round it is giving us the message that our life goes round and round and round

whatever goes it comes back so maybe this is a message coming to us from Lord

Krishna so I welcome you all again and thank you very much for joining and

sending your love and your hearts and please continue to do that thank you

it helps everybody so thank you very much so

Gita gentie is celebrated all over the world nowadays

wherever the Hindus are but it's not just the Hindus the holy book this is

the holy book of the universe because the message was delivered to Arjuna from

directly from the lips of Lord Krishna because many religion books are and

scriptures are available in the world however bhagavad-gita came directly from

Lord Krishna so enjoy this journey this 18 days journey where we are going to

learn in fact Swami Hariharji Maharaja when I first met him his first message

to me was Become Arjuna I never understood what he meant by because at that time I

didn't know about Bhagavad gita much so I had been studying Bhagavad Gita

for more than 25 years almost 30 years and delivering the messages for 25 years

or so but when I first learned that I did I need to become a Arjuna I had no

idea what it meant and then later on I

learned that the reason he mentioned to me because Arjuna received that message

from Lord Krishna this holy message when he was in really

difficult situation he was confused he was dejected and we are in our life

experience the dejection confusion miseries sorrows and we have to come out

of it like Arjuna did in fact he converted his his miseries into moksha

so the message later on I learned that I had to become a Arjuna and I have to

uplift as well because he did not deliver this message only for Arjuna he

used Arjuna as a demo model and answer all the questions his questions and

there is a beautiful story behind this that why Arjuna became so confused so

dejected because he his family that was a family feud and in the family feud

there were a king death right who was blind by birth

and his older brother Pandavas also who was a holy person but since the Rasta

was blind he was given the he was not chosen or given the kingdom but his

brother Pandavas made King and he resented his blind condition

later on he got married and he had 100 kids hundred sons and they all called

Korvas and Korvas to me is basically the people who are crooked who are corrupt and

they were basically the corrupt people they were all were corrupted at the same

time Pondu he had five pious sons and when they both they both the parties

grew up here the dirt right eldest son Duryodhana also grew up with the

resentment and jealousy then how come he is not his father must not made the king

and now he will not be able to make be be king also because according to

tradition the King's eldest son becomes the ground for the future King which

happened to be the new district and their five power

pious brothers in the same family so the Dritrastra's eldest son Duryodhana played

very deceiving tactics and took everything away from

point of us and exiled them for 13 years in the prison in the jungles and

promised them to give them the kingdom when they come back after 13 years and

when they came back the Duryodhana refused to give that Kingdom and many

well-wishers of the family elderly in fact Lord Krishna himself try to

convince Dritrashra and Duryodhana to give their Kingdom and have a peace but

they would not give the kingdom back without a armed war but by many coaching

sessions still Lord Krishna and elderly of the family did not succeed and the

war became the eminent and this whole story is a part of the hindu is

historical epic of Mahabharata so when the war was decided lord krishna still

offered his health to choose whether him or his vast army and of course

Duryodhana he chose the vast army from Lord Krishna and du parvis were very

happy that Lord Krishna was on their side

in fact Arjuna asked Lord Krishna to become his charioteer and guide him

during the war so this is how the war is started and when the war is they were

all headed in the battlefield Kurukshetra which is in the northern

part of Delhi which is about 130 kilometres further north from New Delhi

so when they were added in the battlefield Arjuna wanted to inspire

the whole field and wanted to see who he's going to fight and when he

evaluated and went around and his saw his grandparents great-grandparents his

say brothers and his cousins and all the relatives arid in the field for war he

got very nervous and he got very concerned that he might kill these

people hurt them and commit the sin so he he requested Lord Krishna in fact he

got so nervous that he put his bow and arrow down and sat down on the back of

it charioteer and requested Lord Krishna and said he's not going to fight this

war he rather go to jungle Himalayas and do meditation and contemplate on God but

