the spiritual teaching or teach now if it is true says okay do you realize that

you don't need to suffer anymore are you fed up enough with suffering or would

you like to hang on to suffering anybody who has come here today has

already suffered enough otherwise you wouldn't be here so in a way your

suffering has been wonderful because it's taken you to this point I know that

I wouldn't be sitting here without having had dreadful suffering and pain

soit's it's taken you here and now the message that comes is further suffering

is not necessary if you voluntarily step into the new state of consciousness you

choose the kingdom of heaven life doesn't have to drag you into it

kick you into the kingdom of heaven it's painful it did led to me but now my job

is to tell people that you don't have to wait for that to happen to you choose

the new state and you're able to do that I wouldn't tell this to anybody but not

anybody comes here if you're coming here your level of consciousness the new

consciousness is sufficiently emerged already for you to understand what I

mean when I say you can choose to live in the state that is free of suffering

you can choose the state in which suffering is not possible anymore

unhappiness does not arise not a state in which you close yourself and you

become okay nothing can touch me anymore protective shell nothing to do with that

because if nothing can touch if you have a protective shell around

you that means that all the beautiful and good things can't touch you anymore

either that's not what it is it's a state of complete openness a state of

such intense presence that unhappiness has no where to cling to any more

because unhappiness can only cling to a mentally made sense of self a little me

past which moves continuously in past and future and continuously ignores the

now so the realization that in the now there are no problems and there is no

unhappiness and the unhappy me that lives through past and future dissolves

as you become present that's the teaching that's the very same message

that the Buddha gave 2,600 years ago and a few people got it and then

misinterpretations started because the mind started getting in there and say

okay let's work this out what does it really mean how can we categorize it how

can we make a system out of that so it's heavy superstructure of mind stuff arose

on top of the beautiful teaching so this always happens the mind tries to get in

there and so the heaviness of religion arises on top of the purity and

simplicity of the original teaching and this is the simplicity of the original

teaching we are going back to that

freedom from pain is possible now

now first that means you understand how pain arises it arises by not being

present to this moment by running away by fighting by denying by running away

internally from what is so that's how pain arises always when you accept what

is the new state of consciousness immediately is present so you can't

separate acceptance of what is from the new state of thoughtless awareness the

moment you fully accept what is the new state of thoughtless awareness is

present the whole mind stuff is resisting what is its very existence the

very ground for its existence is the continuous state of resistance to what

is so resistance to what is and the old consciousness go together so our

practice is to not resist what is and thereby access the power of life and yet

that may not immediately free you of all pain and suffering because humans have

been in that state for many thousands of years and there is an energy field of

pain that every human being inherits simply by the very fact that you are

born into the human condition into the unenlightened painful human condition in

ultimately mad human condition up to this point you are born into that so

every human being has a share of human pain that comes even from very

as you are born into this world you're already born with a burden of pain so

this is a very important part of our practice and realization it is not a

facile thing of saying okay from now on we can all be happy it goes deeper than

that and we are not running away also we are not running away from the fact that

in you there lives an energy field of residue of past human pain on a personal

level pain from childhood that leaves residues energetic residues different

things painful things has happened to you in charge it and of course far

beyond that in time but let's just talk from the level of your present existence

in this form pain that is carried over from your childhood and Beyond and

leaves doesn't go away completely it leaves residues of pain and energy

fields everything is energy then those energy fields get together

because they feel they vibrate at the same frequency so emotional pain gathers

into one mass of pain contracted energy that isn't flowing freely an energy of

that I call the pain body that humans carry inside an energy field of pain and

it's if you don't recognize that no matter how much spiritual practice you

do and even what we are doing here if you do not see you do not recognize how

the pain body operates it will trick you every time and you will lose

consciousness through it so I want I want to address it now

first we realize there is an energy field of pain in me that may manifest

either as turbulence anger heaviness like depression tightness fear whatever

weight manifests it's not pleasant it's painful it's past pain residues but very

much alive still you carry it inside but you're not always conscious of it and I

talked about it briefly in one chapter of the book so we go into it a little

bit more deeply now and now there's the added energy of presence that we take

into the pain body the pain body is sometimes dormant and sometimes active

it becomes active when you suddenly feel it very strongly when it needs to feed

on further experience of pain as it always has to do regularly like it's a

little entity almost it needs feeding temporarily on the experience of further

pain and you will know that this has happened when a relatively insignificant

trigger produces an incredible outburst reaction of pain the minor thing goes

wrong or somebody says something or your partner does something or says something

and they're suddenly in a deep or even a thought comes in and suddenly it it

serves as a trigger for an immense the arising of deep emotional pain at that

moment the pain body this energy field has come up out of its dormant state it

is ready to feed on more pain it produces first two ways in which it

quite put it at that clearly in the book you explained in the next book there are

two ways in which it produce it feeds on the third X because it's all you can

feed on you cannot in pain body consists of that energy of pain it needs please

where can I get more pain it it reads on your thoughts when it's ready to rise up

