I think the culture at Blackrock is a really different and interesting culture it's

Incredibly fast paced where you're constantly being challenged

And you're constantly kind of trying to push the envelope. It's also a very accepting culture

it's been a really great place to kind of be a diverse woman and

lesbian and to feel very very comfortable being out and

Appreciated for who I am you know in a company environment I?

Am very excited about the technology

Future we're now looking at bringing artificial intelligence to supplement our health desk

And it's true artificial intelligence not just bots

but you know something that can learn and and grow with the firm I no longer feel like I'm a

Technology person working at a financial firm I feel like I'm a technology person working at a technology company it also happens to these finance

Today we are visiting Runby Skola to get an idea of how this project works in their everyday life.

>> THERESE: I believe the relationship between the students and I have improved-