he does not want to get involved with this violence because he thought it was

a violence but Lord Krishna later on took him step by step and guided him

give him the teachings of Javed Gita that his responsibility as a warrior

because Arjuna was a warrior he had won many wars in the past so as a warrior

his prime responsibility is to protect the society and the public where the

society and the public were very threatened and mistreated by Duryodhana

women didn't feel safe there in fact they were not safe there

and the whole kingdom was in turmoil run very poorly lot of violence lot of

torturing to care to humans to farmers and the conditions became very

unbearable to live so Lord Krishna said now it's not that you just have to fight

further your own part of the kingdom but you are responsible for protecting the

society because you are a warrior but Arjuna still did not understand that and

he said not the seti Govinda I'm not going to fight this war but Lord Krishna

gradually took him step by step to help him to rediscover who Arjuna is who

these people are and how with his karma and Dharma he can protect the society so

during those that journey Arjuna had many questions like us we have many

questions in our life so he asked many many questions but the five most

important question he asked Who am I who is this Arjuna where did I come from

where will I go from here what is the purpose of my life and how am I going to

achieve it

and not only these questions but they ask you many many more questions how to

live righteously how to have a self-discipline life so whole padua gita

is a question and answers Arjuna's questions and Lord Krishna's answers so

in bhagavad-gita it's not just that philosophy and the psychology but it has

been taught through all these 18 chapters why I selected these 18

sessions because Gita has 18 chapters and through each chapter Lord Krishna

guided Arjuna to uncovered or he discovered himself remove his confusions

his pains his worries his fear because everything I was very fearful at what's

going to happen to the his family members and society so he gradually took

him through the step-by-step through 18 sessions I would say a teacher it is

called 18 chapters but 18 yoga's and each Yoga means that each different path

to undiscovered basically who I am and how I will fulfill the purpose of my

life how will I live righteously and how I reach to my unlimited potential

experience the beauty within me I am sucked at Ananda that's what Lord

Krishna kept telling Arjuna you are a soul you are the ultimate happiness

Ananda sat-chit-ananda but due to the all these problems issues you cannot

experience it so he finally made him realize who

you is what are his responsibilities and to karma and Dharma very first verse of

Bhagavad gita is धर्मक्षेत्रे कुरुक्षेत्रे समवेताः युयुत्सवः मामकाः पाण्डवाः च एव किम् अकुर्वत सञ्जय

and very last words of Bhagavad Gita's

यत्र योग-ईश्वरः कृष्णः यत्र पार्थः धनुः-धरः तत्र श्रीः विजयः भूतिः ध्रुवा- नीतिः मतिः मम

it means it starts with कुरुक्षेत्रे and ends with

starts with धर्मक्षेत्रे Dharma and ends with mama what is my Dharma what is

my duty what is my responsibility so he learns during the whole blissful journey

this spiritual journey through bhagavad-gita through Lord Krishna's

guidance who is he and how to attain how to experience it

so in every session we will be this first it is a it will be about 40 minute

sessions so every session first 20 minutes we will have a our discussion

then please also during these 8 is 18 sessions this journey have a one

notebook and pen with you I have my notebook right here have it because you

will also experience and have lot of questions it's not just our genus

questions our questions what are our challenges what are our fears what are

our issues so just write it down in this notebook see during this 18 days journey

that how you solve these issues this is not just the me speaking here but also

this is our mutual learning together on this journey we are are the seekers here

though I am the one who is leading it because at one time I felt I was the

Arjuna and I had so many questions and Lord Krishna answers them all so having

the experience of that blissful journey I have been sharing my messages of

bhagavad-gita and also founded path to anandam path to blissful living so

basically at path to anandam and myself teach how to be happy how to experience

your eternal happiness experience your true nature reach your unlimited

potential and not only go beyond the fear of death any questions you have

through 18 sessions we will address that so please send me your questions or

write down your questions right here in the comments and I will I will address

your questions during our sessions or next session so each session which is

every other day we will take a one essence message from each path it yoke

each chapter and the today's the message is here to become Arjuna why because we

all this bhagavad-gita is not just written for Arjuna because we have the

similar issues may be our issues are different our stories are different our

challenges are different some people have financial issues physical

health issues relationship issues political issues environmental issues

whatever the issues we have or the emotional issues our anger our fear our

worries discontentment dissatisfaction whatever our issues are whenever we have

these issues which means we are in Bashar Rashad means when we are

disconnected from our inner being from supreme power we can call it God

whatever we want to name it but basic basically we are not our self we are not

those happy smiley people we are just upset depressed and sad so the very

first chapter of Gita is called union with God union with self through the

path of dejection so when we are dejected how can we connect how could we

feel our inner being how could we turn those miseries into prasad into

blessings learn lesson from them apply them in our life because Gita is not

just a theoretical wisdom though it is called Brahma Vidya Brahma Vida means

the wisdom the ancient wisdom the priceless wisdom of supreme so this

supreme knowledge guide us how to get or how to convert our miseries into

blessing because every misery every blessing

comes in our life to teach us some lesson so by becoming Arjun Arjuna means

learn to face the difficult situations in life and learn how to handle them and

not just for yourself but also to share with others so don't be just what you

find yourself selfness or don't be self-centered but also be part of the

society and help the society that is the message so today's mantra

what is today's mantra today's mantra is

can you guess what is going to be today's mantra is transcend uplift be

Arjuna so just you can say I am Archana be like Arjuna I am brave I am I know

what is my responsibilities and how we are going to do it we are going to sit

down contemplate meditate on these messages because whatever we study or be

here sometime it comes from one year to another year because our concentration

is not that much or sometime we have other things in our mind and we get deep

focus but when we get these messages through meditation they go deep in our

system that's what powerful Gita says they go deep in our system and they

become a part of us so let's sit down

comfortably wherever you are as long as you are not driving and operating any

machinery so sit down comfortably close to your eyes very gently and take a deep

breath

all the way down to your stomach

hold it for a few seconds

exhale inhale hold it

exhale inhale hold it

exhale and now breathe normally and with every breath say relax relax in and feel