it will control your thinking it rises into the mind and the mind which is your

thought activity becomes aligned with the pain body every thought you think is

destructive and painful and the pain body loves it it gobbles up the energy

of every sort that you think every destructive and deeply negative thought

it eats it up so to speak and it's having a good time it's feeding and at

that moment one way of putting is is one could say that that is the addictive

quality of human pain addictive because it loves its plane when the pain body

has taken you over and has succeeded in pretending that that's who you are

you're all you're thinking is completely aligned with it and it's feeding on it

at that very moment the least thing you want the last thing you want is to be

free of pain at that moment pain is what you want because at that moment you are

the pain body and anybody who tells you that if I came into your life at that

moment and gave you this message that in life free from pain is possible you

would hit me over the head

because the pain body would be there and I would be talking to the pain body and

the pain what he would be talking back at me so that the pain body needs to

come in periodically and you will all you all have

experience date with partners finding the ideal partner and after a few weeks

realignment there's another side to them that periodically they become a little

monster and then thinking oh I must have made a dreadful mistake

you haven't everybody has a pain body including yourself but it's a bit more

difficult to see the little monster coming up in yourself know the pain body

will use your thinking it will feed on your negative and destructive thinking

it can go on now how long the feeding time loss of a particular pain body

varies greatly from person to person it could be a brief one a pain body that

reads very quickly could be an hour or two some pain what is have a feeding

time of several weeks even months that's extreme and in very extreme cases there

are some pain bodies that are have virtually no dormant stage they are

continuously feeding and active but that's more rare but also happens these

you sometimes meet people who are and you look into their eyes and you can see

they are the pain body is looking at use from their eyes and they are waiting for

an excuse to have more still wanders you to give them a painful reaction they

want you to be angry with them they want you to attack them that's people who are

totally possessed by the pain body so level one pain body feeds on your

thinking level to pain body feeds on the feedback of amore

no pain from other people so it will not only use your thinking it might even

predominantly use somebody else's reactions in relationships when the pain

body is ready to arise and treat it will provoke a reaction in your partner or

the partner does it to you pushes the right buttons because it

wants pain the pain body loves the drama this is why drama is an essential part

of most relationships the pain body needs feeding and you could be saying

suddenly it comes in at the slightest trigger there it is so it feeds on the

other person's reaction and that's where drama arises in the relationship and it

gives me more pain peace and the mind the mind is aligned with it so the mind

will find wonderful ways of rationalizing why it'll add to it

through disc and heated discussions or shouting matches so it's totally and and

then the other person's pain body awakens and the two feet on each other

until feeding time is over and these are the two pain bodies subside to go to

sleep digesting food

and then the relationship for a while is harmonious again and then the cycle

starts again so pain body feeding on thinking pain body feeding on other

people's reactions now I mentioned the unhappy me a mind pattern that people

are identified with an unhappy sense of self this mind pattern when the pain

body is active becomes amplified its energy the energy of the unhappy me when

the pain body moves into that mind pattern that already has been telling

you your life isn't good enough and so on and you may not make it and want it

life has passed me by and so on now the pain body moves into that mind pattern

and it's energy gets amplified ten times twenty times fifty times a hundred times

in other words the unhappy me in the pain body arises it flows into that mind

structure the emotion flows into the mind structure the unhappy sense of me

becomes dreadfully unhappy and loves its unhappiness because that it's it's what

it consists of now all that it is it is not a foreign body that lives in you it

is there's nothing that is not life energy even the pain body its life

energy except that it isn't flowing freely

it's got stuck somewhere and when energy gets stuck and cannot flow freely pain

arises like a river if a river cannot flow the water accumulates in pressure

cumulates but it's really it's beautiful life energy the water is still beautiful

but there's pressure accumulating inside that's what the pain body is now as we

bring presents this consciousness into the pain body it no longer

no longer fool you into completely identifying with it

the presence as the pain arises from now on you and many of you two of you

already practicing that pain arises the pain body comes up and at that moment

you will recognize it as the pain body that's the beginning of freedom from it

the recognition when it comes slight trigger provocation even a thought deep

pain arises in whatever form in some people it's our very active pain active

aggressive pain in other persons it's a passive form of pain poor little me

victim pain doesn't matter which pain bodies have different qualities in

different people it may be turbulence or heaviness or tightness or constriction

it doesn't matter what it is as it arises you will know there is a

witnessing presence and you watch oops there's the same body and you feel the

energy field of it in your body both you can feel it in the solar plexus or

stomach area sometimes in the belly as a a dreadful sense of Oh heaviness or some

