Does The Smart Solar Box Work-Digital Ebook & Video Guides Smart Solar Box-Smartpower4all Org Review - Duration: 2:05.
Our lives has been pretty much dependant on the use of electricity.
Right from the need of light to even the need of entertainment, we will need enough power
supply to run them whenever the needs come every day.
Do we always have to depend on the main power?
No, there are power generators to use too.
Smart Power For All is what you need.
Click the link in the description below this video for details.
Yes, we actually need power generators in our daily lives because more you use electric-based
household tools at home, the higher the price you will have to pay.
If it is like this, we cant expect to be able to save much money for other life needs.
Not to mention, there is always possibility for the main power to fail.
However, it is not like there is no alternative to resort to while the power goes out like
that.
What we can do to counter such thing would be to use power generator.
As the name suggests, this is the kind of devices that can generate power for you.
If you dont want to risk the life of your family within the darkness, youve got to
consider using power generator to use whenever you need it.
It would surely be a lifesaver for you.
Why not consider choosing Smart Power For All: Smart Solar Box?
There are many generating devices that cant be trusted and are not reliable enough to
even consider after all.
We need something easy and handy to use, really cuts down the electric bill, and is priced
at affordable price.
While it might sound like too much demand to ask from such device, there is actually
power generating device that can grant such wish for you.
Yes, it is none other than the Smart box.
With the Solar Box of Smart Power 4 All, you can save money even though you keep the electricity
on and has it gone throughout your home.
It is not one coming as a ready to use device though.
Instead, it teaches you how to make one.
Still, there are many nice things coming from it making the device yourself.
In itself, it makes great experience that would not bother you with annoying stuff.
The Smart Power Box is actually a simple and easy to follow plan tutorial.
The plan taught to you will show you the way to make a device that can generate power.
All you need to do to make one is to use few parts and tools that you can easily find in
hardware stores.
Have the parts ready and you will be ready to make the device following the instruction
you get from the plan tutorial.
Once it is done, you can place it anywhere you want.
You will be surprised at how small the device can be.
It is so compact that you can even take it around with you.
The use of this Smart power device will help you cut the electric bill by up to 68% too.
This is one accomplishment that you cant find in just any power generator.
You can absolutely be thriftier with this device here.
Considering how easy it is to make it and how handy it is to use it, there is nothing
more to ask for.

What is Digital Transformation - David Emm - Duration: 2:13.
i'm David Emm and I'm a security researcher in the Global Research and Analysis Team
at Kaspersky Lab - I'm going to talk about digital transformation. Now, competition
has always been an essential part of business and today that means making
full use of digital technology in order to stay competitive. Now that means that
this is a boardroom issue and we know that about forty seven percent of boards
are putting pressure on our IT departments to exploit digital
technology. But it also makes cybersecurity a boardroom issue too
because it's got to be done securely - so why? What are we thinking about well
think about cloud technology for example; businesses more and more are outsourcing
data to cloud providers, but they need to make sure that actually those providers
are going to be as secure as if they manage that process themselves as if
they manage data in-house. Think also about General Data Protection Regulation
it's not just security, but businesses need to make sure that they're taking
care of privacy: the privacy of their customers for first and foremost but
also partners and also their employees so security and privacy have got to be
top of mind. Now we know that the cost of not doing this can be very high so for
large enterprises it can cost them about 1.2 million dollars and even for a small
or medium-sized business it could be a hundred and twenty thousand dollars, the
cost of a breach, so it's not surprising there for that cyber
security spending is set to increase and our own survey would indicate that
businesses are looking to increase spending by about fifteen percent over
the next three years. So in short business need to think
about three things: the first is they need a strategy, second they need to make
sure that they're educating their staff as part of that strategy and the third
is, they need to exploit security technology to make sure that they can
securely take advantage of digital transformation I'm David Emm, if you need
to know more about this or other security issues go to securelist.com

NeuroChain's new adventure at Asia Digital Asset & Blockchain Congress 2018! - Duration: 2:42.
-Good morning, everyone! -Good morning, dear community!
We are calling here from Tokyo and we want to share here with Billal a little bit about
what we are experiencing.
And we're about to start our presentation here at this specific blockchain conference
and we want to share a bit about what we heard yesterday.