the relaxation in your body relax out

relax feel that your body is relaxing feeling loose relaxed relaxed in

relax out and continue to breathe normally and now with every breath smile

smile in smile out smile in it's mine out

and continue to feel relaxed and smile

and now just think about your issues but you are currently facing or experiencing

it could be your physical issue it could be your financial challenge could be

relationship could be environmental or it could be your emotional issue your

dissatisfaction

and feel that how it is affecting your body

during the tension losing your smile

and now imagine

there is a balloon balloon of bhagavad-gita

and in that balloon you put all of your concerns your miseries your challenges

your worries your fear your unhappiness your dissatisfaction maybe depression

dejection

what insomnia for any particular disease just put it in the balloon the balloon

of bad Vegeta

put a tight knot around it imagine that you're putting and ridin

type knot around it with that thread and just let go and just watch how this

balloon is flying away taking all of your miseries all of your concerns

worries away from you

and not feel that you are free

you are experiencing your smile your body's relaxed again because all the

problems and issues have already send it out because Lord Krishna and pappad Gita

they will take care of it

they will guide you how to solve it so now you will be receiving the guidance

happy smile again how to find your true being your unlimited potential the

beauty within you you know how to make that decisions and do that things

rightly ously and enjoy every moment of life just imagine

that your entire body is light every cell of your body is enjoying and

smiling and relaxed and feel free worry free disease free confusion free all the

miseries have turned into liberation into moksha you are liberated feel I am

liberated

I am true consciousness the supreme consciousness saturated Ananda means

true consciousness which is ultimately Ananda eternal happiness and peace so

feel that it tunnel happiness and peace within you

and with that eternal happiness and peace now you are sharing your smile

your happiness and your peace with others and fulfilling your

responsibilities of your life happily

doing your karma and Dharma every activity you do turns into Dharma

activity with love and compassion filled with wisdom and it is benefit for the

whole universe

Oh shanthi shanthi shanthi peaceful my body peace for my mind and peace for the

universe now it's up to your hands and put it on your head massage your head

massage your face because your hands are enriched with pure energy and now make a

cup after your hands put it on your eyes and open your eyes very gently

Jerry Shri Krishna means going down to Lord Krishna so the action what is the

action plan and for next two days until we come to next session is make a

commitment to be Arjuna and just say to yourself I trust and I transform from

miseries and pains and also write down your all the concerns you have in the

notebook and there is a beautiful point about topic data what is Padma Gita and

it is coming from my book it is says my question and God's answers which is

available on Amazon in the Kindle form as well as hardcopy and it is also

available on our website which is here path to an

so what is Paquita dr. Geetha is a son of God because it came from Lord

Krishna's mountain from his lips son for Lord Krishna for us to sing every moment

of our life it is a Royal Road to liberation which we will speak about all

these 18 thinks what he here is we will be discussing in our sessions it is a

guide to the art of right living it is a spiritual instruction manual to operate

our life it is an answer to every question

it is the boat to cross the ocean of life ocean of knowledge it is our divine

company Gita is a peace ambassador it is the universal mother character builder

eternal mantra and it is the Atma darshan II Art Moderne means self

Awakening and self-discovery spiritual guide self transformer and it is

jagadguru it is the mirror purifier and it is a light within so it is called the

word Geeta means song and peg what means God so but what Geeta is called the song

of God

so we have to sing everyday not just with lips with our practices so our next

session we will be now going to the process of self awakening and we will

speak about tomorrow I will talk about how to awaken yourself and how what is

the process of self-discovery how can we discover our self our true being so we

will be speaking about going through the process of it tomorrow is starting from

tomorrow so today is just the what is bhagwad gita and then the question is

what does papa gita do towards the end after 80 sessions the goal here is to

awaken the Guru within ourself because Gita is a guru it came from Lord

Krishna's mouth from his lips so from jaggies known as a jagadguru

jagadguru means universal guru and so since bhagwad gita

was delivered by him it came from him from came from jagadguru it helps us to

waken the group within us so that every day journey we - it will have helped us

to awake the Guru within us and guide us how we can live righteously in this

world and also how to die right yes Li so it teaches the art of righteous

living and art of rightness done it means when we die we die with peace

experience love peace among them we have no fear of death because our death will

not be a regular death it will be on our terms

in other words we will enjoy even that process so we will enjoy every day of

living as well as that time which is called the ultimate liberation ultimate

moksha so Gita is also known as yoke Shastri yoke Shastri means yoga our

scripture yoga scripture of yoga is a scripture of

Union and to me it is a scripture of moksha liberation so enjoy and please

share this information with your loved ones and I will see you same time on

Friday in the meantime please practice and make a list and send me the

questions you can send the questions to me as on Sofia at path to anandam dot

org or you can send it it info at path to an anthem that chord so thank you

very much for joining have a wonderful day and blissful journey and I will see

you again on Friday at the same time thank you thank you

you

Right Angle - American Self-Censorship - 11/02/17 - Duration: 11:46.