people perceive just a big hole with some gaping hole inside or it may be

intense anger but whatever it is if you watch it this is why sitting here is so

helpful because the witnessing presence which is part of this new state of

consciousness is get so much strength and simply by sitting in this energy

field so you the water will be there watching the pain so the pain cannot use

your mind anymore it cannot feed on your thinking because you're watching it

directly it cannot drink into your mind and then become an unhappy me so all

that's left of the pain is an energy field of char balance or

heaviness but the pain has not become unhappy me an unhappy sense of self of

who you are that's the beginning of the end of the pain but our practice is

allowing what is to be and that also applies as long as the pain body is

there in you allowing the pain that is there you also to be that is a very

powerful practice so I'm not saying we are not fighting the pain we are not

even trying to get rid of it you bring the consciousness which is a very

compassionate state of allowing what is it's very powerful state it implies

you're present as the one who is able to allow you are the one who is able to

allow the pain to be you know you're not creating this pain at this moment

because you practice accepting what is so it's not pain that you are creating

it's old pain you bring the acceptance to the old pain this wonderful state is

powerful practice is does not just concern what happens to you externally

allowing this moment to be as it is it includes the arising of pain in the pain

body you watch it feel it allow it so you bring presence into it you meet the

presence meets the pain body he is the pain body and there comes the silent

space of presence okay and you hold the state of presence as you guess the

turbulence happens then the pain body is not replenishing itself you've cut the

link between the main body and your thought

processes it's not feeding on your thinking anymore you're watching it now

the best time to to catch it and watch it is as it first arises in you at the

new first notice it arising to immediately become very alert with every

cell of your body and feel it it is and stay alert stay present continue to

watch this is the beginning of the transmutation of pain the more you watch

the less it can feed it loses its energy charge every time you stay present as

the watch out of it it's not gaining new energy in fact it's losing energy as the

plain body but the very energy that was trapped in there as the plain body

becomes part of the aliveness of who you are the many people's life energy is to

a large extent trapped in their pain body they have little access to their

aliveness because the pain absorbs so much of their aliveness and it's all

trapped in there in a big unhappy me and it nothing is flowing there's no flow

whatsoever there's only a big a huge contraction many human beings are one

big contraction it's amazing the egoic state it's one big contract its massive

flows and s the energy becomes freed that's in the pain body there's an

incredible increase in aliveness and vitality and of course pain goes it

remote it will not go the very first time you do it you will have to do it

many times it will many times it will try to arise again it will arise many

times you will lose it you will lose yourself in it again that's right it's

all part of this there will be times when it will take

although again and afterwards you remember oh there it was and I missed it

completely you might have gone through three hours of drama with your partner

and afterwards you say oh that was the main body I'm missing completely that's

alright next time maybe you'll catch it and know that it's there the good thing

is that the pain body becomes actually your ally in your presence practice

because without it very few people would have enough motivation to enter the new

state of consciousness every time the pain body comes until you

know this fact the pain what he will trick you every time and you will lose

consciousness every time but now that you know this whenever it comes it

becomes incorporated into your practice of presence so the more often it comes

the better it is you're lucky if you have a strong pain body you're lucky

it's good for your practice it can become a great teacher that's that is

that that is the most actually the most powerful part of your practice is to

work with the pain body and see how quickly the transmutation happens when

it no longer is an unhappy me it simply pain not pleasant but you can allow it

and there's an incredible intensification of presence every time

you bring it to the pain body now those of you who have very hands dense or

heavy pain bodies will need more intense presence most people who are that I know

who have gone to become almost free of pain they're not yet many you are

completely free but they will be our people have had very dense memories

because their motivation is stronger to be free

you

Our Self Concept | Feeling Unlucky? - Duration: 3:46.

Hello guys and once again! welcome to our self concept channel!

Feeling unlucky today?

Well, watch our video and rethink!

According to Pindaros , god Zeus and goddess Themis had a daughter.

Her name was Tychi and as it was later on translated by the Romans, Fortuna.

Tychi was taught how to possess the ability of each god's attribute that lived on mount Olympus.

The Gods used to send her every day to bring the nectar and the ragweed for them.

It was this particular food that made them invincible.

Without it, they would grow old and eventually die.

According to the myth one day a fisherman caught Tychi by accident, while he was throwing

his nets somewhere in the Aegean sea.

Enchanted and surprised by her beauty, he wouldn't let go of her.

After hearing that, the gods instantly appeared in front of the fisherman and asked him what

kind of exchange he wanted to do, in order to set Fortune free.

"Ask for anything you want and we will give it to you", said the gods.

And this is how (Tychi, fortune) was set free.

The myth still lives on until today and if you find Tychi in your way, the Gods are ready

to grant you whatever you desire.

So if you ever feel unlucky , know that Tychi exists in the future.

Remember that before Tychi existed, it was Zeus and Themis that created her.

We have the power to create our own luck.

So depending on our approach, our attitude and our actions towards life we have to remain

positive before Tychi comes to us.Luck benefits those who know how to flirt with her.

Keep in mind that our fortune could appear in the next second.

We don't have the mental capacity to calculate the actions of the rest of the world.

Our decisions are going to be according to ourselves and the environment around us.,

just say to yourself: "i am lucky", but make it yours, believe in it.

This way you'll send a very powerful frequency to the "universe" that will change the

chemistry of the utmost elements in your life.

Practise your positive energy every moment.

Send positive frequencies every second so that your spirit and mind can get: stronger

more confident, this is going to bring your life to another level of beauty.

We are what we think.

So let's approach life with a can do attitude and as Thomas Jefferson once said

: "I find that the harder i work the more luck i seem to have"

Higher Self Excerpt on Accessing Akashic Records & Info - Duration: 6:19.

Hi, thanks for watching!

I'm making this video for the practitioners mainly.

For QHHT and BQH and people regressing their clients to get information from the higher

self.

This can be helpful for people about to get their session in a way, to kind of prep you

as to, like, the kind of mindset you might want to be in to have your session.

But mostly, it's for practitioners.

Basically, this is about accessing information from Higher Self, or for the higher self accessing

information from the records.