So Billal, let me ask you a few questions.
Yeah, you are the first one to talk.
Yeah, we are the first one.
Right, so what about yesterday?
To start with, what have you heard yesterday that you think is worth mentioning for the
community and what they probably want to hear about?
Yes, yes, very nice talk yesterday.
Japan is very active in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
There are many, many, many projects here but very, very oriented to Japan, you know.
Now they start to open the solutions to the world, specifically to Asia, Europe and the US.
So yesterday we've seen some key investors coming from Japan that you usually don't see so often, right?
And they came out and presented very precisely some of the big plans they have.
They're basically making conglomerates of banks: There were 27 banks united under one
banner, and they are going to create cryptocurrency funds.
So that's gonna be interesting.
Yes, investing blockchain projects.
Right, what about Chinese people?
Are they still very active?
What have you seen?
Oh, yes.
Always active.
Sure, many projects, exchanges.
They are also organizing themselves.
They're also going to regulate somehow the exchanges and the cryptocurrency world in China.
It's very good.
It's going well, yeah.
Right.
And we had lunch yesterday with the president of the Research Center of Blockchain in China,
someone who was the top executive.
And we had lunch with him, so it was great.
The Japanese TV was here, NHK, to shoot a little bit of an interview with us.
And we had a great discussion about potential partnerships that, you know, are in discussion right now.
So that's gonna be interesting.
So alright, we're a few minutes before the show starts here.
That's why we stepped aside and took a bit of time to talk to you guys.
We're gonna be on stage.
There was a big football match last night at 2:30 a.m.
Yeah, right.
And Japan was defeated so it was terrible.
So technically, I don't know if the people are gonna be very animated in the morning
so we'll make them cheer up and we'll see who's still alive.
All right, we will talk to you after the presentation, guys.
See you!
Bye bye!
Hi everybody. It's great to have you and I want to continue to talk to you too.
For this, you can simply need to subscribe to this channel.
We have more story to tell.
Come on see you soon!

Cortana: a digital assistant with personality and smarts - Duration: 3:51.
[MUSIC]
>> Hi there.
>> Play relaxing music.
>> Sure.
>> Remind me to text my mom in 15 minutes.
>> A digital assistant helps people get things done.
That's the defined value add
that digital assistant will bring.
But it also provides a personal understanding,
I wouldn't go so far as to say companionship,
but a lot of fun.
We are a group of writers that
is fortunate to be able to write
for Cortana, the digital assistant.
We get to write what Cortana says,
and in doing so develop who Cortana is.
We call that the personality of Cortana.
>> If I'm a good one. You'd never know.
>> When I first started working on Cortana,
I was working on Windows Phone,
and it was one of the features that
was going to ship with Windows phone.
We had a style guide,
a set of principles that we use to figure out how we
would write for the phone UI and for content.
I realized pretty quickly
that those same principles were not going to
work for writing for Cortana because
Cortana is in dialogue with you,
you're going back and forth.
We had already established at this point that
Cortana would be based
on this notion of a personal assistant,
and that was how we were
developing some of the features too.
So, I offered to go,
put together some principles,
just for writing for Cortana.
I started with this idea
of the personal assistant and built from there.
>> We wanted to develop a personality for
Cortana that felt great.
That felt like a device or
a piece of technology that you really
wanted to interact with.
We wanted her to not just help the user execute a task,
but also to do it in
a supportive and helpful way that felt really friendly.
So Cortana's early users actually had
a huge hand in
developing and helping develop her personality.
People were very curious about her.
They wanted to hear about her likes and
dislikes and preferences and things like that.
So now, she likes waffles.
She has ideas about things.
She has opinions and
that's something that users wanted from her.
They wanted a consistent firm personality.
So that's what we gave them.
So, one reason that my team exists is to make sure
that Cortana's responses are
empathetic and that they sound truly human.
>> As writers, one of the things we do is work
with design and engineering leads
on articulations of the future and what
Cortana might look like
three years from now, five years from now.
In the future, further on down the road,
Cortana won't just be your digital assistant,
she'll be a digital agent that helps you solve problems,
ask on your behalf
and augments your abilities and reflects who you are.