Well more than half of all Americans,

more than half, admit that in today's

world they're afraid to do the most American thing there is and that's simply

share their opinion without any fear of controversy or retribution.

Hi everybody

I'm Bill Whittle here with Steve Green and Scott Ott and today this Right Angle

is about the suppression of free speech that's not coming from the government,

which is what the Founders worked very hard and very successfully to protect us

from, it's coming from things like political correctness and virtue

signaling and shaming and all the rest of it.

So let me just give you a couple

quick statistics from this Cato Institute study.

Here's how it worked.

The

Cato 2017 Free Speech and Tolerance Survey, a new national poll of 2,300 US

adults, finds that 71% of Americans believe that political correctness has

silenced important discussions our society needs to have.

The

consequences are personal.

Fifty-eight percent of Americans believe the

political climate prevents them from sharing their own beliefs.

Now as they

break that down into Republicans and Democrats we find where the differences

are.

Fifty-three percent of Democrats say they selfs censor themselves, seventy

three percent of Republicans say that they do that and there's some other

interesting data in here that we'll come back to in just a minute.

Steve the

First Amendment is first because it is the essential it's the essence of what

the society is.

It's not just freedom of religion or separation of church and

state or all of that stuff.

Those are consequences of what this right that is

being protected provides.

The ability to think without fear, the ability to say

what's on your mind without consequences even if it's loathsome or stupid, and

much of it is, that's the essence of what free country is.

When people say it's a

free country, they don't say it much anymore, but when they used to say hey

it's a free country, that meant you can say and think whatever you want to.

If

fifty nine, I'm sorry fifty eight percent of Americans are

afraid to speak their mind, there's something fundamentally wrong in this

country.

There really is political correctness.

It's such poison.

The first

time I ever the term, I remember this, I was a

freshman in college I was over in some other guys dorm room borrowing their

their TV and I said something that was a little outrageous as I want to do

and Mike looked at me and said well that's not politically correct and I

said well I don't know what politically correct is and he told me.

I said are you

kidding me?

I skipped I'm not sure I said kidding I

couldn't believe it and of course then it was just something you kind of saw on

college campuses and now it just infects every part of our culture, but let me

tell you where we aren't.

I just read a report yesterday that China the Chinese

government in Beijing is introducing a new social media ratings program where

you get to rate your neighbors on their trustworthiness and if they're saying

bad things.

So if they're basically coming up with a social media platform

or have come up with one I guess they they just need to roll it out now where

it turns everybody in the country into Winston Smith and the telescreen at the

same time.

We're looking at a 1.3 billion Stasi members.

I headlined the report the

e-Stasi because that's what it is.

Everybody it will be snitching and

keeping tabs on everybody else and thank goodness we aren't there, but when I hear

numbers like the ones you just said Bill, it puts a chill in my bones it tells me

that we are on that same road.

We are in the same destination that China just

announced yesterday and we have to fight this thing Bill, tooth and nail.

If you're

one of that 73% of Republicans or conservatives or libertarians who are

self censoring, you have got to cut that out and I mean today!

Well said.

Well, there's some more bad news and some good news in this study just for your

edification ladies and gentlemen.

59% of Americans oppose bans on public hate

speech.

I thought awesome but then I thought about it a little more and I

thought 41% are in favor of bans on public speaking which they find to be

hateful, they get to decide, and there's how

the problem begins to develop.

2/3 say that colleges are not doing enough to

promote viewpoint diversity and here's some of the really good news I think, of

all the things in here this one that struck me the most.

Here are some things

that minorities say are not offensive, in other words we're constantly told by the

left that you have to treat everybody who's non-white male with these kid

gloves because they're just gonna burst into tears or just have their lives

ruined by these microaggressions, but here's what the survey said about these

kind of verbal microaggressions.

Here's a percentage of people saying that this is

not offensive, not that it's offensive that it's not offensive.

If you say

everyone can succeed in this country if they work hard enough, 77 percent of

blacks say that's not offensive, 89 percent of Latinos say it's not

offensive.

Saying that America is the land of opportunity, 93 percent of black

Americans do not find that offensive at all, 89 percent of Latinos.