Because I'm really curious when, you know, we've all had those sessions where the higher

self says "I can't access this", "I can't get the information", you know the details

aren't coming through, and I'm there thinking, you know, this person is so deeply in and

the higher self is so present, and, you know, it's this all-knowing thing, how come it can't

get this information?

So, I asked some questions that you might find interesting.

I'm sure you know it already, but it's still interesting little nuggets or whatever.

So I'm just going to go ahead and read this part of the transcription, and that's it,

really.

Hopefully short and sweet, right?

So I ask "When you and other higher selves say you don't have access, what does it feel

like for you?"

Because I'm curious from its point of view what it feels like... and the higher self

says that "there still could be access, but I don't know how to reach it yet."

So that's really interesting to me because it's telling me that, okay, so my job as the

facilitator is to help the higher self now, help the higher self, not just the client,

but the higher self get the information...which is helping the client, of course.

It's just interesting that the higher self might need our help in that way, right?

So I say, "Can access be gained by asking the right questions, or does it have to be

based on the person of the higher self?"

So I'm asking, is it that I need to come at this from a different angle, um, do we have

to be more patient?

Do we have to do something different?

Or, is it that this person is just not equipped, or, you know, ready to get this kind of information,

because of just who they are at this point in their life?

And the higher self says, "Somehow being able to open up more to the guidance will help."

So, opening up more to the guidance...so I'm thinking, okay, you know we're all prepping

our clients beforehand to come into the session with a very open mind, be open to the information

coming through...so there's only so much we can do beforehand.

I mean, we can emphasize it.

But then I'm thinking maybe in the session, we can request the higher self open the client

up more in whatever way that the higher self can, because you know, we can have the higher

self relax the person, or deepen the person more, do whatever...maybe we can ask them

to open up more, so when we come to a block, the higher self says "I can't access this

information", maybe the next step would be for us to request that they help the client

open up more, just simply that.

So I say, "Can we just request to be opened up (the client) more and connect in that way?"

and the higher self says, "we can request it and it will gradually happen."

So, when i heard that, I'm thinking, okay, so any time the higher self has said 'we can't

access the information' in the beginning of the session, maybe by the end of the session,

that can change.

You know, not of course, if the client is not supposed to hear the information, because

we've all had those sessions, but if it's about opening up, then maybe as the session

keeps going and we get deeper and more comfortable, we can just keep re-asking the question, or

you know get back to it, and at that point the higher say may be able to retrieve the

information.

So I say, "and when we request it- (oh, this is kind of an interesting, random-y questions-

and when we request it (the information/opening up), is there any energy that we are requesting

to?

I thought this was interesting and I love the answer.

The higher self said, "It's the source of everything.

The God.

All the knowledge that there is.

It's Alpha and Omega.

The beginning and the end.

It's everything that is (isn't that so cool?)

We call that the akashics.

So being able to access those is available, it's learning how to access them and trusting

the information that's being given."

So there's the trust thing as well, which we all prep our clients to trust the information,

be open-minded, so you know, we can only do so much there, and we can emphasize it, and

then while in the session, maybe we can ask the higher self to help them trust more.

In a recent session, I had the higher self working on my client's eye, for awhile, and

a lot of it was about trust.

So, you know, when they first starting working on it, this was basically over the whole session,

they were working on it, until finally, there was like this dip or this click where the

higher self reported back, "Ah, okay, now she's letting go, now she's trusting."

That kind of thing.

So, I feel like what we're talking about here is, like, patience and persistence kind-of

thing.

So then I say, "Okay, so when you say you don't have access, is it that the vessel (the

client) does not have enough trust?"

And the higher self says, "Trust and not being ready for that knowledge at this time."

SO, of course, we've all come across that, and usually with me, it's like when we're

talking about the ET subject or something like that where the client isn't ready to

hear all of the details.

But yea, that's basically it and I'm thinking of posting this, if I haven't already, in

the forum.

But I thought that you guys might find it useful or helpful or interesting or whatever. And

that's about it.

I hope you guys are having a great day, and my next video is going to be on a session

I had where the client was part of Creation, so that was pretty cool.

Otherwise, yea, I'll be back soon.

Love you guys so much!

Bye!

Self-Actualization • Night Skincare - Routine Soir Acné Peau mixte à grasse ~ Ursula - Duration: 16:14.

Today, I'm going to talk

at the same time that do my skincare routine

I thought it might be nice. It changes a little bit of makeup

and hairstyle I hope you enjoy it and

I'm going to show you my new products that I use for my face

mainly in the evening and in the week when I want to do masks

scrubbing etc ... and at the same time we will talk about self actualization

that's how we say, self-actualization

it's a term I've discovered recently, though it's always been important for me to have

this idea of evolution, improvement of personal development that i found

with this term of self actualization but I think it's going a bit

further as there is the side "update" so we get the impression that

it's something we have to do regularly: get an update

for oneself, for knowing what one wants to do, what is important

for us, what fits us and as I explained in one of my

latest videos especially in the video where I told you about the fact that I wanted

to start a new big project. I notice that every three years I do

a real update, that is to say that I really take new directions

in my life whether it's personal or professional and every month

every week almost anyway regularly I would not know you

really tell how often. I would have to identify it but

surely something like two month and then every week I'm do a

small point: I wonder if I am in the right place at the right time

if I really want to be where I am and if I want to do what

I do and if I have the sensation of being surrounded by the right people, if I have the

feeling that I'm moving in the right direction ... that kind of stuff so for me all of this

it's related to self actualization so self-actualization ... and at the same time