She'll also serve as
your natural language conversational interface
between you and the entire digital world,
and hopefully, you can delegate things to Cortana.
This should free us up
to spend less time looking at screens,
more time interacting with each
other and concentrating on what we love to do.
>> The point of it all is to make life easier for people.
We've created this experience we call
Cortana and she's personal and
relevant and she can
handle some of the busy work for you.
Some of the things in life that might get away from you.
Check it out.
Try some of these commands.
Try setting a reminder.
Check the traffic out.
Ask her to tell you something funny,
something interesting.
In the end, I hope,
the entire team hopes,
that Cortana can make your life a little bit easier.
>> Catch you later.

customer marketing digital for
one and a half where I talk about
really how to use marketing
digital but thinking in the middle and
ie long - term thinking of doing
to take full advantage of your company
in the most sustainable way
possible and with the resources you have
so we go to there
[Music]
to be in front of the door
principal in the taxi we
kia expected in a river silver
[Music]
sería principal debe ser aquella parada
de taxis
y a río a que el plan si éstas no se
presentan y
llevan mucho vale vale
vales nada tengo entonces no tengo tengo
osadía directa
bueno
encantado
business actos
sigue vivo a diario
efectiva necesitas dinero necesitas
dinero para poner eso adelante te guste
o no te guste y cada vez es más caro
todo esto de hecho
tenemos yo creo que la suerte todavía
aquí en españa es muy barata la
publicidad digital si nos vamos a otros
mercados internacionales eeuu inglaterra
has hecho tú diez mil veinte mil 5.000
mil los que sean y a día de hoy si
quieres llegar a esa audiencia que tú
has generado obviamente su plataforma
segmentaciones a precios bastante bajos
encantado
el caso es que ha dicho
si la empresa su empresa inmobiliaria
y por supuesto lo que necesita la
palabra que aparte de todo tu
conocimiento es que nombrar la palabra
que yo me dijo que agregó
sí claro un poco oscuro
aquí se ve bien
aquí se ve bien
y nada de un placer
en una hora y media de conferencia
acabamos de terminar corriendo porque
casi perdemos el tren gracias a una
taxista encantadora que acogió recovecos
y llegamos por fin bueno tres horas solo
en sevilla pero ha sido como siempre
encantadora la gente de la ciudad así
que muchas gracias sevilla y espero
volver este año otra vez
sí

Digital Friendship Is Forever (Small Town Creative) - Duration: 7:59.
if I can't find somebody like me what other option do I have
bottoms up
hello friends and welcome to the Small Town Creative I am Michael Masters
creative professional in the small town of Ovid Michigan that's OVID today
we're talking about friendship
friendship yeah what do you know about friends what do they really know about
you when you say the word friendship what sort of things come to mind Michael
this is a deep question that requires careful consideration before answering
does it really matter what me as the viewer has to say about friendship or I
could just assume that you wanted to get my gears turning in anticipation for the
remainder of information you're about to share with me okay I think I processed
your question and I'm ready for you to continue and three two when you say the
word friendship what sort of things come to mind
last week I asked the same question in a place where friends just love to hang
out Facebook here's some of the things they had to say dependability love
laughter grace and wisdom these are like the foundations of
friendship right there alcohol tea and gossip it sounds a lot
like high school every single day
I'm so impressed Brad says The Goonies and it just
wouldn't be complete without sports and here's my favorite his ship made out of
friends Thank You Maegan the visual imagery is so vivid I like to think that
the best friends are the ones you're with and you can't help but say these
two words me too when you share an interest with someone you each have
something to offer to the other and there's always something to talk about
for example take this short sketch that my buddies Jordan Alfred and I put
together
this is a great example of when a common bond in this case
clapping each other into non-existence unites people unfortunately there's
always those times when we need somebody to collaborate with and nobody's
available to play that's really sad it is sad but let me encourage you with a
story about how I solved that same dilemma using only my imagination only
your imagination and some video equipment and lighting that my uncle
Jerry gave me anything else some props the help of friends and family and a
completely original song with the help of my friend Tim Kish I hope you enjoy
it
I'm making a friend in my imagination I started
would