That 7 percent

is at anytime you see seven percent of the population I realize you're gonna

have those kind of outliers anywhere, but Scott here's the one that's I'd like to

close with because I think it's probably the most interesting of all this data

and basically what the study showed was that they asked the question

of Republicans can you be Trump voters to clarify could you be friends with

somebody who voted for Hillary and then they asked Hillary voters could you be

friends who with somebody who voted for Trump.

So here's what they found out.

Nearly two-thirds, that's sixty-one percent of Hillary Clinton's voters agree that

it's hard to be friend with Donald Trump voters, however only 34% of Trump

voters feel the same way about Clinton's.

Instead nearly two-thirds, 64% of Trump

voters, don't think it's hard to be friends with Clinton voters, so in a

nutshell what that basically says Scott, is that for every three Democrats, two of

them say that they can't be friends with Republicans, and for every three

Republicans, one of them says that they cannot be friends with Democrats.

What do

you think about that?

Well I think that the Trump voters probably feel like

Donald Trump does which is you know Donald Trump used to be a major Clinton

supporter who gave money to Hillary Clinton, so yeah I could be friends with

her, but Hillary Clinton has never given anything to Donald Trump of

values.

She gave him the presidency of the United States...

It was the Russians.

Anyway yeah I think that in a sense we

become a nation of ninnies when 58% of us are you know guarding our tongues

because we're afraid that the speech will be clamped down, but I would take

issue with the whole premise that somehow things are worse now than they

ever have been.

It's been my argument for a long time that human nature doesn't

change, the distribution channels just to get faster, and so I think you know if

you look back in history, you'll see that there were always efforts to clamp down

on the speech of people with whom you disagreed and there were always efforts

to impugn the morals and the merits of any case that was being made by your

opponents and that goes all the way to the top the Framers and Founders engage

in this kind of behavior among themselves you know.

I forget who it was

that we referred to his opponent as a bald, toothless, querulous old man.

They were always attacking each other their impugning their motives

and stuff like.

That's always happened but now we have the ability to

to you know pull together a flashmob to do it and I think that that's what makes

it worse, that's why people feel like you know what I am not... life is too

short for me to go out on a limb just to express my opinion and then be trampled

by a thousand people who show up at my Facebook page or my Twitter feed or

something like that and so I think more than anything, it's not so much that

people don't have opinions or don't want to share opinions, it's like we can't

function in the giant poultry house that social media has become, you

know.

Chickens will peck themselves to death if they can't form a

social order and they will cannibalize each other and that's what's

happened with social media.

We can't really form a little cohesive social

group in which we can express ourselves and you can't do that in front of

500,000 people because they'll eat you alive and so you know I guess I'm not

stunned by the findings of this survey.

On the other hand, I'm like yeah what's

the worst that can happen you know people will unfriend you?

Go for it.

Well I'd like to present a counter case of what's the worst of

can happen and Steve I had not heard your story about what happens right

now in China but I will say this folks.

I've spent the last two or three years

intensively studying totalitarian regimes and every reading essentially

nothing else.

I started with the Nazis I knew more about them and then I got into

the Communists and so on and I'm rereading the Gulag Archipelago which is

essentially a handbook for how to destroy people's lives but here's

how it works.

Let's assume that we're looking at China, we'll just make it

neutral, and that China has a policy now where you rate the social cohesiveness

social friendliness essentially towards the government really of your neighbors.

Here's how it works.

There are some people out there who

understand that just by issuing that directive, the government is looking for

people who have negative views about the government.

So there are a smaller group

of people who will say well those people have to go and maybe I'll get their

apartment, so those people are denounced.

Then the problem becomes when people are

denouncing other people, if you don't denounce people, you look like you are

not loyal to the regime, and so you have to start denouncing people too and then

the denunciations just continue on and on and on and on and on, until finally

everybody is afraid of everybody else, and my wife comes from a society that

had that kind of foundation.

It's been changing quite remarkably lately but

nevertheless it's so deep in that society this idea that well I don't

think I like what this person says so we're gonna report it and then you start

thinking, I'd better keep my mouth shut and I'd better say what's expected of me.

That's the end of the whole experiment as far as I'm concerned.

This concerns me

greatly.

These numbers should be nothing like this.

The number of people in

America who think that they can't speak their mind freely should be about six

seven percent.

That seems about the number of people that are just kind of

crackpots on either side anyway, so it's something to worry about and the

consequences are dire and it needs to be fought as hard as we can and one way you

can do that is to keep messages like this coming and these shows are made

possible by paying members at BillWhittle.com everybody else who's

watching it is getting it for free because of other people's contributions

to free speech and the entire idea of America so we

certainly could use your membership now, especially since George Soros put 13

billion dollars into other organizations that are doing their very best to make

sure you don't get to say what you want to say under any circumstances.

I'm Bill

Whittle, thanks for joining us for Steve Green and Scott Ott we will see you next

week.