I will take off my make up I will start by removing my makeup

I always use my little towel Sweet Face wipe that I already have you

shown last year, which I still use and it's always in a good

quality, it does not spoil at all. It's been a year that I have it. I wash it every day

after removing my makeup and I wash it in machine roughly

once a week. It is moistened and I pass it on my face

so for the purposes of this video I think you will understand that

it is not so late that it is actually 5pm pretty much but I wanted to film

with daylight because it's prettier

it already allows me to remove my first layer of makeup

today I am not wearing that much makeup

so it's going to go pretty fast

I do not know if it's the same for you but I like

putting words on some concepts that can be a little vague

which we do not necessarily achieve define the limits and I find that

Besides, that's why I had made videos for example on

hypersensitivity, shyness and introversion and others ... because I find that

putting a word on a concept and try to define

the edges, the contours of this concept ... the limits, really understand

what it is about and not the mix with everything, even if everything is linked

I think it helps better understand

find solutions if we have to find solutions. Me it allows me to integrate

in a slightly more conscious way to my life and know when

I am doing this and when I forget to do that. Its important to me

it's certainly not the case for everyone

but it's important for me to put words

on certain concepts

what I like to do too when I have a lot of makeup for example

there today it is not essential but I will show you

it is to use cleansing oils so I like this one

which is micellar oil make-up remover of yves rocher which is the

pure camille very interesting because that it allows to remove some of the

makeup that is harder to remove and the oils really help to

take off some textures so I'm doing some small circular motions

I put it everywhere. it smells very good it's super soft on the skin

and after that it rinses super easily because it turns into milk

in lotion that's cool

with a little bit of water it turns into milk

and then I'll rinse directly with water. Then I simply wipe

my face with a clean towel

I do not hide that my skin is not at the top right now

I have some acne, I have some hyperpigmentation because I have not paid enough attention to

what I was eating ... it really gives me little pimples

I do not have many but I still have some on the front

a little here is small pimples so it's easier to hide and

get rid of too and then I was a little less regular in my care

lately so that's my fault

the step that I do in general every evenings it is clean my face

with a cleansing foam so the one I like right now is

Galline face cleansing foam which I told you about in my video

favorite products of the moment that is very good and that has a rather acidic pH

a little more acidic than most products

facial cleansers I feel it's nice on my skin

and you can use it in hygiene intimate so I also use it for that and

in addition I like the mosses cleaning so it's top I start

by moistening my face and I'm going pass on all of my face

by doing circular motions too

the brand Gallinée is hyper interesting

since it is a brand of probiotic prebiotics products that helps

to keep the skin really balanced of a bacterial point of view: to allow the

development of good bacteria and decrease the amount of bad bacteria

which are less good for the skin and especially the bacteria responsible for

acne and pimples which is very good because I have mixed skin

and I tend to have a little bit of acne and a little bit of

pimples as soon as I do not eat very well and company ... sometimes I use a

cleaning brush at that moment with my cleaning foam to make a small

exfoliation. There behind me really do all my care so if

want to do a quick scrub the cleaning brushes in general is very good too

If I had a lot of makeup

I'm pretty sure of nothing to have on my skin, just to check

we will use a lotion that is the lotion moisturizing tonic Yves Rocher

very cool very pleasant to use

There I see that I have nothing on my cotton pad

if I had something that would allow to remove it

the product that I prefer in this new range is the jelly Exfoliating radiance

so and a jelly to make a scrub

I always do my scrub before doing my mask

it is super pretty it is transparent as

a jelly with little dots inside that are the little exfoliating grains and

the grains are not too big, they do not are not unpleasant

the fact that the jelly glides super well it's not at all

unpleasant actually on the fingers so I like this product

my favorite of the range

generally when I want to update my life

I will ask myself questions

I'm already trying to identify which I really like to do

which brings me excitement what fascinates me that makes me want

to do and I will also look at this I already do and I do not really like it

that I feel a little forced to do, to try to reduce

that amount of things that I do not like not do it or at least try to find

a new way of doing it to like it again

and I try to get a little closer to what excites me

what I really like

which really interests me

I'm going to rinse

I also know that there are things that interess me

or that I find ... which calls me I would say more which is calling me for example

I know that when I watch some videos there are some

little things that will annoy me on the moment but in fact it's not a real

nervousness it's more a side... I want to do that or deep down I find

that this person has something that I do not have and it's not either of the

jealousy, it's not really envy it's a small mix

in fact of all that where we say to ourselves: hum I do not know ... it annoys me a little bit and we do not know why

and often these are things we would like to have ourselves or in any case

that we do not necessarily have in our lives and that one could cultivate and

develop and there is also everything that scares us and usually the

fears help to identify what would be interesting for us and these are

often things that can really bring us something in life

as I explained in my video on shyness

I was very shy before and necessarily meeting people

the first encounters when we do not know the person at all

it was something that made me very scared at first and I imagined all the possible scenarios

