suggestions for changes.

The job fair this year will be Thursday, September 27th.

Then also we do an etiquette dinner, that's on October 18th.

Now that involves, the fact that we have a lady that comes up from Cincinnati, At Ease Etiquette,

she goes through the procedures that you need to know on having dinner with employers.

Making sure you understand exactly what you need to know do, how to handle yourself.

A lot of employers, especially in the Accounting area, are doing this with students.

They are taking them out to dinner, and having conversations with them, and you will learn

what to do, what not to do, in that type event.

Now I just have some pictures up of screen about job fair.

It does fill up, we had last fall, we had over 600 plus COBI students there and over

100 plus employers.

And they are all there just for the business students, those are the ones that they are

really interested in and that's what our Business Career Programs Office deals with on the fourth

floor of the Savage and Associate building.

So this is a great event to come to, this is a great event to meet new people, network,

and start working on your career get a feel for what's going on.

The one thing that we just took on this year and we are very, very, excited about is called

Handshake.

It is the Business Career Service Platform.

This particular Handshake is something connected with over 475 colleges around the United States,

8 million students and alumni, and over 200 plus employers, and 165 thousand recruiters.

That's all out on Handshake.

And we have purchased this platform and we are putting it together and offering it to

every student in the College of Business.

As you can see on this screen, it says utoledojoinhandshake.com you follow that link go into there and follow

what it says, now you need to definitely, enter your, go through your rocket email,

and you need to enter it with your firstname.lastname@rockets.utoledo.edu I am saying that because some people get UTAD@rockets

and that will not work.

You are in the system as soon as you start school here, under your firstname.lastname

So, this particular program is amazing because you can search companies all over the globe.

You can search companies here, you can set up your own profile in it and the profile

is very, very close to what LinkedIn looks like.

You can put your picture out there, do all the things that you do with LinkedIn, you

can connect with other students looking for different things.

It's just open to so much, and it's enclosed. And in Handshake it's not like it's out on the internet and everybody can see what you are doing and what's going on. It's more along that line that it's inclusive.

And it's like again who's hiring, almost like what they have here, 100% of fortune 500 out there. I have heard 95-100%.

But it's out there for all of you to look at. To explore. Thousands of jobs, you can discover jobs that may be made for you. You may be like "oh my gosh, this is always what I wanted to do!"

You can track all kinds of information and connect with employers and then meet potential people as well.

And basically the cool thing is, this app, there is a mobile app right now for anyone with an Apple. Just follow the instructions as you're going into Handshake.

And you have it right there that you can watch it, search it all the time on your phone. The Android app is coming this fall.

And once it is out we will make the announcement. So I'm just saying, think about joining Handshake to learn, grow, and repeat.

Hi I'm Emily Rotta. I'm the business owner of Transitional Support.

Transitional Support is a company that understands that we all have transition

and changes in our lives whether or not it's going from high school to

university or to full-time employment or retirement or changing jobs. What we do

is we work with our clients throughout stages of their lives, so a client will

come to us and they might have a few sessions with us they'll, feel that

they've got the skills and the strategies to cope with that situation.

But what I like to see and what I get a lot from my clients is that they will

come back when something else is happening and they'd like some more support

with. So what we believe is not diagnosing our clients but we believe in

supporting them through those transitional changes. I come from a

background of working with children in large schools and helping young people

transition through the change of high school to university, from university to

working. So why I do what I do, is to help people with these changes. I sit with

families or individuals or couples and we sit down and we talk just like you

and I are talking today about what might be going on for them in their lives.

Often people are so quick to be diagnosed for depression or anxiety or

that they're not coping in life, when really we all struggle with what's going

on in life and we just need somebody to help us break it down

and work through some coping strategies or map out some other ways to support

them, that's my passion. I like helping people to feel that

they're normal and that their response to stress is a normal response but I

also like to help people learn how to cope through that and some different

strategies we use even down to breathing. So often we don't even breathe... So life

is difficult and that's the reality. We're very busy,

we've got busy lives. I often explain that we have a lot of trauma in our life.

A trauma is a trauma if it's a trauma to you and a trauma to you will

be a different trauma to me but that doesn't mean that we haven't experienced

trauma. Often people think that a trauma is about going off to war, but a trauma

can be driving on the highway getting to work every day and being abused by

someone along the way. There's so much aggression in society at the moment and

we're just not feeling that we're supported, so people are actively seeking

transitional support. They're actively seeking my counselling services because I

talk to them about that their response to that situation, is a normal response.

But it doesn't mean we stay in bed and not get out of bed. So we talk about how

to get out of bed, how to live our lives and how do I live our lives to the

fullest that we can live our lives. One of my clients she said to me "Emily

I'm gonna keep coming here because it's like going to the gym. You don't just

stop once you've lost the weight. You keep coming so that you learn how to

have good well-being and balance and life balance". I like to reflect on my

client when she says that and I use it quite a lot, because we need to

look after our well-being and it's something that needs to be maintained

and my clients will often say to me "I speak their language I don't use complex

words or diagnoses" to help them to understand what they're going through. I

use clear language that they can understand. To be honest, I'm a human

being too and I don't pretend that I've got it all together. I get stressed, I get

worried, I get anxious. That's what I do is I talk to people about being

anxious is normal it's a normal response when we're stressed but when we're aware

of that when we're aware our anxiety is overwhelming what I do is I breathe. Such

a simple thing that we don't do in life and something we don't do enough of. I go

mountain biking, I'm an avid mountain biker and I also go walking up in the

round in the national parks around here and so sometimes with my clients I'll

take them for a walk as well. Just getting back and doing those everyday

things to help us to relax. I hope this video has helped you to understand a
