Childhood is very astonishing

Unfazed

Regardless

Just do what you want

With youth comes maturity

When brain functions heart pains

Responsibilities increase

Courage decreases

Heart wanted something

Brain stopped

Wanted to do something

Society stopped

He stopped, they stopped, everyone stopped.

I want to dance

Even I want to play football

Same here, even i feel like to talk to her

If I add my points in sir's ideas maybe companies overall growth will increase.

When we thought of following our heart,

mind said wait,

stop,

stop

stop

stop

stop

I don't know them, they aren't my friend, if someone said no to dance along then.

Only guys are playing, if they said no to play along then.

Even she is staring, if I approach her maybe everything will go good, but if she said no then.

Will it be right to stop sir in the middle of the presentation,

even if i stopped and placed my idea, no one liked it then.

Brain was powerful

Everyone's fate went weak

Disappointed with no hope

So what if your childhood is gone

There is still a little child in you

Look inside

You still are the best

Build the courage

Make up your mind

Here No one belongs to you

Only you can fulfil your dreams

When you have the strength to achieve what you want

Then why are you upset

Maybe not for the world

#But you are special for yourself

Beating Addiction - Smoking Drinking & Drugs (Self Help) - Duration: 4:49.

Ninh explains, Stop Drinking & Smoking NOW - Beating your addiction to Alcohol, Cigarettes

and Drugs Smoking.

Drinking.

Drugs.

Three of the most common and problematic addictions known to man.

If you haven't already watched my video on understanding addiction – I highly recommend

you watch that video first before carrying on with the rest of this video.

I bet you're the kind of person who drinks too much, right?

Can't stop smoking even with those annoying patches?

And you just can't seem to shake off that annoying heroin addiction, right?

Doing these things can really damaging to your health, and I don't need to show you

what that looks like, do I?

Okay then… ohhh, urgh, argh!

Remember, if you did watch my video on understanding addiction you know that you've attached

strong feelings to a thought, with the feeling of needing comfort to be happy.

And this results in a behaviour of you medicating yourself with cigarettes, alcohol and drugs.

Every time you think of a thought that requires some form of comfort or that requires you

to want to be happy, you'll reach out for those substances.

And this happens every single time.

You've become good at this, to the point where you don't even consciously think about

it.

All you have to do is feel a little bad and low and behold you've got a smoke and a

drink in your hand.

It's so easy, you can buy these substances anywhere!

You feel that you need this in order to cope.

You don't.

You just think that you do.

Now it's time to break the habit.

Let's break the association between you thinking a thought, and the emotional need

for a cigarette, alcohol or drugs.

Every time you get a thought in your head and the feeling of wanting a cigarette, wanting

a drink or shooting up, I want you to say 'STOP – I do not want these thoughts.

I do not want this stuff.

Thank you very much, Trash delete.'

When you do this, I want you to sweep your eyes from right to up to left, you're going

in a circular motion, and I want you to imagine the very thing you're addicted to going around,

until you put that into the bin and out of your mind.

Do this EVERY SINGLE TIME that you even think that you want a drink, a smoke or some drugs.

'STOP – I do not want these thoughts.

I do not want this stuff.

Thank you very much, Trash delete.'

'STOP – I do not want these thoughts.

I do not want this stuff.

Thank you very much, Trash delete.'

'STOP – I do not want these thoughts.

I do not want this stuff.

Thank you very much, Trash delete.'

What you're doing is that you're breaking the association between thought and feeling

and you are commanding your brain to not react in the way that it used to.

You might be constantly doing it at first, but after a while, you'll be saying the

phrase less and less, as your brain relearns to think about it's dependency on cigarettes,

alcohol and drugs disappears.

And if you can do it for one day, you can do it for two days, a week, a month, a year.

In addition to this, I also want you to do the following:

1) Form a healthy environment.

If the environment around you is one filled with happiness, love, and variety, you've

no need to medicate yourself with cigarettes, alcohol and drugs.

Make sure that you've got a happy fulfilling life and that you want to stay healthy so

that you can enjoy it some more.

You'll be too busy enjoying life and being surrounded by people who care to even think

about that stuff anymore.

2) Get rid of any of those substances . You can't take the stuff if you don't have

it.

So get that stuff out of your house 3) Avoid triggers – if you go to places

that make you want it, such as a restaurants pubs & clubs, – it might be worthwhile to

stay away from them for the time being.

Remember, we're trying to reduce the chance that you reach for your substances.

And if you do fail, it's not the end of the world.

Get back on that horse and try again.

You've probably made more progress than you think and I know your body might react

adversely to stopping cold turkey.

But your mind controls your body … focus on the mind and the body follows.

Pretty soon, you'll be enjoying life, without the need for substances.

Episode 10 Self Love? How to "Do" Self-Love the Easy Way - Duration: 3:01.

(soft upbeat music)

- Hi, I'm Joanna Shakti, the soul love mentor.

Does the thought of self-love frustrate you,

confuse you, even piss you off?

It was the bane of my existence for so many years.

There was a guy in college who literally said

I am not going to date you because you don't love yourself.

And then five years later, I find myself divorced

from a different guy.

But a big part of the reason we were divorced

was because he could never have loved me enough

for me to actually feel loved.

The hole where love should have been

was so empty.

So let's talk about three different ways

you can turn up self-love in your life right now.

So before we talk about self-love itself, let me say this.

When we don't love ourselves, we abandon ourselves,

and that, my friend, leads to the number one destroyer

of relationships, the number one cause

of breakups and divorce.

So let's look at self-love and the red flags

for self-abandonment.

Know thyself.

You need to know what truly makes you happy.

You need to know and communicate your needs,

wants, desires, boundaries, turn-ons.

And if you don't know those, that's a big

self-abandonment red flag.

Next, accept thyself.

You have to accept all of you, warts and all,

strengths and weaknesses,

perfections and imperfections, your beauty and your mess.

And if you are judging you, if you are beating

yourself up, if you are trying to hide or deny parts of you,

those are all big red flags of self-abandonment

and that you need to turn up the self-love.

To thine own self be true.

Thank you, Shakespeare.

That's a good one.

What that means is treat yourself well.

Speak kindly to you.

Share your truth.

Take care of you.

And honor your boundaries.

That's love for you.

23 Years Ago: Clay Walker Earns First Platinum Record With Self-Titled Debut - Duration: 1:40.

23 Years Ago: Clay Walker Earns First Platinum Record With Self-Titled Debut

Twenty-three years ago today, on Aug. 31, 1994, Clay Walker was undoubtedly in a celebratory mood.

It was on that date that the singer-songwriter earned his first platinum record, signifying sales in excess of one million units, with his self-titled debut album.

The Clay Walker album, which was released on Giant Records, includes three No. 1 singles — "What's It to You,"

"Dreaming With My Eyes Open" and "Live Until I Die" — the latter of which Walker penned by himself.

"The song kind of wrote itself; there was no struggle at all," the Texan recalls to Country Weekly.

"Melody and words all came to me at the same time, and I wrote it in one night.

It was like I was on this road — and it was the right road the whole time."

Clay Walker kicked off a series of successes for Walker: The tunesmith's next three albums —

If I Could Make a Living, Hypnotize the Moon and Rumor Has It — each scored platinum status as well.