I imagined what people could tell me, what people could think

that would not be necessarily positive, that kind of thing

and finally I worked a lot on it

it's one of my favorite things now is to meet people

and I do not ask myself all these questions I asked myself before

because now I know what I already like in the meeting

so I know what I want to do

when I meet someone I know this which interests me to discover

and especially I know that the people are very nice and

I know that people are in the same situation as me

we do not always know

how to behave but ultimately it is not serious. We always find

solutions and we are able to to exchange nice words

to have a good time and finally something that scared me

it became something that I prefers to do and it's the same also for

when I do workshops or when I speak in public that's something that

I was very scared at first and even to be totally honest I've already cried

during a presentation at school ... And now that's what I'd rather do

I love doing workshops I love doing I love meeting people

presentations in front of a lot of people even if I'm still a little stressed out

but it's because it's something that is exciting

interesting for me to do and that's really something too

I like to develop and I want to continue to develop

if you want you can do for example a table with columns

1) a column where you note your fears, 2) a column where you record your interests, your current passions

3) What annoys you what causes your attention but you do not always know

why and 4) a last column where you write down your ideal what you would like to do

where you would like to be, what you would like to be

tried to identify these different things and then create a connection between these different things

is there finally no something in your scared column

that you find in others columns

highlight what you can find in these different columns and

I will finally mark my goals: What do I want to do

and what would allow me to work these different columns

that would allow me to evolve, to move forward because finally the actualization of oneself is

especially how to evolve and how to do it the things that interest us the most

and gradually progress to go towards what we tend to

and where can we really bring value in the world

I think it's a good exercise in anyway if you feel like it do not hesitate to do it

the light varies is very annoying

for masks... I like a lot the face masks I must confess so

often I have several masks that I use different ways to

different moments one of my favorite products in the care

it's the masks. At the moment I have 2 masks that are different

nothing but the sensation I find that Sanoflore has more of an effect

really purifying when I have pimples that are coming out or

when I have black spots it helps me to remove the black spots behind

and to purify my skin is the sensation that I have on my skin

generally I apply it after having do a little scrub, a little exfoliation

but if you do not have the time you rather want a product 2 in 1 the mask

Gallinée who also scrubs it's convenient it's 1 in 2

you apply it, make a little scrub and then let on your skin

it has more a rebalancing effect of the skin I find

if I start having a good one, a balanced skin that my

diet as well rebalanced there I prefer to use Gallinée for

reinforce this effect there and try to keep it like that

but right now I really do have imperfections I will rather do the

Magnifica mask and I made the scrub before

then both are clay-based

but we will not have the other same assets in

I do not skincare videos very often because I like

tested a lot of products, a lot of brands and see what I really like

what really works on me before you talk about it

I think my last video care was in September it seems to me

after all the brands that I showed you are very good brands

I really like their products I could quite use a whole range of a

only one of these brands but I find that some are more effective than others

I have a preference for some rather

than others and again I get a lot of products so I have the chance

to be able to try and then be able to tell you what I prefer what

I find it really effective

it's a mask which does not dry completely

until you have an effect totally frozen what is good for

this video since I will be able continue to talk about it

and of course have goals

having projects is hyper important to come true

it's built it's for me the first time

step before a big change and if you did not watch it I talked to you about

books on change, habits in my last book haul video

feel free e to watch it if you want to dig if you want

to change your lives but you do not really know how, it can really help you

and I will also talk to you in a next video of how

to know oneself better there are small tools that exist

also to help us anyway just try to think about it

because you already have all the answers in you

but I will also try to share some tools to help you, make the process a little easier

here I am going to rinse

In general, this is the moment when

I remove my black spots but hey I'm not going to do that now

it's not glamorous I received questions about

anti-hyperpigmentation products that I use so I used the serum a lot

nuhanciam that I have you already spoken in several videos that

I use a little less right now because I'm trying to deal with

really the pimples and the product that I like it for that's the stop button

Nuhanciam which I find allows to treat really pimples in a specific way

in addition it has an anti-inflammatory effect that avoids

to have behind a lot of hyperpigmentation and actually limited the appearance of the spot

he is very good I have it I believe finished then I use since

recently the hyperactive serum Laboté which is a serum that was made to me

especially for my skin so precisely to limit imperfections and

at the same time moisturize my skin

a serum a little tailor-made that is prepared so

very cool and so that is used that for two months there is a date of

expiry of two to three months I do not know exactly then there mine mine

ends on May 20th I find it act on my pimples at the same time

I feel like he's boosting a bit hydration

I really like this serum and I use it on all of my skin so I take

a pump. I will use it on all of my face

the interest also of the sera is that they penetrate

a little deeper than other types of care so

it can be really interesting to to make a tailor-made care for the serum

and besides that's why I think it is my favorite product of the Laboté range

that I received. To finish I use the Magnifica Night Cream which

is also my cream favorite when I have imperfections

so if I have very little imperfection I will not use

this cream is really for the no-healthy periods

help my skin to get rid of imperfections, impurities

that kind of thing since I find that it's going to have an action on the pimples so

it has a little the same color as the mask you will see but then of course

it is done and it spreads and it disappears and especially what is super nice

it's really dry matte, there is no greasy effects on the skin which

can be uncomfortable with some creams

it's going to be moisturizing but it's going

at the same time being able to deal with imperfections

here for this video I hope she you liked, that it interested you

there I am ready to go to sleep if I had to go to bed but

it's only 6pm so I'll wait a little bit

my skin is really on top, at best

since I have imperfections

feel free to tell me in comment if you know some of the products

share your routine in comment and do not hesitate to tell me what

you think of self-actualization how you apply it in your life

share your tips and advice comment it will be useful to all

I send you lots of kisses

and see you soon for a next video

All Pipes Considered — Self Smoking Pipe — Smokingpipes.com - Duration: 7:33.

