each of our seven academic departments

of video game-based apps

for fall prevention and for balance in older adults.

And basically, this project kind of kicks off from the idea

of using "tele v application."

What we are trying to do is, we are trying to

kind of have this application,

video game-based application in which

the client can record their fall history,

they can record the exercise that they are doing,

that the clinic has provided.

What it does is it helps record their single exams.

>> Stephen Roberts: Every semester we

have a IPE workshop

and our goal is to really educate students,

both undergraduate and graduate

in the College of Health and Human Services

about IPE interprofessional education and collaboration.

I sent out a survey to all the Hmong students

that enrolled during that time.

I have a set of questionnaire that I use to assess

the knowledge, it's about 12 questions that I use.

I sent it out and the response rate was 28%

So, 423 students participated in this study.

What I found was that marital status is a factor.

If you are not married you have lower scores

in terms of knowledge for Hepatitis B.

for the City of San Joaquin

to determine what sort of health and human services

aspects they were lacking that we could

help them improve upon.

We discovered that the elementary school

had a really big bullying program.

So, we decided to plan and implement

a kindness week that takes place in

the after school program of

San Joaquin Elementary School.

The Importance Of Informing Your Customers Consistently About Your Products or Services | BizTip - Duration: 2:21.

The last thing you would want to hear as a small business owner is when one of your customers

says that they have bought something that you sell.

And the thing that goes through your mind is "Why didn't you buy it from me?"

and they say, "I didn't know you sold it".

And so, whether that is a service you provide, whether it is a product that you sell, the

last thing you would want to hear is if they bought it from somewhere else.

So, let us look at how we fix that problem.

The reason they bought it from somewhere else is they literally did not know that you sold

it.

Why didn't they know?

Well, you have not been letting them know.

So, you have customers and you should have them on a database of some kind and if you

haven't, first step is to get yourself a database.

Now, whether you do that on an excel spreadsheet, whether you get something like MailChimp,

or whether you get something that is going to work for you; do that.

Make sure that you have got a database.

Then, make sure that you are systematically letting your customers know on a regular basis

that you sell this or you sell that or you provide this service or that service – whatever

it might be.

It is your job as the owner to let your customers know what you sell and what you don't sell.

It is not their job to know unless you tell them.

And so, make a list of all the things that you sell and work out the top ones that your

customers need to be aware of, and start letting them know.

If that is once a month, do it once a month.

If you can get away with doing it more regularly, do that.

If you have them on a Facebook group, or if you have got them on Instagram or something,

or wherever you may be talking to them a fair bit, make sure that you are telling your customers

everything that you sell.

Make sure that you are doing it on a regular basis, whether that is through a newsletter,

or on any social platform that you are speaking to your customers on a regular basis.

It is your job to let them know.

And as you let them know, instead of them saying "I did not know that you sold it",

they will say, "can I have that please?".

Good luck with your business.

And make sure that you are consistently letting your customers know everything that you sell

so that your business becomes even more successful.