laws
between
we'll remember I wouldn't be so alone I
thought I was facing an impossible situation when I remembered something my
unusually intelligent daughter told me when the physical presence of a friend
is impossible technology kicks in to form a new kind of friendship the
digital kind of thank you I began the search for a digital individual I could
connect with online that's not what I was looking for social media groups
they're useful but I do need someone that's available at the drop of a hat
hire somebody that'd be nice we're gonna have the money for that
I just know that there's somebody out there who just loves to make things sing
ridiculous songs and eat peanut butter out of the jar so much as I do
George Bernard Shaw said that life isn't about finding yourself life is about
creating yourself if I can't find somebody like me what other option do I
have
bottoms up
you're so handsome I
I'll call you busy yeah busy dizzy
wow what an inspiration I was so glad that Michael found someone who is so
much more than what he was even looking for we're gonna learn a lot more about
busy busy and that was so two of the small-town creative now if you think you
like this video click the like button below it's a good way to say hey Mike I
don't just think I like I know also if you want to be in the loop I'd love for
you to join the tribe YouTube can help connect me to you all you have to do is
subscribe before we wrap up I have a question for you what's one thing that
your best friend does for you that nobody else can let me know in the
comments below your response could be in the next video alright guys that's it
for me I'll leave you with this nugget of wisdom be more bizarre today than you
were tomorrow see you next time
you

The SquADD Goes Woke | Inside The Office - Duration: 5:48.
- [Woman] We need to stop being so ratchet in our content.
- I disagree, I just pitched Pat a new animated series
called the Ratchet Patch Kids.
- I think I'ma green light that, plus I have a new idea,
Love in Hut Hop: The African Edition.
- Ah, that's what I'm talking about,
ratchet is where it's at, that's my slogan.
- Thick thighs save lives is your personal slogan.
(laughing)
- Good morning team, Patrick I see you're slap boxing
with French Diplomats on your Instagram stories?
- Hey, Kiera and them wild as hell.
- Who are you when you leave work?
- Pat snip bike seats on the dark web.
(laughing)
- Now Craig, are you early or late for an attempted robbery?
(laughing)
Listen guys, I've got some news to share.
I hired a data analyst company
to go over our content to see what our audience
is looking for, and the results are in.
They want more thought-provoking,
crazy, Afrocentric, black content.
So what I've done is hired a woke consultant
to come overhaul our stuff.
Brother Akbar.
- Brother Akbar?
- Hello my brothers and sisters.
I would like to apply to you, on the opportunity
to provide, some black opulence into your regular content.
So please, join me upstairs for your very first
woke episode of Great Taste.
- Where's the rest of your voice?
- You need a throat lozenge.
- Can I be in this if I'm half?
- Brother, sister, brother, brother,
brother, brother, how you doing brother?
Brother Dope'boy, I would like to run some things by you
as the self-proclaimed head writer of the show.
- Okay. - Thank you brother.
- What up everybody, I'm Patrick Cloud
and I'm here to tell you why Malcolm X
is the best black American hero of all time.
- [Group] No. - Yes.
First of all, this guy had layers.
Okay, he was a two-bit criminal, he turned his life around.
I mean, this dude had a powerful message.
- I mean Malcolm X is cool and all,
but Martin Luther King had a dream,
and he had marches and he also wrote great speeches.
- I feel all that sister, but Barack Hussein Obama
is the embodiment of all these great men.
He's the first black president.
- Yeah, but the amount of time and effort
that was put into the field of research
of peanuts and other products is exactly
why George Washington Carver is my favorite.
I mean, he put the PB in PB and J.
- He did. - No he didn't.
He did not make peanut butter.
That is a myth, he didn't make it.
- You don't have that proof. - I don't have anything else.
- Oh, is that it? - Yeah.
- Okay, well I guess that solves it guys.
When debating our black heroes, there is no winner.
Just a chance to acknowledge
all of our great black pioneers.
Thank you for tuning in to another episode of Great Taste.
See you next time, this is Patrick X?
All right, hang on, cut, cut.
I know we're supposed to be woke right now,
but I created Great Taste to be a debate show.
This wasn't much of a debate at all.
- I understand that brother, I understand.
But you see, black excellence is never up for debate.
Okay, the revolution will be televised.
- Yeah, what does that mean?
(phone ringing)
(ominous music)
- Sister. - Brother.