Uh, Hello and welcome

I am Sara Nasser

I am gonna show you a simple video

I made about confidence and self-love

There are points I am gonna focus in this topic

and they're four

1. Get rid of those

magazines that give a false image on what beauty is

false image on what beauty is

Now, every girl most likely had

or saw a fashion models magazine

and makeup. Get rid of those false images

that society has put

cause they don't benefit you at all.

2. Be nice

and kind to yourself

Don't go on on judging how you look

because it is not worth your time, infront of you is a bright future

and don't waste your time with

the people who hangout with you only because of your looks because

today they're your friends tomorrow they're your enemies

Choose the best for yourself.

3.Know that your

family and friends

like you for who you truly are

Yes, we heared this sentence multiple times,

and there's a reason, because it is the truth.

Don't let people tell you otherwise.

who truly loves you will stick with you, and the people who bug you leave them

they are not worth your attention and time.

4.To conclude it all,

Be a nice person

It is very important that to keep in mind to be a good person.

So what's the use of a girl with good looks

but treats everyone like crap?

Always think of your future, or if

the girl deserves

to befriend you (nervous stutter) a-and love yourself!

Be you! not anyone else!

And thank you for your attention.

Science, left to itself, reproduces self-destruction (subtitles) - Duration: 5:03.

In my opinion, first of all, there is a discernable euphoria from the progressive way of thinking,

which has taken root in our and other societies.

According to it, everything new is necessarily good.

Allegedly, the future brings progress, and progress is the beginning of something good,

as the old gives way to the new which is better by default.

But it is not always the case, and not all evidence supports this claim.

Second, as far as the science is concerned, we should not exaggerate its capabilities.

We have come up here an entire sci-fi scenario, which is rather remotely connected to reality.

And the expert has confirmed that.

And I didn't want to mention this, but since the notorious prenatal screening has been

brought up, I must add I have 3 children, and the first 2 were born before prenatal

screening was available, but we were going to get prenatal screening for the third one,

but were strongly advised against it.

And the baby was born, and it is a beautiful, loved, healthy girl.

Millions of healthy babies are killed in our country under the pretext of screening.

Millions are killed under the pretext of scientifically-based advice.

The third point that follows from this is that in reality the society must regulate

scientific research, because without this oversight, science, left to itself, reproduces

self-destruction, as is obvious from the weapons of mass destruction.

Biological, toxin and chemical weapons conventions exist for this very reason: if left without

oversight, scientific inventions can to lead to an instant obliteration of a large number

of people.

This can also happen if science is led by immoral ineffective morons.

This is also reality and is also considered science, isn't it?

The host: We saw how a human was used as an experimental animal by fascists in Germany

and Japan.

Experiments conducted in fascist Germany and Japan were absolutely horrific.

And people conducting those experiments were scientists!

Those people were not driven just by ideological fanaticism.

Those people were fanatically driven scientists!

And, yes, at that time they were wearing shoulder boards, but they were scientists.

And I read memoires of some of those German and Japanese scientists, and they said they

did it in the name of science, to understand what the results of these experiments meant.

And they didn't care which shoulder boards they had to wear.

The show host: Those scientists did not have the goal to save anyone.

And the heroic act by the scientists was the decision that one country cannot have the

monopoly on the atomic weapons.

This was an act of civil heroism.

One more socio-political aspect of this issue: all discussions about the need to clone genius

pianists against a backdrop of thousands of people dying from hunger is cynical in its core.

If science can solve all problems, then it should solve the problems of hunger and common diseases.

The show host: The core of the matter is that these problems have been long solved, and

present-day hunger is the result of political decisions.

And new scientific achievements will be misused in the same way.

The host: Absolutely correct.

We have by now discovered how to treat most diseases and feed all of the people and to

provide a certain level of comfort for all.

However, in some places, bored people don't know what next adventure to undertake, I am

referring to rainbow-colored nations, while in other places people are struggling to make

it to the end of the month.

So, science is neither good nor evil.

Its value is determined by how people use it.

It is a means to an end.

And, as history has shown, many new scientific achievements, will be used to solidify new inequality.

The elite, which has access to super technologies, including genetic engineering, and masses

of subservient sheeple, which are destined, genetically from birth, a priori destined

to stagnation and yoke.

This has already happened in fascist labs where they tried to use chemical compounds

to turn people into slaves and to take away their agency.

Unfortunately, unfortunately, such is the essence of the intrinsic human depravity,

or call it however, you want.

Unfortunately, similar outcomes are inevitable if science is only met with euphoria and a

complete lack of scrutiny.

That is why we need to think about it and control the process, which does not, by any

means, negate the development of science, medicine or the need to treat people.

Self Acceptance: Accepting the Unacceptable - Duration: 9:25.