Adam O'Neill: Hey everybody, I'm Adam O'Neill.

Joe Lucas: I'm Joe Lucas.

Adam O'Neill: And welcome too another episode of All Pipes Considered.

Joe's in the studio with us today, he is the head of our research and development department,

and he's here to talk to you about a new product that we have, the self-smoking pipe.

Joe Lucas: Yeah, this has been quite the development process, and we're excited to finally be able

to talk about it, and one of the things that we wanted to do was really lower the barrier

of entry for people getting into the hobby for the first time.

Adam O'Neill: It can be a little intimidating, so yeah, that's a noble gesture.

Joe Lucas: Sure.

Adam O'Neill: So, okay, I guess I'm just kinda confused about the concept.

Why don't you walk me through about it a bit, 'cause like, self-smoking pipe makes it seem

like, what's the point of this?

I wanna smoke my pipe.

So is it actually gonna sit down and just smoke itself for you, or ...

Joe Lucas: Yeah, essentially.

Adam O'Neill: Yeah?

Joe Lucas: It's gonna take a lot of the maintenance around keeping up with the bowl while you're

actually going in and smoking the pipe as well as getting it going for you.

Adam O'Neill: Okay, so I can still actually pick it up and smoke it.

Joe Lucas: Absolutely, yeah.

Adam O'Neill: It's just like if I put it down for a couple minutes, it's gonna be still

...

Joe Lucas: It's gonna keep on going.

Adam O'Neill: Okay, okay.

Joe Lucas: And the thing that we're most excited about is we've got voice-activated features

that we've been able to add to the pipe as well, so you're able to interact with your

pipe from across the room.

So if you are engaged in another activity, you can talk to your pipe, you can have it

automatically light a bowl for you, and it's ready and waiting for you when you are ready

to pick up the pipe and start enjoying your favorite tobacco.

Adam O'Neill: Okay.

Joe Lucas: Which is awesome.

I mean, the amount of work that went into that, I really have to tip my hat off to the

engineering department here.

They really pulled it together pretty nicely.

Adam O'Neill: That's, yeah, I'm impressed, I have to say.

So, okay, take me through a list of features.

You said it'll self-start?

So-

Joe Lucas: Yeah, so one of the first things that we wanted to do was really, if you think

about the interface that's needed for something like a pipe, the ability to add on a typical

screen is a nonstarter, 'cause it still has to be a pipe, it has to fit the form factor,

it has to be fashionable, it has to be comfortable to sit in your hand.

So that takes any type of visual display out of it, so for us we wanted to add in a really

intelligent, AI-backed, voice recognition software.

So if you're familiar with something like Siri or Amazon's Alexa, it will operate in

the same exact way, and that's how you can actually control and interact with your pipe.

And there's some pretty cool things that you could do, so for instance, "Hey, pipey, what

time is it?"

Pipey: It's 10:23 AM.

Good morning.

Joe Lucas: That's pretty cool, right?

You just kinda sit there and talk to your pipe and just kinda have some fun with it.

Adam O'Neill: Right on, right on.

Okay, so does it have any kinda ... Most things have some degree of interconnectivity with

the internet and what now.

What's this gonna do for me on, like, Facebook for example?

Joe Lucas: Sure, that's actually a really interesting question because what we did wanna

do is try to take a lot of the manual nature of smoking a pipe off the table.

We wanted to package up just a really slick and easy-to-use experience, and so for us

what we wanted to do is look at something like Facebook and integrate within it.

And because we've went through and did all the development for the voice recognition

part of the features, what we wanted to do was take a look at your Facebook feed.

One of the coolest things, I gotta say, that we do is once you actually connect up your

Facebook account, the pipe will automatically look at your Facebook feed, and it will know

based on how your day's going whether you really need a pipe that day or not.

So when you come home from the office, you should have a pipe already smoking and already

ready for you to pick up and start enjoying.

So as you've had a stressful day-

Adam O'Neill: So how's it go about it?

Is it like-

Joe Lucas: Well, it's looking at your Facebook feed, so it's-

Adam O'Neill: So it knows where I am?

Joe Lucas: It knows where you are, it knows what you've been posting and talking about

that day, and based on your past posts, it'll know if you are a little bit happier today,

or if you're a little bit stressed out today.

If you're sharing more than normal, there could be a reason why, and it'll know, and

it makes a best guess as to whether the likelihood of you wanting a pipe when you get home that

day.

Adam O'Neill: Okay, that's cool.

Joe Lucas: So it just kinda takes that kinda off the table for a lot of pipe smokers.