(rotary phone being dialed)
- (singing ringtone)
- Hello? - Hello, black America?
Unfortunately, I've got some bad news.
You see the black man in America has been oppressed.
Okay, the black experience in America
has been treated unfairly to say the least.
And it is clear more now than ever before
that we did not land on Plymouth Rock.
No, Plymouth Rock landed on us.
And to complete the theme of this episode,
the revolution will be televised!
Come on.
(music abruptly stops)
(singing ringtone)
Stay woke!
- So I'm thinking we rename dad jokes to woke jokes,
and then we only tell jokes with deep meanings.
- I kinda like that.
- Instead of Roast Me how about Toast Me,
where each person on this squad makes a toast
to their favorite black person?
- I'm picking up what you're putting down.
And I can also put a feeler out to see
if we can get sponsors by any black soap or incense company.
- Hey, what's up guys?
So, funny thing happened.
There's a small mistake with the data analyst company.
Turns out our audience was asking for more loke content...
- [Group] Oh. - ...not woke.
There was a computer error, more loke content.
So Pat, if you could get us back to
our regular scheduled stuff that'd be fantastic.
- Thank God.
- I'll hand out some assignments
and get us back to our roots.
- Thank you. - Wait, where's Dope'boy?
- Oh. - Oh.
- Your fingers stink.
Really guys, really?
Nobody seen that I was tied up this whole episode?
- Yeah, we didn't care.
- That's neither here nor there.
Well, now that the Ratchet ban has been lifted,
I got some new pitches.
First pitch, Niggas Going Nig.
Yeah, yeah, where we highlight our favorite
niggas doing nigga shit.
Then we got a dope-selling family in a sitcom,
called the The Bando, it's gonn' be great.
- And on that note, I can go anywhere else but here.
- This was a good day, low-key, I just noticed.
- It's quiet, he had a gag on.
- He's heavy.

Insurance and InsurTech Part 3: Insurers and Digital Engagement - Duration: 1:56.
The second phase has been a very interesting one for us - the part of the
process, the part of the transformation where the information exchange gets
better and more appropriate. Secure where it needs to be. Available to those that
need it, particularly in the distribution and insurance process. When you talk to
the clients that you work with, what do you think are some of the biggest
pain points they have when they're going down that path and trying to
identify the places where to really start and focus. We've seen that most
companies are starting with their distribution network because this is
still an industry that relies heavily on human intermediaries for distribution.
Now certainly in some lines of business there's a move towards more and more
direct, direct to consumer, direct to customer, kinds of activities. But if you
look at the the numbers, the statistics, the vast majority of
insurance is still sold through some kind of intermediary and in most cases
that independent intermediary. So what that means is that those
businessmen themselves running an agency or brokerage, if they don't feel like
they're getting the right digital tools and they're being able to do business
and/or interact smoothly with the carriers, they're gonna take their
business elsewhere. They can submit those applications, that business, to other
insurers, other carriers. So that puts a lot of pressure on the insurers to
really think about how to digitally enable their distribution network. They
evolved from there, most insurers say that's the first focus, but then of
course they want to provide digital capabilities direct to the customers, the
policyholders themselves, and then think about how do we really support
that via being more digital inside the enterprise.
-------------------------------------------
Insurance and InsurTech Part 2: The Phases of Digital Transformation - Duration: 1:24.
When we were talking earlier, you mentioned that from SMA standpoint you
kind of look at digital transformation and in three phases if you will could
you could you maybe share a little bit about that. Sure, and I should say that
InsurTech by its nature is digital. All these entities are digital.
And so it is enabling insurers to think differently about what does digital mean.
The way we think about it is there's really three phases to a digital
transformation. The first is simply about digitizing assets, creating digital
content of all types. The second phase is about digital engagement and there you
get into how insurers are interacting with their agents and brokers and
advisors and their whole distribution network, giving them more digital tools
and then policyholders directly with policyholders or members and how they
interact with them in a digital way. And then that really sets the stage for
the third area. The third phase of true digital transformation because now we're
able to think about new business models new products new ways of doing business
and we're seeing companies that are stepping back and truly rethinking the
insurance business so it's a pretty exciting time for the industry.