Hello there. What I'm going to talk about today is all about self acceptance. So

last week I was talking about when we make mistakes and how we can see

ourselves as one-dimensional we can look at our mistake we can look at

what we've done and we can make that a story about ourselves and how bad we are

and one of the things I suggested we do is that we actually listen to what

people are telling us about ourselves and when people pay us compliments to

actually really hear those compliments to receive them so that we recognize

it's not just somebody trying to be nice to us but someone actually telling us a

truth about ourselves and to listen to that and to recognize that we are so

much more than our mistakes. So that's one way in which we can help to

move our self-acceptance along. I think it's really important to recognize that

self acceptance isn't a state that we suddenly reach and then maintain self

acceptance is actually an ongoing journey we need to continue to work at

accepting ourselves because there's always things that are going to be

coming up we keep on discovering more and more about ourselves and so the self

acceptance journey is just that it's a journey it's not a destination

we don't suddenly arrive there we're continually working at it and it's

important not to think "oh I don't accept myself because I don't accept one

aspect of myself" and it's talking about the things that we find difficult to

accept ourselves that's the area that I want to cover today. Because if someone

does give us a bit of positive feedback and they say oh you know people

quite often say to me "oh you come across as very calm you're very

confident" I sort of can hear those because they're quite acceptable aspects

of myself and I'm quite happy to hear those sorts of comments but when someone

says "oh I'm surprised to hear you sounding so judgmental" that's a quite a

different thing to accept about myself because I don't want to be judgmental

towards other people but sometimes I have to accept that yes I am judgemental

and sometimes I am critical and how do we move towards accepting those less

acceptable parts of ourselves: the things that perhaps we don't want to be, and the

things that we can beat ourselves up about and wish that we weren't like that,

the things that we want to hide, that we don't want others to see and you know

cover up and pretend them to them that they aren't there? And in a sense if

we're doing that we're not acting with integrity we're not being true to

ourselves we're not being authentic and we do that to make ourselves acceptable

to other people - and by doing that, what we're doing is we're putting ourselves

at the mercy of other people. What would be helpful for us to do would be to

actually accept all of ourselves. It's useful at this point to think we often

divide the way we think about people: it's quite useful to think that we might

have what we call multiple selves or different parts of

ourselves and this helps us because we can recognize that there's a part of

ourselves that we find quite acceptable - so that would be you know being calm or

wise something like that and that's an acceptable part I'm happy to claim that -

but there might be another part of myself that's sort of quite critical and

judgmental and I find that much more difficult to accept. So how do we move

towards accepting the whole of ourselves and not just the parts that we like? And

I've talked about the self critical judgmental parts of myself. Other parts

that people might not like about themselves - I've got clients who really

don't like their anxiety, I've got clients who

really don't like the fact that they can't stop eating, it's things

like that that we really don't like about ourselves we don't like ourselves

to be lazy for example we don't like ourselves to be a fat slob we don't

liked ourselves to be depressed - those are all aspects of ourselves that we

find it really difficult to accept about ourselves and we want to move away from

that; and I'm not saying that there shouldn't be an effort to try and be

calm if we feel anxious or to try and eat more healthfully if we're eating

unhealthily it's not that - but it's there's almost like a a block we can't

really start working on those areas until we accept that stuff about

ourselves. But how do we do it? That's the this sort of sixty million dollar

question: how do we actually accept the parts of ourselves that we don't like,

and actually it's those part of ourselves that need our most attention,

we want to sort of hide them away in a cupboard we don't want them to come out

into the light because we feel so ashamed of them. It really helps, one

of the things that I do as part of my meditation practice is there's something

called the Metta meditation and this is where we wish peace and happiness to

ourselves or to other people and we say may you find peace may you find

happiness and we can hold in our mind a dear friend a loved one we can be more

challenging we can hold in our mind someone that we don't like and often the

most challenging thing to hold in our minds is ourselves -

and actually people really struggle to wish themselves Metta to wish themselves

that they may find peace that they may find happiness because they feel they

don't deserve it and one of the things we do when we have

that sort of block is to notice that there's resistance to accepting the

peace there's resistance to accepting the happiness there's a resistance

to actually wishing ourselves that sense of peace and happiness because we don't

feel we deserve it - and when you've come across that resistance you can actually

wish the resistance to find peace the resistance to find happiness and if you

can be really compassionate towards that part of you that's resisting it

can really melt some of the resistance. So for me the judgmental part of myself

I can wish that peace and I can wish that happiness because actually the

judgmental part of myself is the part that's hurting the most

and that judgmental part of myself comes from the part that's known bullying and

criticism and had learned to judge and had learned to live in that way and if

I can wish that part of myself peace and happiness what I'm doing is I'm actually

embracing the hurting part of myself and I think the same is true of all these

different things that we don't like about ourselves the reason they're there

is because at some point we've been damaged by something and if we can hold

that in mind if we can hold that resistance in a way gently and softly,

compassionately, imagine the kindest person that you know and what they would

say to that part of you that's resisting they'd be very kind to it and if we can

do that to ourselves it begins to just break down the resistance it begins to

help us to be a little bit kinder to ourselves and as we're kinder to ourselves

we can accept those things about us and we can stop being quite so angry with

ourselves - and then the other thing that happens especially if it's something to

do with criticism or judgment is we can see we can understand what other people

are as well and where they're coming from

and that helps us to be more accepting of other people as well. So thanks very

much for watching the live feed I hope that helps if you'd like to get in touch

How To Listen To The Voice of Our True Self - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato - Duration: 11:00.