Adam O'Neill: I'm going to admit I was playing around with one feature earlier today, and

it made me a little happy, 'cause ... Hi, guys.

You all know what the perennial hipster I am, so it takes pipe selfies.

Joe Lucas: It does.

This was actually something we, we had to make a decision on this, and we wanted, like

I said it was important for us to get the form factor right, and then to feel natural

in your hand, but we also know that most pipe smokers that we were talking with as part

of this, they love taking selfies, and they love being able to share the experience of

them smoking a pipe.

So we were actually able to embed a six megapixel camera on the inside of the bowl that will

automatically take a selfie for you, and it will post automatically to Facebook-

Adam O'Neill: I noticed that, and the crazy thing was, it posted to Facebook, it posted

to Instagram, but it also, like, it seemed to read my past Instagram posts and actually

apply a filter that I would have, so you know, just a little darker, a nice hipster fade

on there.

It was exactly how I would have done it if it was me.

We'll put that up on the screen.

Yeah, so I mean, that's ...brilliant.

Adam O'Neill: Yeah, I'm impressed, that's a little thing but I liked it.

Joe Lucas: Yeah, well that's the thing with something like this.

We really did wanna focus in on those little things.

We wanted to make the experience easier for everyone to be able to enjoy, and even if

you don't have the background like you have to be able to go in and apply the right filter

or anything for your selfie, we can do that for you and really make sure that the selfies

that you're sharing are top-notch, they're something that a professional would likely

put on their social media.

Adam O'Neill: Aw, thank you.

Joe Lucas: Oh, you're welcome.

Adam O'Neill: I take that as a compliment.

Joe Lucas: You're like the king of selfies around here, so.

Adam O'Neill: I am the king of selfies around here.

I don't know if you're calling me a professional 'cause that's actually my job, or if you're

calling me a professional hipster, but I guess I'll just take it either way.

Joe Lucas: Well, I think you are definitely a professional 'cause we pay you to be a hipster

in your selfies, so.

Adam O'Neill: I'll take it.

Joe Lucas: I think that's the bar to be a professional, I think in my mind.

Adam O'Neill: Alright, well, that's probably about all the time we've got for today, so

on our way out the door, why don't we take this thing for a test drive?

Joe Lucas: Alright.

Hey, pipey, fire it up.

Pipey: Fire commencing.

Adam O'Neill: That's amazing.

Alright, Joe, thanks for coming in, and guys, we'll catch you next time.

Have a great Sunday.

Joe Lucas: Take care.

Jaguar and Waymo All-electric, self driving cars are coming - Duration: 3:51.

Waymo and Jaguar Land Rover are partnering to create a new fleet of all-electric, self-driving

vehicles.

John Krafcik, CEO of Google's self-driving car affiliate, said the company plans to add

up to 20,000 all-electric, self-driving Jaguar I-Pace models to Waymo's fleet in the next

few years for the company's ride-hailing transportation service, which is scheduled to launch this

year in Phoenix.

"This is the self-driving car that car lovers have been looking for," he said while unveiling

one of the vehicles a day before the New York auto show.

"This is a production-ready vehicle."

Waymo will start testing the self-driving I-Pace later this year; however, production

of the up to 20,000 vehicles isn't expected to start until 2020, according to officials.

"Moving the required boundaries of technology cannot be done in isolation by a single company

any more," said Ralf Speth, CEO of Jaguar Land Rover, during the event.

"So you look for partners who share your dreams … add value to your own imagination

and who are leading in their respective fields."

Krafcik said the long-term partnership with Jaguar Land Rover is part of its goal to tailor

its self-driving fleets to the needs of individual customers.

It is the sixth type of vehicle Waymo has added its technology to, including a large

fleet of self-driving Chrysler Pacifica minivans through a partnership with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles

that was announced in 2016.

"Our model at Waymo isn't to be a car company," Krafcik said.

"We think there are amazing companies like Jaguar Land Rover in the world for us to partner

with, and so we are very, very happy with that.

Our role in the world we see very clearly is to build the world's most experienced

driver and to deploy that driver in as many places as we can to help move the world to

a better place."

Waymo's business model, according to Krafcik, is to launch the vehicles in its own ride-hailing

fleet, followed by tracking and logistics and, eventually, licensing.

The company, he said, also is working with cities to better help connect people to existing

public transportation.

Waymo's cars have driven more than 5 million miles on public roads in 25 cities, including

testing a ride-hailing, self-driving vehicle fleet in Phoenix for less than a year.

The company also is doing significant simulation testing -- the equivalent of 5 billion real-world

miles -- and has created a private mock city to test the vehicles under difficult and unusual

circumstances.

The ride-hailing service later this year will begin by serving 100 square miles.

It will eventually grow to 600 square miles, according to Krafcik.

Jessica Caldwell, director of industry analysis at Edmunds, said: "The partnership with Waymo

puts an exclamation point on Jaguar's comeback.

"Just a few years ago the company was struggling, but now they've made it clear that they're

thinking far beyond their sports car heritage and are reaping the rewards.

The Jaguar partnership is also a smart move for Waymo, as it gives them an early advantage

in the emerging space of luxury autonomy, and the additional learnings that come from

testing a wide range of vehicles."