How is innovation in the InsurTech sector promoted in Munich? | Digital Hub Initiative - Duration: 0:50.
How is innovation in the InsurTech sector promoted in Munich?
Around 100,000 people work for insurance companies in Bavaria, making Munich one of the world's most important industrial locations.
The region has unique potential for financing innovative companies.
This is especially due to the fact that we are strongly supported by the public sector, and we have top universities in Munich that support technological progress.
There's a large number of partners who want to start pilot projects with startups.
At the InsurTech Hub Munich we offer two accelerator programs; one for startups in the early phase, and one for startups in the later phase, helping them to validate and scale their business model in the ecosystem.

White Tailed Deer Fawn Digital Painting with Story - Duration: 4:18.
In the little meadows between young trees of an old woods
a spotted fawn hid amidst the late spring flowers.
Mother Doe left her youngling to rest without her between milk feedings.
The safest way for baby deer to grow and gather strength their first days
is to hide away from Mama's scent
and stay very still with dappled camouflage.
Like the ruins of an ancient castle
two old farm silos covered in vines
stood but a little away
hiding the path and field where mama had gone
and told him not to follow.
From the opposite direction
a loud clatter and then strange noises
echoed off the stones and trees
and old foundations of a barn and carriage house
"Stay still," Mama said,
"lay still and quiet, little one, no matter what."
But oh my goodness
that noise was not quiet
and it was getting louder.
Yikes!
And with unbalanced effort
he jumped to his hoofed feet
and with better grace leapt out of the meadow
away from the noise
hopefully
across the stone path with stripes,
and to a field.
Hey...
this was the field Mama was in yesterday.
There were all the green tangles twisted
round each other, and his legs.
Hmm...
no longer scared,
and remembering not Mother Doe's advice,
He sniffed the green tangles,
which were in fact peas.
Just a little nibble wouldn't hurt
just to see what they taste like
and a little bite the little fawn took
and then another
and then another
and then he stuffed his mouthful with delight
(Music)
"This green stuff is wonderful!" he thought,
as he licked his lips
and pondered another mouthful.
Deciding against it, though,
he remembered
he was supposed to be in the meadow
and not the field.
And so he wiggled away from the tangles,
between the old trees,
across the stone path,
and back to the now quiet meadow
and there we'll leave the silly fawn,
waiting for Mother Doe.
I wonder if he'll tell her of his adventure
and his between meals snack,
or will she guess
if he does not want as much milk.
Though I am sure she'll know just the same
for though he licked his lips
his dribble chin still had green evidence

InsurTech Part 4: Rethinking the Digital Landscape - Duration: 1:37.
The third phase of this process, the most complete or all in investment from
the carrier side. It's not an easy fix, is it, because it's not a single technology
really that comes in and does the job and it's more about the
platforms, the partnerships, that are in place that deliver that total
solution. Is that an appropriate view. It is an appropriate view and when you
think about the way that the whole technology landscape has been
evolving, we used to live in a time where there were these big
monolithic systems - the policy systems or the claim systems or underwriting -
whatever it might be. Even ECM, honestly, big ECM systems that managed all of the
repository of the content and the workflows. And now we're moving towards a
world that allows you to integrate more quickly, to pull good services from
various places, and so, it's important to have these layers that enable that that
are API-enabled that leverage micro-services type architectures
because that's the world we're moving towards, is wanting to quickly assemble
solutions from different vendors, from different areas, different apps, to put
products and services in front of customers.
-------------------------------------------
InsurTech Part 5: The Challenge and Necessity of Digital Integration - Duration: 1:11.
So, it sounds to me like integration is key and being able to address the
needs to provide the content in the context of where knowledge workers are
getting their information, where the distribution network is getting their
information, and as well the insureds. We both know that integration has always
been the biggest challenge insurers have in the IT space, especially in the days
of having to build hundreds of point-to-point integrations between all
those systems I mentioned and their CRM systems and various solutions
that are out there, and so the encouraging movement, and this is
something that you at Hyland have led is, there's a lot of pre
integration activity. There's a lot of architectural design that is
oriented around integration, thinking about how do we create the right whole
set of APIs that allow us to integrate with our partners and with others
out there that are commonly used in the insurance industry.