How To Listen To The Voice of Our True Self - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato So basically taking care of ourselves we also need to know or how to listen to

that voice how to choose from intuitive way how do we do that because most

people don't know yeah well yes the only way to take care of yourself is to

listen to that voice yeah because that's the voice that comes from a connection

with your part of the part of yourself that we call source how do we do that we

just take action we just get started in the doing the how will reveal itself

many of us some of us believe that before you do something you

need to know what you're doing it might be true in us to a certain degree

however I found that getting the energy going by taking action

without the need to know everything before I I do it it will create a much

more exciting experience because it allows the creativity to express itself

fully if I know what I'm doing all the time there is no way that I can create

something extraordinary because is in the unknown the extraordinarity of life

not in the known if you keep doing things in the known field

well you're keeping recreating something that is already there but if you step

into the unknown so you do things just because you feel them you love them but

you really don't know exactly how I don't even know all the all the details

you just initiate the process with great joy and with a connection with the with

with stillness with a now then you are trusting life within yourself and then

that part who knows it all will be able to co-create with you and create the

most incredible an unexpected outcome while if you close that window and you

decide that you do only things that you know then you become very predictable

How To Listen To The Voice of Our True Self - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato and you can be effective for the survival if you are in a survival mode so

it was all you care is to survive then maybe that's a good idea to just do what

you know to do but if you are not in the survival but you are in the living mode

where you we want to live fully then quite the

opposite is probably going what to be more relevant to you much more

interesting to you and so you will be more gladly more embracing the I

do it because it feels right let's see where where we are going with this

rather than I do it because I know I figure out the whole thing and now I'm

going to do it you know there is a big difference between the two the best

probably is the combination where you figure out everything but then you let

go completely of what you have figured out and you

allow are the mysteriousness the process to take charge it's difficult to do that

because once your mind figure things out is difficult to let them go

but if you can master that then it's fantastic so I wanted to do something I

prepare myself as much as possible and then in the moment I start to do

something I forget the whole thing and I let the mystery life to guide me the female

energy to guide me so yes I have some mind knowledge about what is supposed to

what I'm supposed to do but as I progressed into the the journey I will

How To Listen To The Voice of Our True Self - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato choose if I want to pick from that knowledge or if I just allow my

intuition my female energy my heart to give me some new piece of

information that I didn't know before to experiment with and see what happened

with that if you are going to present the completely open and self loving then

you don't need that you have 100 percent trust into the creative process so you

don't need all so much accumulation of data before you take action you just

trust it just feel it that that's something you need to

do you don't know why and how you just trust that voice and you just jump into

start to dance but then very few people can do that because many people are

concerned about the outcome and they are concerned about what other people might

think about them there are so many concerns so they need to kind of fill up

as much as possible the the experience with the knowledge knowledge the

beautiful things I think the best knowledge is that knowledge that you

will gain when as a product of your doing more than what you heard because

How To Listen To The Voice of Our True Self - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato yes somebody decided that music is to be written in a certain specific way

that the knowledge where now is bigger is a given so if you're a musician a

professional musician you need to know how to write music so we are basically

disagreeing with the first person because there was a time where music

wasn't written music existed before written music existed so the a certain

point somebody decided that we need to create symbols in order to communicate

music before there wasn't the case but now this person decided and

everybody decided to agree with that and now we are to a point where some people

judge you if you don't know how to write music your not a musician.

How To Listen To The Voice of Our True Self - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato Well there were musicians once upon a time that we're doing music without

knowing how to write music now it's a beautiful thing to know how to write

music but it's not the only way to create music it's just one of the many

choices you have some people choose to fully embrace that and there is a part a

price to pay sometime because once I am really deeply

into the know how to write music now I'm stuck is difficult for me to step out

from that fixated knowledge and be free to dance I have to be really really

intelligent to be able to do that because I have to be able to have the

knowledge and then let it go and as I suspect what the greatest master do they

have a lot of knowledge but then they forget about it and they just are able

to navigate into the mystery of life and then sometimes they use the knowledge

and then once they navigate in that way the knowledge expands to become more

is not limited
